What is your monthly income level? What is your age?What is your monthly commitment?What is the monthly surplus you have?What is your risk tolerance level?How much capital do you have?How much of that is risk capital?&lt;br /&gt;                       Once you have a clear idea of your resources you can think of investment.Where do I invest?What for do I invest? Am I investing for income or capital appreciation or both?&lt;br /&gt;                        There are various places you can park your fund. Your income will be proportionate to your risk tolerance level.You can go for fixed deposits Or post office saving where your return will be fixed but risk is also limited.
