For most people, pasalubong from Cebu are always dried mangoes, otap, chicharon or when you're lucky - lechon.  I do still bring those, sometimes for friends whenever I get to go home.
There are other tasty offerings though, that I've discovered in recent years that are nice alternatives to the usuals:
1) Don Merto's Belgian Chocolate Cookies - these are sandwiched thin lace cookies with a
