Oreimo second episode leaked before airing.

The second episode should air in 6 hours from now on Japanese TV, but a RAW (and subs too lol) is already circulating on the Internet. The incident has made his way even to Japanese sites. How will Aniplex react ? Will they stop the simulcast with ANN ?

My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute !

Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai Light Novel

Yesterday in Japan, the first episode of Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai (My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute) aka Oreimo. I desperately tried to search the Opening on Youtube/Nico Nico in order to be able to make my first impression on the anime. However, the first episode had no opening, so I'll have to wait for next week.

Well, what can I say about this episode ? First, as soon as I heard the voice of Taketatsu Ayana (Azusa, Vanilla, etc.), I had a really good impression. I read the beginning of the Light Novel and read the manga, but I never imagined this voice for Kirino, and I would say it really fits her.

In the voice actor/actress cast, we also find the lovely Hanazawa Kana (Nadeko, Kobato, Sakura, Mikan, ...) , Satomi Satou (Ritsu, Aria, ...), Nabatame Hitomi ( Yuma, Arcueid, ...), Tamura Yukari (Nanoha, Sakura, ...) and some good voice actors (as Yuuichi Nakamura (Ikuto, ...).

As you can see, the cast has some big names, and we can feel it. For me, every voice fits their own characters, and the work of the actors is faultless.

One of my biggest fear about the anime was whether they would have taken the character design from the manga/Light Novel. Perharps it's just me, but I think that the Light Novel's (but not as much as the manga's one) character design is quite ugly. Kirino is kind of fat, every girl is "fat".

In the anime, it's not the case. They are all slim, but not too much. The art is also pretty good (sorry, I'm not very critic ;_;). I found nothing to say about it.

The ending sung by Taketatsu Ayana was also pretty good, but I couldn't hear it very well. Next week, a new ending also sung by Taketatsu Ayana.

I don't know what else I should write, but as you could have already noticed, the show left me a really big impression. The biggest as of now. I can hardly wait for The World God Only Knows, but I think Oreimo will be big this season, probably the best anime of Fall and maybe of the year ? At least, it has the possibilities (with TWGOK).

Don't hesitate to post your opinions/impressions !

International Saimoe League 2010 Results

2010-10-02T08:36:00.003+02:00

Finally, The International Saimoe League has ended. And the final winner, the queen with the Heavenly Tiara, is none other than Mio Akiyama from K-ON!

She battled against Misaka Mikoto from Railgun/Index for a second time (it was a double elimination tourny), and once again, Mio prevailed against Misaka who btw won against Shana twice, and against Taiga).

I'm kind of disappointed about this result since I'm not very fond of Mio, I prefer Misaka (and Shana ;_;) much more. But I can't change what is done.

Otherwise, (bolded names won, italic were my votes)
Shinku vs Suigintou.
Nozomi vs Fumino.
Erica vs Kuroi.
Kasumi vs Hikari.
Sanae vs Chigusa.
Alicia vs Yuno.
Yukine vs Anri.
Alicia vs Hirai.
Arcueid vs Tsukino.

YMO - 君に、胸キュン

Well, I can't really describe how I felt when I saw this. I love the ending theme of Maria†Holic and I didn't know it was a remix of this...
Still, I love the expression on their face, and they look so motivated it's so funny.
Enjoy ! Well, try.

Mahou Shoujo shows

Eiga Precure All Stars DX2: Kibou no Hikari - Rainbow Jewel wo Mamore! - Ending Theme

Well, I recently got into Mahou Shoujo stuff. You could call me a lolicon, but I can't help it. I love Mahou Shoujo shows.
I think I don't need to explain what is exactly Mahou Shoujo. To put it in a nutshell, it is a little girl who transforms and do good things (save the world, save her friends, ...).
So, I remember when I was little, I watched Card Captor Sakura, in dub. It was quite horrible when I think about it, but I really appreciated it, but I have never finished it though. Might continue sometimes.
But after that, I rarely touched a Mahou Shoujo show, and watched some kind of famous/popular show.

I began to watch some more Mahou Shoujo show like 2 or 3 years ago, namely Shugo Chara.
Nice openings/endings, Kanae Itou, Asumi Kana, and later Mizuki Nana and Aki made me really appreciate the show. I still need to finish the hellish season 3 though and the horrible (?) actresses.
Then, I watched Nanoha. The openings/endings are quite good and addictive, and Tamura Yukari has a lovely voice.
I also watched Nanatsuiro Drops and fell in love with Sumomo.
Finally, I found the time to watch all the season of Precure (I'm a bit late for Heartcatch though), and well, I really loved it (especially Yes! with the wonderful Nozomi, but I hate Milky Rose for whatever reasons I don't know).
I'm currently watching the first season of Ojamajo Doremi, and I like it so far. I can't wait for Onpu ;_;

All in all, I didn't really watch lots of Magical Girl show, but with what I've seen so far, I'm quite satisfied. However, if you have some shows you would recommend me... ;_;

Yumeiro Pâtissière has ended...or not.

Yumeiro Pâtissière - Opening Theme

This year, I was looking forward for every Sunday, because Yumeiro Pâtissière aired that day. Today was supposed to be the last episode, the 50th one, and I loved it all the way until the end. I thought it was a real shame that it would end after these twenty minutes of epicness.
But I was wrong, and I could not hide my amazement when I saw the preview of the second season's first episode. I really did not know a second season was planned...
So, I can't wait for next week, and watch this epic anime.
