Lo so, lo so manco da tempo, ed é imperdonabile, pero purtroppo i cambi lavorali 
che sto affrontando in questi mesi mi portano a stare lontano dalla cucina e di 
conseguenza dal mio amato blog.&lt;br /&gt;Settimana scorsa la visita di mia madre mi ha 
dato la possibilità di rispolverare un po' alcune ricette che da tempo volevo 
provare, e che poco a poco inserirò nel blog.&lt;br /&gt;La prima è questa piadina di 
verdure, l'ho provata la prima volta in un baretto italiano sulla spiaggia di 
Barcellona, a parte che la vendevano a peso d'oro mi sorpresi nell'utilizzo dei 
carciofi bolliti e dal fatto che si sposavano benissimo nel contesto del piatto.&lt;br /&gt;

casa. &lt;br /&gt;Facilissima da fare, sana e buonissima. &lt;br /&gt;Guardate come ho

&lt;li&gt;1 zucchina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 carciofi&lt;/li&gt;

pomodori semi secchi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 mozzarella di bufala (se avete la fortuna di averla a 
mano)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basilico fresco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2 style="text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Procedimento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
( le piadine lee potete comprare gia fatte)&lt;br /&gt;Tagliare a fettine le 
zucchine e arrostirle,&lt;br /&gt;Pulire i carciofi, prendere la parte più tenera, 
togliere la peluria e tagliarle in pezzi non troppo fini. &lt;br /&gt;Metterli a bollire 
in acqua leggermente salata, scolarli e farli raffreddare su della carta 
assorbente.&lt;br /&gt;Tagliare i pomodori semi secchi a striscette .&lt;br /&gt;Tagliare la 
mozzarella di bufala a tocchetti, strizzandoli un po&amp;nbsp; per togliere l'eccesso d' 
acqua.&lt;br /&gt;Adesso solo resta montare la piadina riempiendole con le verdure, la 
mozzarella e delle foglie di basilico. &lt;br /&gt;Vi consiglio di metterle un paio di 
minuti nella piastra o nel forno, per far sciogliere la mozzarella e fondere i

Lo se, lo se falto hace mucho tiempo de mi blog, pero es que los cambios que 
estoy experimentando en estos meses me tienen lejos de la cocina y de 
consecuencia de mi amado blog.&lt;br /&gt;
La semana pasada con la visita de mi madre he 
tenido la oportunidad de espolvorear algunas recetas que hace mucho quieria 
hacer.&lt;br /&gt;
Una de las primera que os quiero enseñar es la piadina de verduras.

Una receta que tuve la suerte de probar en un bar cerca de la playa, que a 
parte que la vendía a peso de oro, me sorprendió el utilizo de la alcachofa que 
se esposaba perfectamente con todas las otras verduras.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;b&gt;( Para las piadina podeis comprar las que estan ya hechas de la bimbo, son muy buenas).&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
Cortar los calabacines y cocerlos a la plancha.&lt;br /&gt;
Limpiar las 
alcachofas quitando la pelusa, dejando solo la parte mas tierna y cortarla en 
trozos no muy pequeños.&lt;br /&gt;
Hervirlas en agua ligeramente salada, y colar sobre 
del papel para absorber el agua en exceso.&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar el tomate semi seco en 
trocitos.&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar la mozzarella en trocitos y quitar el agua en

Ahora solo hay que llenar la piadina con las verduras, la mozzarella

Os aconsejo de poner la piadina unos minutos a la 
plancha antes de serviría para que se deshaga la mozzarella y se fundan los

Ultimamente le mie giornate sono cosi piene che quasi non ho tempo da

&lt;/div&gt;En el ultimo periodo mis días han sido tan llenos que casi no he tenido tiempo para dedicarme, esto ha retrasado la publicación de esta receta que hace mucho tenia guardada en el ordenador.&lt;br /&gt;
Estoy ablando de estos maravillosos muffins con doble chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una delicia que hay que evitar si ya estáis en la operación bikini. &lt;br /&gt;
Pero esto no vale por vuestros hijos que les encantara despertarse desayunando estos buenísimos muffins al doble chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;h4 style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredientes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 de taza de azúcar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tazas de harina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cucharita de bicarbonato &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cucharita de sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 taza de mantequilla deshecha &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200ml de leche&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 huevos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100ml de chocolate con leche troceado &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100ml de chocolate negro troceado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 o 3 cucharas de cacao&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h2 style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;Mezclar la harina con el bicarbonato y la sal.&lt;br /&gt;
Batir los huevos con la mantequilla y la leche.&lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar los dos compuestos juntos y añadir el cacao y la mitad de los chocolates troceados.&lt;br /&gt;
Coger los moldes para muffins, poner el papelito para muffins y llenarlos 3/4 de sus capacidad.&lt;br /&gt;
Antes de hornearlos poner el restante chocolate encima.&lt;br /&gt;
Hornear en horno precalentado a 180º asta cocción.&lt;br /&gt;
Hacer la prueba del palillo para asegurar la cocción.&lt;br /&gt;
Desmoldarlos solo cuando estén completamente frío.&lt;br /&gt;

I muffins americani conquistano il cuore e gli occhi di molti, così morbidi e 
sfiziosi, sono perfetti per la colazione, per la merenda o per uno sfizio

La quantità di differenti muffins che hai è incalcolabile, davvero 
si possono fare in tutti i modi, ed è difficile che riescano male, se si segue

In questo caso ho voluto provare questa ricetta, che

Anche se non è proprio il periodo delle 
fragole, non ho potuto resistere nel comprare quelle di serra e poi il

&lt;li&gt;4 cucchiai di 
zucchero di canna&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50g di farina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;25g di burro freddo&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 cucchiaino di 
cannella.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scaldare il forno a 200º.&lt;br /&gt;
Fare la 
crosticina mischiando tutti gli ingredienti con una forchetta, fino ad ottenere 
una sabbiolina.&lt;br /&gt;
Conservarla in frigo.&lt;br /&gt;
Mischiare tutti gli ingredienti 
liquidi (yogurt, burro e uova).&lt;br /&gt;
Non serve montare il composto.&lt;br /&gt;
Mischiare 
la farina, con il lievito e il sale.&lt;br /&gt;
Setacciare il tutto e aggiungere lo 
zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;
Mischiare per bene e fare un buco nel centro, aggiungere gli 
ingredienti liquidi e mischiare, senza montare.&lt;br /&gt;
Deve essere un composto 
abbastanza spesso.&lt;br /&gt;
A questo punto aggiungere e amalgamare le fragole e il 
cioccolato a pezzettini.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete le formine di carta negli appositi 
contenitori per muffins.&lt;br /&gt;
Riempirli poco più della metà.&lt;br /&gt;
Infornarli a 180º 
fino a cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
In questo caso serve la prova dello stuzzicadenti per 
verificare la cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
Togliere i muffins dal forno e aggiungerci la 
sabbiolina, cospargendola sulla superficie.&lt;br /&gt;
Infornare altri 5 minuti con il 
grill acceso.&lt;br /&gt;
Sfornate, aspettate che si raffreddino, sformarli e infine 
gustarli.&lt;br /&gt;

Los muffins americanos son una delicia para los ojos y el paladar, tan buenos y 
esponjosos son perfecto en el desayuno, en la merienda o en un atrajo nocturno a 
la nevera.&lt;br /&gt;
Las cantidades de diferentes muffins que hay es incalculable, hay 
tantos tipos que solo hace falta seguir el propio paladar para encontrar el muffins de sus 
sueños.&lt;br /&gt;
En este caso he decidido probar esta versión que juntan la acidez de 
las fresas con la dulzura del chocolate blanco, creando así una combinación 
perfecta.&lt;br /&gt;

muffins&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3/4 de taza de azúcar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tazas de harina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sobre de 
levadura&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1&amp;nbsp;cucharadita&amp;nbsp;de sal&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 taza de mantequilla deshecha&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200ml de 
yogur blanco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 huevos&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100g de chocolate blanco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100g de fresas en 
trocitos&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredientes para la corteza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 cucharas de&amp;nbsp;azúcar&amp;nbsp;moreno&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50g de harina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;25g de mantequilla fría&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1&amp;nbsp;cucharadita&amp;nbsp;de 
canela&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Calentar el horno a 200º.&lt;br /&gt;
Crear la corteza &amp;nbsp;mezclando todos los ingredientes con un tenedor asta obtener una 
arenita.&lt;br /&gt;
Guardarla en la nevera.&lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar todos los ingredientes líquidos 
(leche, mantequilla derretida y huevos). No hace falta montar.&lt;br /&gt;
En un cuenco 
mezclar la harina, con la levadura y la&amp;nbsp;sal.&lt;br /&gt;
Tamizar el todo, agregar el&amp;nbsp;azúcar, mezclar y hacer un hueco en el centro.&lt;br /&gt;
Verter los ingredientes 
líquidos, mezclar el todo asta obtener una masa grumosa.&lt;br /&gt;
Agregar el chocolate 
en trocitos y las fresas.&lt;br /&gt;
Poner el papelito de los muffins en las formas para 
muffins.&lt;br /&gt;
Llenarlo poco mas de la mitad y hornearlos a 180º.&lt;br /&gt;
Hacer la 
prueba del palillo para asegurar la cocción.&lt;br /&gt;
Poner la arenita encima de los 
muffins, y hornearlos otros 5 minutos bajo el grill.&lt;br /&gt;
Esperar que se enfríen 
antes de desmoldarlos.&lt;br /&gt;
Ahora solo hay que probar para saber si es vuestra

Passare il
tutto a setaccio per evitare grumi.&lt;/div&gt;

Fare un buco
in mezzo ai prodotti secchi e aggiungerci lo zucchero e la miscela di burro,
uova e latte.&lt;/div&gt;

Amalgamare
poco alla volta evitando la formazione di grumi.&lt;/div&gt;

Aggiungere
le pepite di cioccolato nero mischiare il tutto, facendo attenzione a non
montare troppo il composto, per evitare troppe crepe sui cuoricini.&lt;/div&gt;

Untare le
formine a forma di cuoricini, aggiungere il composto riempiendo 3/4 della

Una volta
cotte e raffreddate sformate.&lt;/div&gt;

Se acerca el día de los enamorados, y como cada año las tiendas se llenan de 
corazones rojos y cartas de amor, donde el amor esta descrito en frases hechas y 
melosas.&lt;br /&gt;
Estos productos, símbolos del consumismo, hacen que este día venga 
visto como una fiesta legada a las compras y al tener que gastar.&lt;br /&gt;
Como si la 
cantidad de amor que sientes por una persona sea calculada&amp;nbsp;según&amp;nbsp;la cantidad de 
dinero que te gastas en este día.&lt;br /&gt;
Yo personalmente veo esta fecha como un 
recordatorio.&lt;br /&gt;
Sirve para recordar que en la vida hay mucho amor, que la 
persona que tienes a tu lado, sea una persona especial, y que si también la 
amamos cada día, en este día hay que amarla aun mas, demostrando lo mas posible 
lo que sientes.&lt;br /&gt;
Haciendo que este sea día sea un día especial para los dos.

Y que os parece de recordar el vuestro amor cocinando estos bizcochos a

&lt;li&gt;300gr de harina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 huevos&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;120gr de 
azúcar moreno&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;90gr de mantequilla&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 cucharas de cacao&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;350ml de leche&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250gr de chocolate negro&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100gr de chocolate blanco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1&amp;nbsp;cucharadita&amp;nbsp;de 
bicarbonato&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 pizca de sal&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar en cubitos el 
chocolate negro.&lt;br /&gt;
Precalentar el horno a 200º.&lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar los huevos con la 
leche y la mantequilla derretida, sin batir demasiado.&lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar todos los 
productos secos: harina, cacao, sal y bicarbonato.&lt;br /&gt;
Tamizar el todo.&lt;br /&gt;
Hacer 
un hueco y agregar el azúcar, la mezcla liquida y el chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar el 
todo sin batir demasiado para evitar muchas grietas en los corazones.&lt;br /&gt;
Untar los 
moldes a forma de corazón, y llenarlo por 3/4 de sus capacidad.&lt;br /&gt;
Hornearlos 
por 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Cuando estén listos, dejarlos enfriar y 
desmoldarlos.&lt;br /&gt;
Deshacer el chocolate blanco y crear unas decoración sobre los 
corazones.&lt;br /&gt;
Una idea bonita seria poner las iniciales de vuestros nombres en 
cada bizcocho.&lt;br /&gt;

Desde cuando vivo en Barcelona, la pasión para la cocina asiática ha ido 
creciendo cada vez mas.&lt;br /&gt;
Y no hablo solo de los platos típicos, pero tmb de 
los ingredientes y de los métodos de cocción.&lt;br /&gt;
Así que he decidido comprar un Wok.&lt;br /&gt;
El Wok es una olla china de forma&amp;nbsp;semiesférica, originalmente sin un fondo plano.&lt;br /&gt;
Y como me moría de ganas en utilizarlo he inventado 
este arroz, buenísimo agregando tmb un toque italiano.&lt;br /&gt;
Es que algunas 
costumbres son difíciles de perder.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 vasos de arroz 
basmati&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;(Para quien no conoce el arroz basmati mirar aquí)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150gr de pulpa 
de cangrejo&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cucharada de cebolla&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Yo he comprado la cebolla japonesa, pero utilizar la que tenéis en casa.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 zanahorias&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 puño de 
ejotes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 cucharadas de salsa de soja&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Aceite&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Guindilla&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cocer los 2 vasos de arroz con 3 vasos 
de agua ligeramente salada.&lt;br /&gt;
El arroz estará listo cuando el agua estará toda 
absorbida.&lt;br /&gt;
Pelar y limpiar las zanahorias y los ejotes, 
cortarlos en palitos.&lt;br /&gt;
Calentar el &amp;nbsp;Wok a fuego vivo, con un chorito de 
aceite y la guindilla, poner las verduras y saltarlas, agregar el cangrejo y 
luego el arroz.&lt;br /&gt;
Dejar tostar el todo y agregar la salsa de soja.&lt;br /&gt;
Dejar 
absorber la salsa.&lt;br /&gt;
Una vez lista servirlo con una rallada de parmesano (si 
quiereis) - esto es lo que yo llamo el toque italiano.&lt;br /&gt;

Devo dire che da quando vivo 
qui a Barcellona, ho acquistato una grande passione per la cucina 
asiatica.&lt;br /&gt;
Non solo i piatti in se ma anche gli ingredienti e i metodi di 
cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
Così un mesetto ho comprato un Wok.&lt;br /&gt;
Il Wok 
è una sorta di padella utilizzata nella cucina cinese di forma semisferica fonda, originalmente senza fondo piano.&lt;br /&gt;
Aspettando di avere l'occasione giusta per provarlo, ho deciso di fare 
questo riso, con soia.&lt;br /&gt;
Un esperimento davvero ben riuscito anche se devo 
ammettere che ci ho aggiunto un piccolo tocco italiano... Purtroppo certe 
abitudini sono difficili da perdere.&lt;br /&gt;

Adesso vi spiego che ho 
fatto:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredienti&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 bicchieri di riso basmati&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;( per chi non lo 
conoscesse informatevi qui)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 gr di polpa di granchio&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 carote&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 
manciata di fagiolini&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 cucchiai di salsa di soia&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Un cucchiaio di cipolla 
triturata&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;( io ho utilizzato quella giapponese ma va bene quella 
normale)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Peperoncino&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sale&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Parmigiano ( il tocco italiano)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Procedimento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fate cuocere i due bicchieri di riso con 3 di acqua 
leggermente salate.&lt;br /&gt;
Il riso sarà cotto quando l'acqua sarà totalmente 
assorbita.&lt;br /&gt;
Pulite le carote e i fagiolini e tagliateli a 
listarelle.&lt;br /&gt;
Prendete il wok, aggiungete un filo di olio partendo dalle pareti 
e faremo riscaldare per bene.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere la cipolla triturata, il peperoncino 
e le verdure saltatele per qualche minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere la polpa di granchio, 
e in seguito il riso.&lt;br /&gt;
Girate per bene, aggiungere la salsa di soia e fate 
tostare il riso.&lt;br /&gt;

Oggi voglio dividere con voi un 
aperitivo perfetto per le feste,&lt;br /&gt;
Infatti è stato uno degli aperitivi della 
cena di natale dove davvero mi sono concesso un natale rico di delizie, 
meravigliosi preparativi e il fantastico Cd di natale di michael buble.&lt;br /&gt;
Per 
quanto riguarda i Voul au vant, se vi manca il tempo e volete un aperitivo veloce 
li potrete comprare già fatti.&lt;br /&gt;
Unico inconveniente è il prezzo che almeno qui 
a Barcellona l'ho trovo assurdo, 8 vuel au vant quasi 3 euro....&lt;br /&gt;
Così ho 
deciso di prepararli a casa, e con enorme semplicità guardate cosa è uscito 
fuori.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50g di 
gamberetti&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cucchiai di maionesa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cucchiai di 
Philadelphia&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prezzemolo&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 bicchiere di latte&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pepe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stendere la pasta sfoglia e tagliate dei 
cerchietti della stessa misura.&lt;br /&gt;
Ricordate che per ogni Voul au vant ne avete 
bisogno di 3.&lt;br /&gt;
In 2 di ogni 3 cerchietti fate un altro foro 
centrale.&lt;br /&gt;
Adesso sovrapponete la base integra che avrete bucherellato con una 
forchetta, con le altre due attaccandole con una pennellata di latte.&lt;br /&gt;
Una 
volta fatti tutti i Voul au vant appoggiateli su una pirofila foderata con della 
carta da forno, e infornateli a 200º per 15 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
State attenti a non farli 
bruciare.&lt;br /&gt;
Per il ripieno saltate i gamberetti, mettetene alcuni da parte per 
la decorazione.&lt;br /&gt;
Triturate molto finemente il prezzemolo.&lt;br /&gt;
Emulsionate la 
Philadelphia con la maionese e i gamberetti. Aggiustate di sale, una spolverata 
di pepe e una di prezzemolo.&lt;br /&gt;
Riempiti i Voul au vant freddi, decorate con del 
prezzemolo e un gamberetto.&lt;br /&gt;
Farete un figurone. &lt;br /&gt;

uno de los protagonistas de la cena de Navidad.&lt;br /&gt;A qui en Barcelona el precio 
de los canapé ya hechos lo encuentro un poco alto.&lt;br /&gt;Por esto ademas de 
explicar como se hace el relleno explicare tmb como crear los canapé en casa, 
ahorrando dinero, que siempre es bueno.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;50g de gambas pequeñas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cucharadas de mayonesa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 
cucharadas de Philadelphia&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perejil&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 vaso de 
leche&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pimienta&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estirar la pasta de hojaldre, y 
crear unos círculos, todos de la misma forma.&lt;br /&gt;Contar que para 1 canapé se 
necesitan 3 círculos.&lt;br /&gt;En 2 de cada 3 círculos hacer un agujero central, 
bastante grande para poner el relleno.&lt;br /&gt;Pegar 2 círculos agujerados a una base 
integra pegandola con un poco de leche.&lt;br /&gt;Hornear sobre bandeja con papel de 
horno, a 200º por 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Para el relleno sofreír las gambas peladas. Las 
mas guapas dejarlas a parte para la decoración.&lt;br /&gt;Picar el perejil.&lt;br /&gt;Mezclar 
la Philadelphia con la mayonesa, el sal, la pimienta, un poco de perejil y una 
gambas.&lt;br /&gt;Emulsionar con la batidora. &lt;br /&gt;Rellenar los canapé y decorar con el

Questa'anno dopo parecchi capodanni passati a Barcellona ho deciso che era ora di inaugurare l'anno nuovo con la famiglia, nella mia bellissima città: Napoli&lt;br /&gt;

Purtroppo devo ammettere che ogni volta che scendo a Napoli un pò mi piange il cuore perché io che sono nato qua riesco a vedere la magia di questa città, ma posso capire che per un occhio straniero non sia difficile vedere tutti i difetti di questa città.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Napoli è una città con un potenziale enorme, ma per limiti, che non sto qua a spiegare, vive in una povertà e in un continuo degrado, e dalla città del sole passa ad essere la città dell'immondizia, dei ladri e dei cafoni.&lt;br /&gt;
La mia paura più forte è che in questi anni di crisi la cosa peggiori, qua la gente ha imparato ad arrangiarsi e vivere con poco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ma la mia domanda è fino a quando ci riusciranno???.&lt;br /&gt;
Il mio sincero augurio per Napoli è che nei prossimi anni riesca ad essere una città migliore, riesca a sviluppare questo suo grande potenziale e a far conoscere al mondo la bellezza che da troppo tempo viene nascosta dalle male lingue, dall'immondizia e dalla malavita.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per quanto mi riguarda personalmente quest'anno non è stato dei più facili, ma è finito con il regalo più grande che potessi sperare...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
In questo mondo ci sono persone che lottano giorno dopo giorno per una cosa che molti pensano che sia un diritto: LA VITA.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per questa gente, la vita che molti buttano nella droga, nell'alcool, rischiandola per semplice ego o semplice testardagine, non è un regalo, ma è un premio, perché loro lottano per un giorno in più, per un ora in più e vivono nella speranza che si trovi una cura per la loro malattia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Il mio augurio per loro è che nel prossimo anno si trovi una soluzione a questi problemi, che la parola Cancro non sia più sinonimo di morte, e che un bambino mai debba trascorrere la sua vita in un ospedale, ma giocando con gli amici come giusto che sia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Viviamo in un periodo non facile, dove un padre di famiglia non sempre ha la possibilità di sfamare i propri figli, dove i giovani dovranno lottare doppiamente per trovare un posto in questo mondo, e dove un contratto definitivo, diventa una speranza di pochi, e la disoccupazione una realtà di tanti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per tutti spero davvero che quest'anno sia l'inizio di una nuova era, che il 2012 non sia la fine del mondo ma la fine di una realtà che ogni giorno diventa sempre più difficile, spero solo che le cose migliorino.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Approfitto di questa pausa di riflessione per decidere i vincitori del contest

È strano quanto la 
semplicità di alcuni ricordi ti possa rendere felice, nel fondo i ricordi più 
belli non sono quelli cari, ma quelli semplici, il mio ha come protagonista 
questa torta... La torta ananas.&lt;br /&gt;

I ricordi legati a questa torta sono tanti, 
mia madre la faceva per tutte le ricorrenze possibili, compleanni, onomastici, 
cene improvvise, qualsiasi motivo era buona per farla.&lt;br /&gt;
Il ricordo più 
divertente che ho su questa torta è di un mio compleanno quando un mio cagnolino 
approfitto di una nostra distrazione per azzannare mezza torta, lo prendemmo sul 
fatto, e lui fermo, ancora con le zanne nella torta, ci guardo come per dire, 
non era per me??.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ma il ricordo più vivo che ho su questa torta è di quando 
mia madre la preparava e io e mia sorella la aiutavamo, aspettando con ansia che 
la mettesse in forno per poi passare le dita nella ciotola sporca, fino a 
lasciarla del tutta pulita.&lt;br /&gt;
E l'impazienza che avevamo, per vederla e 
odorarla....&lt;br /&gt;
E il tempo che passavo davanti al vetro del forno per vedere la 
torta lievitare, non ricordo precisamente a cosa pensavo in quell'istante, ma 
sicuramente mi domandavo perché si gonfiasse.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Questi e molti altri sono i 
ricordi legati a questa torta, e anche se crescendo vivo lontano dalla mia 
famiglia, questa torta mi fa sentire vicino a loro ogni volta che la faccio, ed 
inevitabilmente rivivo quel momento da bambino che sempre porterò nel cuore e 
che ha nutrito l'essenza dell'uomo che sono oggi.

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Montare lo zucchero con le uova fino ad ottenere un 
composto gonfio e firme.&lt;br /&gt;
Mischiare il lievito nella farina.&lt;br /&gt;
Sciogliere il 
burro.&lt;br /&gt;
Scolare le fette di ananas conservando il succo.&lt;br /&gt;
Alternare il burro 
alla farina setacciata mescolando il tutto con il composto di uova e 
zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando il burro finisce aiutatevi con il succo di ananas per finire 
di aggiungere tutta la farina.&lt;br /&gt;
Prendere la teglia da forno, metterla sul 
fuoco, aggiungere i 100gr di zucchero facendolo sciogliere del 
tutto.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere le fette di ananas dandogli anche una forma da 
adorno.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere il composto.&lt;br /&gt;
Infornare a 180º per 25/30 
minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
Assicurare la cottura con la prova dello stuzzicadenti.&lt;br /&gt;
Mangiarla 
fredda, non ve ne pentirete.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;este pastel me 
trae muchos recuerdo de cuando era mas pequeño y junto a mi hermana ayudábamos a 
mi madre a prepararlo para luego comernos la masa aun cruda que quedaba en el 
cuenco.&lt;br /&gt;
Son recuerdos que vuelven cada vez que la preparo y ahora que vivo 
lejos de mi familia me hace sentir cerca a ellos cada vez que siento su olor. 
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredientes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250g de harina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250g de azúcar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250g de 
mantequilla&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sobre de levadura&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 huevos&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ananás en lata&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100g de 
azúcar extra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Batir los huevos con el azúcar. 
&lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar la harina con la levadura.&lt;br /&gt;
Deshacer la mantequilla.&lt;br /&gt;
Abrir la 
lata de ananás y guardar el jugo.&lt;br /&gt;
Agregar al compuesto de azúcar y huevos 
poco a poco la harina, alternando con la mantequilla.&lt;br /&gt;
Cuando ya no queda 
mantequilla ayudaros con el jugo de piña para acabar de agregar la 
harina.&lt;br /&gt;
Poner los 100g de azúcar extra en el molde para el horno, ponerlo 
sobre el fuego y deshacer el azúcar. &lt;br /&gt;
Poner la piña creando una 
decoración.&lt;br /&gt;
Agregar la masa y hornear a 180º por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Hacer la 
prueba del palillo para asegurar la cocción.&lt;br /&gt;
Desmoldar cuando este 
templado.&lt;br /&gt;
Servir una vez frío.&lt;br /&gt;

Quello che più mi ha reso felice è vedere che tutti hanno capito lo spirito di questo contest, che non era fare una semplice ricetta, ma era raccontarsi con una ricetta.&lt;br /&gt;
Devo ammettere che non sarebbe stato uguale senza la grandissima Valentina di&lt;a href="http://cucinafaciledivale.blogspot.com/"&gt; La cucina facile di vale&lt;/a&gt;, la quale è stata sempre presente anche quando io ero troppo indaffarato con il trasloco e che per un pò a tenuto le redini del contest da sola.&lt;br /&gt;
Quindi un applauso forte va a lei ....&lt;br /&gt;
I regali ormai gia sapete quali sono, ci sarà anche un pdf, (quando capirò come fare ehehheeh) ...&lt;br /&gt;
Spero che tutti siate rimasti contenti da questo contest, adesso non mi tocca che dire FINE CONTEST.... LA GIURIA VA A DELIBERARE....&lt;br /&gt;

La prima volta che la provai devo dire che non mi entusiasmai&amp;nbsp; 
tanto, la mangiai arrostita su uno di questi fuochi dove vendono anche le castagne.&lt;br /&gt;Ma poi un giorno cenando in un ristorante, mi presentarono un 
insalata davvero buona, ottimo condimento e c'era questa "cosa" quasi arancione 
che non riuscivo ad identificare, così chiesi al cameriere e mi disse che era 
una patata dolce.&lt;br /&gt;Fu un riscoprirla. &lt;br /&gt;Rifeci la insalata a casa e piacque 
tantissimo.&lt;br /&gt;Così girovagando per la web vidi che si poteva fare anche

La patata dulce, tengo que admitir que nunca la había comido antes de vivir en 
Barcelona, mi primera vez fue en un chiosco de estos que venden también 
castañas, pero no me gustaron mucho.&lt;br /&gt;

Mi pasión por este tubérculo nació en un 
restaurante donde me presentaron una ensalada deliciosa, donde había unos 
cubitos naranja que no reconocía, así por quitarme la duda pregunté al camarero, que me dijo que estaba comiendo patatas dulces.&lt;br /&gt;En una comida que hice con 
unas amigas decidí utilizarla pero en un modo nuevo, busque por internet y vi que 
se podían freír como las patatas normales ... Y mirar que ha salido.... Unas 
maravillosas patatas chips semidulces.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Aceite para freír&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

limpiarlas y &amp;nbsp;sacarlas&amp;nbsp;bien.&lt;br /&gt;Cortarlas con el pela patatas obteniendo unas 
lonchas muy finitas.&lt;br /&gt;Freírlas&amp;nbsp;en abundante aceite, escurrirlas sobre del

Come tutti già sapete ho una forte passione per il pane "strano", l'altro 
giorno senti una notizia alla tele che raccontava di una panetteria di periferia 
dove il fornaio faceva del pane straordinario, il suo segreto? Il vino 
rosso.&lt;br /&gt;
Come non può una notizia del genere stuzzicarmi il palato e farmi 
provare questa bellissima idea, ma in che periodo stiamo?? Autunno... Bhe allora 
ci aggiungiamo le castagne e olive verdi... E guardate che è uscito 
fuori....&lt;br /&gt;

Devo ammettere che lo scetticismo quando ho fatto il primo panetto 
era tanto, anche perché il vino rosso ha un odore fortissimo, ma poi man mano 
seguivo i diversi stadi del pane, fini alla cottura e all'assaggio mi sono 
dovuto ricredere.&lt;br /&gt;
Che meraviglia, ho addirittura conquistato il palato di una 
mia amica tedesca che è impazzita per l'idea.&lt;br /&gt;
Che grande soddisfazione e come 
non condividerla con voi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

- il Molino&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250gr farina Manitoba - il Molino&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250ml di vino rosso&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;25gr 
di lievito fresco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50ml di olio&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sale&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Q.b di castagne cotte e 
pelate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Q.b di olive verdi snocciolate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Mischiare per bene le due farine.&lt;br /&gt;
Sciogliere 
il lievito nel vino, aggiungere la farina fino a create un panetto, far 
lievitare per 2 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
Dopo la prima fase di lievitazione aggiungere il resto 
della farina, l'olio e il sale.&lt;br /&gt;
Formare un impasto omogeneo e lascar 
lievitare 5 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
(io lo lasciai tufts la note per mancanza di 
tempo).&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere le castagne già cotte e triturate grossolanamente e le 
olive disossate e divise per la metà.&lt;br /&gt;
Dare la forma desiderata, appoggiarlo 
sulla teglia da forno foderata con della carta da forno e lasciar lievitare 
altre due ore.&lt;br /&gt;
A questo punto infornate a 200º per 20 minuti e a 150 per altri 10.&lt;br /&gt;
Controllate il pane durante la cottura per non farlo bruciare&lt;br /&gt;
Servitelo in abbondanza perché non sarà mai sufficiente.&lt;br /&gt;
