After spending sizeable amount of time at the mall figuring out which is the best digital camera for us, we finally have enough money to buy for that eye-popping, 7 mega pixel, 10x digital zoom, potable, candy colored, up to 512MB expandable memory of super hi-speed SD memory card and not to mention very portable, (that will be the envy of almost everyone we know). We march to the mall armed with our life savings and lotsa pride in ourselves, when we pass by a new display - an eight mega pixel, up to 1G expandable memory, with built it mic and stereo surround, video playback capable, with 22 scenic modes kind-of-camera. And we sigh because the producer of this amazing gadget claims that this is the best digital camera yet out in the market. And so as we always want to have the best, armed with our life savings and a few credit cards, we buy the "best digital camera." But then again, that doesn't last too long, after two months or so, there's another "best digital camera." SO do your best thinking and look around for the Best Buy..hint hint....Have a great Holiday...I mean if your taking one...lol

How To Chose a Good Travel Agency Versus A Bad One

I decided to write an article about good Vs. Bad travel agencies. You may find this information helpful in your bed and breakfast stays that this blog is all about. It is funny how most of the time I use my internet connection and just book right through for my reservation for traveling and my business go through an agency. I think it can be a waiste of money.You be the judge after reading the article.

Bed and breakfast Inns have an unusual canty about them, you are not dealing with a high population factor as a hotel or resort, usually they have around 10 rooms in the house, and most are private homes for that instance. Most Bed and Breakfast Inns have a private bath and private bedroom, lets hope so , and some are as fancy as the one's with multiple room or suites as I read more into this bed and Breakfast location to stay at. The bed and breakfast is an establishment of usually a homeowner wanting to make income from the extra rooms they may have at the house, and yet be careful whom you chose , you might ask if they allow dogs or cats, and if you are allergic to these animals you may want to ask if they allow them period. Good suggestion also , is do they serve a hot meal or meals , as most I have read about do serve three meals a day , and if it's built into the price. I guess you need to be pretty open with the establishment and see if they have a website so you can see the landscape and vicinity the bed and breakfast is in. This would be a horrific find to be 100 miles from where you plan to be having a vacation at and have to travel a long distance from your bed and breakfast Inn. There are some Regional Differences also ,

In Australia for example there are fewer Bed and Breakfast places to stay than in New Zealand Since the 1960s the cost of living has risen in New Zealand and therefore more Bed and Breakfast type establishments exist, than in Australia , yet when you look on the internet and search I have found many in Australia and so there are several to chose from. There are several budget hotels in the area of these two places , and they are quite nice as I have stayed at a few. What are your expectations ? I will try to put a question box up about what you expect from a bed and breakfast establishment, I have many, yet if its for a short stay and economically reasonable, I will chose one over sees. The British Isles call Bed and Breakfast Inns , Guest houses as I read more into this, and they are very nice places where you will be treated as a tourist, and with local information available from most of the guest house owners, very homey I would suppose, Have a great sta at a Bed and Breakfast Inn Soon , I am sure you will enjoy this. Bed and Breakfast Inns

I guess it's that time of the year when travel is at hand , and to stay at a Bed and Breakfast Inn , maybe the answer . I travel quite a bit by the way and I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and use my Holiday Inn Card for points for free rooms, yet they just do not add up like the olden days a couple of years back. The bed and breakfast romantic getaways' I see advertise look pretty nice in Napa valley as I research a place in California, yet I am single and a romantic bed and breakfast inn may not be the place I should choose at that.

I have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast establishment, I hear they are extremely good from my parent's who have stayed at a few, I am use to hearing footsteps outside my hotel door, with the occasionally drunk girls and men walk by screaming or laughing as they cruise by the room. I am afraid it may be too quite at a Bed and Breakfast inn. The ads I have seen , from these Bed and Breakfast getaways, describe in detail, the gourmet food, times you eat at, like going to a families house and bedding down for a bit I suppose, and the prices are pretty good for all they offer.

I think I will stay at a Lakeside mansion Bed and Breakfast inn the price is 100.00USD a night with dinner, a fireplace, large screen living area television and only 10 rooms, elegant s galore. I can't get that at my express hotel, that's for sure, even a bar, though I do not drink, it's a nice walnut engraved , elegant looking breakfast bar in the morning. I would have to say a Bed and Breakfast Inn may just be what the travel agent does not push, I wonder why? I make my own travel plans on a photo shoot anyway, and to have some company that is not rowdy , from a Bed and Breakfast establishment may just be the answer to my quietness I seek when I write, or get ready for my nature shots in the wilderness.

All in all what do I have to lose and possibly gain some hometown company that can give me directions, and be more hospitable due to this is their Bed and Breakfast Inn and , they make their own money , like a small store, a retail store we are seeing a shrinking in because of the likes of Wall-marts and Target stores have eaten the small guy out of his retail business, I do not see this happening in these Bed and Breakfast places. In downtown they may be hard to find, so in New York City or Dallas , this may not be an option, and though I have not checked, it quite possibly is. I think I will stay at a Bed and Breakfast Inn , on my next trip and write about my experience, until then, try it yourself.
