这一年跑来跑去<br /> 给家人带了许多麻烦<br /> 很抱歉<br /> 这一年更清楚了我“还有”哪些朋友<br /> 我用我的付出得到<br /> “日久见人心”<br /> 虽然很痛心，但亦无所谓<br /> 往后的日子无人知<br /> <br /> 离开的学会为何留恋<br /> 我只是怀念<br /> 不想失去<br /> 一次又一次的帮忙<br /> 只想让自己有那么一点回忆当初<br /> 到最后别人又对自己说了什么<br /> <br /> 曾经...到今天<br /> 都认为急救让我找到了兴趣<br /> 甚至可能把它当前途发展<br /> 试想想自己又有什么资格<br /> 在圣约翰一个最基础的Division<br /> 都搞得如此<br /> 应该有不少人听过<br /> 我这么说过的话<br /> “我不会离开”<br /> 我的职位，阶级<br /> 今天我选择放下<br /> 你可以说我大炮，只会空口说白话，什么都好<br /> 我都会选择不言<br /> 我已经不知如何去解释<br /> 它已经不是我当初认识的了<br /> 是谁变了已无所谓<br /> <br /> “对不起”——给所有该对不起的朋友<br /> <br /> “谢谢你”——给所有帮助过我的朋友<br /> <br /> “继续努力”——给所有我帮助过的人<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 这段时间我得到了什么，一堆乱七八糟的心情，还有多少时间给我浪费，还不如当初选择平凡。^seng^http://www.blogger.com/profile/11146132030701194141noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7267492296513784560.post-18199917055341290202011-06-20T00:33:00.000+08:002011-06-20T00:33:56.341+08:00<div style="text-align: center;">筹备了那么久，终于到备营了，之前开会讨论准备的都要派上用场了。</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;">到了笨珍培群独立中学&lt;&lt;超越营地， 整理了讲堂、课室宿舍编排、清洗厕所。过后，彩排了行程为第一天做好准备。接下来我和burger前去会所向张sir借需要用到的工具，sir一如往常给我们很多的指导。这时又看见sir以前煮的食物照片，肚子就开始抱怨了，于是提议和sir一起享用晚餐，当然地点还是168茶餐室，此时聊到笨珍梁朝伟，谁知说曹操，曹操就到，笑了笑就离开回学校。主席回来就开会讨论了。最后大家重新讨论话剧的整个编排，为了以防万一我们彩排多一轮，此时已到深夜两点钟了。工委们完成手上的工作就带着疲惫的身体去宿舍休息。</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong>我们的第一天</strong></div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong>超越的第一天</strong></div><div style="text-align: center;">营员们抵达了营地</div><div style="text-align: center;">报到后大家进入讲堂等候汇报</div><div style="text-align: center;">主席介绍完营规后，纪律长进行了封箱。</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;">打破沉默的时候到了，开始第一项-形容词游戏，接着抢椅子，传呼啦圈。就这样大家流了一身汗前去空地拍了张合照，就去享用camp的第一餐。吃饱后迎接我们安排的唯一讲座“家庭急救小常识”，主讲人-区秘书邱媺绚小姐。</div><div style="text-align: center;">开幕礼彩排-教stjohn song</div><div style="text-align: center;">观看影片-弟子规 亲身经历</div><div style="text-align: center;">迎接YB宋乃顺州议员的到来，林佳助先生陪同，带领他们前去讲堂开幕。YB也宣布拨款RM1000.00给予第五分队作为活动经费。全体与YB、嘉宾留影纪念。</div><div style="text-align: center;">招待一番后，YB也离开了。营员们前往食堂享用晚餐，冲个凉就开始pratice-CPR &amp; Choking。</div><div style="text-align: center;">终于到了大家筹备很久的话剧-圣约翰的历史</div><div style="text-align: center;">谢谢你们的掌声！</div><div style="text-align: center;">宵夜！第一天就这样毁了&gt;&lt;大麦煮焦了，结果因为味道的问题很多营员选择不喝，于是我提议男生们把剩下的比赛喝光，最后我输了~罚多一碗=.=</div><div style="text-align: center;">又到了夜晚开会这个时候我头痛发冷，还是勉强的开完会。各组轮流守夜，完毕。</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: red; font-size: large;">起床囖！</span><br /> 一起来跳Chicken Dance~~</div><div style="text-align: center;">每日的营养在早餐~面包豆奶~<br /> 早上大家的吸收能力比较强，所以到了抬床与包扎训练。</div><div style="text-align: center;">接着，各工委带领各小组进行步操~</div><div style="text-align: center;">操累了就去吃饱饱~<br /> 接着是一连串的活动了<br /> 营员们！准备好了没？<br /> 出发咯<br /> 1）抢答比赛~各组为了夺得机会不顾一切完成任务：拿名卡，拿笔，拿袜子，抢纸巾，包扎，拿手表，打电话，捡花。</div><div style="text-align: center;">2）包扎比赛~各组必须在指定时间内完成一个包扎。</div><div style="text-align: center;">3）笔试~营员们回答了所有学习营准备的问题。<br /> 4）跑站游戏~分为速度与PK，最后还有个终极PK-123木头人。</div><div style="text-align: center;">玩得一身汗也该冲凉舒服下~<br /> 到了刺激的时段<br /> 大家第一次做模拟练习<br /> 我做了一个被撞的motor骑士<br /> 可怜要躺在柏油路<br /> 救我的是毅力组~辛苦了<br /> 最后由各伤者讲解，纠正错点<br /> 有到晚餐了^^<br /> 今天到各组话剧表现了<br /> 不错~有慧慈打永春、中奖去美国、“民女”、还有很多<br /> 笑完一番<br /> 让大家休闲下~开点歌曲听听<br /> 大家还是停不下，听到“第一天”就开始又跑又跳~~<br /> 宵夜宵夜~最后一粒馒头&gt;&lt;我和丰一人一半~<br /> 还有红豆汤为今天画下句点。<br /> 可是工委还要继续开会检讨这天的问题，讨论明天的行程。<br /> <br /> <span style="color: #351c75; font-family: &quot;Courier New&quot;, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;"><u>最后一天囖！</u></span><br /> 一样起床做早操<br /> 只是这天有不一样的早操<br /> 趣味性的游戏<br /> “蹲蹲蹲”<br /> 比如：敏捷跳，敏捷跳，敏捷跳完，工委蹲<br /> 大家出了汗就去吃营养早餐<br /> milo太烧了，所以由鋆表演鱼尾狮<br /> 接下来工委营员准备闭幕与收拾校园<br /> 而我就前往会所接张sir<br /> 闭幕礼~<br /> 最佳-男营员邱勇睿 女营员黄嘉敏 组别敏捷<br /> 大家也留了张合影<br /> 接着就是最后的午餐==这次的camp<br /> 最最最后与全体的叙别会~<br /> 大家都依依不舍<br /> 时间却走得好快<br /> 希望明年还能见到你们！<br /> 你们要为你们是第一届BEYOND的营员而骄傲<br /> 第一届超越自我学习营 结束！<br /> <br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;"><em><span style="color: #b45f06; font-size: large;">到我自己感言：</span></em><br /> 其实这段才是重点~哈哈<br /> 这四天跟阳光真的不一样，不只地点、人、camp形式，就连感觉也不同。这次真的很累，又在camp是这里痛那里痛。大家第一次主办很多方面都有好与不好的，对与错的，所以难免在会议上出现火药味，但还是努力坚持办好。为的就是让BEYOND第一届的营员留下美好的回忆。好希望第二届哦...就算...我也会争取！！！我需要的是你们的支持，谢谢！</div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #bf9000;"><u>最最最重要感谢我的区指挥官张荃福先生</u></span>我都叫张sir~~<br /> 他一把年纪了还是很关心我们<br /> 他几乎把圣约翰当成他的命<br /> 我想对你说：<br /> <strong><span style="color: /> <br /> 530跑去和学弟学妹们一起去一日游<br /> <br /> 今年地点不远所以不用凌晨出发<br /> <br /> 可是前一天还是没有睡&gt;.&lt;<br /> <br /> 因为几天都是到凌晨2，3点累了才睡<br /> <br /> 4点多跑去衍鋆家载他<br /> <br /> 然后去载其他的人<br /> <br /> 最后把车放在弟的家就去集合囖<br /> <br /> 太阳还没出就上巴士咯...<br /> <br /> 就有一些怪怪的人（国际人士）开始发疯了~~哈哈<br /> <br /> 闹着闹着，时间就过去了<br /> <br /> 转眼就听见有人说“到了！”<br /> <br /> 这时大家的目光就移向了窗外<br /> <br /> 下车后大伙就拍个合照留念<br /> <br /> 先是去享用了早餐<br /> <br /> 味道就.......呵呵~<br /> <br /> 然后就出现了一位“大哥”<br /> <br /> 给我们做了一些有机稻米的介绍<br /> <br /> 他说现在的时候正是收割季节<br /> <br /> 于是带着大伙去到稻米田<br /> <br /> 分成了几组轮流去割稻、打稻<br /> <br /> 最后大家叫上都有“一些”护肤品~<br /> <br /> 更期待的是：<br /> <br /> 水上活动。<br /> <br /> 大哥带我们到稻米田旁边<br /> <br /> 分组进行了一连串的跌水运动^^<br /> <br /> 对于我们的老师成功挑战过关<br /> <br /> 我只能说姜还是老的辣<br /> <br /> 也有很多委员受伤<br /> <br /> 经过了一轮的团队训练<br /> <br /> 大哥带我们去了一条河流戏水~<br /> <br /> 被大哥推下水&gt;.&lt;喝了不少<br /> <br /> 这里的水很凉快~<br /> <br /> 接下来大哥带我们去划船！<br /> <br /> 阵容有：我、伟立、兆颖、衍鋆<br /> <br /> 超好玩的~有小船有木筏<br /> <br /> 玩得过瘾~一直不想休息呢<br /> <br /> 无奈时间问题，只好拍照留念<br /> <br /> <br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a t8="true" width="640" /></a></div><br /> 玩得一身湿嗒嗒的我们就快点去冲凉咯<br /> <br /> 过后就吃午餐了<br /> <br /> 然后又带我们走进了森林保留区介绍了一些花花草草的知识<br /> <br /> 出来后沿着路我们去看了这里非常有用途的牛大哥<br /> <br /> 当然这么一去一回也流了不少汗水<br /> <br /> 所以问了主席决定又再冲一次凉~哈哈<br /> <br /> 这里准备了下午茶给我们<br /> <br /> 学会也准备了蛋糕庆祝6月份生日的委员<br /> <br /> 不知不觉6点半了<br /> <br /> 前往ayer hitam享用各自的晚餐~<br /> <br /> 很快的就要搭上回途的路了<br /> <br /> 最后大家带着疲惫的身躯回家。<br /> <br /> 来点感言：<br /> <br /> <span style="font-size: x-small;">在最后一秒钟决定踏上这旅途，本想说这个老学长没人认识去了很不好意思，所以开始时拒绝了你们的邀请，抱歉啦。谁知道最后遇到有委员不能去，而改变初衷决定同行。</span><br /> <span style="font-size: x-small;">带着既期待又不安的心情前往，一连串的行程后，心情很不满足。</span><br /> <span style="font-size: x-small;">不过还好有伟立，颖，鋆，一起闹，只是比去年少了一些人~</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">热不起来！</span><br /> <span style="font-size: x-small;">这边我写一句看了不要骂我“不要叫我排队了”</span><br /> <span style="font-size: x-small;">我想这是最后一年了，我想再多一年学会有一半的人是陌生的，认识的只有学会、活动</span><br /> <span style="font-size: x-small;">所以不论如何以后加油！</span><br /> <div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: large;">11-14/3/2011</span></div><div style="text-align: center;">四天的camp</div><div style="text-align: center;">消耗了过多的体力～</div><div style="text-align: center;">(其实脚力比较多)</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;">第一天就把物品从笨珍载往此次阳光的地点：育民一校</div><div style="text-align: center;">我们迅速地把所用场地与课室整理好</div><div style="text-align: center;">然后就开会讨论了。</div><div style="text-align: center;">吃完晚餐后又继续讨论了～</div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;">不管去到那，我第一天都不会睡的</div><div style="text-align: center;">可能兴奋吧</div><div style="text-align: center;">所以就想想营里该做的事，</div><div style="text-align: center;">还有帮阿豆做slideshow</div><div style="text-align: center;">就这样时间很快的过了</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;">穿上制服准备开工了</div><div style="text-align: center;">先是负责整个宿舍</div><div style="text-align: center;">在各组讨论时</div><div style="text-align: center;">也去认识了各位宿舍部的督察</div><div style="text-align: center;">蛮多第一次参加的</div><div style="text-align: center;">其实我也是第一次～哈哈</div><div style="text-align: center;">一开始感觉高督好像不清楚状况似的</div><div style="text-align: center;">但这三天下来我看到了你们的努力</div><div style="text-align: center;">你们都把自己的责任完成很好！</div><div style="text-align: center;">然后在第二天也骂了你们</div><div style="text-align: center;">如果我哪里有指导错了</div><div style="text-align: center;">请各位谅解</div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;">第二天早上一位女营员突然不舒服</div><div style="text-align: center;">于是尽快地将她送往医院</div><div style="text-align: center;">不过庆幸她没事</div><div style="text-align: center;">希望她以后身体健康</div><div style="text-align: center;"> </div><div style="text-align: center;">钊颖教官也把早操部分交给我</div><div style="text-align: center;">害我很紧张，不懂要去哪里找早操来</div><div style="text-align: center;">最后得到了金隆见习教官的提议</div><div style="color: orange; text-align: center;"><b>“我们向左走～我们向右走～</b></div><div style="color: orange; text-align: center;"><b>我们走我们走我们一起走～</b></div><div style="color: orange; text-align: 然后第二天的早操</div><div style="text-align: center;">是很搞笑的咯</div><div style="text-align: center;">真的是tak boleh tahan&nbsp;</div><div style="text-align: center;">可是只是我们指导员玩到而已</div><div style="text-align: style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;">说回宿舍部的你们</div><div style="text-align: center;">话剧当面你们讨论了很多次可是都没有结果</div><div style="text-align: center;">我也给了很多意见</div><div style="text-align: center;">不过到最后我很开心</div><div style="text-align: center;">你们做到了</div><div style="text-align: center;">你们的话剧很好</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="color: #6aa84f; text-align: center;">最后</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /> </div><div style="text-align: center;">其实累到有点撑不下了</div><div style="text-align: center;">可是钊颖教官说的我们是<span style="font-size: 凡事都放下了...希望今天是最后提起<br /> 想想当初应该叫住你的...<br /> 这么想有点自私...<br /> 算了...<br /> <br /> 雁坪，你真的放哦...你赢了<br /> <br /> 妳...还是一样让我思念<br /> <br /> <br /> <b>27/1/2011（星期四）</b><br /> 就算我多想妳都好<br /> 有用吗？<br /> 根本就没机会说<br /> 不过我会永远记得那一天<br /> 虽然短暂，但我亦已满足<br /> 希望妳比从前快乐。<br /> <br /> 今天谁也不打扰了<br /> 各位晚安Zz<br /> <br /> <blockquote><div style="color: magenta;">伞下的两个人</div><div style="color: magenta;">一个有情 该什么主题呢~哈哈，这一年多了一位顾问老师——陆佩均老师（不好意思&gt;&lt;找不到女字旁）<br /> 青春！<br /> 代表的就是我们<br /> 这一次担任了节目策划组副组长，我的组长是lion<br /> 虽然我们都有着高层的组员，但我们还是有遇到困难<br /> 我们负责委员的名卡、节目的流程、嘉宾的招待<br /> 都不是简单的任务~<br /> 今年不一样的感觉，只能说做副组长真好，<br /> 也因为流程问题，跟每组组长都有交流<br /> 也让我在学会里的圈子更大了。<br /> 我喜欢每一次的小组开会，大会，还有彩排<br /> 活动当天只感觉时间过得好快<br /> 就像秒针走一圈一样<br /> 开始好希望有不只一天的活动。<br /> <br /> <br /> <div style="color: red;">虽然我只剩一个星期，但同样的我还有一个星期 </u><br /> 结果每天都在忙义卖会，每天放学回家，就出来开会讨论细节<br /> 秋威&lt;&lt;很好的学长，主动载我们去买东西~<br /> 得到很多人的帮忙，开始越来越喜欢学会了<br /> 工作有人分担，更多的朋友，更多的关心<br /> <br /> <br /> <div style="color: /> 如果学校只是社会的缩影，传播着各种流行的或不健康的观念或文化，存在着不合理的制度和不文明的人际关系，那学校就失去了提振社会风气和促进社会文明的公用。<br /> 严重的话，它可能沦为社会不良风气和不正理念的为虎作伥者。<br /> <br /> 大马是多元种族与文化国家。<br /> 种族关系和谐，多元性就是财富；<br /> 种族关系紧张，多元性就成为负资产。<br /> 当政者在维持种族和谐的最关键做法是公平对待各族，不以种族来区分谁是主人谁是客人，谁是弱势群体，谁是麻烦制造者，并且尊重各族的信仰、语言和文化。<br /> <br /> 国民中学有各族学生就读，因此它应该体现“一个马来西亚”精神：没有种族偏差的措施，没有种族歧视的言论，有的是公平的政策，有的是倡导和谐和互相尊重的言论。^seng^http://www.blogger.com/profile/11146132030701194141noreply@blogger.com0
