As different as they claim to be, and they are different, all three of the major presidential candidates, from both parties, have one interesting thing in common. This just goes to illustrate that no matter which one is elected this November, nothing will change in this arena.

All three are committed to the idea of amnesty for the illegal aliens. They may call it different things, give it different names, but if it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, it’s a duck. It’s amnesty.

From the “guest worker program” to the “virtual fence”, it’s all just lip service. The major candidates are beholden to the big corporations, the ones who foot the bill for their campaigns. These corporations want cheap labor and will get it at all costs.

A Little Gun History...

In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

In 1911, Turkey establish ed gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated

Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated' people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.

It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars. The first year results are now in:

List of 7 items: Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 percent Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 percent Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!

In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. Note, that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns!

While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the past 12 months, since criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.

There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the ELDER LY. Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort, and expense was expended in successfully ridding Australian society of guns. The Australian experience and the other historical facts above prove it.

You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.

Take note my fellow Americans, before it's too late!

The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.

With guns, we are 'citizens'.
Without them, we are 'subjects'.

Immigrants over 65

If the illegal immigrant is over 65 they can apply for SSI and Medicaid and get more than my mom gets for Social Security, and she worked from 1944 till 2004, only getting $791 per month because she was born in 1924 and there is a"catch 22".

It is interesting that the federal government provides a single refugee with a monthly allowance of $1,890.00 and each can also obtain an additional $580.00 in social assistance for a total of $2,470.00/month.

This compares very well to a single pensioner who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 TO 50 years can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012.00 in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.

Maybe our "pensioners" should apply as refugees!

Consider telling this to all your American friends, so we can all be ticked off and
maybe get the refugees cut back to $1,012.00 and the pensioners up to $2,470.00
and enjoy some of the money we were forced to submit to the Government over the last 40 or 50 or 60 years.

Economic Stimulus Rebates

How to use the rebate

As you may have heard the Bush Administration said each and every one of us would now get a nice rebate. If we spend that money at Wal-Mart, all the money will go to China. If we spend it on gasoline it will all go to the Arabs, if we purchase a computer it will all go to India, if we purchase fruit and vegetables it will all go to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala, if we purchase a good car it will all go to Japan, if we purchase useless crap it will all go to Taiwan and none of it will help the American economy.

We need to keep that money here in America, so the only way to keep that money here at home is to buy prostitutes and beer, since those are the only businesses still in the US.

War on the middle class

The middle class in America is under attack. George W. Bush and his fat cat, big business/oil cronies have made up their “minds” that they are going to utilize cheap, imported (i.e. illegal) labor at all costs, even if that means destroying the country in the process. Between the flood of illegal aliens coming up here and stealing our blue collar jobs, and the outsourcing of high tech and tech support jobs to Asia, hundreds of thousands of honest, hard working Americans have found themselves on the unemployment line. And this is just the beginning. The goal is to merge the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Just do a Google search on “amero” and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. The plan is to draw the standard of living in America down to that of Mexico, while the big companies make even MORE profits! George Bush doesn’t only belong out of office, he belongs in jail. He is a traitor of the utmost degree.

Are we better off?

In 1980, when Ronald Reagan was running for president, he introduced what he called the “Misery Index.” It took into account things such as unemployment, inflation, gas prices, housing prices, and several other things that I can’t even remember any more. He used this index to illustrate how the current president at the time, Jimmy Carter, was totally inept and not competent enough for the job as our Chief Executive. The question at the time was “Are we better off now than when he took office?” The answer, of course, was no.

Fast forward to 2008. Are we better off now than when George W took office? Think about it. When he took office after the end of the Clinton administration, we actually had a surplus for the first time in many, many years, After eight short years we now have record deficits. We have a war that has now lasted longer than World War 2 and still has no end in sight. Gas prices are at record levels. The dollar is in the toilet. The housing market has collapsed. We have an open border that the president refuses to do anything about. Constant downward pressure on wages. Healthcare costs spiraling out of control, and rising numbers of uninsured. Yet we provide free healthcare to the illegal aliens!

The middle class is an endangered species in the United States. The incompetence, ineptness, and just plain old bumbling stupidity, on top of the general disrespect he has for the American people, have put our country on the brink of economic disaster.

“Are we better off now than when he took office?” The answer, of course, is no.
