Quello del giovedì gnocchi non è un rito solo romano. Anche se da noi in Abruzzo si usa servirli anche la domenica, in molti proponiamo questa pasta semplice e gustosa il giovedì sulle nostre tavole. Prepararli in casa e&#39; veramente semplice e se avete un microonde sarà anche veloce. Ingredienti per 4 persone: 1 kg di patate a pasta bianca, 300 gr di farina, 1 uovo.&lt;br /&gt;
Ricordate sempre la proporzione 1 kg -300 gr .&lt;br /&gt;
Per prima cosa lavare le patate e metterle in una pentola con dell&#39;acqua e portare a bollore, lasciare bollire per 30 minuti; Io con il microonde faccio prima, avvolgere le patate nella pellicola per alimenti e cuocere per 10 minuti al massimo della potenza. Una volta cotte farle freddare e schiacciarle con tutta la buccia con lo schiacciapatate, non vi preoccupate la buccia resta dentro. Prendere la farina e fare una piccola fontana e mettervi le patate e l&#39;uovo. Impastate bene e poi procedete col fare tanti serpentelli, infarinateli e iniziate a tagliare tanti cubetti. Ora se avete un riga gnocchi come il mio usatelo oppure usate i rebbi di una forchetta sulla quale passerete gli gnocchi, infarinate e metteteli su un vassoio belli larghi. Ecco fatto i famosi gnocchi del giovedì, potete condirli come più vi piace. Buon appetito.&lt;br /&gt;

Se vi dico che le potete mangiare insieme in un dolce nuovo e fresco e anche veloce da fare? Gli ingredienti: 350 gr di biscotti al cioccolato, 120 gr di burro fuso, 200 ml di panna, 300 gr di cioccolato, fragole e zucchero in granella.&lt;br /&gt;

Ora sarà stato il bel tempo,la temperatura costante di casa mia,il fatto che l&#39;ho riposto in credenza ma il mio lievitino a 24 ore dal rinfresco voleva mangiare di nuovo e tutti i giorni.Ho iniziato a 72 ore dal primo impasto, e non più a 96,a rinfrescare tutti i giorni.Noterete che con il passare dei giorni la pasta cambia consistenza e odore.&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Iniziamo macinando nel mixer le nocciole con lo zucchero,mescolate bene il tutto e ,in una ciotola,aggiungete il burro fuso.Amalgamate bene e aggiungete anche l&#39;uovo,unite quindi poco per volta la farina miscelata con il lievito.Lavorate bene l&#39;impasto con le mani e lasciate riposare per un paio d&#39;ore.Accendete il forno a 180° e iniziate a formare tanti piccoli cilindretti &amp;nbsp;stendendo la pasta come se faceste gli gnocchi.Tagliate tanti pezzeti di circa 7 cm di lunghezza arcuateli a mezzaluna assottigliando leggermente le estremità.Non perdetevi d&#39;animo perchè ci vuole un pò di pazienza e manualità ma ne vale la pena.Una volta pronte le teglie co i biscotti infornateli per circa 12-15 minuti,facendo attenzione a non farli bruciare.Fateli raffreddare almeno 1 giorno e quindi sciogliete il cioccolato a bagnomaria,aggiungetevi i 20 gr di burro e ad uno ad uno intingete i biscotti fino alla metà così da vedere metà biscotto al naturale e l&#39;altra con il cioccolato.Sono buonissimi e finiscono subito anche se con questa dose se ne ottengono circa 60.Buon lavoro ,io torno al mio prima che Lavinia si svegli..........&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;i&gt;GLASSATURA: 150 gr di cioccolato fondente,50 gr di zucchero a velo,40 gr di margarina. &lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Montate a spuma i rossi d&#39;uovo con lo zucchero,nel frattempo sciogliete a bagnomaria il cioccolato con la margarina,unite e ,escolate con cura;ora aggiungete la farina setacciata con il lievito e aggiungete solo alla fine gli albumi montati a neve!!Cuocete a 175° per circa 45 minuti.Una volta fredda tagliate a metà la torta e velatela con la marmellata.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Per la glassa mettete il cioccolato con gli altri ingredienti a sciogliere a bagnomaria e ricoprire poi la torta.Lasciate raffreddare in frigo!!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Per decorarla ho usato alcuni dei fiori di pasta di zucchero che avevo preparato in precedenza,inoltre ho realizzato la scritta e alcuni disegni con la ghiaccia,ottenuta mescolando 1 albume,300 gr di zucchero a velo e 1 cucchiaio di succo di limone!!!!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Semplicemente avrete bisogno di un pandispagna,500gr di pasta di zucchero e coloranti in gel.La torta l&#39;ho farcita con crema Chantilly,crema al cioccolato!!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Per la crema Chantilly:400 gr di latte,40 gr di farina,5 tuorli,150 gr di zucchero,200 gr di panna,1 fialetta di aroma alla vaniglia.Scaldate il latte con la vaniglia,nel frattempo montate a crema,lo zucchero con i tuorli e aggiungetevi la farina,quindi diluite con il latte caldo e portate su fuoco dolce fino a chè non sarà pronta la crema.In un&#39;altra ciotola montate bene la panna e aggiungetevi la crema&amp;nbsp; quando si sarà freddata,la vostra Chantilly è pronta.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Per la crema al cioccolato:500 gr di latte,4 tuorli,50 gr di farina,150 gr di zucchero,20 gr di cacao amaro,,1 bicchierino di rum,100 gr di cioccolato fondente.Il procedimento è lo stesso dell&#39;altra crema solo che una volta portata sul fuoco aggiungerete il cacao e il cioccolato.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ora farcite il pan di spagna.........................velatelo con un pò di panna e lavoratelo con la pasta di zucchero.Io l&#39;ho decorata cosi ma voi potete sbizarrirvi come più vi piace!!!!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
