It is a moment or time in life when a person starts to see past the illusion of the material world and awakens to a deeper spiritual reality. It is not just a change in belief; it is a profound shift in awareness. This awakening, which starts a path of truth, self-discovery, and conscious living, is frequently brought on by life's obstacles, inner desires, or unexpected realisations.

This article provides a clear road map for individuals navigating this holy process by examining the symptoms, phases, and common outcomes of spiritual awakening.

Knowing about spiritual awakening?

The process of becoming more conscious of your actual self beyond your ego, physical identity, and social roles is known as spiritual awakening. It is the understanding that you are a spiritual being experiencing human life rather than merely a body or mind.

When something that once seemed significant—like material success, appearances, or validation—begins to lose its hold, it can feel like waking up from a long sleep. You start looking for truth, inner peace, a spiritual connection, and a sense of life's greater purpose in its stead.

While each person's experience is different, people going through a spiritual awakening frequently report the following symptoms:

An Abrupt Change in View: You begin to wonder about your purpose, the deeper "why" of your existence, and the meaning of life. You may start to see life with new eyes and your old beliefs may crumble.

More Intuition and Sensitivity: You might develop greater empathy, emotional sensitivity, or a strong sense of inner voice. Your decisions start to be more influenced by intuition than by reason.

Disconnection from the Material World: One may feel that material success, belongings, or social standing are pointless or empty. A desire to live a more conscious and genuine life is present.

A Yearning for Privacy and Quietness: Spending time alone becomes nourishing. You seek solitude to re-establish a connection with your inner self and higher wisdom, not because you're depressed.

Emotional Outbursts and Internal Chaos: It's possible for old scars, anxieties, and emotional tendencies to surface. This is a painful but necessary step in the cleansing process.

Signs and Synchronicities: You start to notice trends, recurring numbers (such as 11:11), or significant coincidences that support or direct your course.

Spiritual awakening is a progression of stages rather than a singular event. Every stage offers healing, development, and a better comprehension of your actual self.

Stage 1: The Catalyst or Trigger :

The core of your identity is frequently shaken by a life crisis, such as illness, heartbreak, burnout, or loss. Even though it hurts, this moment is the first step towards awakening.

For instance, experiencing a major illness or losing a loved one can cause you to reflect deeply on your life's purpose.

Stage 2: The Soul's Dark Night:

There is a lot of existential uncertainty and emotional upheaval during this time. You could feel spiritually "empty," lost, or cut off from your former life. This is a necessary ego-shedding, not a failure.

The goal is to clear illusions and false identities so your soul can emerge in truth.

Stage 3: Searching and Investigating

You turn into a seeker by studying meditation, yoga, energy healing, reading holy books, and investigating spirituality. To discover what speaks to your inner truth, you can research a variety of paths, such as Buddhism, Sufism, mysticism, etc.

Stage 4: Realisation and Enlightenment

Moments of bliss, tranquilly, and clarity start to appear. You begin to live in the "now." You start to understand life through unity and love as duality (good vs. bad, right vs. wrong) starts to dissolve.

Understanding that love is the foundation of all creation and that everything is interconnected is an example of insight.

Stage 5: Consolidation and Change

You start incorporating spiritual insights into your day-to-day activities. Being mindful comes naturally. Relationships grow more aware. Instead of reacting, you learn to respond. Patterns based on ego lose their influence.

Living in accordance with your soul's truth, rather than merely comprehending it, is the goal of this stage.

Stage 6: Purpose and Service

A strong desire to help others or further a greater good emerges as your inner healing progresses. This could entail teaching, creating, healing, mentoring, or just being there to spread love.

You become a light to others by being a living example of authenticity, compassion, and peace rather than by preaching.

Spiritual awakening is the start of a new way of life, not its conclusion. Life goes on after awakening, but with greater awareness, presence, encouragement and depth. What usually happens is as follows:

Ongoing Personal Development

You come to understand that awakening is a lifelong process rather than a final destination. There is always more to discover, more to let go of, and more to become aware of.

More Self-Reliance

You are no longer a prisoner of circumstances. You maintain your composure in the face of difficulties. You are more motivated by serenity and purpose than by ego.

More Intimate Connections

You draw in or foster more genuine, in-depth relationships. Love, not need or fear, becomes the foundation of soulful relationships.

Intentional Participation

Regardless of your position—teacher, artist, parent, or leader—you start using your special talents to further a cause greater than yourself.

Unity with Life

You no longer regard yourself as distinct from the Divine, other people, or the natural world. Every moment is made sacred. Life turns into its own kind of meditation.

In Conclusion, Mystics and monks are not the only people who can experience spiritual awakening. Any soul yearning for truth, peace, and purpose can access it. It's about learning to live in the world with grace, compassion, and full awareness, not about running away from it.

It could be a difficult journey. You might experience internal turmoil, feel misinterpreted, or lose aspects of who you are. However, light always follows a shadow. There is always a rising after every fall.

You become who you really are in this rising, not someone else. Awakening is about returning home—to your soul, your silence, and your sacred self—rather than achieving a final objective.

Therefore, trust the journey if you're on it. You're not by yourself. Like you, millions of people worldwide are discovering unity, truth, and love.

Allow your awakening to be a movement in your life rather than merely a single event.

The Science of Spiritual Practices: What Research Says...!!!!!

"What Studies Show About the Science Underpinning Spiritual Practices*

In a world dominated by facts, figures, and quantifiable results, spirituality frequently seems to exist in the intangible domain. However, science is slowly revealing that spiritual practices, which were previously only connected to religion or faith, have significant positive effects on our physical and mental health. These ancient and scientifically proven methods for holistic health include meditation, prayer, gratitude, and chanting. Let's examine the latest findings regarding the science underlying spiritual practices.

Meditation and the Brain: A Scientific Bond

One of the most researched spiritual practices is meditation. Regular meditation changes the structure and function of the brain, according to neuroscientific studies that use MRI and EEG scans.

Stress Minimization: According to a groundbreaking Harvard University study, memory, self-awareness, and stress regulation brain regions changed after just eight weeks of mindfulness meditation. The prefrontal cortex becomes more active and interconnected, while the amygdala, which controls the fight-or-flight response, shrinks. The researches have revealed with the astonishing facts that regular meditation can minimize the stress level upto 80% within a week.

Better Focus and Emotional Regulation: Meditation enhances emotional stability and attention control by fortifying the anterior cingulate cortex. Additionally, long-term meditators exhibit higher grey matter density in regions associated with introspection and compassion.

This illustrates that meditation alters the brain physiologically to improve our ability to respond to life, not just about "feeling peaceful."

Prayer and Psychological Health: A Relaxing Impact

Prayer, especially silent or contemplative prayer, stimulates the parts of the brain related to empathy, compassion, and self-reflection.

Increased Psychological Resilience: Research indicates that daily prayer participants report fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression. Prayer reduces loneliness, sadness and instills hope by fostering a sense of connection to a higher power.

Reduced Blood Pressure: Because prayer has a calming effect on the nervous system, people who regularly pray tend to have lower blood pressure, according to research published in the Journal of Behavioral Medicine.

While detractors claim that the effectiveness of prayer is due to a placebo effect, neuroscience demonstrates that belief alone can cause the brain to heal.

Gratitude: An extremely Powerful Spiritual Emotion

Despite its gentle connotations, science has shown that gratitude has a powerful effect on mental health and overall wellbeing.

Improved Mood and Sleep: A 2009 study published in Psychosomatic Research found that individuals who maintained a daily gratitude journal experienced happier moods and better sleep. Gratitude raises dopamine and serotonin, the neurotransmitters that cause happiness, and lowers cortisol, the stress hormone.

Long-Term Happiness: Indiana University of neuroscientists discovered that even four weeks of gratitude practice produced detectable changes in the brain linked to greater empathy and happiness.

Whether it's other people, the natural world, or the divine, gratitude helps us feel connected to something bigger than ourselves and promotes spiritual fulfilment.

Chanting and Mantras: The most powerful Vibrations of Healing

Chanting and mantras (such as "Om" or "Namu Myoho Renge Kyo") have been used as spiritual tools in ancient traditions. Their effects on physiological states and brainwave patterns are now being discovered by science.

Calming the Nervous System: Chanting "Om" deactivates the limbic system, which is linked to emotions and stress, resulting in a state of calm, according to a study published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV): A crucial sign of heart health and emotional control, can be enhanced by chanting. Greater stress resilience is correlated with higher HRV.

In conclusion, these repetitive sounds are useful for grounding and emotional purification because they also help synchronise breathing and quiet mental chatter making the mind in the peaceful state.

It's common to think of spirituality and science as diametrically opposed—one centred on faith, the other on evidence. However, recent studies fill this knowledge gap by demonstrating that spiritual practices have real, quantifiable advantages for the human body, mind, and soul.

We are not only nourishing our souls when we practise prayer, meditation, gratitude, chanting, and compassionate living; we are also rewiring our brains, calming our nervous systems, and improving our general well-being. The path to spiritual awakening is also the path to human flourishing, as science continues to reveal the mechanisms underlying these age-old practices.

We discover a lovely convergence rather than a contradiction when we embrace both science and spirit.

Ego vs. True Self: A Spiritual Perspective

One of the most potent internal conflicts that anyone can experience during their spiritual journey is most likely the conflict between the ego and the true self. This dichotomy is a revelation of vision rather than a philosophical experiment. It is the contrast between the battle and the inner equilibrium, between living in the illusion and emerging from it to reality.

The Nature of Ego

Ego is neither bad nor bad. It is simply the part of us that has been shaped by external experiences, such as our social conditioning, identity, roles, memories, fears, and desires. It's the voice that says you're not good enough, or at least better than others, to deserve anything, or that you should control everything to keep everything safe. The ego thrives on division: gain/lose, successful/fail, me/them.

The ego, which is located in our minds and is conditioned by attachment and fear, typically traps us in a vicious cycle of fear, discontent, and comparisons. It constantly fears rejection, needs approval, and seeks justification. The ego tells us that happiness comes from being recognised, achieving our goals, or owning something, and that even when we get everything we thought we wanted, we still feel exhausted.

The Essence of the True Self

On the other hand, the true self is that constant, ever-present within us. It has no labels, no titles, no definitions, and no appearance. The real self is the one that existed before the world defined our ideal selves. It is love, intuition, stillness, and connection. Where the ego finds separativeness, it finds oneness.

We are the source of happiness rather than seeking it when we are operating from our true selves. We now act from awareness rather than fear. Being is no longer the focus of life; becoming is.

The Spiritual Conflict

Since the ego dislikes dealing with the truth, the spiritual battle is an attempt to combat it. It fears giving up. It links survival and identity. Although it is only the death of illusion, ego relaxation is like death to the ego. We become more aware that we are not the ego as we awaken. Our awareness is based on this foundation.

We can observe the ego and connect with the non-judgmental core instead of condemning it by practicing mindfulness, meditation, prayer, and stillness. Here's a reminder: I am not my thoughts. The observer of thoughts is my character. This happens in the instant sight that results in liberation.

Signs You Are Living from the True Self.........

Despite the mess, you remain composed.

You can feel worthy without depending on outside validation.

You don't just react; you respond.

You're more understanding.

Instead of following the herd, you follow your heart.

All creatures share a strong spiritual connection with you.

Reclaiming Your True Self

The journey from ego to self involves merging and transcending the ego rather than rejecting it. It has a voice, but you don't let it rule. You hearset, but you don't hear. You choose to be aware rather than reactive, to love rather than to fear, and to release rather than to control.

Make your spiritual journey a return home—not to someone else, but to the person you were before the world told you who you were.

The Final Thought....!!!!!!!!!!!!

The true self opens doors, while the ego builds walls. The true self is quiet but powerful, while the idle ego, or false self, is loud and demanding. You can always choose to serve the truth of unity or the illusion of separation. The more frequently you choose the latter, the more your life will reflect your true self—one of freedom, love, and peace.

I hope your life is a sacred journey to the soul's ego silence.
You will remember in that quiet: You are not apart. You are whole. You're at home.

Learning to Listen: The First Step in Spiritual Growth

“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.” — Ram Dass

In a world that moves at breakneck speed, where noise drowns out clarity and distractions dominate attention, learning to listen has become one of the most essential and yet forgotten spiritual practices. Whether you are on the brink of a spiritual journey or deeply immersed in one, the ability to truly listen—to yourself, to others, and to the Divine—is the first and most crucial step toward authentic spiritual growth.

Why Listening Is the Foundation of Spiritual Growth...???

1. Listening Creates Inner Stillness

True listening is not just hearing words or sounds—it’s about stillness of the mind and openness of the heart. When we genuinely listen, we silence our internal chatter, ego-driven thoughts, and preconceived judgments. This inner stillness allows us to be receptive to deeper truths that are otherwise drowned by daily mental noise.

2. It Builds Awareness and Presence

Spirituality thrives on awareness. The more present and attentive we are, the more we begin to notice the subtle layers of reality—emotions, patterns, synchronicities, and inner guidance. Listening heightens our consciousness, helping us live each moment fully and with intention.

3. Listening Is a Form of Respect and Surrender

To listen is to humble yourself before something greater. Whether it’s listening to a spiritual teacher, nature, sacred texts, or divine intuition, it’s an act of surrender—an acknowledgment that wisdom exists outside of and beyond your own thoughts.

Forms of Listening on the Spiritual Path

✦ Listening to the Self

Most people avoid silence because they fear what they might hear within. But spiritual growth begins when you start to tune in to your inner voice—the whisper of your soul, conscience, or higher self. Practices like meditation, journaling, and solitude help you discern the deeper truths beneath your surface thoughts.

Questions to ask yourself:

What is my soul trying to tell me?

What patterns keep repeating in my life?

Am I living in alignment with my values?

✦ Listening to Others with Compassion

When you deeply listen to another person—not to respond, fix, or judge, but simply to understand and hold space—you enter a sacred act of connection. Empathetic listening builds relationships rooted in love, presence, and authenticity. It also softens your ego and reminds you of the divine spark in everyone.

✦ Listening to the Divine

Whether you refer to it as God, the Universe, the Source, or Spirit, learning to listen to divine guidance is a cornerstone of every spiritual tradition. This guidance often comes in quiet, subtle forms—a feeling, an insight, a passage in a book, or even through the voice of another person. But we can only recognize it when we’ve trained ourselves to be silent enough to hear it.

Barriers on the way of True Listening..........

Despite its importance, deep listening doesn't come naturally. Here are some common obstacles:

Mental Noise: Constant thoughts, planning, and worry distract us from being present.

Judgment: Preconceived notions prevent us from hearing what truly is.

Discomfort with Silence: We often equate silence with emptiness, when it is actually full of wisdom.

Ego and Control: We want to lead, speak, and act rather than surrender and receive.

Recognizing these barriers is the first step to overcoming them.

Practices to Cultivate the Art of Listening

1. Mindful Meditation

Daily meditation strengthens your ability to be still and listen inwardly. Even five minutes of breath awareness can shift your mental state from reaction to reflection.

2. Sacred Reading (Lectio Divina)

This practice involves slowly and prayerfully reading spiritual texts, pausing to reflect on any word or phrase that resonates, and listening for how the divine may be speaking through it.

3. Nature Walks

Nature speaks a silent language of presence, cycles, and awe. Walking without distractions and tuning in to the sights, sounds, and feelings can awaken your spiritual awareness.

4. Active Listening Exercises

Practice being fully present with someone—no interruptions, no solutions, just your full attention. This simple act deepens connection and humility.

5. Journaling Your Inner Voice

Ask yourself questions and write whatever arises, without editing. Over time, you may recognize recurring messages or insights from your higher self.

Conclusion: Listening Is a Sacred Skill

In every spiritual tradition—from Christianity to Buddhism, from Sufism to indigenous wisdom—the call is the same: “Be still and listen.” Spiritual growth is not about acquiring knowledge, but about becoming more attuned to truth. And truth is most often heard, not spoken.

By learning to listen deeply and reverently—to ourselves, to others, and to the Divine—we open the doorway to transformation. It is in the quiet that the soul awakens, the heart expands, and the path becomes clear.

How to Stay Spiritual in a Busy, Modern World

In today’s fast-paced, always-connected world, spirituality often takes a backseat to responsibilities, schedules, deadlines, and digital distractions. Yet, it is in this very chaos that spirituality becomes more essential, helping us find inner peace, meaning, and a sense of connection amidst the noise. Staying spiritual in a busy, modern world isn’t about retreating from life—it’s about living with presence, purpose, and alignment. Here's a detailed guide on how to do just that.

1. Redefine What Spirituality Means to You

Spirituality isn’t limited to religious rituals or meditation retreats. It can be:

A sense of connection to something bigger (God, Universe, Nature, Higher Self)

A commitment to inner peace and compassion

A daily awareness of purpose and presence

Start by defining your own spiritual language. Whether it’s prayer, mindfulness, gratitude, or service—what resonates with your soul?

2. Begin With Small, Intentional Rituals

Spirituality thrives in routine. In a busy life, even small spiritual acts can have a big impact:

Morning Mindfulness: Begin the day with 3 deep breaths, an intention, or a simple gratitude statement.

Silent Pause: Take 1-minute pauses throughout your day to breathe, reflect, or pray.

Evening Reflection: Before bed, ask: “What did I learn today? What touched my spirit?”

Even five minutes of intentional presence can recenter your energy.

3. Use Technology to Serve Your Soul, Not Steal It

Phones and screens can either distract or deepen your spirituality. Use them wisely:

Follow spiritual teachers or pages that uplift you

Set screen time limits for social media

Use apps for guided meditations, spiritual books, or gratitude journals

Turn off notifications during sacred time (e.g., prayer, family, rest)

Digital boundaries protect your spiritual energy.

4. Stay Grounded Through Nature

Despite urban chaos, nature remains a spiritual anchor:

Take short walks without your phone

Keep plants or natural elements around your home

Observe the sky, trees, or birds with wonder

Nature reminds us of stillness, cycles, and sacred simplicity.

5. Integrate Spirituality Into Daily Life

You don’t need extra time—you just need presence:

Cooking becomes a prayer of nourishment

Driving becomes a moment to practice patience or listen to spiritual podcasts

Work becomes service when done with intention

Parenting or relationships become spiritual growth in action

Infuse every action with mindfulness, compassion, and meaning.

6. Reconnect with Your Inner Self Regularly

Spirituality isn’t about escaping reality, but tuning inward:

Journal your thoughts and emotions

Ask reflective questions like:

Am I aligned with my values?

What does my soul need right now?

Practice meditation or silence even for a few minutes

These practices help you listen to your inner wisdom, not just external noise.

7. Surround Yourself with Soul-Nourishing Company

Energy is contagious. Surround yourself with:

People who inspire calm, depth, and honesty

Conversations that explore meaning and growth

Communities—online or offline—that nurture spiritual awareness

Even one meaningful connection can uplift your spiritual life.

8. Accept Imperfection in the Journey

There will be days you feel disconnected, rushed, or overwhelmed. That’s okay.

Spirituality isn’t about perfection—it’s about remembering and returning to what matters. If you want happiness, fulfilment, success and inner peace, start thinking you have the power to achieve those things. Focus on the bright side of life and expect positive results - this is the actual power of our mind. Let's look at how powerful our mind is. To understand this, we need to compare our mind to the most sophisticated man-made device ever created, the computer. The average computer can hold about 250000 pictures, 20000 songs and hundreds of full-length videos. Now, let's compare it to our mind. Our mind can perform an estimated ten quadrillion operations per second, without you even knowing it. To understand it more deeper ask yourself immediately-

- what's making your blood flow throughout your veins with the right amount of pressure to stay you alive?

- What's making your heartbeat right now?

Are you consciously commanding your heart to beat right now? This is the powerhouse that is maintaining the whole functioning of your body with much perfection. Every creature that has been created by the supreme power (GOD) has the power of subconscious mind i.e. your cat has it, even your puppy has it, but they don’t know how to use the power of their subconscious mind. Only a human can get to know that how it can be trained to attract good things into your life or it can absolutely demolish your health by using it in the wrong way.

What is that one thing which our subconscious mind can't do?

It can't distinguish between a true event and something you simply believe. Sounds absolutely ridiculous, right? What happens when you have a nightmare? You wake up, your heart is pounding, you're sweating and you're anxious beyond words. The nightmare existed in your mind. You weren't in any real danger, but your mind didn't know that. You physiologically reacted, as if the nightmare was actually happened. But your subconscious mind treated it a real happening and reflected the after affect on your body i.e. you got anxious, sweating, increased heart beat etc. If you are thinking of a negative thought all the time, it will come true - as you are training your subconscious mind to achieve that. The subconscious mind is very poor in making decisions, it will work as you will train it- whether productive or destructive - the choice is yours.

Understanding the Subconscious Mind & Researches

Let’s go through another study to understand and explore it more.

There was a research conducted on a criminal, who was sentenced to death by the orders of hanging till death. The researchers decided to conduct an experiment to know about the power of a subconscious mind. A day before his date of death orders, the criminal was conveyed that the court has changed the direction for his death. Now he will not be hanged, but he will be sentenced to death by a snake bite. He will get a bite from the most poisonous snake on the earth. So, the impression of such a terrible death formed a strong fear in his mind. Next morning, the policemen brought him into a room, with his face covered with non-transparent black cloth. He was allowed to be seated on a chair. Everybody in the room was only talking about his horrific death. He was already full of fear, this conversation made the situation worse in his mind. Then the researches pricked him with a sharp needle and told him that the snake has bitten him, and he was going to die soon. Instantly, with a few moments, the criminal was dead. Actually, he didn’t get any snake bite, but he was only being pricked with the sharp needle. But the fear effect in his subconscious mind made his death possible without any poison.

This research study proves that- The mind, rather than curing illness, contributes to illness. That's what a neurotic is. Their believe that they're going to develop a disease actually causes them to experience the symptoms of it. If we think of even a headache in our mind, we will definitely get the symptoms for the same in your body. Its nothing else but the reflection of your subconscious mind. Whatever belief you are holding your subconscious mind will become your reality. That's how hypnotism works. The hypnotist implants the idea in the back of their subject’s mind and the subject experiences whatever they are told. If they hold the assumption that there is a spider on their arm, their eyes actually see and feels a spider on their arm.

In fact, 2% to 4% of the time, you decide what you want to do. You actually make the decision. But 96% to 98% of the time, you don't, you're on autopilot. Your subconscious mind controls your decisions, 96% to 98% of the time.

Power of Subconscious Mind & Reality of life………

Whatever we hold in the back of our subconscious minds, we are attracted to in life whether it’s the blessing or a curse. So, if what you hold in the back of your subconscious mind shapes your reality. The biggest question that must be coming into your mind at this stage is- What shapes your subconscious mind?

Practically everything that you're exposed to, everything that you see, hear, smell, taste and feel is shaping your subconscious mind. What are you listening to on the radio? Every single word or thought you hold in your mind has a particular vibrational frequency. Negative words or intentions have slower vibrational frequencies and positive words have higher vibrational frequencies. Our thoughts create us. We have to be extremely careful with what we are feeding our minds. Music can be beautiful and beneficial, but it can also have a negative impact on your health. Choose wisely.

When I was growing up, the most violence we had on video games was Mario jumping over turtles' heads. This is what our youth are playing today. These ghastly, extremely graphic images are sinking into the backs of their subconscious minds weakening their immune systems and having astronomical negative effects on their health. Such games are affecting their health. There is zero doubt about that. The most fitting example that you all must have come across is the very popular game called “Blue Whale”. That had captured the minds of the youth , depressed them and lead them to way to kill their lives.

Considering the opposite scenario, If the subconscious mind gets tuned to some positive thoughts, some spiritual practices and indulged in the positive environment – surely the results will be drastically favourable. The life will get smoother, enchanting and you will relish the moments of your life.

Subconscious Mind & Gossips……

What happens when you gossip? In order for you to gossip, you've got to carry a negative memory, a negative thought inside your mind. Not only you think about that negative memory but, you share it with the other person that you're talking to. Secondly if you hold negative thoughts in your mind, the biochemistry of your brain changes and you release cortisol, the stress hormone, into your blood, which then weakens your immune system, inhibits the actions of your white blood cells, increases the chances of infection and even promotes weight gain. All from gossiping, all from your thinking the conclusion is - you can't gossip without hurting yourself, remember that.

We have, on the average , 60,000 thoughts each day and these thoughts are going to influence our nature, well being and even our future. As you know these negative thoughts, release cortisol, the stress hormone, into our blood. Our thoughts create us, if they are positive will have a constructive effect on us. If they are negative, it will have a adverse affect on us. So the choice is our…..!!

Most people believe that situations cause them nervousness, stress or cause them to be depressed. The reality is this - there is absolutely no situation within the entire universe which will cause someone to experience fear, none. It's only your psychological reaction to things which will cause you to experience unease. No doubt, this is crucial to understand but it’s the only truth. You create your own fear, not a situation. When you truly, fundamentally understand this truth, that's when you realize that you control your anxiety, not a situation.

Your thoughts control your life. You are the creator of your everything, choose your thoughts wisely. So if you know how the subconscious works and you know how to program it using affirmations with the clear chart concise choice of positive words clear visualization and a corresponding feeling being the most important component because it's the actual energy that attracts, then you can draw bring into your life anything you want .

In the next post, I will reveal you the way to program your subconscious mind.

Stay tuned to my blog.

Thanks

Habits that will transform your Life....!!!!

“Your habits will determine your Future” - Jack Canfield.

Connecting further to my
previous blog that introduced the importance of spirituality in our life. There
is one more vital thing that we all must understand that, Spirituality does not
teach us to connect to some specific religion. Also, it’s not bounding us to
anything like that but, Spirituality is essentially a search for life’s
meanings from a non-religious perspective. It’s above the religion, as GOD is a
supreme power that cannot be bounded to any religion. Spirituality is known to be a
state that can reach higher levels of consciousness if one regularly
practices yoga, meditation, and similar other practices.

Today, we will focus on some of the finest habits that will surely transform your life, on
spiritual & personal ground, only if you are practicing it in your day to
day life.

The researches have proven
that our mind gets adapted to a new habit, after a complete cycle of 21 days.
This means that if we are continuously practicing a habit in our routine life for 21 days, it can become an inseparable part of our life. As our
subconscious mind gets trained during this period. Our life is a real picture
of all the images that we create in our subconscious mind. This is really a
wider and an interesting concept, that we will focus on in one of my upcoming blogs-
“The power of our subconscious mind”. Coming back to the point, learning the habits
that will transform your life.

Habit is something, that we
rarely focus on, but these have a greater impact on our living & survival opportunities.
It’s having greater impact on our spiritual & personal life. Today we will
come across 6 such magical habits that will purely impact your life. Let’s
begin with the first habit.

1). Concious Breathing

“Breath is the link between
mind and body.” — Dan
Brule

It’s the prime
step that acts as a window to enter into the room of meditation. Deep breathing
or I will say a concentrated breathing, makes you calm and focused. You just
need to sit in silence, preferably this exercise must be done before sleep or
early in the morning, when the whole surrounding is at rest. As per the
beliefs, the universe has the abandoned source of energies and body receives it
through a natural channel called “Chakras”. These chakras are highly active
during this time. Hence, when the surrounding is quite, our body has the
chances to receive that cosmic energy to the higher extent through meditation.
Breathing is one of the easiest way to start meditation. Now, the question
arises that how to concentrate on your breathe on meditative perspective.

The answer is
here…!!!!!

Sit silently…..calmly…….with
your back straight. The straight backbone enhances the flow of energy in your
body. Concentrate on your breathe.

- Breathe in

- Hold it for a
few seconds ( as per your comfort Level)

- Release the
breathe.

combat stress. Happy, peaceful hormones, such as dopamine and serotonin, are
released when your beautiful smile spreads across your face. As well, your
body, blood pressure, and heart rate all relax. Smile releases intense joy, and
if you are relaxed means that you are balanced. If you are balanced, means that
you are able to tackle the day to day problems with much efficiency and hence
in turn it will make you competence in decision making.

technology is leading us towards isolation. Just give a close look to your
surrounding including yourself, we all are busy on the internet, chats, facebook,
Instagram and other social media. I am not saying that spending time with
these gadgets is not good, rather it keeps us updating with all the information
and happenings. But the worse aspect of this is – we are getting detached from
the world - our nears and dears. Our life is becoming a race. Everyone wants to
win it but now one know the destination to reach….!!!!.

our existence is being in stable state of peace and contentment. Which is
missing from everyone’s life. The only way to get back to the way is “ Getting
connected to the mother nature.” Spare some time from your routine and spend it
with nature. See the flowers blooming- enjoy the sound of breeze touching you –
see the trees dancing with the flow of air – listen to the music of the birds
with full heart……..it will definitely go into the depth of your heart and you
will realize that life is too short to enjoy these blessings of GOD.

foot in the future and one foot in the past— this awkward stance causes us to
forget our present. Some people spoil their present, by regretting their past –

present that we are living. We don’t care about the make the moments happy that

creation of GOD inside us. Its an extensive joyful feeling that can be only
understood and felt with the self experience. I was desperate enough to share
my experiences on this with you all, so just thought of writing a blog.

Human is the most beautiful and powerful creation of GOD. Its
being believed and said in our Granths and Vedas that we go through a number of
generations (84 Lacs approx) before taking birth as a human. We get the human body to meet the
higher source and get merged into the Supreme spiritual light after our death.
This will take us out of the cycle of rebirth and our soul will be contented.
This is the main aim of our life. This must be achieved by a human during the
time period given to us by the higher power in the form of life.

I am an Assistant Professor by profession. Like everyone, I had also forgotten the actual aim of life during the growth of my career. I was
so busy in race from home to office and office to home. May be this would have
been continued so far, till I met a complete spiritual Guru, who guided me and
made me understood the concept of energies that are existing in this
universe. That was the only day, that my mind, my soul agreed to explore it
more and more. Now the day has come, when I can feel the existence of these
positive energies around me. If I can achieve this, you can also experience
these energies by meditating yourself.

Meditation is the only way to connect to these energies and the
higher source. Now, the biggest question that must be coming into your mind
that, How to meditate? Its very hard to maintain the concentration level &
peace at the time when we sit to meditate. As a number of thoughts are striking
our mind & we are not able to reach the actual level of concentration that
is demanded. We can say that the Zero thought state is called the meditative
state. This is the state when u can feel the intense peace and the moment you
will feel yourself to be connected to the Supreme source of energies. Meditation makes u calm, enthusiastic and adds power to your sixth sense.

Many sculptures throws a bright light on the fact that God
has also created an auto healing process in our body. This means that we all have
the power of healing our self from any of the ailment, whether its physical or
mental. You must be curious enough to know that how this can be done???

How is
this possible????

You just need to understand about this. The proofs are hidden in the historical facts & beliefs. Have you ever
realized that in ancient times when the sadhus/ saints who kept on meditating
for a number of years in a cave, how they were able to survive without food for
such a long time ? Yes, the only answer for this is the energies or power
that they were receiving from the divine source during their meditative state.
They must be having a number of insect bites during their stay in the caves,
but they were able to recover themselves through the auto healing process, that
worked during mediation.

Dear friends, this was a chunk of awareness that I have shared
with you to introduce you to the doorstep of spirituality. Hope you will like my post and curious to know more. I will keep posting further
about the presence of positive & negative energies around us and how to connect with them.

Stay tuned............to my blog.
