An AVM is a tangle of abnormal communications between arteries and veins. The walls of aneurysms and AVM's are weak, compared to normal vessels, so elevated blood pressure can cause them to leak or burst. The liberation of blood around or into the brain immediately produces the explosive headache.

Since transient heart rate and blood pressure elevations occur during sex, and the walls of aneurysms and AVM's are weak, then it isn't too surprising that they sometimes rupture or leak during sex.

People are usually not aware that they have an aneurysm or AVM. It may be present for their entire life and cause no symptoms at all, until the day it leaks or ruptures.

SENTINEL BLEED: THE FIRST HEADACHE MAY GO AWAY

Sometimes brain bleeds start with a tiny leak, which may temporarily seal itself off, after which the headache may temporarily resolve. This is called a "sentinel bleed." A sentinel bleed is an important warning sign of impending rupture. It's crucial to recognize and diagnose a sentinel bleed, because it provides a window of opportunity to identify and repair an aneurysm before it completely ruptures causing brain damage, or death.

SUMMARY:

On the whole, sex headaches are more often harmless than serious. But, the problem is that a small percentage is due to a serious life threatening emergency, such as a brain bleed. That's why a new onset headache during sex needs an emergency evaluation by a physician. As is often the case in medicine, the percentage chance of a bleed may be small, but if it happens to you it's 100%.

Food Causes Headache

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 118px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_I5ujpPptIkI/SRO7_Xuwu_I/AAAAAAAAAC0/ocfS7HygVyo/s200/food.GIF" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5265759086702541810" />
Sometimes you did not know that what you had eat, make you in trouble. What we eat on a regular basis affects the energy flow in our body. Proper eating habits can help maintain a good flow of energy and blood to the head, preventing headaches. Eat frequent smaller meals and choose wholesome foods, with no preservatives, additives, or artificial compounds.

For headache relief, eat more: whole grains, fiber-rich foods, green leafy vegetables, parsley, chrysanthemum flowers, mint, green tea, onions, ginger, pearl barley, carrots, prunes, buckwheat, peach kernels, and almonds.

Stay away from: alcohol, chocolate, MSG, nitrates, sulfites, sugar, salt, caffeine, and oily, greasy, or fried foods. Consider that caffeine, because it affects your blood vessels, can provide instant relief from a migraine headache. But be cautioned that regular use will make you dependent, meaning when you don't have it, the withdrawal will give you a painful headache! Do not eat late at night, while on the run, or under stress. Spicy, stimulating foods, and heavy starchy foods should also be avoided.

SINUS STORY

So You know What sinuses are ? definition of sinus, or why sinus?
Sinuses are the air chambers in the bone behind your cheeks, eyebrows and jaw. They make mucus, a fluid that cleans bacteria and other particles out of the air you breathe. Tiny hairs called cilia (say: “sill-ee-ah”) sweep mucus out of your sinuses so it can drain out through your nose.

Definition of sinus :Sinusitis (say: “sine-you-site-iss”) is the name for a condition in which the lining of your sinuses becomes inflamed.

Cause of sinus, Anything that causes swelling in your sinuses or keeps the cilia from moving mucus can cause sinusitis. This can occur because of changes in temperature or air pressure. Allergies can cause sinusitis. Using decongestant nasal sprays too much, smoking, swimming or diving can also increase your risk of getting sinusitis. Some people have growths called polyps (say: “pawl-ips”) that block their sinus passages and cause sinusitis.

When sinusitis is caused by a bacterial or viral infection, you get a sinus infection. Sinus infections sometimes occur after you’ve had a cold. The cold virus attacks the lining of your sinuses, causing them to swell and become narrow. Your body responds to the virus by producing more mucus, but it gets blocked in your swollen sinuses. This built-up mucus is a good place for bacteria to grow. The bacteria can cause a sinus infection.

HEADACHE FREE ! ! !

There are many types of headaches and some of them work in concert. For example, a muscle-tension headaches can increase the frequency and intensity and duration of migraine and vice versa.
Remember, headaches are just a signal your body is giving you that you need to eat better, rest more, get enough exercise, allow yourself pleasure, release anger and resentment and get a healthier lifestyle. Medication only masks pain and prevents you from addressing the underlying sources of your headache.
Ninety percent of headaches are due to stress or tension, according to Dr. Seymour Diamond, director of the National Headache Foundation. Tension headaches are just that---the result of too much tension. Are you just too nice? A pushover for others? If you can't limit yourself, consider professional counseling to help you get a handle on limit setting. At the very least, set aside at least 5 minutes for you every day. Go out and smell the roses or just enjoy a sunset. Let beauty, peace and joy surround you.
Exercise daily.
Exercise can acquaint your blood vessels to the normal sequence of dilation, rather than the inconsistent dilation and constriction that takes place with a migraine, says Dr. Seymour Diamond, director of the National Headache foundation. Physical activity also alleviates pain by increasing endorphins and enkephalins, your brain's pain-blocking substances. Consider a daily walk, a light swim or easy bike ride as a regular hedge against headache pain. Vigorous exercise is not recommended as you can bring on an exertional headache. At the very least, stretch your neck every half hour by gently rotating your neck from side to side and shrugging your shoulders to break the tension you're holding in your muscles.
Breathe deeply.
Pay attention to the way you breathe. Under pressure you're apt to take short, shallow beaths that fail to send enough oxygen to your brain. Allow yourself time to sit quietly and let your abdomen expand and deflate as you breathe in and out deeply, breathing in peace and relaxation and breathing out whatever it's time to let go of.
Ingest more fish oil.
Another good reason to eat more oily fish in your meals is that fish oil has a platelet-stabilizing and antivasospastic action that has been shown to decrease migraine. If you don't like or can't eat fish, you can get fish oil capsules at your health food store.
Stop smoking.
For you (smoker) watch out.......
If you're still smoking, be aware of the detrimental effects on your circulation. Find a good stop smoking class or purchase a stop smoking program or book.
As always, be sure to share your self-care plans with your health care practitioner.

Stress and Chronic Headache

People with chronic headache sometimes react angrily to friends or doctors who suggest they are just under too much stress - and with reason, since there’s often an implication that the headaches are a psychological rather than a medical issue. In fact, chronic headache is unlikely to be caused by stress alone, yet stress can contribute significantly to making headaches worse. In addition to all the other hassles of modern life, people with severe or chronic headache have to deal with the stress of being in pain. Approaches that help to reduce the stress associated with chronic headache can also help control the headaches themselves.

With episodic migraine, individuals can often identify how different stressors affect their headache pattern. A given person might recognize that headaches tend to follow a hectic week at work, a quarrel with a family member, or an important social occasion. There are also physical stresses that can trigger an attack, such as changes in weather, missed meals or too much alcohol. Because both the headaches and the stresses are infrequent, it’s relatively easy to see the connection.

For people with daily or near-daily headache, it’s often much harder to be aware of stress, because their stress may be nearly constant. The biggest stress in chronic headache is having chronic headache. Pain is itself a major stressor, physically and mentally. Pain can make the normal stresses of daily living all the worse. Holding down a job, raising a family, dealing with relationships, and just getting around in a complex world become very problematic with an every-present headache that is on the verge of intensifying. The stress is the product of the headache, but the stress then contributes to the severity of the headache in a vicious cycle of pain- increased stress - increased pain.

Behavioral -People who feel stressed may attempt to manage their anxiety with alcohol, prescription tranquilizers and pain medications, or drugs of abuse. These substances have only a short-term effect in relieving stress and ultimately may contribute to anxiety or depression. Treating any drug or alcohol misuse is important for long-term stress management. Chronic headache sufferers may also overuse headache medicines when alarmed by warning signs or fears of an attack. Daily or near-daily use of pain relief medicines can result in a drug rebound headache that returns as each dose wears off. Finally, people who feel overwhelmed often neglect good self-care practices like getting exercise, regular sleep and eating regular meals. Aerobic exercise is one of the best stress relievers available, and it may also help headache.

Physical - Biofeedback trains people to recognize and reduce physical tension in the body. Similarly, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing and other forms of relaxation therapy offer techniques for relieving physical tension and bringing body and mind into a more relaxed state. (See Summer 1998 issue of Headache.) Prescription medications can also be effective in relieving anxiety and depression associated with chronic pain and chronic stress.

There are many headache patients with a wide variety of headache types who successfully manage the normal stress of life as well as the stress of a headache condition. Stress is most problematic for individuals with high-frequency headaches who feel overwhelmed and become fatalistic or despairing about their lack of control. There is no magic cure for someone who is in such a high-stress situation, but a step-by-step approach that includes medication, behavioral and other non-drug approaches often yields good results over time.

Sinus Infection

You have a sinus problem?
Do you know what is sinus infection is?
Let me explain to you What is sinus infection..
Inflammation of the air cavities within the passages of the nose (paranasal sinuses) is referred to as sinusitis. Sinusitis is one of the more common conditions that can afflict people throughout their lives. Sinusitis commonly occurs when environmental pollens irritate the nasal passages, such as with hay fever. Sinusitis can also result from irritants, such as chemicals or the use and/or abuse of over-the-counter nasal sprays and illegal substances that may be snorted through the nose. Sinusitis can also be caused by infection (by viruses or bacteria). This article is a review of sinus infection.
Ok folks, see u in the next post
http://www.medicinenet.com/sinusitis/article.htm

The paranasal sinuses are air-filled cavities in the dense portions of the bones of the skull, which were formed to decrease the overall weight of the skull. These air filled cavities are formed essentially in four left and right pairs. The frontal sinuses are positioned behind the area of the forehead, while the maxillary sinuses are behind the cheeks. The sphenoid and ethmoid sinuses are found deeper in the skull behind the eyes and maxillary sinuses. The sinuses are lined by mucous secreting cells. The air gets into the sinuses through small openings in the bones that allow connection to the nasal passageways, called ostia. If any of these openings become blocked, air can't properly pass into the sinuses and likewise the mucous produced by the cells lining the sinuses can't drain out.

Saving Money

Money..money.. money... Sounds fun if we have it. But it is all need a work to have it
, you can got it with wright or wrong.. :-). The wright way is you got to work like be an employee, work at restaurant, etc. The wrong way is lot more easier, but more danger like rob a bank, house, an old woman, and many more.. hehehe.

May be after you have your own money, you got to saving it. Because if you spend your money without saving it, then you got nothing, you can not buy a car, a house, or else...

I give you some tips to saving your money :

Keep a record of your expenses. What you save falls between two activities and their difference: how much you make and how much you spend. Since you have more control over how much you spend, it's wise to take a critical look at your expenses. Write down everything you spend your money on for a couple weeks or a month. Be as detailed as possible, and try not to leave out small purchases. Assign each purchase or expenditure a category such as: Rent, Car insurance, Car payments, Phone Bill, Cable Bill, Utilities, Gas, Food, Entertainment, etc.

Make a budget. Once you’ve managed to balance your earnings with your savings goals and spending, write down a budget so you’ll know each month or each paycheck how much you can spend on any given thing or category of things. This is especially important for expenses which tend to fluctuate, or which you know you're going to have a particularly hard time restricting. (E.g. "I will only spend $30 a month on movies/chocolate/coffee/etc.")

AND.....Stop using credit cards. Pay for everything with cash or money orders. Don't even use checks. It's easier to overspend when you're pulling from a bank or credit account because you don't know exactly how much is in there. If you have cash, you can see your supply running low. You can even bundle up the predetermined amount of cash allocated for each expense with a label or keep separate jars for each expense (e.g. a bundle/jar for coffee, another for gas, another for miscellaneous).
