As per OI Table put writing was seen at 490o and 5000 while call writing was seen above 5000 to 5200. 5100 will give some resistance with positive bias while 5000 is still 50/50 chance.

And a value of more than 25 indicates too much of fear in the market which along with lower PCR ratio of less than 1 confirms it. It gives the mind of players in the market.

As per OI Table put writing was seen from 4700 to 5000 while call writing was seen at 4600 and 4700. not much aggressive writing. looks like a small pause will be here. NAV effect may play in the coming days so nifty upto 4920 is expected. Nifty covered 20.9 lacs of OI in September but added 23.3 lacs in October, 100% were rolled over, with most probably some more shorts added to October

As per OI Table call writing was seen from 5000 to 5400 while profit booking was seen in puts from 5000 and higher strikes but puts were added at 4800(could be some one betting on 4800). Highest call option was seen only at 5500 and put option was at 5000. So 5000 may provide some support but FII are not coving much of their short and even when world market are green we finished red which does not look good. If in any case we go near 4800 i may buy some stocks.

For 21/07/11 NF may take support at 5560

Above 5560 NF may rally up to 5590

Below 5560 NF may correct up to 5520

NIFTY LEVELS

Nifty future's projected high and low for next session is 5600 and 5510 (use this projection with other indicators). Nifty future's immediate support now comes around 5550 zone. If sustains that zone then it will towards 5590 zone. Crossover and sustenance above 5590 will show buying to 5620 level itself. But if cannot sustain above 5550 level it will again retest 5520 and this time below 5520 a real free fall will be seen which may take Nifty future upto 5490 zone.

OPTION DATA ANALYSIS

As per OI Table bears took full control from day open. Today they have started to write even 5500 call along with 5600 and 5700. unwinding of puts was seen in 5700, 5600 and in small quantity in 5500. Range for expiry looks 5480 to 5650. 5500 still looks strong support while 5700 is strong resistance and 5600 is still 50/50 chance with negative bias.

The PCR is at 1.04, down from 1.22 of yesterday which seems bearish. Nifty OI was up by 5.89 lacs mainly due to short build-up.Too much change is going on in the OI table on a daily basis and it’s becoming difficult taking call based on OI Table alone.
