Rinse and drain amla and curry leaves. Remove seeds from Amla and grind to get the extract from it. Similarly gring curry leaves and extract it. Mix them well and keep aside. Take same proportion of gingelly oil and warm it. Keep it aside. In the same pan, heat the extracts till they become half in volume. Then mix the gingelly oil in it and keep the mix in sunlight for 4-5 days. If it is winter, can warm it daily for 4-5 days and allow it to settle. Filter it and apply it for hair on routine basis to get dark black hair. It also cools your body giving you a good sleep at night. While food poisoning can be substantially reduced by practising good hand hygiene, preparing food properly using clean water and materials and storing food at safe temperatures in clean places, it can still happen due to unforeseen circumstances.&lt;/div&gt;

Most people can recover from food poisoning without treatment, but its symptoms can be relieved by:&lt;/div&gt;

resting well&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;

Food poisoning is mostly the result of improper food handling, preparation and storage. Five keys to safer food has been addressed in Global Education Stratergy by World Health Organisation as:&lt;/div&gt;

Keep clean&lt;/div&gt;

Separate raw and cooked inorder to avoid cross contamination&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Cook thoroughly&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Keep food at safe temperatures&lt;/div&gt;

use safe water and raw materials&lt;/div&gt;

There are simple measures. Make sure your hands and all surfaces and equipment used for food preparartion are clean. Separate equipment and utensils such as knives and cutting boards for raw and cooked foods and avoid contact between them. Bring foods like soups and stews to boiling to make sure that they have reached 70C and reheat cooked food thouroughly.&lt;/div&gt;
