Using Google Voice To Reduce Your Smartphone Bill

Google now offers certifications in several of their products. Each certification includes testing and tutorials on the products before you can become certified. Currently, Google offers different levels of certification for Google AdWords and Google Apps for Education. These are proctored exams that require registration with an external service that monitors you during the exam. Additional details about the third party process are at the end of this article.
Google AdWords Certification
Google offers two levels of certification for their AdWords products. You can certify your company or you can certify as an individual. Being certified in Google AdWords means you are proficient in all the most up-to-date tools and practices for Google AdWords.
Certifying your company as an industry expert in Google AdWords allows you to list your company in the certified partners directory. This allows potential customers and clients to find you when in need of AdWords services. Certified Companies also gain access to exclusive Google market support, business discounts on Google products and events, as well as additional certification membership benefits.
To be certified as a Google AdWords company, you must have at least one member of your company who has passed a minimum of two certification tests themselves. Certifying at the individual level is not quite as involved as it is at the company level. Google's certification programs are proctored by a third party company called Kryterion. In order to take the certification exams, you must purchase a Kryterion Webcam that costs $45. After setting up the webcam and registering with Kryterion's website, you will be able to take the exams. The Webcam takes your picture at the beginning and after you log in to the Kryterion test site. The camera monitors you while you take the exam and the test site locks down your browser. You are not allowed to take phone calls, write, or go to another browser or website while taking the exam.
Additional Certifications

As more of our life ends up online, and as our realities are blurred between the real world and the virtual one, everyone will be subjected to online data, personal information, and money theft. In fact, there is a very good chance that your credit card numbers and/or banking information has already been stolen, even if the hackers or culprits never use it. The information may have been stolen in a giant batch of 100s of thousands or millions of others and you are just small potatoes, so you've been safe, at least for now.
Okay so, let's talk shall we? Solid passwords are wise, but that is still no guarantee, neither is storing your data in the cloud, after all if you can get in, so can they. Of course, that's only one challenge. Today, many of us use WiFi hotspots, public WiFi, and open WiFi systems from time to time, each time we are at risk of hacking. If we visit certain websites, we can pick up malware, computer viruses, and spyware.
Even companies you trust use super-cookies to track you, mostly for analytical data or to sell you something and profile you based on your preferences, and if you go onto social networking sites, beware, as these systems do use super-cookie tricks. Much of the data from Facebook, Google, etc, is anonymized, well, mostly, but your surfing habits and ISP do give you away.
Even if you are surfing anonymously or on a different ISP, like I said the websites visited, or inquiries on your searches will give you away. It's just amazing all the ways you can be infiltrated and hacked. Okay so, if you are ready to learn more, why not educate yourself? Why not protect your identity, and your computer system from hackers. Once you know some of the tricks, you can learn ways to be more careful. Yes, then in turn they will learn more ways to get you too.
Indeed, it is a lot like the cold war isn't it. You get better security systems, they find more ways to exploit that system, it's a never ending battle, and whether you like it or not, you are stuck in the war zone, and in the new net-centric cyber warfare battlespace. If you are not worried you should be, and if you do nothing, you are a goner. No, it's not my intention to scare you, just to let you know what's going on. What you do with this information is a personal choice, I just hope you are smart enough to make the right choice. Please consider all this, and think on it.

The reasons are many including rusty cable connections, faulty splitter, fault of modem and the malfunctioning telephone receiver itself.
In this article we will be discussing about how we can isolate the faulty component so as to resolve the interruption.
Telephone cable
As I have already said, the role of telephone cable is much greater in the realm of internet than all other components that the likelihood of its failure is higher. Just lift your telephone receiver and listen to the dial tone. If the tone is not clear and you can hear some other noises too along with the tone your telephone line is faulty. DSL connection will be hardly lingering for more than five minutes. As the telephone cables are laid mostly underground and much of the lines are lying far away from our home there is very little we could do about a faulty cable rather than call the telephone personnel and make a complaint.
Splitter
Splitter is the second component comes in line after the telephone cable. A splitter divides the signal into two parts one part containing the ADSL signal and the other containing only voice.So that you can make telephone calls along with internet without being disturbed by the cooing sound of internet. If your telephone line is OK and you suspect your splitter is at fault just remove the line connection from the splitter and connect it direct to the modem and start browsing. If the DSL stays there without any problem you have to suspect your splitter. Just remember that the DSL will go out if someone tries to call you on phone during this time. If you are a person who receives a lot of calls on landline during day time you have to conduct this experiment in the middle of the night. As the splitter is not a costly component.(it costs only Rs.30 - Rs.50 only ) you can replace it without much worries. But before you replace it please check its contacts. If you can see rust lying on the contacts, remove the rust using a flat screw driver or other sharp objects. You may check the telephone line contacts also for rusty substances. Once all of them are cleaned well you can try the connection to check the DSL status.
Telephone
In some cases the telephone receiver itself turns out to be the villain. In order to check it you can remove the outbound telephone line from the splitter leaving inbound telephone line and line to modem intact. Your phone receiver will have no dial tone now. Start internet browsing and check for any interruption. If the interruption has gone it is sure that the interruption is coming from the telephone receiver. In order to solve this issue you can purchase one more splitter and serially connect in between the first splitter and the telephone receiver.
Modem
If all the above components have been tested and the problem still remains you may borrow your friends modem and check the DSL status (you needn't change the username etc to check the DSL status). If the new modem works well, you can take your modem to your friend's house in order to give it a last chance to prove its worth. If it behaves same at your friend's house too, your modem is faulty and you have to replace it.
The cases of modems become at fault are very rare and nine out of ten cases it is our cheaper components at fault - the telephone cable, splitter or the phone receiver.
