Features:
*Starts with system startup with an icon in the notification area.
*Periodically checks if uTorrent is active in the computer.
*Periodically scans and displays all the network computers.
*Periodically Regulates the global download limits of uTorrent on the basis of the number of computers connected to the network.
*Periodically Connects to the uTorrent on other computers on the network and displays their global download limits (to check for any discrepancies).
*Maintains a log file (can be disabled) for tracking changes in the network. This is extremely useful in keeping a record of changes to the uTorrent limits and also status of Network computers along with time and date.
*To prevent excessively large log file, it is automatically deleted at system shutdown. The user may open the log file and choose to save it to another location for future reference.
