Fate sgocciolare le fette di ananas e mettete da parte lo sciroppo.Nella teglia dove sarà cotta la torta mettete circa 4-5 cucchiai di zucchero e mettete sul fuoco per far sciogliere lo zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;

Nel frattempo in un&#39;altra ciotola sciogliere il sale con un po&#39; di acqua.&lt;br /&gt;
In una ciotola molto capiente mettere la farina e fare un buco al centro.Aggiungere il lievito,il sale sciolto , l&#39;olio e alla fine versare l&#39;acqua lentamente.Intanto iniziare ad impastare.&lt;br /&gt;
Infarinare una spianatoia.Dopo aver lavorato gli ingredienti &amp;nbsp;mettere l&#39;impasto sulla spianatoia continuando ad impastare fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed elastico.&lt;br /&gt;
Spolverizzare una ciotola molto capiente con della farina in cui sarà posto l&#39;impasto ottenuto.Coprire con un canovaccio.Lasciar riposare per almeno due ore, fino a che non avrà raddoppiato il suo volume in un luogo tiepido e lontano da correnti di aria.&lt;br /&gt;
Trascorso il tempo necessario l&#39;impasto è pronto per essere steso e condito a piacere.&lt;br /&gt;

Spennellate con un po&#39; d&#39;acqua per chiudere il rotolino di pasta.Tagliate la pasta.Continuate sempre in questo modo fino ad esaurire la pasta sfoglia e i wurstel.&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliate ogni rotolo per ricavare dei rusticini.&amp;nbsp;Stendete la carta da forno su una teglia e ponete i rusticini.&lt;br /&gt;
Spennellate la superficie con il tuorlo d&#39;uovo sbattuto.&amp;nbsp;Infornate in forno già caldo a 180° per 20- 25 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;

Mettere la farina n una terrina capiente. Unire il composto di lievito, l’olio e l’acqua.Impastare gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere una pasta liscia, un po&#39; elastica .Fatene una palla.Spolverare con un po&#39; di farina il fondo della ciotola e porvi l’impasto.Coprite con un canovaccio e far riposare in un ambiente tiepido e senza correnti d&#39;aria per circa 2 ore .Dopodichè stendere la pasta in una teglia ben oliata . Fare pressione con i polpastrelli e versare dell&#39;olio sulla superficie. Far lievitare per un’altra mezzora.&lt;/div&gt;

Intanto tagliare &amp;nbsp;i pomodorini a metà.Shiacciarli per eliminare i semini interni.Quando l’impasto sarà lievitato, porre i &amp;nbsp;pomodorini sull&#39;impasto e pressare bene.Salare, cospargere di origano e versare un filo d&#39;olio.Far lievitare per un&#39;altra mezz&#39;ora .Infornare in forno gia caldo a 190° per 30-40 min.&lt;/div&gt;

In un altra terrina montare gli albumi a neve e incorporarvi la bustina di lievito e lentamente la farina come in una sorta di nevicata senza smontare il composto.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere gli albumi montati a neve e unirli al composto con un cucchiaio di legno.&lt;br /&gt;
Imburrare una tortiera e spolverizzatela con un po&#39; di farina.Versarvi il composto.&lt;br /&gt;
Infornare nel forno già caldo a 180° per 35 minuti circa.&lt;br /&gt;

Soffriggere la cipolla con olio e sale in un tegame o una padella capiente se si desidera mettere un po’ di pepe e &amp;nbsp;di origano.Aggiungere la salsa di pomodoro e cuocere per circa 25 minuti. Mescolare di tanto in tanto con un cucchiaio di legno.Aggiungere ½ cucchiaino di zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo cuocere il riso in abbondante acqua salata e in un pentolino fare le uova sode. Una volta cotte , sbucciare le uova e affettarle in fette sottili.&lt;br /&gt;
Scolare il riso e unire alla salsa . Mescolare bene e aggiungere 4 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato.&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliare la fontina o la provola in pezzetti . Mettere una parte di riso in una teglia rivestita con carta da forno. Pressare bene soprattutto ai bordi. Mettere uno strato con prosciutto, uova &amp;nbsp;e formaggio&lt;br /&gt;
Coprire con dell&#39;altro riso e cospargere la superficie con un altro po’ di formaggio e parmigiano.&lt;br /&gt;
Infornare per 20 – 25 minuti a 180°C. Unire &amp;nbsp;le carote, i &amp;nbsp;fagiolini a pezzetti e sedano . Dopo alcuni minuti aggiungere le cipolline e il cavolfiore e dopo ancora qualche istante unire i pezzetti di peperoni. Cuocere il tutto per altri 5 minuti.Far raffreddare la pentola e conservare l&#39;insalata in barattolini e coprire il contenuto con il liquido di cottura.Chiudere ermeticamente.L&#39;insalata potrà essere consumata dopo un paio di settimane di conservazione.&lt;br /&gt;
