 Back online because I have easter holiday right now.

 Time passed so quickly when you have fun and I think 

I´m having fun that I even forgot 

when is the last time I opened and updated my blogg. 

 Anyhow I´ve got sooooo much to write

 about anything, nothing or nonsense hehehe! 

but my time is limited so

 I´ll make it short and hopefully got more time later.

Updating my man and food blogg with some fresh catch mackerel.

When summer arrive, mackerel arrives too.

Here is my grilled mackerel with sweet mango from Pakistan

and tomato sallad, not to forgot the rice.

Does´nt it tempting?

Just love summer when we can just take our bicycle

Ja! It´s because it was summer and I am mostly outside.

But now it´s autumn means time to seat in from of the computer.

Marinated shrimps with pineapple

Simple and easy in the oven for 175°

for 10 mins and it´s done.

Cooked spinach with soja sauce.

Hello everyone to whom who loves ♥ to eat and blogg.

A simple suggestion for your summer meal.

I´ll begin my day with a brunch when summer arrives.

It´s to warm to be in front of the kitchen

when it´s sunny and warm outside.

Summer meal, homemade foccasia with olives.

Pasta salads, kids fave and

Of course barbeque is a must when it´s hot outside.

Some people does´nt ate chicken so an alternative dish is also a must

like the one with Capris a coldcuts marinated terderloin filé.

The dessert a homemade chocomocca mouse

with almond and real rose ✌ from the garden.

It´s because were celebrating midsummer in Sweden.

I´ll share some midsommar food

In my food trip friday meme.

We only ate this one day and that´s mid-sommar day.

Pickled herring.

Fresh potatoes, sour cream, leek

And pickled herring is a traditional

midsummer dish in Sweden.

Fresh swedish strawberries is the best.

The dessert strawberry cakes.

Hamburger

Were having a homemade hamburger today.

In sweden we called it "panbiff"

Means hambuger.

Easy to make and more tasty than mc do´s -:).

Rest it about a minute and then

Just fry it in the fying pan with slow heat.

We serve this with cooked patatoes,

fry cut yellow or red onion and then brown sauce.

For Swedish they must have a mountain cramberries jam.

Or in swedish they called it "Lingonsylt".

Sometimes is nice to have

a tender juicy meat for a weekend meal.

Like my home made roast biff.

I love rare meat, they just melt in your mouth.

A piece of evidence.

From mom´s day dinner last sunday.

Creamy potato soup with chips for starter.

Home made bread for the soup.

Crispy sweet potatoes serve with hollandaise sauce

Sirloin veal bread with hazelnut´s

and a cremy hazelnut´s sauce.

White asparagus and crispy sweet bread.

Kids meal looks boring but it´s really yummy

specially the creamy mushroom sauce in the side.

Grilled lemon sole fillet with a red wine gravy,

and a hash brown.

The dessert orange sherbet.

I like this tea cup.

That was my mom´s day dinner.

I had a wonderful time as alway´s

Together with my loveones.

First meal outside!

Ja! We did it atlast.

This years spring time actually arrived

a little bit late than usual.

We usually bring out the outdoor furniture

Every easter week but not this year.

Our first meal outside in our terrass.

This was 14 of may and still it´s a little bit cold

But it´s was not that really bad at all

because the sun is shining and we got a blanket.

Cider for me and fanta for you -:)

A Perfect Day!

Talking about perfect day.

A perfect day for me is having

A good breakfast when I woke up.

Oatmeal porridge is a perfect breakfast.

Dont forget the jam sandwich and the orange juice.

ohhh,! A breakfast is not good enough for me.

My perfect day will

Always start in the night before.

One If I slept well and second when
I had a perfect sex with my lovely hubby.

What is perfect sex, anyway?

Ja a perfect sex is both partner enjoying it.

I think! or What do you think?

Just love this position -:)

My suggestion is make love not war.

Begin with licking and nibbling
That´s really stimulating for both partner.

PsssT! no stress and pressure when your having intimacy.

Just enjoy it and follow your feelings.

If you dont like it please say it.

Don´t ever try to pretend just to please her or him.

It does´nt last forever to fake your feelings and orgasm.

Food in Lanzarote

Hello everyone!

Remember we been to vacation last month.

And that trip is all inclusive, means everything is included.

I was totally misjudged there food.

I get shock about there taste!

I was expecting something really good

like French kitchen or something more European taste.

The menu says fresh salmon salad

in a toast with a side of green salad.

Where is the green salad?

or is the cucumber is counted as a green salad?

Hello anyone out there knows...?

Actually no one eat this...

I ordered spanish special omelett with cheese and rice.

And it come with potatoes and bell pepper on it.

I don´t like bell pepper specially green one.
And you know what it was really dry.

I did´nt it this!

Well, my boy is a little bit satisfied of his pizza.

He just ate a quarter from this pizza.

As he said it taste fish! not pizza!

Sorry for sharing you our food experience in Lanzarote.

Pssst! the hotel we´ve stayed in was a four star hotel apartment.

With sucks food.

What kind of drinks I used to drink.

I used to drink Irish coffee when it´s sunny day and I´m relax.

My kids love this mango juice drink from Philippines.

You can buy it Swedish grocery store.

It´s available.

Snapple one of my favourite drinks.

We have a English supermarket in Gothenburg,

Who got everything you need like this drinks

And it´s only available i English supermarket.

Once in a while I do drink latté machiatto.

To make me wake up

and alert specially when I´m in the road.

Otherwise I´m a tea drinker.

Something new.

And I think it´s not that bad.

They are not like strawberry and cream tea

or champagne tea.

They taste marvelous!
