Kitchen Appliances:
Sub-Zero 48" side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator and freezer or 36" stainless steel refrigerator with bottom freezer
Wolf 36" stainless steel gas cook top with 6-star burners or 30" stainless steel 4-burner gas ranges in select residences
Wolf stainless steel single convection oven in select residences
ASKO stainless steel dishwasher with integrated controls
Wolf stainless steel built in microwave with trim kit
Sub-Zero stainless steel wine storage system in select residences

In finishing the Michael Graves’ designed residences, Fern Santini, principal of Abode, has specified a modern interpretation that “utilizes classic materials in a simple, unaffected way.” Her goal was to create a feeling of serenity and quiet within the suites that is in contrast to the urban activity of downtown. “We wanted Four Seasons Residences Austin to convey the sense of a personal haven or sanctuary, somehow apart from, but still very much connected to the community at large.” It also includes an amazing rooftop pool:
Coleman Teitelbaum led the demonstration and they captured the results.

Part 1:

Part 2:

From a temperature of 140°F to boil, you can keep food hot for long periods of time in the 15" Wolf Steamer module or defrost food easily without drying out or losing its flavor. With a two-gallon capacity this unit can hold up to 14 cups of cooked pasta and includes one solid and one perforated stackable insert pan.
With induction cooking, there is no wasted heat because energy is supplied directly to the cooking vessel. Available November 2007. Check with your Regional Living Kitchen Showroom for availability.

The new Wolf cooktops, the 30 and 36 inch induction cooktops come with a sleek stainless steel trim, offering style, safety and top notch performance for your contemporary kitchen - long awaited additions to the excellent 15" Wolf cooktop. Both models come with Wolf traditional pan-sensing technology and lock mode for your family safety, as well as the new high power boost and countdown timer features. The 30 inch cooktop comes with four high-efficiency induction elements which heat cookware, not the glass, for a cooler, safer cooking surface, while delivering power and control - two 1,800W with 3,000W boost, and two 1,200W zones. The 36 inch cooktops deliver quite a punch with its five elements - one 3,000W with 4,000W boost, two 1,800W with 3,000W boost and two 1,200W zones.

The black ceramic glass surface of these Wolf cooktops is easy to clean and resistant to scratching, staining, impact and heat. Hi-Power mode boosts power on 1,800W elements by diverting power from adjacent element, and with True Simmer setting and Melt setting on two elements, the cooking flexibility and versatility is unmatched. Cookware sensing features doesn't permit elements be energized without an induction-compatible pan on the cooktop surface. Temperature limiter ensures that safe operating temperature of ceramic glass is never exceeded. Other features include illuminated touch controls with graduated control lighting and adjustable sound frequency and volume, hot-surface indicator light in control panel and universal OFF to turn all elements off. The built-in design allows the front of the oven to be installed flush with surrounding cabinetry for a more integrated look.

The Wolf oven Series E is the latest and entirely new line of high performance Wolf ovens offering a modern, refined look and adding another valuable option to your design arsenal. The new oven design permits two kinds of installation - a muscular fit with the oven door sticking out for about one inch from the adjacent cabinets, or for a sleek, European style inset installation, completely flushed with the cabinets. Just like a popular L Series Wolf oven, this one offers 10 different, touchpad controlled cooking modes. The ovens come in a 30" single and double oven, with dual convection standard in the single oven and top oven of the double oven, and with framed and unframed door styles. E Series ovens are available in classic stainless steel. Trim kits for Wolf convection and standard microwaves, and stainless steel drawer fronts and handles for the Wolf warming drawer are available to match the look of the E Series oven.

The list of features for a single E Series Wolf oven includes dual convection logic control system, touch control panel with LCD display, cobalt blue porcelain oven interior, three removable racks with full-extension bottom rack and removable six-level rack guide, large viewing double-pane window, dual interior halogen lighting, hidden bake element and recessed broil, temperature probe and receptacle, self-clean, delayed start and Sabbath features. The E Series control panel also comes with three levels of light intensity, three oven timer chime tones, a 12- or 24-hour clock option and five language choices - English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. Balanced hinges assure smooth opening and closing of the door. 10 cooking modes are bake, roast, broil, convection bake, convection roast, convection broil, convection, bake stone, dehydrate and proof. Bake stone requires stone, rack and peel, and dehydrate needs dehydration racks and door stop - all sold as accessories. Other extras are set of three 30" oven racks and two-piece broiler pan and temperature probe. Double Wolf oven adds 4 cooking modes in lower oven - bake, roast, broil and proof.
