Why is your Body Acidic?

Info courtesy of www.filtrep.weebly.com by Jason Madela

One of the main reasons your body is acidic is due to a poor acid alkaline balance diet. Eating aciding forming foods will keep your body in a constanct low grade acidic state. Acidic forming foods include dairy products, saturated fats (fried), sugar, low fiber, poor intake of dark green and orange vegetables, poor intake of raw fruits and vegetables, low intake of phytonutrients, excess alcohol, coffee, tobacco smoking, drinking tap water, eating processed and overcooked food, and the list goes on.

Avoid suffering from these Acidic Body Symptoms. When your body pH levels are low, this may lead to 'low grade' health conditions such as allergies, frequent colds and flu, low immune system, insomnia, migraine headaches, constipation or diarrhea, burning sensation in the mount (ulcers), bumps on the tongue, sensitive teeth, bad breath, kidney and liver problems, itchy skin, fungal infections such as Candida, stomach ulcers, weight problems, to name a few. If you already show any of the symptoms stated above, then it is important to get serious and include a program that best suits your needs to help detoxify the body.

Six (6) Steps to Achieve Better Body pH Levels:

1. An Alkaline Balance Diet has a huge impact on your body's alkaline health. Reduce or eliminate acidic food such as sugar, dairy, fried food, fast food, over cooked food, coffee, sodas, canned and highly processed foods such as breakfast cereals and white bread.

2. Prevent the overuse of prescription drugs

3. Stop smoking or drinking excess alcohol

4. Reduce your exposure to environmental pollutants

5. Stay calm, stress can often contribute to poor alkaline health

6. Take a non-chemical whole food alkaline powder or raw alkaline supplement such as the Bio pH Alkaline Mineral Powder to boost your body pH levels naturally.

These six actions will help balance your body's acid alkaline balance.

Take this Powerful Alkaline Powder to Raise Your Body pH Levels. It is almost impossible to try and balance your body's pH levels using only an acid alkaline balance diet. Why struggle? when you can get amazing results with the Natural Bio pH Alkaline Mineral Supplement. Now you can help boost your body's pH levels with a raw whole food natural supplement!

Take action now and stop the negative effects of acid alkaline imbalance. Try the Bio pH Natural Alkaline Mineral Powder and discover the benefits for yourself.

Sisig: Pwedeng Pang-Pulutan, Pwede din na Pang-Ulam

2011-11-19T21:06:00.001+08:00

Sisig is a kapampangan term which means "to snack on something sour". It also refers to a method of preparing fish and meat, especially pork, which is marinated in a sour liquid such as lemon/kalamansi juice or vinegar, then seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices

Sisig also refers to Sizzling sisig, a Filipino dish made from parts of pig’s head and liver, usually seasoned with kalamansi and chili peppers. The dish is said to have originated from local residents who bought unused pig heads from the commissaries of Clark Air Base in Angeles City, Pampanga. Pig heads were purchased cheap since they were not used in preparing meals for the U.S. Air Force personnel stationed there. An alternate explanation of its origin is that it is but an innovative variation on an older recipe, which is pork ears and jowl, boiled, chopped then marinated. Source: Wikipedia - The Free Encyclopedia

Today, varieties of flavors has been added to the original recipes, making sisig a top choice delicious dish for Filipinos.

The SISIG Stop brings you a variety of SISIG flavors such as Pork Sisig, Chix Sisig, Combi Sisig top with Egg Sisig, Bangus Sisig, Tuna Sisig, Sisig on Garlic Rice with Special Blended Sauce in Regular or Super Spicy. The flavors are best both as Pam-Pulutan and/or Pang-Ulam.
