پلاسٹک سرجری کے خلاف مولویوں کی طرف سے یہ دلیل دی جاتی ہے کہ یہ الله کی تخلیق کو خراب کرنا ہے. تو سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ پھر آپ گھر بناتے وقت یہ دلیل کیوں بھول جاتے ہیں؟ خالی زمین پر رہ لیں، یا غاروں میں گزر بسر کریں. آپکے بڑے بڑے گھروں کیلئے کتنی ہی اینٹیں، بجری اور لکڑی درکار ہوتی ہے جو کہ سب خدا کی تخلیق ہے. اپنی چند خواہشات کی خاطر آپ الله تعالی کی اتنی تخلیقات کو خراب کرتے ہیں. کیوں؟

پیزا، برگر، پیپسی، کوک اور طرح طرح کے مشروبات بھی کسی طرح ہماری ضروریات میں نہیں آتے. بلکہ ایک طرح کی عیاشی ہیں. تو ان کو بنانے کیلئے بھی خدا کی بہت سی تخلیقات برباد کی جاتی ہیں. پیزے، برگر اور کڑاہیوں میں ڈالنے کیلئے گوشت کے حصول کیلئے ہر روز ہزاروں جانور ذبح ہوتے ہیں وہ سب الله کی تخلیق نہیں؟ اگر ہیں تو پھر یہ سب چیزیں حرام ٹھہریں؟

مولوی حضرات کے زیر استعمال بہت سی اشیاء جو انکے پیشے کیلئے لازم و ملزم بن چکی ہیں وہ بھی بنیادی ضروریات نہیں بلکہ عیاشی کے زمرے میں ا سکتی ہیں، تو ان سب چیزوں کے حصول کیلئے کتنے ہی کپاس کے پودے اکھاڑ دیے جاتے ہیں اور درختوں کا برا حال کر دیا جاتا ہے. کیا وہ سب الله کی خوبصورت تخلیق نہیں؟ اور اگر یہ سب جائز ہے تو پھر پلاسٹک سرجری کیوں حرام ہے؟

اسی الله تعالیٰ نے بہت سے لوگوں کو غریب پیدا کیا، تو انکے لیے پیسے کمانا حرام ٹھہرا کہ انکو الله نے غریب بنایا ہے؟ مجھے تو اس بات کی سمجھ نہیں آتی. آپکو آتی ہو تو بتایں.

تاریخ, مؤرخ اور خادم اعلیٰ

یہ مؤرخ کون ہوتا ہے. یہ تاریخ کیوں لکھتا ہے؟ کب لکھتا ہے؟ کیسے لکھتا ہے؟ لوگ اسکے تاریخ لکھنے کا اتنا انتظار کیوں کرتے ہیں؟ اگر آج انٹرنیٹ کے دور میں ایک خبر دس جگہوں پر دس طرح سے لکھی جاتی ہے تو کسی واقعے کے سینکڑوں سال بعد لکھی تاریخ کا کیا حال ہوگا.

سب سے زیادہ حیرت مجھے اس وقت ہوئی جب اسلامی تاریخ کی کتابوں میں رستم کے وہ خواب بھی پڑھے جو اس نے جنگ کی رات دیکھے تھے. اسی طرح کتابوں میں دو آدمیوں کی گفتگو پورے مرچ مصالے کے ساتھ بیان ہوتی ہے اور اگلے دن وہ دونوں جنگ میں مارے جاتے ہیں. حیرت اس بات پر ہوتی ہے کہ جب وہ دونوں مر گئے تو انکے خواب اور آپس کی خفیہ گفتگو مؤرخ کو کیسے پتہ چلی؟ الله ہی بہتر جانتا ہے.

اسی طرح ہماری کالج کی کتاب میں زنجیر عدل کے بارے میں لکھا تھا کہ جب کوئی آدمی سے کھینچتا تو جہانگیر بھاگتا ہوا جاتا اور اسکی ضرورت پوری کرتا. میں نے پروفیسر سے پوچھا کہ اتنے بڑے ملک میں لاکھوں سوالی ہوتے ہوں گے. جہانگیر تو ہر وقت بھاگتا ہی رہتا ہوگا. مگر اب لگتا ہے کہ جہانگیر صاحب بھی ہمارے خادم اعلیٰ کی طرح تھے، چھوٹا سا انڈا دےکر آسمان سر پر اٹھا لیتے تھے. یہی حال سکول کی کتابوں کا تھا. جہاں ماضی کے تمام حکمرانوں کے کالے کرتوتوں کے ذکر کرنے کے بعد لکھا ہوتا تھا کہ اب ملک فلاں فلاں کی رہنمائی میں ترقی کی رہ پر گامزن ہے. جیسے ملک کے موجودہ حکمران امام مہدی ہیں.

اتنا عرصہ جھوٹ پڑھ پڑھ کر نفرت سی ہو گئی ہے.میں نے تو فیصلہ کر لیا ہے کہ اپنے بچوں کو یہ بکواس ہر گز نہیں پڑھاؤں گا جو میں نے پڑھی ہے. انشااللہ

گیلپ پاکستان کی حقیقت

حال ہی میں دیسی گیلپ نے پٹواریوں کو خوش کرنے کے لیے دو سروے کیے ہیں جس کے مطابق ن لیگ پاکستان کی سب سے مقبول ترین جماعت ہے. اس سے پہلے پٹواریوں نے آئی پی آر او سے بھی پیسے دے کر ایک سروے کروایا. لوگ یہ بات نہیں جانتے کہ اس دیسی گیلپ کا مالک ڈاکٹر اعجاز شفیع گیلانی ہے جو کہ نواز شریف کے پہلے دور حکومت (١٩٩٣- ١٩٩٠) میں اسکا مشیر بھی رہ چکا ہے. صرف اس بات سے ہی اس سروے کی حقیقت سامنے آ جاتی ہے. اس کے علاوہ اس گیلپ کا گیلپ انکارپوریشن سے کوئی تعلق نہیں.

اس بات میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ شریف برادران میڈیا مینجمنٹ میں ماہر ہیں اور میڈیا بھی انکی الٹی سیدھی سکیموں کی تعریف اور تشہیر میں کوئی کسر نہیں چھوڑتا. اس مقصد کے لیے انھوں نے متعدد صحافی بھی پال رکھے ہیں، جن میں جاوید چودھری کا نام سر فہرست ہے, جسکے کارناموں کی فہرست بیان کرنے کیلئے ایک لمبی فہرست چاہیے. تا ہم اتنا بتانا چاہوں گا کہ موصوف دوسروں کے کالم چوری کرنے کے علاوہ اردو بلاگز سے بھی مواد چوری کر کے اپنے نام سے پبلش کرتے ہیں.

In last few days, I noticed one of my Yahoo Messenger ID`s give me one error when i try to add one contact to list: There Was an error in the server while trying to add a contact. Please try again.

Strange thing was not all my ID`s have this error, so i decided problem was not yahoo servers or some software from my computer, was that ID with problem.

So solution for this error was verry simple, after so many days whithout any chance to add contacts, i checked my list and DELETE ALL CONTACTS wich didnt respond to friend request.

After this action, NEXT DAY, my Yahoo Messenger ID was back to normal.

Reason for this error i think is we added someone to contacts, and maybe that person delete own ID and YM servers trying to send friend request stuck on this error.

e-Election: A solution to problems of Pakistan

I think Pakistan should adopt the system of e-Elections like Estonia. Estonia is doing it since 2005, Philippine has done this 2010 elections, both Australia and Indonesia are also aspiring to do so. But in case of Pakistan voting should be done through in three ways.

1. SMS

2. Internet

3. Paper ballot

Method:

First of all all sorts of details (degrees, assets, tax returns, electricity, gas & phone bills, foreign travel history) of candidates and their families should be put on website of Election Commission of Pakistan. All these details should be submitted at least six months before elections so that they can be verified and current system of submission till last night should be abolished because it doesn't allow ECP to verify details.

Then every voter should be given the option to choose their desired voting method. To avoid duplicate voting separate digital electoral rolls should be made for cell phones, internet and paper ballots.

To implement this system some technical person should be appointed as head of ECP, who understands the e-Voting system and its importance. Then legislative changes should be made in constitution.

To develop a secure e-Voting system Rs 50 billion or more should be allocated in annual budget every year. Contract can be given to some international IT firm. Cyber security experts should be invited to improve the security of the system and then trials should be done. Competitions should be announced for people (e.g. hackers) to break into the system and those who are able to do so should be given prizes. In this way flaws in the system can removed.

Part of this money should be used to educate the electorate, politicians and other opinion makers of the society.

Advantages:

1. Cheaper, we will not need any money to maintain voter register, printing, transport, huge staff for polling and counting, deploy police and army for security and election-day violence etc.

2. It will solve the law and order problems that arise on election day e.g. firing at polling stations.

3. It will reduces the expenses of candidates during election campaign.

4. Easy method because every one in Pakistan has the cell phone so it will tremendously increase the voter turnout. And decent people do not like to visit polling stations, especially women.

5. No more manhandling, firing and Waheeda Shah like incidents at polling stations.

6. Faster counting and it will reduce counting errors, intentional manipulation of results and other types of electoral fraud.

7. It will ensure transparency. Audit of such a system is quite easy and can be done quickly.

8. People living outside their constituencies will be able to vote without having to go travel back to their native areas.

9. Overseas Pakistanis can also vote in this way.

10. It will put an end to forced voting.

11. It will replace the postal ballots completely

12. Even visually impaired and disabled people can vote through e-Voting.

13. It can indirectly provide a boost to IT sector in Pakistan.

PTI should give this suggestion to ECP and include it in its agenda for next general elections if it comes to power.

Suggestions For Election Commission of Pakistan

Recently Pakistan Tehreek Insaf, for the first time in history of Pakistan has introduced mobile phone based electronic voting method for Inter Party elections. This is the most efficient and cheapest method and will not only result in decreasing election costs but also end the electoral fraud.

I think it is time for Election Commission to learn a lesson from PTI and introduce alternate voting through mobile phones and internet for people inside and outside of Pakistan.

For example my vote is registered in Multan and my entire family is in pindi. So now our entire family will have to go to Multan to vote in general elections. Plus so many Pakhtoons live in karachi who's real vote will be registered in KPK. They will have to go back to KPK to vote and I don't think they will do this. Similarly many people living in cities have their votes registered in their native villages and I don't think they will go their to vote either.

So EC should allow people to chose ONE OF THREE voting systems.

1. Paper ballot system
2. Mobile phone SMS voting (one phone number for one voter)
3. Internet voting (one account for one person)

Eliminating the Postal Ballot System:

Postal ballot system should be abolished totally because this method is the most abused method and it results in corruption so it should be replaced by SMS voting.

Solution to Duplicate Voting:

To avoide duplicate voting everyone should be given the option to select his desired voting method before elections and one person should be allowed to only vote through one method. Names of those who choose to vote through SMS or internet should not be included in lists that will be made for those who choose to vote through paper ballots. One person should be allowed to use one phone number to vote only once.

Advantages of Electronic Voting:

1. Cheaper; no need to print paper ballots, decreased staff and less transport requirements
2. Forced voting can be stopped
3. Counting errors and thappa mafia can be controlled
4. Faster results
5. Easy method, will increase the voter turnout

Disadvantages:

1. political parities can install mobile phone jammers in areas of opposite parties and can disrupt the system
2. Load shedding can create problems in internet voting.
3. MQM and other militant groups can force people to hand over their SIM cards like they collect ID cards.
4. Security of electronic system is a serious issue and encrypted method should be used to secure the system.

اس بار ماہ رمضان میں ہم بیمار ہو گئے جس کی وجہ ہمارے خیال میں وہ دہی تھا جو ہم نے سحری میں کھایا تھا. ہم نے سوچا کہ کیوں نہ ہم دودھ والی دکان کے مالک پر ہرجانے کا مقدمہ کر دیں. ہم نے سوچنا شروع کر دیا کہ اگر ہم واقعی ایسا کر دیں تو کیا ہوگا. غور کیا تو پتا چلا کہ سب سے پہلے تو مقدمہ درج ہوگا جس پر کم از کم دس ہزار روپے خرچ آئے گا. اس کے بعد وکیل کرنا ہوگا. چونکہ ہمارے پاس دینے کے لیے ایل این جی کے پرمٹ تو ہیں نہیں، اس لیے سستا وکیل تو ایک خواب ہی ہے. لہٰذا وکیل پر بھی اچھی خاصی رقم خرچ ہو گی. اس کے بعد کیس کسی چھوٹی سی عدالت میں چلا جائے گا. اور جب تک اس کا فیصلہ ہوگا ہم کئی بھینسوں کی قیمت کے برابر رقم خرچ کر چکے ہوں گے. چونکہ ہم حق پر ہیں اور مقدمہ ہم ہی جیتیں گے اس لیے ہمیں کامل یقین ہے کہ دودھ والا ہائی کورٹ میں اپیل دائر کر دے گا اور فیصلہ ہونے میں مزید چند سال اور کئی لاکھ لگ جاییں گے. اس کے بعد کیس سپریم کورٹ میں چلا جائے گا اور اس کا فیصلہ ہوتے ہوتے ہم بوڑھے ہو چکے ہوں گے اور ہمارے پوتے پوتیاں فیصلہ سن کر ہنسی خوشی گھر آئیں گے. مگر اس وقت تک ہم ایک دو بھینسوں کے فارمز کی قیمت کے برابر رقم لگا بیٹھے ہوں گے. اور پھر اگر اس وقت تک گوالا زندہ ہوا اور اس نے اپنے آپ کو دیوالیہ ظاہر کر دیا تو؟ یہ سوچ کر ہی ہم کانپ گئے اور کیس نہ کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا.

مگر چونکہ ہم ہرجانے کی رقم سے پیزا کھانے کا پروگرام بنا چکے تھے، جس کا ہمیں اصل غم تھا لہذا ہم نے مسلۓ کی تہ تک پہنچنے اور اسکا حل تلاش کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا. غور کرنے پر پتا چلا کہ اس مسلۓ کی اصل وجہ غریبوں اور امیروں کے لیے یکساں عدالتی نظام ہے. اب اگر عدالت میں صدر، وزیر اعظم اور اعلی حکومتی عہدیداروں کی اربوں کی کرپشن کے مقدمات کی بھرمار ہو تو غریب آدمی کے معمولی کیس پر کون دیہان دے گا؟ اس لیے جس طرح ہم نے امیروں اور غریبوں کے سکول اور ہسپتال الگ کر دئیے ہیں، اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ ہم عدالتیں بھی الگ کر دیں. مگر جب مزید غور کیا تو سوچا کہ ہم انکا کیا کیا الگ کریں گے. کیوں نہ پاکستان کو ہی دو ملکوں، امیرستان اور غریبستان میں تقسیم کر دیا جائے. اگر کسی کو ناموں پر اعترض ہو تو اسے جان لینا چائیے کہ جس طرح پاکستان کا مطلب پاک لوگوں کے رہنے کی سرزمین ہے (یہ الگ بات ہے کہ اکثریت ناپاک ہی ہے) اسی طرح امیرستان اور غریبستان کا مطلب بالترتیب امیر اور غریب لوگوں کے رہنے کی جگہ ہے. تاہم ہمیں ناموں پر کوئی اعترض نہیں جب تک کہ ان ملکوں کا خواب دیکھنے کا کریڈٹ ہمیں دیا جائے. اور دونوں ملکوں کے بچے، بوڑھے ہمیں بابا قوم کہ کر پکاریں. مگر چونکہ ابھی ہماری عمر ہی کیا ہے اس لیے پہلے پہل ہمیں بھائی کا خطاب دے دیا جائے. بعد میں ایل طاف بھائی کی طرح ترقی کرتے کرتے ہم خود ہی روحانی باپ اور پھر بابا قوم بن جایں گے.

جن لوگوں کا خیال ہے کہ اس خواب کا کریڈٹ اس گوالے کو جانا چاہیے جس کے جراثیم زدہ دہی کی وجہ سے ہم نے یہ خواب دیکھا تو وہ غلطی پر ہیں. کیوں کہ اگر یہ گوالے کا کمال ہوتا تو پھر پاکستان میں جگہ جگہ گوالے اس طرح کا دہی بیچ رہے ہیں، تو پھر اوروں کو یہ دو قومی نظریہ کیوں نہیں سوجھا؟

اب ہم آتے ہیں وسائل کی تقسیم پر تو غریب تو چونکہ غریب ہیں اور انکی ضروریات اور خواہشات بھی کم ہے اس لیے تمام معدنی وسایل والے علاقے امیروں کو دے دئیے جاہیں. اسی طرح راولپنڈی، اسلام آباد اور شمالی علاقہ جات بھی امیروں کو ملنے چاہیں. کیونکہ انھیں گرمی زیادہ لگتی ہے. مگر چونکہ سردی کے موسم میں ان علاقوں میں سردی بھی زیادہ ہوتی ہے اس لیے لاہور بھی امیروں کو ملنا چاہیے، تاکہ وہ اپنی سردیاں آرام سے گزر سکیں. ملتان کی زمین بھی کافی زرخیز ہے اور غریبوں کے پاس کھیتی باڑی کے لیے جدید مشینری نہیں ہے، جسکی وجہ سے وہ اس زمین سے سہی فائدہ نہیں اٹھا سکتے اس لیے قدرت کی اس عظیم نعمت کو ضایع ہونے سے بچانے کے لیے ملتان بھی امیروں کو دے دیا جائے. رہا فیصل آباد تو وہاں تو ٹیکسٹایل کی ساری بڑی فیکٹریاں ہے امیروں کی ہیں، اب بیچارے کہاں اتنی بڑی بڑی مشینیں اکھاڑتے پھریں گے. اس لیے انسانی ہمدردی کا تقاضہ ہے کہ فیصل آباد بھی امیروں کو دے دیا جائے. باقی وسائل کی تقسیم، صوبوں کی حدود اور امیگریشن قوانین کے بارے میں پھر کبھی بحث ہو گی.

Let's Start Zia Bashing!

One of many salient features of our Desi Liberal elite is Zia bashing. Although I myself am not a big supporter of Zia because he was a hypocrite and a lair. He supported Afghan Jihad, while we had nothing to do with Afghanistan and he propagated a version of Islam in which he didn't believe himself.

But one thing our desi liberals forget to question is that why Zia supported a radical version of Islam?

The reason was US funded, Pakistan National Alliance (PNA) aka Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Nizam-e-Mustafa which gave Zia the pretext to takeover and radicalise the Pakistan. While Bhutto himself said that US government was sponsoring this movement then instead of bashing Zia our desi liberal elite should start bashing USA for sponsoring extremism in Pakistan.

As far as I believe, Zia himself was a hypocrite. He could easily have propagated a moderate or liberal version of Islam if there was such a movement on ground. There was a religious movement in country so he decided to lead it and became Ameer-ul-Momineen.

Plus why Mr. Bhutto is painted as a docile goat? While in reality he destroyed our economy through his policy of nationalization. All foreign investment was pulled out of country and we lost investor's confidence. What about his crimes against press and politicians? Why should we forgive him and only bash Zia?

So I think whatever Zia did, USA was equally responsible for it. Our desi liberals, who criticise only Zia while sparing USA are highly biased. They have double standards that reflect in their words and actions.

Similarly, now a days, they want army to stay in limits and at the same time criticise COAS for not issuing a statement against Shia killings. Don Altafo Corleone wants judiciary to stay in its limits while at the same time stop target killing and extortion in Karachi. I wonder if it is the job of judiciary to end extortion. This shows that these people actually do NOT want army and judiciary to stay in their limits and play their constitutional role. They just want them to act according to their whims and use the shield of constitution only when they intend to do something against their wishes.

This is nothing but double standards, until and unless our desi liberal elite gets rid of this, their views can not become mainstream.

People often ask question that why different family members join different political parties in Pakistan? The answer is simple, in this way these people step in multiple boats and no matter which party wins election, their FAMILY remains in power. So we can see so many families in Pakistani where one brother is in PPP and other is in PML-N and a cousin is in PML-Q and another one is thinking to join PTI and a third cousin is in some local nationalist party.

Others do the same while choosing profession for their kids. One brother is in an army officer and other is police and the third one is in local government or lawyer while the sister is a CSP officer and the list goes on.

What is this phenomenon?

In finance this technique is called hedging. In which traders minimize the risk by taking equal and opposite positions in two different markets. A hedge is an investment position intended to balance potential losses/gains that may be caused by a companion investment. So if one investment goes wrong the other one in opposite direction will make the profit and will minimize the loss.

Now let’s compare Pakistani politicians with traders, which they actually are, who come to politics just to plunder national wealth. Now the head of the family makes multiple investments. They see which two parties will have fierce competition in next election. So they ask their kids to join both of them. Now no matter which party comes to power after election, the family will gather the fruits of power in both cases.

In reality these people are hypocrite. They don’t follow the ideology of any of these two parties. In addition to fool general public they spread juicy details of family discords to justify their positions. They are just political opportunists. We should try to get rid of these hedge fund managers in next elections no matter which party they join we should spot them and not vote for them at all.

Solution to Problem:

To solve this problem just tell your part leadership that you will not welcome these opportunists and will not vote for them. Although I myself am a staunch supporter of PTI and I will vote for PTI in next election but if PTI gives a ticket to someone like this in my area, who is corrupt as well then I will not vote for PTI and I advise others to do the same.

پاکستان مسلم لیگ (نواز گروپ) کے کارکن نواز شریف کے حکم پر "کم بارکر کو پھسانے کے سو طریقے" نامی کتاب کی تلاش کر رہے ہیں.

برطانوی اخبار ولایتی ٹایمز کے مطابق میاں نواز شریف نے اپنے کارکنوں کو حکم دے رکھا ہے کہ یہ کتاب جہاں بھی ملے بھاری قیمت دے کر خرید لیا جائے. اخبار کے مطابق نواز شریف کے اس حکم سے ان کارکنوں کے لیے کافی مسائل پیدا ہو گئے ہیں جنہوں نے کئی سالوں سے کتاب کی شکل تک نہیں دیکھی.

ادھر ایک پاکستانی اخبار دیسی ٹائمز نے لکھا ہے برطانوی اخبار جھوٹی خبریں چھاپ رہا ہے. جس کا مقصد پاکستان کی سیاسی لیڈرشپ کو بدنام کر کے جہموریت کو غیر مستحکم کرنا اور پاکستان کے ایٹمی ہتھیاروں پر قبضہ کرنا ہے. جبکہ ولایتی ٹائمز کا کہنا ہے کہ ایک اخبار کس طرح ایٹمی ہتھیاروں پر قبضہ کر سکتا ہے. اور اگر کر بھی لے تو انکو استعمال کرنا کسی اخبار کے ایڈیٹر یا رپورٹر کے بس کی بات نہیں. برطانوی اخبار نے یہ بھی لکھا ہے کہ دیسی ٹائمز میاں برادران کا پروردہ اخبار ہے اور اس کا سب سے بڑا ثبوت ہر روز اخبار کے فرنٹ اور بیک پیج پر پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے دئیے جانے والے کروڑوں کی مالیت کے اشتہارات ہیں.

دوسری طرف کم بارکر کاکہنا ہے کہ میاں صاحب اس پر لائن مارنا بند کر دیں ورنہ وہ اپنے بھائیوں کو شکایت کر دے گی. یاد رہے کہ کم بارکر کا بڑا بھائی پولیس میں تھانیدار ہے. جبکہ چھوٹا بھائی روانڈا کی فوج میں افسر ہے. ملک کے صحافتی حلقوں میں اس بات کی گہری تشویش پائی جاتی ہے کہ اخباروں میں خبر آنے کے باوجود ابھی تک کم بارکر کے گھر والوں کو پتا کیوں نہیں چلا.

Because Nawaz Sharif earned his money through corruption and after earning this money he purchased so many assets abroad and used this money for personal benefits as well.

So Chief Justice of Pakistan should order removal of his hairs and make him bald again. All other assets of Mr. Nawaz should also be taken away from him and his children until and unless it is proven that they were not purchased using public money.

Why I Hate Restaurants???

Actually I hate restaurants because I don't know how clean their kitchens are??? This is the main reason that I didn't had a single iftari outside this Ramzan.

The cause of this aversion is my visit to Papasallis (Jinnah Park RWP) on that on 7th July 2012 when I saw a waiter SPITTING on floor in very same hall where people are served food. It was disgusting. And when next day I posted this on Facebook I came to know appalling stories of poor hygenic standards in our resturants.

I think there should be some transparency regarding hygienic standards. Here are few proposals:

1. Anyone should be allowed to enter the kitchen after paying a set fee of Rs 500-1000. So that only serious people will enter the kitchens and a check and balance system by consumers can be made.

2. Installing CCTV cameras in kitchens is also a good way. While anyone can see anything using a computer outside so in this way chefs wont get disturbed.

ابھی تک ہم عمار افضل اور شایان اختر کو نہیں بھولے تھے کہ ایک اور عظیم " سائینسدان" پیدا ہو گئے. جنہیں پاکستان سے اس قدر محبت ہے کہ انہوں نے ڈیڑھ کروڑ روپیہ قرض لے کر تجربات شروع کر دیے. موصوف میں اتنی بھی عقل نہیں تھی کہ کوئی بیک اپ پلان بھی رکھ لیتے. ورنہ تجربے کی ناکامی کی صورت میں قرض خواہوں کا جوتا ہوتا اور اس عظیم سائینسدان کا سر. چونکہ اب وہ وفاقی کابینہ کے جعلی ڈگریوں والے وزیروں کو الو بنانے میں کامیاب ہو چکے ہیں تو ان کی ڈیمانڈ ہے کہ انہیں فوری طور پر ڈیڑھ کروڑ کی رقم فراہم کی جائے تا کہ وہ قرض خواہوں سے نجات پا سکیں. اب یہ قرض خواہ کون ہیں، انکا تعلق کس گروہ سے ہے اور ہیں بھی کہ نہیں، یہ تو الله ہی بہتر جانتا ہے تاہم میرا ذاتی خیال یہی ہے کہ حضرت جھوٹ بول رہے ہیں.

اب ہم آتے ہیں اس عظیم سائینسدان کی ایجاد کی طرف. انکی ایجاد کا اصل نام ہایڈروجن کمبسچن انجن ہے. جسے پہلی بار ایک فرانسیسی انجینیر نے 1806 میں بنایا. اور مزدا نے خاص طور سے ہایڈروجن کے لیے ایک انجن جس کا نام وینکل ہے ڈیزائن کیا ہے. اسی طرح حال ہی میں بی ایم ڈبلیو نے ہایڈروجن 7 کے نام سے ایک کار بنائی ہے جو ہایڈروجن کو بطور ایندھن استعمال کرتی ہے. تو یہ ثابت ہوا کہ یہ موصوف کی ایجاد نہیں ہے بلکہ وہ بہت سے دوسرے لوگوں کی طرح عوام کی جہالت کی وجہ سے اس کا کریڈٹ لینا چاہتے ہیں. ویسے اگر کوئی اس طرح کا دعوی کرے تو پڑھے لکھے لوگ اسے "پلیجرزم" یا علمی چوری کہتے ہیں. مگر الله بھلا کرے ہمارے میڈیا والوں کا کہ چاہیں تو جوتے کو جہاز بنا دیں اور چاہیں تو جہاز کو جوتا بنا دیں. کوئی پوچھنے والا نہیں ہے کہ بھائی تم جس چیز کو اپنی ایجاد بتا رہے ہو وہ تو امریکہ کی سڑکوں پر پہلے سے دوڑتی پھر رہی ہے.

یہ بات بھی قابل ذکر ہے کہ اس عظیم سائینسدان کو سوئی ہوئی قوم سے متعارف کروانے کا سہرا حامد میر کو جاتا ہے. اس سے پہلے جاوید چودھری صاحب، عمار افضل کو ایک آئ ٹی جینیس کے طور پر متعارف کروا چکے ہیں جو کہ بعد میں ایک فراڈ نکلا. اسی طرح شایان اختر جس سے ملنے کے لے بل گیٹ بھی اپنی بل سے باہر نکل آیا تھا وہ بھی فراڈیا ثابت ہو گیا. حالانکہ میرے دوست شیدے ٹلی کا کہنا ہے کہ بل گیٹس صرف برسات کے موسم میں ہی نکلتا ہے.

جہاں تک ہایڈروجن کمبسچن انجن کا سوال ہے تو وہ ایک حقیقت ہے. مگر جب پٹرول والے انجن میں ہایڈروجن جلایں گے تو اس کی زندگی پر بھی اثر پڑے گا. اور جہاں تک پانی سے ہایڈروجن بنانے کا تعلق ہے تو وہ بھی بن سکتی ہے مگر ایسی کوئی مثال موجود نہیں کہ ہایڈروجن پیدا کرنے والا پلانٹ ہی گاڑی کے اندر فٹ کر دیا گیا ہو. بی ایم ڈبلیو میں تو سی این جی کی طرح ہایڈروجن بھروانی پڑتی ہے ظاہر ہے کہ جس کا سارے کا سارا فایدہ حکومت کو جائے گا اور غریب کو پھر کوئی ریلیف نہیں ملے گا. اور بی ایم ڈبلیو میں ہایڈروجن کو سٹور کرنے کی لیے جو انتہائی مضبوط سلنڈر لگا ہے اس کی قیمت میں تو ہمارے ہاں ایک مہران آ جاتی ہے. کچھ لوگوں کا خیال ہے کہ پانی کو توڑنے میں اس سے زیادہ انرجی خرچ ہو گی جتنی کہ ہایڈروجن کے جلنے سے حاصل ہو گی تو بظاہر یہ بات ٹھیک لگتی ہے. تاہم مزید معلومات کے لیے آپ کسی کیمسٹری کے پروفیسر صاحب سے رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں.

وقار صاحب نے جو "ایجاد" کی ہے اس ایجاد کا سٹیپ بائی سٹیپ طریقہ یوٹیوب سمیت درجنوں ویب سائیٹس پر موجود ہے. اگر آپ چھوٹے موٹے مکینک ہیں اور آپ کے پاس انٹرنیٹ کی سہولت موجود ہے تو وقت برباد مت کریں. فورا سے پہلے ایسی ہی ایک کٹ تیار کریں اور رائیونڈ پہنچ جایں. امید ہے کہ وفاقی حکومت کی دیکھا دیکھی آپ کی بھی وہاں کافی آؤ بھگت ہو گی. اور اگر خنزیر اعلی کے دربار تک رسائی مشکل ہو تو، مستقبل کے مال میں حمزہ شہباز کے کسی فرنٹ مین کو حصہ دار بنالیں، جلد ہی آپ بھی صوبائی کابینہ کو بریفنگ دے رہے ہوں گے. ایک بات کا خیال رہے کہ کابینہ کی میٹنگ کے دوران وزیروں کو تلاش مت کرتے رہئیے گا، سولہ وزارتیں تو خنزیر اعلی نے خود سنبھال رکھی ہیں باقی کے دو چار غیر حاضر بھی ہو سکتے ہیں. اس لیے چپ چاپ بریفنگ دے کر گھر آئیں اور انٹرویو کے لیےجاوید چودھری کی کال کا انتظار کریں.

میرا ذاتی خیال ہے کہ یہ انجینیر صاحب پی پی پی کے کسی بڑے لیڈر کے رشتہ دار ہیں اور لمبا ہاتھ مارنے کے چکر میں ہیں. اسی لیے لگتا ہے کہ موصوف بہت جلدی میں ہیں اور چھ ماہ میں چاروں صوبوں میں فیکٹریاں لگانا چاہتے ہیں. اور اپنی ایجاد کی تصدیق بھی نہیں کروانا چاہتے. ورنہ جو اصل سائینسدان ہوتے ہیں وہ نہ تو دوسروں کی بنائی ہوئی چیزوں کو اپنے آپ سے منسوب نہیں کرتے اور نہ ہی فیس بک پر بیٹھ کر اپنے منہ میں مٹھو بننے کی کوشش میں لگے رهتے ہیں. فیس بک پر موصوف اپنے آپ کو سندھی انجینیر لکھتے ہیں، بظاہر جس کا مقصد سندھ کارڈ استعمال کرنے کی کوشش کی سوا کچھ نہیں ہے.

تاہم پاکستانی عوام سے گزارش ہے کہ اس وقت اس مسلئے کا آسان حل یہ ہے کہ ان سائینسدان صاحب کو پھوٹی کوڑی نہ دی جائے بلکہ ان کو یہ کٹ ایک ہزار گاڑیوں میں نصب کرنے کے لیے کہا جائے، جس کا خرچہ حکومت برداشت کرے اور یہ گاڑیاں ٹیکسی کے طور پر مختلف شہروں میں چھ ماہ تک چلائی جایں. اگر یہ تجربہ کامیاب ہو جائے تو پھر یہ کٹ کمرشل بنیادوں پر تیار کی جانی چاہیے اور اگر ناکام ہو جائے تو سائینسدان صاحب کو ملک و قوم کا وقت برباد کرنے پر ان کے سرپرست اعلی خورشید شاہ اور حامد میر سمیت اڈیالہ جیل بھیج دیا جائے.

Punjab Budget 2012-13! What is For You?

The Punjab government allocated a budget of Rs 780 billion for the province for the upcoming fiscal year 2012-13.

let's have a look on this budget:

Rs 31.56 billion allocated for the education sector that is 3% of the education budget of Singapore.

Rs 81.86 billion for public order and safety. I can't see any like this in punjab. I think it is for giving public orders (through ads in newspapers and TV) and buying safety Razors.

Rs 1.5 billion allocated to courts to help them enhance their performance. So PML-N believes that performance of courts is poor, that I think is contempt of court.

Rs 2 billion allocated for initiation of Ashiana Schemes in four different cities. Malik Riaz will build these housing schemes and money will be divided 50/50 :)

Rs 27.5 billion allocated to keep the price of wheat reasonable. Why let it rise in first place? So you don't have to spend money to keep it "reasonable". And again what will be the definition of reasonable? Who will define it? A billionaire politician, owner of a floor mill or a poor man who collects food stuff from garbage?

No new tax on the lower and middle class will be imposed. Of course it will not be imposed on upper class either. Why not you mentioned their name?

Rs 320 million allocated for minorities. What will they do with this money? What minorities lack that general population has? Or it is a way to bribe their leaders?

Rs 2 billion allocated for eight more Danish Schools. What is the condition of previous Danish Schools? Are they doing anything good?

Rs 6.5 billion allocated for Punjab education fund. Still no one gets these scholarships and wont get it again.

Rs15 billion allocated for the youth. This money will be used to bribe the youth by giving obsolete laptops.

Rs11.1 billion allocated for services sector. What sort of services?

Rs2.4 billion allocated for IT sector. Is social media team of PML-N is part of this "IT sector"?

Rs6.2 billion for transport sector. Which transport? All transport in Punjab is private owned and Railway is controlled by federal government.

Rs16.5 billion allocated for health sector. No wonder why young doctors are on strike.

Rs1.8 billion allocated for sports. Yes Noora Kushti is also a sport. Nawaz Shareef is the brand ambassador of Noora Kushti Club of Lahore. So this money should go to his pocket.
