If you're a fan of fruity scents then you might be interested in the new scent "Vineyard Peach" from The Body Shop. It is VERY sweet, and smells kind of like Nestea.

The line consists of a body butter, body lotion, body scrunb, shower gel and a lip gloss.
Many people will probably find the scent a bit too sweet, but, if you like it like that, then you'll love it!

Fall Favorite: Confetti Stud Pouch Bag!

I bought this from http://www.urbanoutfitters.co.uk a few weeks ago, and it has very quickly become my favorite bag. It's the perfect, "not too big, not too small" size and has a few pockets inside to make a little organization possible. It retails for 45 Pounds.

I borrowed the picture below from Urban Outfitters' web-site as you're able to see the two straps that both come with the bag.

My Favorite Drugstore Top Coat!

This top coat by Gosh is the best one I've used to date!

It functions both as a base and top coat, but I only use it as a top coat. (as I'm not crazy about using base coats.)

Anywho! This makes my nail polish last almost an entire week (unless I'm wearing a really shitty quality nail polish underneath it!) and it adds a lot of shine!

Definetely one to try!!

The Body Shop: Tea Tree Pore Minimizer + All-In-One BB Cream

I'm always looking for new products to make my skin appear healthy, even and clear.

These two products are a great base for just that.

You apply the 'Tea Tree Pore Minimizer' as a primer after your moisturizer but before any make-up. You simply dap it on any areas with visible pores ( usually the nose and cheek area) and let it sit for a few seconds.

It immediately minimizes the appearance of pores, and over time, it will make the pores noticeably smaller because of the tea tree oil that actually cleanses the skin.

I really love this pore minimizer as it primes, smoothes and mattifies without clogging the pores!

The BB cream starts out as a white, but transforms as you rub it in, and (almost) completely adapts to your skin tone.

It comes in 3 different shades 01, 02 and 03.

01 suits A LOT of different skin tones but can actually look a bit orange on very pale skin, 02 suits tanner skin tones, and 03 suits quite dark skin! I use the lightest - 01.

It looks a bit pink at first, but it turns in to a more warm color as you keep rubbing it in.

The BB Cream has a light coverage but it definitely evens out the skin tone and makes the skin look healthy. It feels very light on the skin as opposed to other BB creams (e.g. the original one from Garnier) and as well as the pore minimizer, it doesn't clog the pores.

It's supposed to give up to 24 hours of moisture, which certainly is a bonus for people with normal to dry skin. I on the other hand have oily skin, but I don't become "more" oily with this product than I do with any other BB Cream/foundation that I've tried. That being said, I'd always use a powder with this BB cream, - as i would with any other BB cream or foundation.

I really like these products. They're great individually but certainly also together. I would definitely recommend them, as they suit many different skin types and tones!

Fall Favorite: Ceramic Oil burner

After a great amount of consideration, I finally decided to buy an oil burner. No regrets. I love the cozy look, not to mention the lovely scents that you can easily spread in an entire room.

I got my oil burner as well as the oil, from The Body Shop. I absolutely love the scent "Aloe & Soft Linen" because it is fresh yet subtle. But, for the upcoming colder seasons the vanilla scented oil would be delicious.

ALL BLACK Nike Free Run +3

I stand up and walk around all day because of my job, therefore comfortable shoes are a must! I knew i wanted to get Nike Free shoes because they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.

The only downside was that i had to get them customized, because there's a rule that you have to wear ALL black where I work. After about 3 weeks, my new shoes finally arrived in the mail. Thankfully they turned out great, - the right size and definitely as black as they come.

Ibiza Mix by Models Own

Base: "Gris Couture" by Maybelline Glitter: "Ibiza Mix" by Models Own from the Hedkandi collection.

This is one of those nail polish combinations a photo simply won't do justice. In person the different colors of the glitter are much more clear and vibrant. The photo below is more representative of how Ibiza Mix looks in person.

Anyway, Ibiza Mix is a really cool polish to put over almost any base color! It applies smoothly and evenly although I'm not a fan of the finish, but a clear top coat fixes that issue. I used two coats of the polish on the photo above, but you could definitely use more or less to get the desired effect.

You easily forget how lovely it feels after you've organized something that you come across every day.

I rediscovered that feeling after organizing my bathroom cabinet...

Here's a list of some of the main products:

Leather bracelets + Crete

I've mentioned bracelets quite a few times lately, so why stop now?

I bought these bracelets when I was on vacation in Greece. They are handmade out of good quality leather and come in many different colors with different charms. I love the fact that you can easily transform the look of the bracelets, simply by removing - and perhaps replacing the charms. I bought them because i love the leather that i think has sort of an edgy look. I bought them for 7 € each at a Greek jewelry store called "Athens Protatis Santorini".

Bought some new beautiful summer nail polishes from Models Own. The yellow one to the left is called "Lemon Meringue" and the glittery one to the right is called "Ibiza mix". I will do some swatches of these later, but I'm gonna be M.I.A. for 2 weeks because I'm going on vacation.

If you're not sure where to buy Models Own nail polish, then i recommend www.asos.com. They have a lot of different shades, and delivery is almost always free.

Hex Nut Bracelet Love

I absolutely love the hex nut bracelet trend! I think they're the perfect combination of girly and edgy and they can really spice up a simple outfit. I own the two pictured above, a chunky one and a slim one and they're both ideal for stacking with other arm candy.

Yesterday i spent the evening with my friend who makes them and I got to try it out myself. I gotta say, it was a bit harder than I expected because the braid has to be VERY tight. But other than that it's actually quite doable!

The search for a perfect light pink nail polish is over, "Sweetheart" by OPI is the one.

I applied 3 coats to get an opaque cover, if you don't want that and prefer a more natural "your nails but better" pink, then I wouldn't use this pink, as the first coat is a bit streaky. Instead, I'd check out either "Pink Nude" by Revlon or "Shell We Dance" by Sally Hansen.

DIY Cut-Off Shorts

Sometimes it can be hard to see the potential in something really ugly, but something good might come out of it if you do.

I found these incredibly ugly shorts (sorry if you're the proud owner of these bad boys) on sale for 50 DKK (about 5 pounds) in H&M yesterday, with a makeover in mind.

After a while of one-on-one time with a pair of scissors, this is what i ended up with; a pair of nice distressed cut-offs that are perfect for summer, and just follows the ombre/dip-dye trend.
I'm very pleased with the result, but they are definitely a candidate for even more sprucing up, perhaps with a few studs studs like I did HERE.

I used THIS video by 'AndreasChoice' as "cutting" inspiration, and made the shorts a little longer in the back than in the front, and with a slit/hole under the left pocket.

Mango 'Body Mist' from The Body Shop

A delicious new line of 'body mists' from The Body Shop that comes in 8 of the original scents; Coconut, Vanilla, Moringa, Strawberry, Pink Grapefruit, Shea, Satsuma, and Mango.

The packaging is very classy and of good quality. The bottle is made of glass and contains 100 ml.

I bought a Mango mist today, as it is my favorite scent from the collection - and The Body Shop in general. The mango body mist, smells almost exactly like the mango shower gel. It has a hint of something other than mango (vanilla?) and is a bit more fresh, than the mango body butter that has a more 'true' mango scent.

I really love the sweet, fruity yet fresh scent of the mango body mist, perfect for the summertime and to bring on vacation.

If you're intrigued and wanna give them a sniff yourself, then check them out at your local dealer in the end of the week when they're officially supposed to launch.

"Charming" by Revlon & "Confetti Glitz" by POP

Charming applies very easily, two coats needed. Confetti Glitz is on the other hand very difficult to work with in my opinion. You have to place each glitter particle (ex. with a toothpick), cause if you just sweep the brush over your nail, you'll have ugly glitter-clumps on your nails instead of an even layer.

How to:

Paint your nails a base color. I used "Charming" by Revlon.
Choose a darker color, and dab it on with a sponge. I used "Blueberry" by BarryM.
Optional: Apply a darker color at the very tips of your nails, OR add some glitter. I used "Razzmatazz" by Topshop.
Finish with a clear topcoat.

DIY Studded Shorts

I decided to pimp a plain pair of shorts, with some studs from an old belt. It's really easy, but it does take some patience, especially if you want the studs to be placed neatly.

But I think it's a cool way to experiment, and to give some new life to pair of boring shorts - although i would have preferred mine to look a bit more worn and "rough around the edges" for a more edgy look.

Peachy Coral Lips

I love this color lipstick for the summertime. It's very fresh, and adds a pop of color to the face whilst remaining subtle.
The lipstick is called "Charmed" and is by Topshop. The formulation is moisturizing but quite sheer, so i would suggest wearing a matching lip liner underneath for it to last longer.

I don't think it's available online, but I'm pretty sure you can still find it in-store!

Classic Nude Nails

Nude nails are a classic, which is why I'm always on the look-out for a nice nude polish that isn't too pink or too orange.

Surprisingly, the best nude I've tried so far is "Nerd" from H&M. It's cheap, it has a nice formula and applies evenly. The only downside is that it chips quite easily.
To prevent "Nerd" from chipping, I applied a top coat that's supposed to last 10 days, hopefully it helps a bit with the staying power!

Nail Polish Storage

Bought these glass vases in Ikea to store my nail polish in. I chose glass, because like the fact that all of the colors are somewhat displayed. That way, I'll perhaps be more likely to remember to use the old polishes as well as new ones.
The downside to storing your polishes this way, is of course if you want one that's laying in the bottom!
