LA Galaxy during their practice in Rizal Memorial Stadium, During their game against Azkals the Galaxy superstar David Beckham opened the scoring for his team with a 20th minute goal, and Mike Magee made the game 2-nil in the 38th minute. All was not lost for the Azkals as Phil Younghusband finally broke through late in the first half, putting the Azkals on the board, 2-1. According to their Head Coach Mr. Bruce Arena said: "I thought number 12 (Guirado), 13 (Caligdong) and 10 (P. Younghusband) played well. "I don't know their names and I apologize for that, but I thought they played well,". Good to know that the Azkal players did their best specially Phil Younghusband scores during in the first half. Epic game between Philippine Azkals vs LA Galaxy, yesterday was a dream game for the football players of our team azkals. Phil Younghusband and David Beckham are so amazing, they both scores and Phil was the only one who made scores for the team azkals. The capacity crowd at the Rizal Memorial went wild when superstar David Beckham broke ice in the 20th minute, scoring on a cross that went past the outstretched arms of Philippine goal keeper Edward Sacapano. Another epic history for our country, so proud for the team azkals. Hope this is not the last time that Azkals and LA Galaxy will match up.
