Pana la urma studentii sunt viitorii clienti profitabili ai bancilor (ca noi restul…avem deja cel putin un cont).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Cardul ofera &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;discounturi intre 5% - 15%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; la plata cu cardul la partenerii BCR si inscrierea automata in clubul Student BCR (care da posibilitatea studentului de a participa la diverse seminarii sau accesul la anumite promotii)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Pe langa reduceri, studentii castiga si &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;puncte de loialitate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; pentru orice tranzactie, pentru fiecare 2 RON cheltuiti, detinatorul primeste un punct (care valoreaza la preschimbare 0,006 RON)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Tesco a anuntat astfel in aceasta saptamana ca a inregistrat membrul cu numarul 16 milioane in UK . Tesco a lansat recent programul de fidelizare in Polonia, Thailanda si Slovacia si a adunat 3 milioane de noi membrii in doar 7 saptamani. Abonamentul la transportul in comun este un card RFID (cum exista si la Bucuresti)…care este personalizat pe loc cu poza posesorului, nume-prenume, adresa si valabilitatea cardului (nu a abonamentului). Pentru fiecare luna de abonament platit, doamna de la ghiseu iti lipeste un abtipild care atesta plata lunii respective.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Daca vrei sa participi la diverse programe culturale, ai alt card personalizat: ”Carte Culture etudiants” cu care ai acces la cursuri de fotografie si video, pictura, arta vizuala, teatru, cinema, orchestra, cor etc si bine inteles concerte, reprezetatii, conferinte, festivaluri…etc…&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Intentionam sa ma duc intr-o farmacie la care am card (…si cam am la toate)…dar trebuia sa ajung si repede la birou, asa ca…&lt;br /&gt;am intrat in prima care mi-a iesit in cale - o mica si necunoscuta farmacie de pe Bd. Decebal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am fost surprinsa sa vad ca preturile sunt ceva mai mici decat in farmaciile mari, dar ….nu aveau nici un fel de card de reduceri sau fidelitate…Pana aici toate bune, e totusi echitabil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce am facut achizitii de peste 200 ron, farmacista (si probabil si proprietara farmaciei) mi-a zis ca i-am facut vanzare mare si mi-a mai dat un produs in plus…Recunosc ca nu mi s-a mai intamplat asta, adica sa primesc ceva in pus fara sa existe vreo promotie sau politica de fidelizare….de ceva ani de zile!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si uite asa, fara card de fidelitate sau reduceri, fara promotii sau politica de marketing, dar cu o farmacista deosebit de amabila si atenta …am fost fidelizata in cel mai pur sens al cuvantului. Adica ma voi intoarce in mica farmacie de pe Bd. Decebal, si mai mult o si recomand: Farmacia Decebal de pe Bd. Decebal nr. 9.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ce frumos ar fi sa fim tratati asa in orice magazin in care intram!&lt;br /&gt;In magazinele mici, unde puterea de decizie si increderea in proprii angajati este mai mare, este foarte posibil. In retelele mai mari insa, numarul mare de angajati, relatiile formale intre ei, centralizarea deciziilor de marketing si financiare cer totusi o polica cat de cat unitara si reglementata a relatiilor cu clientii. Si au si de ce:&lt;br /&gt;-        O mare companie de telefonie de exemplu a pierdut datele personale a 17 milioane de clienti&lt;br /&gt;-        Se comercializeaza on-line, masiv si ilegal date privind activitatea bancara, date privind obiceiurile de consum&lt;br /&gt;-        Firmele care se ocupa cu afaceri on-line cer informatii masive clientilor si vand apoi bazele de date, totul fara acordul persoanelor&lt;br /&gt;-        Companii de telefonie si transporturi spioneaza ilegal mii de angajati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca firmele si institutiile care lucreaza cu date personale nu constientizeaza importanta securitatii prelucrarii acestor informatii, in scurt timp e posibil sa ajungem si noi in aceeasi situatie. De exemplu, retele de supermarketuri de tip discout ca Aldi, Netto sau Lidl din UK au castigat 1,3 milioane cumparatori intr-un an, in detrimentul marelui Tesco, care are unul dintre cele mai avansate mecanisme de fidelizare a clientilor! Asta cand criza la ei inflorise…&lt;br /&gt;E drept, in aprilie 2009 Tesco si-a redemonstrat pozitia, anuntand cele mai mari profituri de pana atunci, respectiv 3,13 bilioane£ (cu 10% mai mari decat in anul precedent).&lt;br /&gt;Asta a reconfirmat atat valoarea programului de fidelitate dar si eficienta programelor lor promotionale…pentru care recunosc cu mandrie ca am muncit si eu :)&lt;br /&gt;Pe piata roamaneasca, conform studiilor efectuate in ultimul an (si detaliate in ultima revista &lt;a href="http://www.revista-piata.ro/articole/actualitatea/shoppertrends-2009---noi-comportamente-de-cumparare.html"&gt;Piata&lt;/a&gt;):&lt;br /&gt;- Femeile si pensionarii sunt cei mai vulnerabili in fata preturilor promotionale&lt;br /&gt;- 9 cumparatori din 10 se informeaza constant de produsele aflate in promotie&lt;br /&gt;- 2 romani din 5 cauta mereu reduceri si promotii&lt;br /&gt;- Promotiile si preturile mici recastiga pozitii superioare in influentarea fidelitatii consumatorilor fata de magazin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mai precis, un studiu Nielsen arata care este topul beneficiilor oferite de magazine care au ca efect fidelizarea cumparatorilor sai in 2009:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Locul 1&lt;/strong&gt;: Proximitatea magazinului (la fel ca in 2008)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Locul 2&lt;/strong&gt;: Usurinta cu care gasesc ceea ce cauta ( in 2008 acest beneficiu era pe locul 15!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Locul 3&lt;/strong&gt;: Gasesc tot ce au nevoie intr-un singur magazin (la fel ca in 2008)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Locul 4&lt;/strong&gt;: Promotii atractive si interesante! Studiul de mai jos a fost solicitat de &lt;a href="http://www.vrlknowledgebank.com/"&gt;VRL Knowledge Bank &lt;/a&gt;(agentie de presa) si dezvaluie informatii importante care sugereaza faptul ca gift cardurile vor reprezenta cadoul viitorului.&lt;br /&gt;Studiul s-a desfasurat online si a fost effectuat de catre &lt;a href="http://www.bmrb.co.uk/"&gt;Biroul Britanic de Studii de Piata (BMRB)&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Datele&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; colectate (la inscrierea in program si in istoricul cumparaturilor) &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;nu sunt folosite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Nu se tine foarte mult cont de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;frecventa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; consumatorului in magazin&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Segmentarea clientilor se reduce in general la &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;criterii foarte simple&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (varsta, sex, ocupatie, venituri)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Securitatea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; prelucrarii datelor personale nu este luata foarte in serios. De exemplu, &lt;a href="http://www.supercard.ro/"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Supercard&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; (lider in domeniul programelor de fidelizare din piata) a inregistrat cea mai mare C.A. pentru trimestrul 1 de la lansarea firmei(!) .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si uite asa criza naste prima &lt;a href="http://www.conferinte.ro/crm/"&gt;conferinta si expozitie dedicata &lt;strong&gt;CRM-ului&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/a&gt;(pe 27 Mai la Institutul de Statistica) si in toamna vom avea parte in premiera nationala de primul eveniment dedicat exclusiv tehnicilor de fidelizare si retentie a clientilor – ”&lt;strong&gt;Customer Loyalty&amp;amp;Retention&lt;/strong&gt;” .&lt;br /&gt;Ce ne lispseste inca este o scoala de formare a specilistilor in CRM si Loyalty. Este un card preplatit, adica poate fi reincarcat oricand cu o anumita valoare (in oficiile Postei Romane) si apoi utilizat (ca orice card de debit sau credit) pentru plati la comercianti, plata utilitatilor, plati on-line, retrageri de numerar, trimiterea de bani. Cardul nu are un cont bancar atasat si este mult mai sigur in tranzactiile on-line (se incarca doar cu suma de care este nevoie in tranzactie). Orice persoana de peste 18 ani poate solicita cardul in cele &lt;a href="http://www.posta-romana.ro/services/categories/diverse-plati_9/card-prepaid_173"&gt;6 oficii postale din Bucuresti&lt;/a&gt; (pentru moment). In curand &lt;a href="http://www.cashplus.ro/"&gt;va fi gata si site-ul&lt;/a&gt;…&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In Romania alte tipuri de carduri prepaid sunt cartelele telefonice, gift cardurile (cardurile cadou), cartele de internet - care functioneaza pe acelasi principiu - sunt platite si apoi se utilizeaza valoarea lor.
