MYSELF EXPERIMENTS: DYNAMIC VIEWS TEMPLATE

The pagespeed worked faster be the key point for why do I changed. Although, the big flaw; is all of the previous template's sidebar properties vanish after changing take effects. Dynamic Views: Update #2

At the beginning, I used my Michel Dadona Sales blog to experiments the changed. What a shocking, and choking moments after found that my previous template's sidebar properties including the AdSense Ads gone to nowhere. Very discouraging! Matter-of-fact, AdSense is my main blogging income (+GAN). At this time, thinking of to revert using the previous template just because of to having my AdSense Ads back. After reading Blogger Buzz updates, I put on hold, as the Blogger Team is now in the process to identify the flaws and will rectify accordingly to the user's feedback.

HAPPY MOMENT

Today (2011-10-31), I am very happy on visiting my Michel Dadona Sales blog ~ the AdSense Ads surfaced on the page. the embedded image below as a proof of my statement about it.

So, that is why I also changed My Blog Kitty site (this site) and my other blogger blogs of mine to Dynamic Views template (OPTIONS: Classic, Flipcard, Magazine, Mosaic,Sidebar, Snapshot, Timeslide).

SKEPTICAL

The only thing now is how did Blogger Buzz used its banner image successfully uploaded at the header section? I found an answer at the Blogger Forum; How can I upload a header image to my blog using Dynamic Views ... through my searched.

What a shocking moment for today! After I used search keyword "michaeldadona" for a search test at Google Search, I found the snippet words really not relevant describing my blog theme. This is the true search result on 2011-09-02;

At this point, the main/key question is, who want to click my blog TITLE (text) URL link? They don't understand what is my blog describing about! at all. So I must do something to rectify this big mistake. I used both online tools in checking out what had gone missing; Google Webmaster Tools and Website Grader. I detected META DESCRIPTION not yet registered in my blog template HTML.

What I did to write up META DESCRIPTION:

1. Logged in my blogger account
2. Clicked Template
3. Clicked Edit HTML
4. Looked for TITLE TAG
5. Pasted the META DESCRIPTION HTML immediately after the TITLE TAG
6. Wriote the BLOG THEME
7. Wrote the BLOG DESCRIPTION
8. Clicked the SAVE TEMPLATE button

5. Pasted the META DESCRIPTION HTML immediately after the TITLE TAG

By adding your Twitter Profile Widget into your blog post or maybe you want it to be displayed at your blog sidebar or footer or top/header is to display your most recent Twitter updates. It is an integration of posts between your blog articles and social media site. Learning by true example, below I embedded the given Javascript for my Twitter Profile Widget.

How many type of Twitter Widget application?

There are two types provided by Twitter, My Website and Facebook.

How to select Twitter Widgets for tweeted items/posts differentiation/separation?

UNDERSTANDING each widget function to its type, make thing easier for you to classify your promotional items, especially fully utilizing both widgets' functions; Profile Widget and Faves Widget.

Profile Widget can be used for updating and Faves Widget very useful for items you want it to stay for certain period of time. Although, whatever item displays at Faves Widget sources from Profile Widget, but you can differentiate/separate it by just clicking on "Favorite" link to each twittered item at your profile page. See image, below;

The only thing is about the MAXIMUM displaying "Number of Tweets", where for Profile Widget it displays up to 30 and for Faves Widget is 20. So you got to select different dimensions for height value to each widget. To fully display the maximum number of tweeted items without leaving free space at the bottom part to each widget, the height value for Profile Widget is 1600 and for Faves Widget is 1050.

Just add up #top after the page URL link if you want your visitor/reader to quickly go back to the top page of your published post/article. It can be done using textlink (hyperlink) insertion and/or image. Below are the examples using textlink and image (respectively) by referring to this page URL link; http://michaeldadona.blogspot.com/2011/03/back-to-top-page-how-to-do-it.html

1. Using Textlink

Type command word(s) e.g. Top, Go To Top, Back To Top Page, Top View, etc. whatever you like by means of giving an instructive word(s) of command.

Secondly, highlight the typed word(s) of command.

Thirdly, insert link to the the typed word(s) of command with the page URL link which is completely #top added at the end;

Google Chrome is my default browser and I am very glad received an email from Diigo.com announcing its new and useful QN (Quick Note) application. Its downloading feature available at Chrome Web Store. Get it tested for two (2) QNs and the image embedded below as the proof of my tests.

What are good things about QN?

It is a type of slick interface as a light-weight note-taker which is had been released to to the Chrome Web Store. What so good about it? I simply copied and pasted the published articles' titles as seen on the above image for; Jumeirah International LLC - Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, London, and New York and Jasmine Birtles - United Kingdom's Financial Expert interview.

The main thing it is stored in my Diigo.com library which is also as shared article bookmarked on internet to be indexed and ranked by search engines. Not just that! I can use it offline asides of its web apps sync feature. More to add are; I can quickly add new note by simply use the provided mouse-right-click menu and also for editing note (s), quick searching my all notes, just by "One-Click" to access my notes, and also I can sync to cloud to access my notes anywhere.

Intro

In this post I am very glad to tell and share about the benefits of publicizing blog list or may be blog posts list on internet using Google Calendar, Presentation, and Spreadsheet. Secondly, each application comes with customizable dimension (Width X Height) which is editable, where both values can be edited to match any selected site's surface area in making the output (player) more presentable and highly legible for viewers to enjoy reading the input (content).

Thirdly, any data amendment; edit or change or updating done in the main composition board, the changed will take effect immediately after pressing a specific button provided. This is very exciting because a site owner no needs to visit each site to the location where the players embedded (if more than one location).

Many more amazing benefits using Google Calendar, Presentation, and Spreadsheet in publicizing site contents; but it would be much better for you to experience it yourself, never try will never know! Button Form - How To Compose Code And Publish

This is My Blog Kitty's 78th. number of post, so to celebrate and also to commemorate the achievement in early 2011 (January, 28); I would like to share something which is I never had done before. I mean, testing to reach the maximum number of words/characters can be used in filling up the button code VALUE by text completely with the inserted "URL link".

The above image of 'MS Word Count" data shown that the above button VALUE consists of; Words - 130; Character (no spaces) - 596: Character (with spaces) - 721; Paragraphs - 7; Lines - 16; and seems it can still be filled up with text. But, whether its linking activation working or not once pressed, just put try to press "The Largest Button Form In The World 2011." Please do not blame me for this declaration/claim as it is just my own expression, I never have seen like this large button published on internet, so far.

Spreadsheet is an imperative tool or application for those publishers who want to altruistically sharing data providing on internet among network members, community, specific announcement or statement, and also general purpose; whether for publishing it in the form of single/solo webpage or whether to embed it on the existing site(s) page or whether for both.

2. Brief

For those users who are already get used or familiarized with MS Excel Program (fondly known as Excel), working with data entry shouldn't be a problem because Spreadsheet works similarly to Excel. Spreadsheet special features are very obvious arrayed at the provided main file menu for; File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Form, Tools, and Help.

4. How To Make Entry To Spreadsheet?

Sign in into your Google Docs account , once-in look at the top-left part in the Google Docs page and there is a drop down list button named Create new; click and select Spreadsheet. Now you can start working in it.

Remember to give New Sheet Name to your completed Sheet by replacing the existing standardized name which is ready-named as Sheet 1.

5. How To Publish Your Completed Spreadsheet?

Look at the top-right part in the page, click on the provided drop down list Share icon button. Select Publish as a web.

The pop up Publish to the web appears, and at this time you've to select the provided options before publishing. The image below is the true example of mine, where I selected the Sheet Name for MSO - Monthly Special Offer as a Sheet to publish.

Under options for Get a link to the published data, at the first place I selected Webpage and this is the output of it

Secondly, I selected HTML to embed in a page, I copied and pasted the given code and embedded it in here below this image. I manually replaced the customized values for width (500) and height (300) to new values to make it proportionate to this page's width (optimize to 800) and for height value I just guess for the suitable value for 800 to be looked as a boxy shape/type of Spreadsheet.
