Even though 2k9 was a very good game, there where some things that I would have changed (as always). I have always been a 2k fan. Every since the Dreamcast and this year is the 10 year anniversary.
So I believe 2K will be working hard on this one. I know that I will be buying the $100 anniversary collectors edition. But if you haven't read the article on gamespot.com, I will leave the link for you. I think that he will fit in pretty well. He is a big guard and with great athletic ability. He averaged 28.9 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 3.9 assists in highschool. It will be interesting to see what role he will play as a Bear Cat. He is 6'6 and quick so I don't think he will have a problem scoring. 10 rebounds is crazy, but that is also against high school cats. So we will just have to see. But I will have my eye on the kid from Brooklyn.

The Henry Brother going to Kansas

Well Kansas looks like they will be headed back to the tournament this year. That is if they don't have any injuries. They have pretty much the same team, but the have also picked up the Xavier Henry and His brother CJ. I think this will make them a great team to watch. It is nothing like seeing two brothers do there thing on the same team. Bill Self did a good recruiting job. Kansas will be ranked #1. I not sure if the Pistons know what there doing. First they go out and get a player like Iverson and can't get it to work with him. Now the Fire the Head Coach after one season. It sounds kinda stupid to me. The team had problem before Iverson or Micheal Curry. Now I know I am on the outside looking in, but with Rip crying about his role again and everyone unhappy on the team. It just sounds like a lot of haters, and cry babys. But that is just me from the outside looking in. If they keep going this way, I see the team actually declining. I thought this was really crazy. If you are reading this, please leave feed back on this one. I have to know what everyone is thinking.

Who will Sign Hedo? So What team is next to get Hedo? I was on Espn, today and some sources are saying Portland. Which I don't think will be a bad fit. I could see the pick in roll working out. Hedo is 6'10 with point guard skill. He can Handle the rock, dish the pill, and has solid defense. I think that he would be a good addition to any team. I would like to see him go somewhere he can really stand out more. Maybe he will be able to do it at portland, I don't know we will just have to see. Hedo will definitly one of the players to keep your eye on for next session.

Shaq to the Cavs

Man I think that this is crazy and I can say that I really didn't see it coming. This could really strengthen the chance of the Cavs. I can't lie, I really almost wanted to see Lebron get a ring this year. I was just Kobe Bryants Time. One thing about this trade is that teams will have to account for Shaq. He is a strong presents in the paint and you don't have to worry about cats like D Howard. He will bring something else to look at besides Lebron, so you have to guard him. I think that this was a good move for the Cavs. I just wonder how it will all play out. If anyone has any comments please leave them, because I always want to know what you think. I think this is a small piece that will make next season alot more interesting. I am looking forward to the Nba draft. I am really interested to see who will go where. I know that my boy from Ou is going to the Clippers. I am from Oklahoma so it looks like we may be getting Thabeat. If we do I think it will be alright. At first I was really wanting to pick up a true point man. I really like Rubios game from what I have seen of it. But I don't know, There is alot of talent out there in the draft. Tyreke Evans, is sweet. It will be interesting to see where he will end up. I also like Brandon Jennings. He looks like a good guard that can get busy. I haven't really check out the big men very much. Probably because I am a point guard, but I know there is some talent in the post. I would really like some feed back on this one. If looking for someone to do really good in the Nba, Please comment and let me who and why.

Poise and Basketball

One of the most important things to do while in the game is to stay poised. The game is played at a really high speed and it is easy to lose focus on this aspect of the game. If you notice every great basketball player that played this game has a great amount of poise. Even when in do or die situations. Its all about knowing what has to be done and just doing it. Most people will let the slights bit of pressure get to them and lose focus. It think that this is one of the most important things about the game of basketball. This is One thing that you can take for basketball and apply to your everyday life. There is no need to worry about things, just figure out what you have to do and do it.

Is it Over for the Magic?

Its hard not to say that is not over. The Magic are down 3 to 1 games. I was hoping for a game 7. In the last game the defense was good. The score was lower than the game where the Magic shot 70%. Now the Magic will have to go to win 3 straight games and have to win 2 in La. I really don't see the Magic doing it. I was talking to a good friend and laker fan, he thinks that the magic will win tomorrow and win it in LA. I think that either way the Lakers have the championship, but who knows. We will have to just watch and see.

Game Three Was Crazy!!!!!

I didn't post on game 2, because I wanted to see game how game 3 would go first. It was crazy. The Magic have to play this way if they want to win the series. Again they had good ball movement, not to mention shooting 75% for the field(What??). They played this game like they did the Cleveland series. If they keep it up,who knows where the series will go. I still don't see them winning 3 straight games, but nothing is impossible. We all know that Phill, Kobe, and the Lakers aren't going to take this lost sitting down. They will have something up there sleeves for the next game. It will be very interesting to watch. I will be looking forward to seeing the defense ajustments in the next game by both teams. The Magic will have to play better defense and not rely on a 75% shooting preformance. The Lakers will have to do something to slow down that ball movement. The next game should be good. I am HYPE!!!!!

Most win for the Magic.

After the first Game of the finals. The Next Game is a must win for the Magic, Because for the simple fact that I really don't think that the Lakers will lose all 3 games in Orlando. If the Lakers win game 2 and win 1 in Orlando, they will win the series. So that is what Iam looking at. Still we will have to see what happens. The key will be if the Magic can get back to hitting shot. The Lakers played alittle better defense, then the Cavs. But they should still be able to get there shots off. If the Magic are dropping shots, they will be in the game and they will be able to stand a chance. Kobe is a Problem though, I came out with the eye of the tiger. You can see it, he really wants to win another Champions. Him and his team are hungery. Especially after last year beginning beat out in the Final. Game 2 is going to be very interesting. Drop me a line or 2 and let me know what your you think will happen.

Thinkbasketball

Lakers Vs Magic

So in the Finals, it's the Lakers and the Magic. Let me start off by saying the Lakers are a really good team. But I think that the Magic can win the title. The way the Magic are moving the basketball and playing with confidence. I really don't see the them losing if they keep playing like this. The Magic will probably play the series like the last one with the Cavs. Nobody on the Lakers team can match up with D Howard. Then they will probably play Kobe tuff, but if he gets 40 he just get's 40. The Magic will still have to shoot really well 2. The Key for the Lakers I think will be the play from the supporting cast. The whole team will have to be clicking on all cylinders. I will be a very good series. I just hope it will go down to the final game. Please let me know what you think and leave me a comment.

Can the Cavs make a come Back?

This is the big question. The Magic are playing really good. They move the ball so well. Rashard Lewis is a beast. I stopped counting the big shots he hit in this series. If they keep playing like this it's hard to see the Cavs coming back. I think Lebron played well, considering the turn overs, but I really just think the Magic are playing better than the Cavs. The Next game will be in Clevland, so I don't beleive that it tommorow will be the last game. I am hoping for a 7th game in the series. In order for that to happen Clevland is really going to have to play well on the defensive end. Which is hard to do when the Magic are moving the ball so well. I had a blog about team work maybe about a week ago. The way the Magic are playing is what Iam talking about. It is going to be real interesting to see the out come of this series. Stay tuned. If anyone has comment on this blog please share your opinon. I really want to see what everyone is thinking out there. And as always,
Think Basketball.

Don't Sleep on the Nuggets

The Nuggets are a really good basketball team. I expected them to win the second game in the series, even though it was very close. It will be interesting to see what happens next game. I really can't say enough about Chauncey Billups. I was just on Espn in a found a link to the play where, Chauncey throws the basketball off of Kobe's back on the inbound. Then He lays the ball in. That's what Smart players do. You have to take advantage of every situation. But it's not just Chancey, the whole team is playing like they want to win. I think the Lakers know they have to give it there all. The Nuggets are showing them, you better not sleep on us and it's crazy.

Chancey's Inboud play

The Magic Hold it Down

What about those Magic? Man they willed themselves to win that game. They're a really good 3 point shooting team. This is going to be a really good series to watch. I still believe the Cavs will win, but its going to be a hard series for them. They are going to have to extend there defense and play that three point shot. If the Magic continue to shoot well after that, the deserve to win the series. Its hard to stop a team like the Magic when they are shooting that well. The Playoffs are about game like this. It will be interesting to see how the Cavs will answer back. I agree will Sir Charles, I think the Cavs need to play more of a run and gun style. Because when the move the ball we'll is when they are at there best. This series is really exciting me, I can't wait until the next game.

Denver Vs. The game came down to a few plays. I was crazy because the Nuggets pretty much controlled the game. Kobe scored 18 of his 40 in the forth quarter. Derrick Fisher hit a bunch of big shot 2. I can't wait to see the next game in the series. I think Denver will be ready to play. I still believe that LA will take the series. Mainly because of the media building the Kobe vs Lebron. But this series will be interesting to watch. I will be focusing on the way the game is being called and the way Denver deals with Kobe. Denver definitely has a team that can make it to the finals.

Nba Playoff Catch Up Time

This years Playoffs has been pretty interesting. I thought the Lakers would have took the
Rockets earlier. Although I had hope that the Rockets would have won the series, just to get the Lakers out of the playoffs. The Media is building up the Kobe vs. Lebron match up. I still think the next 2 series are going to be great, but we'll just have to see how it plays out. The Nba is about money, so we will probably see Kobe vs Lebron. It will be interesting to see how the refs will call these games also. The way the refs calls these games can work wonders for either team. Again, we will just have to see. The game that I will really pay attention to is the Cavs vs. Magic. Mainly because I just like to see King James do his thang.

Team Work

There is nothing better than playing the game and everyone is touching the ball.
