Today two messages come to my email. Both are from DHL (courrier delivery service) and has same email body. Here is the body of email:

What is mean?

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, place the turkey and sauté for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned.
Place the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish, cover with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then layer the cream-style corn over the potatoes, top with the browned turkey meat, and then top with the tomato soup.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

3 cloves garlic, minced
80 ml/1/3 cup olive oil
60 ml/1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
910g/2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
skewers

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, stir together the garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, and red wine vinegar. Season with basil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp to the bowl, and stir until evenly coated. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice.
Preheat grill for medium heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard marinade.
Lightly oil grill grate. Cook shrimp on preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.

Baked Potato Skins

INGREDIENTS

4 large baking potatoes, baked
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
170g/1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
4 green onions, sliced
155g/1/2 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/4-in. shell (save pulp for another use). Place potatoes skins on a greased baking sheet. Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper; brush over both sides of skins. Bake at 475 degrees F/240 degrees C for 7 minutes; turn. Bake until crisp, about 7 minutes more. Sprinkle bacon and cheddar cheese inside skins. Bake 2 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions. Serve immediately.

Everyone must have heard this well known phrase. So when was sliced bread invented. Otto Frederick Rohwedder of Davenport, Iowa invented the first loaf–at–a–time bread–slicing machine. A prototype he built in 1917 was destroyed in a fire, and it was not until 1928 that Rohwedder had a fully functioning machine ready again. The first commercial use of the machine was by the Chillicothe Baking Company of Chillicothe, Missouri, which produced their first slices on July 7, 1928.Their product, "Kleen Maid Sliced Bread", proved a success.

Seahorses are a genus (Hippocampus) of fish belonging to the family Syngnathidae, which also includes pipefish and leafy sea dragons. There are over 32 species of seahorse, mainly found in shallow tropical and temperate waters throughout the world.
