The tourism vision aimed to construct the project at the heart of Morocco, making it close to major cities, 160 kilometers from Essaouira, and 230 kilometers from Marrakech.

The project, however, did not go as planned by shareholders due to serious deficiencies and violations including the use of land outside the allocated zone.

The shortcomings in the project led to the royal instructions, set to be followed by a “political earthquake” that will see a number of senior government officials and local employees in the region lose their jobs.

The interior ministry statement said that the Sud Partners project is on hold and several villas that did not appear in the original design will be destroyed.

The “gross violations” are against several laws, including Law No. 66.12 issued under decree number 1-16-124 of August 25, 2016 related to monitoring and restraining violations in the field of construction and building.

Akhannouch Sud Partners’ project includes 52 villas for public sale.

In addition to Sud Partners, royal instructions also ordered the suspension of other projects by the CDG, Moroccan Fund for Tourism Development, and Moroccan Tourism Engineering.

مشروع أنبوب الغاز بين نيجيريا والمغرب يمر إلى "السرعة القصوى

ترأس الملك محمد السادس مرفوقا بولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن والملكي الأمير مولاي رشيد، ورئيس جمهورية نيجيريا الفدرالية، محمدو بوهاري، اليوم الأحد بالقصر الملكي بالرباط، مراسم التوقيع على ثلاث اتفاقيات للتعاون الثنائي، واحدة منها مرتبطة بالمشروع الاستراتيجي لأنبوب الغاز الرابط بين نيجيريا والمغرب.

وبهذه المناسبة، ألقى كل من فاروق غاربا سعيد المدير العام لشركة البترول الوطنية النيجيرية وأمينة بنخضرة المديرة العامة للمكتب الوطني للهيدروكاربورات والمعادن، على التوالي، كلمة حول مضمون التصريح المشترك بين المملكة المغربية وجمهورية نيجيريا الفدرالية، المتعلق بإنجاز المرحلة التالية من المشروع الإستراتيجي لإنجاز أنبوب الغاز الإقليمي الرابط بين الموارد الغازية لنيجيريا ودول غرب إفريقيا والمغرب.

وذكرا في هذا الصدد، بأنه تم الاتفاق على إحداث مشروع أنبوب الغاز الرابط بين المغرب ونيجيريا، خلال زيارة الدولة التي قام بها الملك محمد السادس إلى نيجيريا، في دجنبر 2016، مشيرين إلى أنه تم التوقيع على اتفاق التعاون حول أنبوب الغاز بالرباط، في 15 ماي 2017، والذي يلتزم بموجبه كل من الشركة الوطنية النيجيرية للبترول والمكتب الوطني للهيدروكاربورات والمعادن بإجراء دراسة جدوى مشتركة، ومسودة لمشروع "أنبوب الغاز الرابط بين نيجيريا والمغرب".

وأكدا أن الطرفين النيجيري والمغربي عملا بطريقة ناجعة وبناءة من أجل ضمان إنجاز دراسة الجدوى الخاصة بأنبوب الغاز، التي تعتبر بمثابة المرحلة الأولى من هذا المشروع الإستراتيجي، من طرف المتعاقد بطريقة احترافية ووفقا لأفضل المعايير الدولية، لافتين إلى أنه وإلى حدود اللحظة، فقد تم تقييم مجموعة من المسارات، يخص الأول المسار البحري، فيما يتعلق الثاني بالمسار الساحلي، أما الثالث فيهم المسار المختلط. وأكد المسؤولان أنه "لأسباب ذات بعد اقتصادي، وسياسي وقانوني وأمني، وقع الاختيار على المسار المختلط".

وأضافا أن أنبوب الغاز سيمتد على طول يناهز 5660 كلم، كما تم تحديد كلفته، مشيرين إلى أنه من المنتظر أن يتم تشييده على عدة مراحل ليستجيب للحاجيات المتزايدة للبلدان التي سيعبر منها وأوروبا، خلال الـ25 سنة القادمة.

وسلط المسؤولان الضوء على الفرص المتعددة لهذا المشروع الإستراتيجي، لاسيما التعاون الإقليمي بين المغرب ونيجيريا وموريتانيا ودول المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا، بغية تعزيز التجارة والتنمية لما فيه الصالح المشترك لهذه الدول، والاندماج الاقتصادي للمنطقة، طبقا لأهداف "نيباد"، والتقليص من حرق الغاز وتنويع الموارد الطاقية، والمساهمة في الحد من التصحر، عبر استعمال الغاز كمصدر للطاقة، آمن ومستدام بالمنطقة، وخلق الثروة والحد من الفقر عبر فتح فرص للتنمية الاقتصادية بالمنطقة.

وقد اغتنم الجانبان مناسبة القمة التي جمعت الملك محمد السادس، والرئيس محمدو بوهاري، من أجل الاتفاق على المرور إلى المرحلة المقبلة من هذا المشروع الطموح، والتي سيتم خلالها إشراك الدول التي سيعبرها ومجموعة سيدياو من خلال التوقيع على بروتكولات اتفاق، والمصادقة على الأحجام المتوفرة بالنسبة لأوروبا من قبل الأطراف الممتلكة لأكبر مساهمة في نيجيريا، ومن طرف الشركة الوطنية النيجيرية للبترول، والشروع في المفاوضات مع الفاعلين في الحقل على طول ساحل السينغال وموريتانيا، ومقاربة الزبناء الأوروبيين الذين يعتبرون أهم العملاء المحتملين.

ومن بين الإجراءات المبرمجة تدقيق تقديرات نفقات الاستثمار والاستغلال واستكمال التحليل الاقتصادي، على أساس الأحجام وفرضيات البناء المستكملة، والشروع في التفاوض مع الأبناك الدولية للتنمية بغية الوقوف على مدى استعدادها لتمويل هذا المشروع، وتحضير الوثائق الأولية.

وأبرزا أن قائدي البلدين شددا على ضرورة أخذ البعد الإيكولوجي بعين الاعتبار في مختلف مراحل المشروع، كما أكدا أن هذا المشروع سيمكن من منح إفريقيا بعدا اقتصاديا وسياسيا واستراتيجيا جديدا، وسيمكن المغرب ونيجيريا من التموقع كرائدين للتعاون جنوب -جنوب على مستوى القارة الإفريقية.

واعتبارا لأهميته الاستراتيجية والامتيازات التي سيقدمها، ليس فقط بالنسبة لنيجيريا والمغرب، لكن أيضا بالنسبة للبلدان التي سيعبرها هذا الأنبوب، فإن الشركة الوطنية النيجيرية للبترول والمكتب الوطني للهيدروكاربورات والمعادن يؤكدان التزامهما المشترك، قصد التنفيذ الأمثل لهذا المشروع.

إثر ذلك، ترأس الملك محمد السادس ورئيس جمهورية نيجيريا الفدرالية، محمدو بوهاري مراسم التوقيع على ثلاث اتفاقيات للتعاون الثنائي. ويعد الاتفاق الأول تصريحا مشتركا بين المملكة المغربية وجمهورية نيجيريا الفدرالية، ويهم المشروع الاستراتيجي لإنجاز "أنبوب غاز" إقليمي يربط الموارد الغازية لنيجيريا بدول غرب إفريقيا والمغرب. ووقعه كل من أمينة بنخضرة وفاروق غاربا سعيد.

وتهم الوثيقة الثانية بروتوكول اتفاق بين المكتب الشريف للفوسفاط والصندوق السيادي النيجيري بغية إحداث منصة صناعية بنيجيريا من أجل إنتاج الأمونياك والمنتوجات المشتقة، وقعها كل من مصطفى التراب الرئيس المدير العام للمكتب الشريف للفوسفاط وأوتشي أورجي المدير العام للصندوق السيادي النيجيري.

ويخص الاتفاق الثالث الموقع، اتفاقية تعاون في مجال التكوين المهني الفلاحي والتأطير التقني بين وزارة الفلاحة والصيد البحري، والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات ووزارة الفلاحة والتنمية القروية بنيجيريا، وقعها كل من عزيز أخنوش وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات، والسيد أودو أوغبي الوزير النيجيري للفلاحة والتنمية القروية.

وتنسجم هذه الاتفاقات، التي تم توقيعها والرامية إلى تعزيز الإطار القانوني للتعاون القائم بين البلدين، تمام الانسجام مع الرؤية الملكية من أجل شراكة جنوب -جنوب فاعلة وتضامنية.

جرت هذه المراسم بحضور رئيس الحكومة ومستشاري الملك ووزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي ووزير التربية الوطنية والتكوين المهني والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والوزير المنتدب لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي المكلف بالشؤون الإفريقية وكاتبة الدولة لدى وزير الطاقة والمعادن والتنمية المستدامة المكلفة بالتنمية المستدامة، وأعضاء الوفد الرسمي المرافق للرئيس النيجيري.

Erneute Gewalt in Tunesien zwischen Polizei und Demonstranten wegen hoher Preise

In mehreren tunesischen Städten, in denen vor kurzem Proteste gegen hohe Preise und Sparmaßnahmen stattfanden, kam es in der dritten Nacht in Folge zu erneuten Zusammenstößen zwischen Demonstranten und Sicherheitskräften.

In Siliana, im Nordwesten des Landes, warfen junge Menschen Steine und Brandbomben auf die Sicherheitskräfte und versuchten, ein Gericht in der Innenstadt zu stürmen, während die Polizei mit Tränengas reagierte.

In der Stadt Kasserine im Zentrum des verarmten Landes kam es zu Zusammenstößen zwischen Demonstranten und Sicherheitskräften, bei denen Jugendliche unter 20 Jahren versuchten, Straßen mit brennenden Reifen zu blockieren und Steine auf das Sicherheitspersonal zu werfen.

In Tabarba gingen Dutzende von Demonstranten auf die Straßen der Stadt, die am Dienstag einen Mann sahen, der bei Zusammenstößen am Montagabend ums Leben kam. Die Polizei reagierte auf die Demonstranten, indem sie große Mengen von Tränengaskanistern warf, sagte ein Bewohner.

Lokale Medien berichteten, dass ähnliche Auseinandersetzungen in mehreren Stadtvierteln in der Nähe der Hauptstadt stattfanden. Während das Innenministerium in einer neuen Maut ankündigte, belief sich die Zahl der Gefangenen vor dem Hintergrund dieser Zusammenstöße auf 237 Personen.

اندلعت صدامات جديدة، لليلة الثالثة على التوالي، بين متظاهرين وقوات الأمن فى العديد من المدن التونسية التى تشهد موجة احتجاجات على غلاء الأسعار وإجراءات تقشف اعتمدتها السلطات فى الآونة الأخيرة.

وفى سليانة الواقعة فى شمال غرب البلاد رشق شبان قوات الأمن بالحجارة والقنابل الحارقة وحاولوا اقتحام محكمة فى وسط المدينة، فى حين ردت عليهم الشرطة بقنابل الغاز المسيل للدموع.

وفى مدينة القصرين الواقعة فى وسط البلاد الفقير تجددت الصدامات بين المتظاهرين وقوات الأمن حيث حاول شبان تقل أعمارهم عن 20 عاما قطع الطرقات بالإطارات المشتعلة وعمدوا أيضا إلى رشق عناصر الأمن بالحجارة.

وفى طبربة، نزل عشرات المتظاهرين إلى شوارع هذه المدينة التى شهدت شيعت الثلاثاء رجلا توفى أثناء صدامات دارت ليل الاثنين. وردت الشرطة على المتظاهرين برميهم بكميات كبيرة من قنابل الغاز المسيل للدموع، بحسب ما أفاد أحد السكان.

وذكرت وسائل إعلام محلية، أن مواجهات مماثلة دارت فى عدد من الأحياء القريبة من العاصمة. فيما أعلنت وزارة الداخلية فى حصيلة جديدة أن عدد الموقوفين على خلفية هذه الصدامات بلغ 237 شخصا.

كشف السفير الفرنسي، ايف أوبان ميسيريار، الذي عمل سفيرا لفرنسا في العراق وتونس، عن مخطط أمريكي لنقل السيناريو السوري إلى دول مغاربية بدأته واشنطن لإشعال بؤر توتر طائفي وعرقي في المغرب والجزائر.

وحسب ما أوردته صحيفة "الصباح" المغربية، في عددها الصادر أمس الخميس، فإن الدبلوماسي الفرنسي لم يتردد في القول بأن الجهات الدولية التي تحرك خيوط مواجهات عسكرية وشيكة في الشرق الأوسط، بدأت تتحرك لرسم حدود داخلية في أكبر دولتين مغاربيتين، في إشارة إلى المغرب والجزائر.

ونقلت الصحيفة عن الدبلوماسي المتخصص في الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا وصاحب كتاب ”العالم العربي.. التغيير الكبير”، قوله إن "المخطط الجهنمي يهدف في مرحلة أولى، إلى نقل النموذجين المصري والسعودي إلى المنطقة، وذلك بالدفع في اتجاه إرساء أنظمة ديكتاتورية عسكرية في الجزائر، ودينية في المغرب لنسف كل معالم الانتقال الديمقراطي".

وتوقع ميسيريار فشل مخطط تفتيت دول الاتحاد المغاربي، لأن شعوب المنطقة سترفض تكرار ما وقع في سوريا والعراق، وأن بنية الدول المستهدفة تمنحها مناعة ضد ذلك، خاصة المغرب الذي استبق رياح النزعات الانفصالية بإقرار نظام جهوية موسعة تمنح صلاحيات كبيرة لمجالس منتخبة في 12 جهة.

الصحيفة ذاتها أشارت إلى أن تصريحات السفير الفرنسي تزامنت مع تحذيرات من تحركات جهات دولية تريد التدخل من أجل استغلال النزاع الإقليمي المفتعل حول أحقية سيادة المغرب على صحرائه، وتحويله إلى رهان جيو-استراتيجي لإضعاف المملكة، جريا وراء وهم الريادة الإقليمية، وذلك لتوسيع دائرة "الفوضى الخلاقة" على حد تعبير الإدارة الأمريكية في وصفها لما يقع في الشرق الأوسط.

Its just great to fly out from a rainy weather, just over there after crossing cloudy sky we reach to a part where the sun shinning as i can see the cloud still under us covering the Netherlands and germany. Now let enjoy those amazing kind of clouds i just been thinking about maybe i will see someone who sit on the cloud.
Its seem like its changing the View every flystep. Just great.
Its my seconed trip hosting interstings about morocco and the waves, its very nice activity learning each other and making the commuinity more bigger then it is.

Now its 17h05 the pilot just said we are landing in time at marakech airport... there we must take a taxi safi so its still 2 hours of driving until reaching the sleeping point ( Home ) Mama $urfcamp.
Ita a great feeling been out here after alots work and stress now for one week putting the stress down and trying to full up my body with good and positive Energie.

Nothing is comparing the to this moment of been out there doing what you wanna do.

No waves week its been just was just like beach life very day at the beach enjoying the moment.
We had very windy days N/E wind its was nice days hiding from the wind using protection from 3 surfboards and some blanket.
Today i just meet old man from holland which asked me about if he parked right who seems very wise Holland traver. There i feel like im in film ( into the wild )
He offered me a beer and said thanks.
He also said im speaking good englisch after we just speak german.

Its was 7am as i wake up trying to be there at the beach by the lowtide as the forcoast looks good
but in the reality there was no waves just some small ones.
after i checked the waves i went littel bit at the caffebar for some warm drink alone...
this week was just like living the life beach no luck of any perfections but the goal is to be happy been in the beach enjoying every small and big moment.
its was very good good holiday in morocco now its at the end on the fly cross the sky home.
i knew over there is cold but this is the way it is so we have to live its like we love its cold or warm that make no change now.
the important is to be happy and living good life no excuse that we cant do something its on our hand if you like to do its you will, even its cost you all your power and energy.
i loved my book he touched me alots and he said at the front page ( live your life and adventure even others dont like it )

now its 19h37pm tomorrow is working time i can say yes i missed the old people at work its giving alots energy helping them and spending time with them.
its a big wisdom house where i met 60er flower power people which lived that time as hippie and been travling the world and now they are old they cant do its but they wish if they can get younger and enjoying that old time again. this is showing me yes we just have one life and we have to live it in peace and love and be loved.

im starting a new life which i dont know if that right or wrong, i dont want to hurt nobody but i dont want also to lose my only one life time... yes its short and never too late.
i will go ahead and do it and fellow my dreams until the end.
