&amp;nbsp;　 &amp;nbsp; 對毒物越了解，林杰樑越清楚要從生活周遭防毒。關於吃，他非常謹慎，幾乎不外食，由老婆下廚，每天帶便當上班。這一天，他中午帶的便當，就是前一天的晚餐，菜色很簡單，毛豆炒豆皮、半尾煎肉魚、滷肉片一小塊、蔥花煎蛋、水煮綠花椰菜，配上白飯，就是健康營養又便宜的一餐。&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;　 &amp;nbsp; 早餐則是豆漿、饅頭、麥片、白煮蛋等交替選擇，他不鼓勵吃麵包，因為麵包隱藏了太多油脂，甚至有害人體的反式脂肪。林杰樑認為任何種籽油都不錯，他們家用的則是葡萄籽油，平日烹調盡量水煮、清蒸或微波，減少用油量。如何避免食物的毒素？他說：「我們家只吃當令食物。」絲瓜、高麗菜等，都是林家餐桌上常見的好菜。因為當季盛產的蔬果，價格便宜，且較不會有農藥殘留，青菜買回家，一定先用流動的清水浸泡十五分鐘。 　　水果也要徹底清洗，即使像有皮的橘子、香蕉、龍眼、荔枝，都得先洗過再剝皮，柳丁洗過才 能切，比較特別的是棗子、蓮霧，林杰樑都是削掉皮才吃。碰到菜價飆漲時，林杰樑會選擇冷凍蔬菜代替。 　　&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 在食材選擇上，除了吃當令蔬果，林杰樑鼓勵大家多吃當季盛產的小型魚，台灣的鯖魚、花飛魚、四破魚、竹筴魚與秋刀魚都是不錯的選擇。海水魚優於淡水魚，愛�� �鮭魚的人，最好擇體型較小的野生鮭，大型深海魚在食物鏈中累積了太多毒素，建議少吃。&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;　 &amp;nbsp; 至於肉類，他只吃雞胸和雞腿不吃皮，豬肉則選擇有CAS標記的優良肉品。&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;　 &amp;nbsp; 不吃生食、不吃內臟、不吃加工醃漬類食物如香腸、炸雞等，少買進口蔬果、少吃帶殼海鮮，多吃蔬果、一周至少吃兩次魚，是他的飲食原則。他的孩子從小跟著吃清淡飲食，炸雞、漢堡、薯條對他們沒有任何吸引力。&lt;br /&gt;
