Pornind de la reteta de rulada cu spanac pe care am postat-o pe blog cu ceva timp in urma am incercat un aperitiv sub forma de "prajitura"... mai sarata si putin mai condimentata, cei drept :).
Rezultatul...unul deosebit de gustos si mai ales tare apreciat de musafiri :D.&amp;nbsp;

Guacamole...un sos delicios originar tocmai din indepartatul Mexic. In mod traditional acest sos se prepara din avocado bine copt &amp;nbsp;pasat cu sare de mare. Alte retete contin si rosii, ceapa, suc de lamaie si diferite condimente.Eo reteta foarte usor de facut pe care v-o recomand..si .mai ales ca vin sarbatorile poate fi un aperitiv grozav.
