Masquerade

2012-10-08T16:18:00.000+02:00

It has been ages... eleven moths to be precise since I did my last post...

But I never got over this blog... many times I either tried to delete it or ignore it, but it didn't fell right... as I had to give up my baby... So I am back here.

During this time I decided to create another blog... so basically I have two "babies", and till I decide which one to keep and which to... delete you can find me here or at:

UK - MANCHESTER, BOLTON

2011-11-05T15:49:00.000+01:00

Here some pictures from Manchester and Bolton.
I spend last Saturday in Trafford centre. By the minute I got there the time stopped and all I wanted was never to leave this place :) amazing place! I felt like Alice in Wonderland.

(CHINA TOWN, TRAFFORD CENTRE)

(CHINA TOWN, MANCHESTER)

The last evening my brother took me to a spanish restaurant in Bolton, called La Salsa. We had a very delicious dinner, so I recommend this place :)
The biggest surprise was as the waitress asked us there are some bulgarians working there. They were so nice letting us try some of the specialties. The dinner ended with a dessert and a walk trough Bolton.

Now thinking about the several days I spend in the UK I think the time just flew by very fast. I met many interesting people and had a great time. That made me think about how important for it is to get to know new places and people and to widen my horizons.

UK TRIP - THE BEGINNING

2011-11-05T15:48:00.000+01:00

It started as trips always start... with the question "What should I pack?!". Then you find yourself in front of a wardrobe "full of clothes, but nothing to wear". And in the end you pack much more than you need. But aint it better to be prepared for every situation, than to get the crisis because you don't have the right shoes or sweater?

To hours later as planned and much more cloth pieces as needed I was ready to go to bed, so I can get some hours of sleep and then head off to the airport.

On the next day I had a three hours in Zurich between the flights, so I spend them in a restaurant at the airport, having a long breakfast and reading a newspaper.

TRICK OR TREAT?

2011-10-31T22:16:00.000+01:00

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYONE!

I spend the past few days in England and attended a great Halloween party here :)

I haven't posted anything for a while, but it was a crazy month - moving in and out several times, and still have no internet at my new place...

The most recent and interesting thing around me is my trip to Manchester and Bolton! I met so many nice people, so much new and overwhelming experiences... But I'll share my impressions of this trip with you in another post.

I now wish you an unforgettable Halloween night! :)

much love, R.

NEW IN

2011-09-25T13:00:00.000+02:00

SAY HI TO MY NEW BABIES!
I ordered them a few days ago form Paul Green and in no time they were delivered! Nice, nice!
Truth to be told I had very mixed feelings- at first I felt so in love with them, then came the phase- do they match my clothes and style, then again I loved them and so on...
So in the end I decided to keep them... who doesn't need a pair of booties to keep the feet dry and warm in the rainy fall.

What do you think, dears? Do you like them?
Did you started to prepare properly for the fall/winter?

lots of love

Hair

I usually never style my hair and wear it as it naturally is.

And then at times I get inspired and try something different. :)

Summer is kind of like the ultimate one-night stand: hot as hell, totally thrilling, and gone before you know it.

2011-09-11T11:18:00.000+02:00

My dearest, I am sorry for the lack of posts in the past weeks. There was so much to be done during the last days of August and then (finally) the vacation started. I put myself on a Internet-less diet so I can rest and recharge fully. Now, ten days later, I have to switch the vacation mode with the it-is-going-to-be-a-very-busy-autumn one. And even tough it seems it is still summer, the careless days are over.

Today is my last day in Sofia, so it is all about packing and planning.

Hope you had a great vacation too.

lots of love

THE THURSDAY POST

2011-08-25T19:24:00.000+02:00

In every wardrobe there are things which we don't wear, but we don't want to get rid of either. As an example- the top I am wearing. I remember buying it one winter years ago, I also remember wearing it... once? twice? Looking at the top I can only ask myself what the reason to discriminate it is. But I have no answer... I actually really really like it!

Same thing with a silk top I bought years ago... anyways... may be these pieces will eventually some day have their comeback, or should I rather say come in handy at all.

LBD

2011-08-24T18:25:00.000+02:00

Exactly the day after I took all the summer clothes out of my wardrobe, so they don't remind me there was no summer in Germany these year, the heat came. So 07:35 today I had to be very quick in taking my summer clothes out of the suitcase I hid them in. My choice of the day- a little black dress :)

As you can see I am "suffering" from a lack of a photographer. So I am really sorry for the bad self-shots.

Today we had a reaaaaly hot weather. There even was danger of heatstroke so... the perfect day for my h&m hat I bought 2 months ago and wore... once?!?!

The nail lacquer affair

2011-08-20T21:58:00.000+02:00

A really tough decision... Since I am using only different shades of red these days it would be nice to pick another color... the thing is I love red nails and picking another color feels like a betrayal. :D

Are you a fan of bright colored nails or prefer plain french manicure?

Flying Bach

Classical music vs. breakdance.

I never was a real fan of breakdance, but in combination with classical music, I can only call it- impressive!

crazy stupid RYAN

2011-08-18T17:02:00.001+02:00

Yesterday was ladies night at the cinemaxx, and the film was CRAZY STUPID LOVE. It was crazy, it was stupid... and it definitely was LOVE when Ryan Gosling took off his shirt...

So... yeah! It was a fun night!

On my wishlist

2011-08-16T22:02:00.000+02:00

A few minutes on zara.com and I wanted pretty everything. It was a really tough decision what to stay on my wishlist and what not. The pieces you see below had really good competitors. These are Nr. 2 to 5. Nr.1 didn't make it to the wishlist... I ordered it right away, impulsive me! I'll show it to you as soon as I get it. :)

Are you a "victim" of online shopping too? :P Where do you usually shop?

Strasbourg

2011-08-12T21:52:00.000+02:00

Second stop- Strasbourg! I have never been to France before (but always wanted to). My first impression was really really good- the weather was just right, nice people, and the food... oh the food was amazing! Not to mention the shops and the stile of the french women... tres tres cool et tres tres chic! I am looking forward to visit France again. And this time is Paris on the list!

a spark of heavenly fire

2011-08-11T22:00:00.000+02:00

Last week I took a little vacation. No work, no studying, no stress... My first stop- lovely Munich. Well I spend less than 24 hours, which was about 48 hours less than I needed in my favorite city in Germany, but there was another destination on the list and too little time.
See more pictures from the amazing Sofitel Munich Bayerpost below.

It is always nice to be able to find inspirations whenever you need it.
Here some "bold and innovative" suggestions from Topshop.

Those of you who have time and like to try other looks and play with colors should visit the virtual makeover tool.

I played a bit with it, so here is the result: (don't be scared! :D)

Personally I like only the first make up photo. :)
