Last Thursday, the Departments of Justice and Education mandated a broad definition for sexual harassment on college campuses: “any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature” including “verbal conduct” (also known as speech or expression). DoE and DoJ regulate virtually every campus in America, public and private. So requiring universities to adopt this definition — issued in a letter to the University of Montana that DoE and DoJ are calling a “blueprint” for colleges and universities across the country — is a big deal.

I have therefore consulted my Washington-based friend A. Fake Bureaucrat, who was kind enough to prepare this helpful FAQ for Daily Caller readers.

Q: I heard that this means that asking someone out on a date can be sexual harassment. That can’t be right, can it?

A: Indeed it is, and thank goodness! As you may know, many people see “dates” as a prelude to a relationship or even sex. That’s all well and good, but sometimes, people are asked for dates by people they wouldn’t dream of going out with. That makes such requests “unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature” — in other words, sexual harassment! We should be grateful that my fellow bureaucrats at the Departments of Justice and Education with impressive, confidence-inspiring titles like “Interim Assistant Secretary” and “Deputy Chief” have finally taken steps to rid America’s campuses of the scourge of unwelcome requests for dates.

Just one simple action could have saved the lives of four people, if Hillary Clinton was not way too busy being awarded a phoney award for services she FAILED to render. Thousands of women inmates from California prisons could soon be released to be reunited with their families under a program the state began implementing on Monday.

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said offenders whose crimes were nonviolent, nonserious and not sexual, with less than two years remaining on their sentences, are eligible for the Alternative Custody Program, which was signed into law in 2010 by then-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

“Approximately two-thirds of CDCR’s female inmates are mothers whose children are either with relatives or are in foster care,” CDCR Secretary Matthew Cate said in a press release. “ACP is a step in breaking the intergenerational cycle of incarceration, as family involvement is one of the biggest indicators of an inmate’s rehabilitation.”

About 45% of the state's 10,000 female inmates may be eligible for the program, the CDCR said. It may be made available to male inmates in the future, the department said.

Police: Assault prompted by ‘too many pickles’

QUINCY, Mass. (AP) — A Quincy woman is facing an assault charge for allegedly punching a restaurant worker for putting too many pickles on her steak and cheese sandwich, police said Monday.

Tina Drouin, 49, ordered the sub from Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs in the Quincy Center subway/commuter rail station at about 2 p.m. Saturday, according to MBTA police. Drouin started loudly complaining, used a profanity, and made other derogatory comments about the ratio of certain ingredients as the worker prepared the sandwich, police said.

False complaints of sexual abuse in the military are rising at a faster rate than overall reports of sexual assault, a trend that could harm combat readiness, analysts say.

Virtually all media attention on a Pentagon report last week focused on an increase in service members’ claims of sexual abuse in an anonymous survey, but unmentioned were statistics showing that a significant percentage of such actually investigated cases were baseless.

From 2009 to 2012, the number of sexual abuse reports rose from 3,244 to 3,374 — a 4 percent increase.

During the same period, the number of what the Pentagon calls “unfounded allegations” based on completed investigations of those reports rose from 331 to 444 — a 35 percent increase.

In 2012, there were 2,661 completed investigations, meaning that the 444 false complaints accounted for about 17 percent of all closed cases last year. False reports accounted for about 13 percent of closed cases in 2009.

Robert Maginnis, a retired Army officer and analyst at the Family Research Council, is writing a book for Regnery Publishing Inc. about the Pentagon’s push to put women in direct ground combat in the infantry, armor and special operations.

“In the course of conducting interviews with commanders, I heard time and again complaints about female service members making sex-related allegations which proved unfounded,” Mr. Maginnis said. “Not only do some women abuse the truth, but it also robs their commanders from more important, mission-related tasks.

“Female service members told me that some women invite problems which lead men on and then result in advances the woman can’t turn off. Too often, such female culpability leads to allegations of sexual contact, assault and then the women feign innocence.”

The annual Pentagon report on sexual assault noted the numbers of false complaints but included no analysis. The Pentagon did not respond to a request for comment.

Elaine Donnelly, who runs the Center for Military Readiness, said the Pentagon’s Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Office (SAPRO) is ignoring the problem of false reports.

“Unsubstantiated accusations remain a significant problem, but the SAPRO is doing nothing about it,” Mrs. Donnelly said. “I went through both volumes and found no evidence of concern about the significant 17 percent of ‘unfounded accusations.’ Something should be done to reduce the numbers of false accusations, the first step being an admission that the problem exists.”

They actually increased the interest in Men’s battles and Men’s Rights, especially on this site as it has gone from 250,000 hits per year to 250,000 hits per month. So you can thank those clowns for the additional exposure. Most people like myself, would take time to have a look at sites they have banned to see the reason why. Most would realise that companies like Norton Symantec and O2 are just political pawns for that feminastie hate movement. Supporters of the left-wing lunacy and supporters of censorship and suppressors of free speech just like any communists or fascists would. Bring it on you bunch of cowards.

THE 48 MEN’S HUMAN RIGHTS SITES FEMINISTS SEEK TO CENSOR

In May last year, this blog and its readers broke the story of men’s human rights sites been censored and smeared by major mobile phone companies in the UK. It has now emerged that Norton is also smearing most of our movement as hateful, with its DNS service blocking access to many of the most popular sites, this blog included.

It’s unsurprising that people would try to censor us in this way and it’s particularly disappointing that someone out there is stupid enough to regard this blog as hateful when it’s abundantly clear we have no tolerance here for sexism towards anyone, and the whole point of this site is to campaign against sexism and gender hatred.

One wonders how feminist hate sites like Radfem Hub escapes that list, seeing as they promote genocide, the murder of innocent children and elimination of 90% of all Men and Boys from the planet. Are they on that list or any other feminist male-bashing sites ?

No Way, demonstrating the complete hypocrisy and what a completely biased joke that list really is.

I’ve done significant research to find out the true scale the censorship of mens’ human rights material and can exclusively reveal the most complete and accurate list of sites currently being blocked. I can also reveal that both O2 and Norton appear to be using the same list for their disgusting censorship.Previous lists of banned sites totalled 21 URLs, my research more than doubles that total to at least 48 sites and 54 urls.

As you can see from the roll of honour below, it’s just obscure or slightly confrontational men’s human rights sites that are blocked, even more academic resources such as manwomanmyth are barred too. For those yet to utilise this excellent resource, much of it consists of interviews with leading figures on gender issues, such as Erin Pizzey founder of the world’s first domestic violence shelters and Michelle Elliot O.B.E. the founder of the children’s charity Kidscape. Even completely mainstream figures such Glenn Sacks’ nationally syndicated (and no doubt fully FCC compliant) “His Side” radio show don’t escape Norton’s censors. It’s not just the wider men’s humans right movement impacted by this scandal, more specific blogs by fathers in support of families are banned, I have to say it’s a very strange world Norton are living in where a man’s love for his children can be classed as “hate”.

Most disturbingly of all, feminists even regard it as hateful to help/supportmale victims of domestic violence, abuse and even rape victims, with at least two sites solely focused on such subjects blocked under this absurd classification.

JODI Arias has been found guilty of first degree murder in the stabbing death of her one-time boyfriend Travis Alexander.

As the guilty verdict was read, Arias opened her mouth, licked her lips and swallowed hard, and then fought back tears with a look of disbelief. Alexander’s family smiled and hugged each other. Outside, people cheered and hugged, then began chanting “USA, USA, USA.”

Jurors reached a verdict after deliberating about 15 hours over four days on whether the former waitress should be convicted of murder in the 2008 fatal stabbing and shooting of her one-time boyfriend at his suburban Phoenix home.

Authorities said Arias, 32, planned the attack in a jealous rage after being rejected by Alexander, a motivational speaker and salesman, while he pursued other women.
