After scanning, the drawings, I usually use photoshop to crop and use "levels" (under image/adjustments) to darken the darks and/or brighten the whites. It makes the drawings more crisp.

i've not figured out fashion illustration yet. but it would look something like this if I were to come up with a more routine fashion illustration style. Pencil, gouache, watercolour, pen and ink on brown paper.

For the coloured ones, i was trying putting down the colours first. Then drawing in the lines. tools used - hero pen, ink brush, grouche.

Went to the post office this morning to collect my new 2.4mm nib parallel pen I ordered from ebay. Now I have the 1.5mm, 2.4mm and 3.8mm ones. I had noodles with tomato ketchup and tea (drawn with the new pen) I had my gouche pill box with me too.

For most of these, I used a bamboo dip pen and some diluted ink. the coloured one was ballpoint and watercolour. last one was a marker drawing+photoshop.

I've just printed a new comic collection! It is a compilation of a few short story comics I've been working on this past year. It is home-made with good paper and made the best I could. Random drawings with a bamboo calligraphic pen I got from that uncle at straits commercial. I think he made it.
It's pretty fun because it gives very flexible line widths. I also used a brush for the bigger black areas. Drawn on brown paper + photoshop for colours.
