سندھ اورسندھی عوام کے مسائل کا مستقل حل

سنتے چلے آئے ہیں کہ سیاست میں ”بدلتا ہے رنگ آسماں کیسے کیسے“اور”کل کے دوست آج کے دشمن“ کوئی بڑی بات نہیں ہوتی اور سیاست کی دنیا میں ایسا ہوتا ہی رہتا ہے، سیاستدانوں اور سیاسی جماعتوں کے مفادات بدلتے ہیں …… اصول، ضابطے اور خیالات تبدیل ہوجاتے ہیں …… دوست، دشمن اور دشمن دوست بن جاتے ہیں۔

بی بی رانی شہید کو گزرے 8 سال بیت چکے ہیں لیکن لگتا ہے کہ کل ہی کی بات ہے …… بی بی رانی شہید کی شہادت کے بعدپیپلزپارٹی کے کارکنان میں شدید غم وغصہ تھا، ان کے دل خون کے آنسو رورہے تھے، ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کے عدالتی قتل، شاہنواز بھٹو کے سفاکانہ قتل اور میرمرتضیٰ بھٹو کے ماورائے عدالت قتل کے بعد بی بی رانی کی شہادت کے المناک واقعہ نے غریب سندھیوں کی غیرت کو للکار دیاتھا، انکے صبر کا پیمانہ لبریز ہوچکا تھا اور ہرسندھی جیالا سرسے کفن باندھ کر ”توڑ دو توڑ دو پاکستان توڑدو“ کے نعرے لگارہا تھا۔ ایسے میں آصف علی زرداری نے اپنے مفادات کی خاطر ”پاکستان کھپے“ کا نعرہ لگایا، غریب جیالوں کے جذبات کو سرد کرنے کیلئے”جمہوریت سب سے بڑا انتقام ہے“ جیسے خوشنمانعرے دیئے، وفاق، بلوچستان اور سندھ کی حکومت حاصل کی اورآصف علی زرداری کو صدرپاکستان ہونے کا اعزاز حاصل ہوگیا۔آصف علی زرداری کے قریبی دوست ڈاکٹر ذوالفقار مرزا نے کھلے عام کہاتھا کہ اگر آصف زرداری ”پاکستان کھپے“ کا نعرہ نہ لگاتے وہ ہم پاکستان توڑدیتے، جس سے بخوبی اندازہ لگایاجاسکتا ہے کہ جیالوں کے جذبات کس نہج پر تھے مگر افسوس سندھ اور سندھی عوام کے مفادات کا سودا کرلیاگیا، اب ہرقدم پر ساتھ دینے والا دوست ذوالفقار مرزا بھی دشمن بن ہی چکاہے، اب بدین شہر کی سلطنت بھی ہاتھ سے گئی۔بلدیاتی انتخابات کے دوسرے مرحلے میں آصف علی زرداری شکوہ کررہے ہیں کہ انتخابی معاملات کی باگ ڈورالیکشن کمیشن کے بجائے کسی اور کے ہاتھ میں ہے۔ وقت گزر جاتا ہے لیکن پچھتاوا ساری زندگی ساتھ رہتا ہے، اب آصف علی زرداری کے چیخنے چلانے اور رونے دھونے کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں اورزمینی حقائق تسلیم کرنے میں ہی فلاح اور بھلائی ہے، زمینی حقیقت یہ ہے کہ فوج مکمل طور پر بلاخوف وخطر آئین وقانون سے ماوراء ہوکر اپنے Cronies امیدواروں کو بلدیاتی انتخابات کے دوسرے مرحلے میں کامیاب بنانے میں مصروف ہے۔ ذوالفقارعلی بھٹو کا قتل ہو یا بے نظیر بھٹو کی شہاد ت ہو، آصف علی زرداری کا پاکستان کھپے کا راگ آج بے وقت کی راگنی ثابت ہوچکا ہے جس کے نتائج آصف زرداری، ان کی جماعت کے مخلص کارکنان اور رہنما بھگت رہے ہیں۔ آصف علی زرداری کو میرا مخلصانہ مشورہ ہے کہ وہ خیال وخواب کی دنیا سے باہر آجائیں اور زمینی حقائق کو تسلیم کرتے ہوئے ”پاکستان نہ کھپے“ کا نہ صرف نعرہ لگائیں بلکہ اس حوالہ سے جدوجہد کرکے سندھ دھرتی کو پنجابی سامراج کے نرغے سے آزاد کرائیں اسی میں سندھ دھرتی اور سندھ دھرتی کے عوام کی فلاح ممکن ہے۔

آصف علی زرداری صاحب! مرض کی صحیح تشخیص کرنا اور اس کے علاج کیلے صحیح ادویات تجویز کرنا میرا کام ہے، ادویات خریدنا اور ہدایت کے مطابق انہیں استعمال کرنا آپ کا کام ہے۔

ایک خواب

میں ابن وقاص بن حریری حلفیہ لرزہ دینے والایہ واقعہ تحریر کررہاہوں کہ گزشتہ رات میں تہجد کی نمازپڑھ کر مسجدنبوی مدینہ منورہ میں حسب روایت ورد کررہاتھاکہ میری آنکھ لگ گئی۔ پھرمیں نے ایک خواب دیکھاکہ چاروں طرف گھپ اندھیراہے۔۔۔کہیں کچھ دوردور یاقریب رکھی ہوئی چیز بھی نظر نہیں آرہی تھی کہ اچانک میری آنکھوں کے سامنے ایک گول دائرے میں مجھے پیلے رنگ کی چاند اوردیئے کی روشنی ہوتی ہوئی نظرآئی۔۔۔ میں ابھی اس روشنی کودیکھ یہ سوچ ہی رہاتھاکہ یااللہ! یہ کیسی روشنی ہے!!!۔۔۔کس کی روشنی ہے!!! ۔۔۔کہ اچانک اس روشنی میں سفیدلباس میں ملبوس انتہائی نورانی چہرے والے ایک باریش بزرگ نمودار ہوئے ۔ بے اختیار میرے منہ سے یہ الفاظ نکلے ۔ ’’ کیاآپ رسول اللہ ؐ ہیں؟۔۔۔یا۔۔۔یسوع مسیح ہیں ؟۔۔۔یا۔۔۔اس سے پہلے کہ میں کوئی تیسرانام لیتا، بزرگ نے ہونٹوں پر انگلی رکھ کرمجھے خاموش رہنے کااشارہ دیااورکہا ’’ اے نیک بخت ! میں تیرے پاس ایک خصوصی پیغام لیکربھیجاگیاہوں کہ آج جوتوپوری دنیامیں مسلمانوں کازوال دیکھ رہاہے کہ ہرجگہ وہ آپس میں دست وگریباں ہیں، کیاتجھے پتہ ہے یہ کون لوگ ہیں؟۔۔۔اوریہ ایساکیوں کررہے ہیں؟۔۔۔ دراصل یہ تربیت یافتہ اوربرین واش کئے ہوئے لوگ ہیں جنہیں پاکستان کی مسلح افواج خصوصاً آئی ایس آئی نے بڑی تگ و دو کے بعد تیار کیاتھا۔ اب تو ُ پاکستانی فوج اورآئی ایس آئی کوایک ادارہ سمجھ ر ہاہوگا۔۔۔نہیں ۔۔۔ہرگزنہیں۔۔۔یہ شیطان کے اس دعوے کادوسراروپ ہے جس میں اس نے کہاتھاکہ آدھی دنیاگزرجانے کے بعدمیں ایک دفعہ تیرے ماننے والوں کو بہکاؤں گا۔۔۔اوروہ شیطان دراصل پاکستانی فوج کے خون میں رچ بس گیاہے جومسلمانوں کا خون بہاکر ۔۔۔انہیں آپس میں لڑواکر۔۔۔ زمین پرفساد اورشرپھیلاکرخوشی اورمسرت محسوس کرتے ہیں۔۔۔پاکستانی فوج دراصل پاکستان کی فوج نہیں۔۔۔’’ آئی ایس آئی ‘‘پاکستان کی انٹرسروسز انٹیلی جنس نہیں بلکہ شیطان کے شیطانی خیالات کے فضلے سے بئے ہوئے لوگ ہیں جنہیں ختم کرنا ہرسچے ایمان والے پر لازم ہوتاہے کہ وہ اس شیطان کو ختم کرنے کے لئے میدان عمل میں آجائیں۔ ساتھ ہی بزرگ نے تاکید کی کہ یہ پیغام زبانی طورپر ۔۔۔تحریری طور پر ۔۔۔اورکمپیوٹر کے ذریعے دوسرے لوگوں تک پہنچاتے وقت یہ لکھنانہ بھولنا کہ جو اس خواب کوپڑھ کرمزید70جگہ آگے نہیں بڑھائے گا اسے رات سے ہی خون کی الٹیاں شروع ہوجائیں گی اورخون کے لوتھڑے اس کے منہ سے ایسے گررہے ہوں گے جیسے الٹی میں پیٹ کی گندی اورسڑی ہوئی غلاظت باہرنکلتی ہے۔

دفاعی بجٹ کم کیاجائے

یہ بات آج تک سمجھ میں نہیں آتی کہ پاکستان کا شمار غیرترقی یافتہ ملک میں کیاجائے یا ترقی پذیر ملک میں۔ اگرپاکستان ترقی پذیر ملک ہے تو پھر ترقی یافتہ ممالک کی خیرات اور قرضوں کی آکسیجن پر کیوں زندہ ہے اور اگرغیرترقی یافتہ ملک ہے تو کیا ایسا ملک ایٹمی طاقت رکھنے کی عیاشی کا متحمل کیوں ہے؟چلو مان لیا کہ پاکستانی فوج دنیا کی بہترین فوج ہوگی اور پاکستان کی خفیہ ایجنسی آئی ایس آئی کا شمار دنیا کی بہترین خفیہ ایجنسیوں میں کیاجاتا ہوگا لیکن صاحب اتنے عظیم القابات لینے کا پاکستان اور اس کے عوام کو کیا فائدہ؟ پاکستان کے غریب عوام خون پسینہ بہاکر جو کچھ کماتے ہیں اس کا بڑا حصہ تو ان کی جیبوں میں جارہا ہے جو ”کچھ نہیں کرتے، کمال کرتے ہیں“ یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے بارے میں کہاجاتا ہے ”باکمال لوگ، لاجواب سروس“، اب اس سچائی کے اظہار پر برا منانے کی قطعی ضرورت نہیں ہے کہ پاکستان کا 70 فیصد بجٹ دفاع کے نام پر فوج کے پاس چلاجاتا ہے، الٹے سیدھے دھندے، منشیات کی اسمگلنگ اور دیگر غیرقانونی ذرائع سے ہونے والی آمدنی کے ذریعہ دنیا بھر میں پھیلے آئی ایس آئی کے نیٹ ورک کی کفالت کی جاتی ہے۔ایک پیشہ ور فوج کا کام سرحدوں کا دفاع کرنا ہے، ملک کی جغرافیائی اورنظریاتی سرحدوں کی حفاظت کرنا ہے اور اس عظیم مقصد کیلئے فوجی جوانوں کو سخت ذہنی وجسمانی محنت ومشقت اور آزمائشی مراحل سے گزرنا پڑتا ہے تاکہ وقت پڑنے پر دشمن کو منہ توڑ جواب دیاجاسکے لیکن صاحب ایک غریب کا بچہ بھی تو اس کے والدین سخت محنت ومشقت کرکے پال پوس کے بڑا کرتے ہیں تاکہ وہ ان کے بڑھاپے کا سہار ا بن سکے۔

خیربات ہورہی تھی ہمارے فوجی جوانوں کی تربیت کی تو اتنی محنت ومشقت کے بعد فوج بن گئی لیکن جب ہمارے روایتی دشمن بھارت نے مقبوضہ کشمیر کی جانب میلی نگاہ سے دیکھا تو ان ملک دشمنوں سے نمٹنے کیلئے کبھی لشکر جھنگوی کی خدمات مستعار لی گئیں، کبھی لشکرطیبہ کے جوانوں کو کلمہ شہادت پڑھایاگیا، توکبھی سیاچن اور کارگل کے محاذپرپختونوں کو قربانی کابکرابنایاگیا۔ اگر ہماری فوج کو دشمن سے نہیں لڑنا تو پھریہ ہنگامہ اے خدا کیا ہے؟ پھراتنی بڑی فوج اور اس کے لامتناہی اخراجات کو بوجھ پاکستان کے غریب عوام کیوں برداشت کریں؟ پاکستان کا 70 فیصد بجٹ دفاعی اخراجات پرخرچ کرنے کیا وجہ باقی رہ جاتی ہے؟بھارت سے چار جنگیں لڑیں لیکن ہم کسی ایک جنگ میں فتح کا دعویٰ نہیں کرسکتے پھر بھی ڈھٹائی سے یہی کہاجاتا ہے کہ ہم بہترین فوج ہیں۔دنیا کے ہرملک کی طرح پاکستان کی فوج کے نظم وضبط کی بھی مثال دی جاتی ہے، لہوگرمادینے والے قومی ترانے اور شہدائے پاکستان کے بہادرانہ کارنامے سن کر اپنے کی حفاظت کرنے والے فوجی جوانوں کو معلوم ہے کہ فوجی جرنیلوں کے سینوں میں دھڑکنے والے دلوں میں وطن عزیز کی سلامتی کیلئے جذبات،سچائی پرمبنی ہیں یا محض ریاکاری؟ اگر زندگی کے کسی موڑ پر انہیں یہ معلوم ہوجائے کہ فوجی افسران کی عیاشیوں کا شاہین کون سے جہانوں کی بلندی کو چھورہا اور ان غریب جوانوں عمر بھر کا سفر رائیگاں ہی ہے تو ذرا تصورکیجئے کیاان کی حالت مرغ بسمل کی مانندنہ ہوگی؟فوج کا کام دشمنوں سے لڑنا ہے،کاروباری امور میں ملوث ہونا نہیں ہے،مگر عسکری بنک، ڈیفنس ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی، فوجی فرٹیلائزر، ملٹری ڈیری فارم، فوجی فوڈز، شاہین ائیرویز، فوجی شوگرملز، فوجی کولا، فوجی سیمنٹ، شادی ہال، واٹرہائیڈرنٹ، فوجی منرل واٹر اوردیگر کاروباری امور کچھ اور ہی کہانیاں پیش کررہے ہیں۔ کیا ایک پیشہ ور فوج کو کاروباری امور میں ملوث کرنا دانشمندانہ فیصلہ ہے؟

تاریخی حقائق یہ ہیں کہ دنیا کی ہرفوج، دشمن ملک کی فوج کیلئے رکھی جاتی ہے تاکہ جب ان کے وطن کی سلامتی پر کوئی بات آئے تو وہ دشمن فوج کے دانت کھٹے کرسکے لیکن پاکستان کی فوج دنیا کی واحد فوج ہے جو دشمن ملک کی تربیت یافتہ اور مسلح فوج سے لڑنے کے بجائے نہتے سویلین سے لڑنے کو ترجیح دیتی ہے۔ آپ پاکستانی فوج کو سعودی عرب بھجوادویہ سویلین کے خلاف نبردآزما ہوں گے، یمن، شام، عراق، لبنان اور افغانستان بھیج دویہ ان ممالک کے سویلین کو سیدھا کردیں گے، کیا سابقہ مشرقی پاکستان میں پاک فوج کے”عظیم الشان“کارنامے دہرانے کی ضرورت ہے؟حتیٰ کہ یہ مردمجاہد اپنے ہی ملک کے نہتے شہریوں پرزور آزمانے کا بھی کوئی موقع ہاتھ سے نہیں جانے دیتے لیکن جب جب فوج یا رینجرز کا سامنا کسی ملک کی تربیت یافتہ مسلح فوج سے ہوا انہوں نے ہتھیار ہی ڈالے ہیں۔ جب نہتوں پر ظلم کرنے والوں کو کوئی نہیں ملتا تو یہ سورما اپنے ہی ہم وطن اور ہم مذہب بنگالی عوام پر پل پڑتے ہیں اور آدھاملک گنواکر بھی فخرسے کہتے ہیں کہ ”یہ تو کھیل کا حصہ ہے“، بڈھ بیر پشاور کے ائیربیس پر دہشت گردوں نے حملہ کرکے ہماری سیکوریٹی کاپول کھو ل دیا ہے لیکن ہم سب سیکھنے کیلئے تیار ہی نہیں ہیں اور اپنے ہی نہتے لوگوں پر زور آزمانے اورپنجہ لڑانے میں مصروف ہیں۔ ہمارے پالیسی سازوں کو اصل حکمرانوں کو ادراک نہیں کہ بھارت، ایران اور افغانستان سے ہمارے تعلق کشیدگی کی کس انتہاء کو چھو رہے ہیں اور پاک،چائنا تعلقات کے استحکام کا دارمدار بھی محض مفادات پر قائم ہے۔ملک کی سرحدوں پر دشمن ملک کی جارحیت جاری تھی اور جاری ہے۔آج بھی یہی صورتحال ہے، سرحدوں پر خطرات منڈلارہے ہیں، دشمن ملک کی توپوں کا رخ پاکستان کی جانب ہے لیکن ہماری فوج،دشمن ملک سے لڑنے کے بجائے اپنے ہی ملک کے شہریوں پر زور آزمانے میں مصروف ہے۔ ستم بالائے ستم یہ ہے کہ نہ صرف ان باتوں پرسنجیدگی سے غورکرنے کی ضرورت محسوس کی جائے گی بلکہ عاقبت وطن کی بھینٹ چڑھایاجاتا رہے اورپاکستان کی غریب آبادی پینے کے صاف پانی، بجلی، گیس،صحت اورروزگارجیسے بنیادی مسائل کے دائرے سے باہر نہ نکل سکیں تو ہم جیسے دیوانوں کا کیا قصور ہے؟ہم ایٹمی قوت ہیں مان لیا صاحب لیکن کیا یہ ایٹم بم ہماری آنے والی نسلوں کو زیورتعلیم سے آراستہ کررہا ہے، کیا یہ ایٹمی قوت ہمارے عوام کو پانی، گیس اور بجلی کی سہولیات فراہم کررہی ہے، کیا تعلیمی اداروں سے فارغ التحصیل طلباء کو میرٹ کی بنیادپرملازمت کے مواقع میسرآرہے ہیں اگر ان سب باتوں کا جواب نفی میں ہے تو یہ ایٹمی قوت کا تمغہ سجاکر ہم ملک وقوم کی کیاخدمت کررہے ہیں؟

صاحب ہم نے ایٹم بناکر اپنا دفاع مضبوط کرلیا تو یہ بھارت ہماری سرحدوں پر
روزانہ جارحیت کیوں کررہا ہے اور ہمارے پیراملٹری فورس کے جوان بھارتی جارحیت کا جواب دینے کے بجائے دہلی جاکر بھارتی افواج کی ہربات من وعن کیوں تسلیم کررہے ہیں۔ خدارا، قوم کوفریب نہ دیا جائے اور نہ خودفریبی کا شکارہوا جائے۔ اس حقیقت کوتسلیم کرلیاجائے کہ دنیا کی کوئی فوج، دشمن ملک سے لڑائی میں اس وقت تک کامیاب نہیں ہوسکتی جب تک کہ اس ملک کے عوام اپنی فوج کے شانہ بشانہ نہ ہوں، عوام متحد نہ ہوں، عوام کو انصاف میسر نہ ہو لہٰذا پاکستانی عوام کو ایک مضبوط قوم بنانے کیلئے جن عوامل اور اقدامات کی ضرورت ہے ان پر غورکیاجائے اور عمل کیا جائے تاکہ یہ ایک قوم بن کر پاک فوج کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑی ہو سکے اور اپنی فوج کو ہرمحاذ پر مضبوط کرسکے۔

جب کوئی قوم اجتماعی طورپربے غیرتی ۔۔۔بے حسی۔۔۔ اورذاتی مفادات کو اپنا دین دھرم اورایمان کاحصہ بنالے تو پھرایسی قوموں پر سقوط ڈھاکہ ہو۔۔۔کارگل اورسیاچن کی پسپائیاں ہوں۔۔۔مسئلہ کشمیرپر بات کرنے پر ٹانگیں لڑکھڑاتی ہوں۔۔۔نیول بیس مہران پر حملہ ہو ۔۔۔کامرہ ایئربیس پر حملہ ہو۔۔۔ایف آئی اے کی بلڈنگ کوبموں اوربارودسے اڑاکراسے ریت کاڈھیربنانے کاواقعہ ہو ۔۔۔کراچی ایئرپورٹ پر حملہ ہو۔۔۔ملک بھرمیں مساجد، امام بارگاہوں اورمزارات پر تواترکے ساتھ خودکش حملوں اوربم دھماکوں کے ذریعے معصوم انسانوں کی جانوں سے کھیلنے کاگھناؤناعمل ہو۔۔۔آرمی پبلک اسکول پر معصوم بچوں کاقتل عام ہو۔۔۔ یاکسی قوم کے عزت وآبروکے سب سے بڑے مرکز جی ایچ کیو پر دہشت گردوں کاحملہ ہواوردوروزتک اس پر قبضہ رہے ۔۔۔اس ملک کی فوج کی تعداد10لاکھ کے لگ بھگ ہو ۔۔۔جرنیلوں اورفوجی افسران کا جم غفیرہو۔۔۔روزانہ کاک ٹیل پارٹیز یاکھانے پینے کی پرتعیش تقریبات ہوں تو پھر ایسی قوم میں شرم وحیا کا مٹ جانا ۔۔۔ظرف وضمیر کامردہ ہوجانا۔۔۔بے غیرتی کی چادر۔۔۔وردی کاروپ دھارلیں۔۔۔اورعزت ووقارکی فوجی وردی بزدلی اور بے غیرتی کی علامت بن جائے توپھربڈھ بیر پشاورمیں ایئرفورس کے ایئربیس پر حملہ ہوناکوئی انہونی بات تونہیں ہوگی۔۔۔اورحملہ آوروں سے زیادہ تربیت یافتہ اوروطن کے دفاع کی تنخوا ہ لے کر موج اڑانے والے دوگنی سے زیادہ تعدادمیں دہشت گردوں کے ہاتھوں مارے جائیں تویہ سب کسی قوم کی غیرت کاجنازہ نکلنے سے کم تونہ ہوگا۔ اس کے بجائے فوج کے سپاہ گری کے ٹارزن فوجی وردیوں میں ملبوس ہوکرنہتے شہریوں پر باربارحملہ آورہوکر انہیں ہی فتح کرتے رہیں۔۔۔ظلم وبربریت کانشانہ بناتے رہیں۔۔۔اوردشمن کے سامنے آنے پر فوراًہتھیار پھینک
کر دہشت گردوں کوخراج تحسین پیش کرنے کیلئے سجدہ اقدس میں نہ چلے جائیں تو پھرکیاکریں !!!۔ سوائے اس کے کہ فوج کی بے غیرتی۔۔۔بے حسی پر نوحہ کناں ہوں۔۔۔ماتم کریں ۔۔۔یا۔۔۔بے غیرتی کاجنازہ نکالیں۔۔۔یاپھر اپنی شکست پر ’’شادمانی ہو ۔۔۔شادمانی ‘‘ کے گیت نہ گائیں توپھرکون ساراگ الاپیں !!!

Looking at your choice of letters to publish only the anti-Altaf Hussain and anti-MQM letters in your Letters section, and your own editorials against the two, it is likely that you will refuse to publish my letter. Still, with a sliver of hope that you might apply journalistic neutrality, I note the following facts for you and your readership’s review. If you do print it, I thank you for publishing this letter in its entirety.

Under the internationally recognized norms of decency and the fundamental human rights, a demand for secession is never deemed as treason. This is how Pakistan came into being – Indian Muslims separated from India because Muslims did not wish to live with the Hindus. In more recent times, this has been shown by the UK in its recent referendum for the secession of Scotland out of the UK. In Canada, it was shown by a referendum related to Quebecois' secession from Canada, and in France, it was shown when its northwestern Brittany province had similar referendum. Also, Singapore separated from Malaysia, East Timor from Indonesia, and South Sudan from Sudan – all becoming new nations pursuant to the very fundamental principle that is far above any man-made Constitution – the principle that people have a right to choose who they wish to live with and who they get away from.

In Pakistan, for well over six decades now, the Punjab and Punjabis have been usurping the rights and resources of other federating units. In East Pakistan, Pakistan’s primarily Punjabi military forced the Bengali Pakistanis into subjugation, and when those civilians resisted Punjab's hegemony, the Punjabi armed forces murdered tens of thousands of Bengalis who were really Pakistanis. The Pakistani army raped and then burned down thousands of those Bengali Pakistani women, and stole Bengalis’ property whenever they could. Yet, as of this date, not a single armed forces' man has been tried for these offenses. This has continued in Baluchistan where after the murder of thousands of Balochis, the Punjab has a solid foothold and today the province is nothing but a Punjabi-army-occupied territory rather than a federating unit with equal rights for its people.

If one looks at the ECNEC’s approved projects over its life, one will notice how heavily Punjab appears to be sole beneficiary. As of today, while Punjab has all the miles of motorways, there is none in Sindh, and none in Balochistan. Sindh’s lonesome super-highway is being converted into a motorway, M-9, but it has already been handed off for the next twenty-five years to the military-owned Frontier Works Organization, wholly owned and run by active duty army personnel. One hundred percent of the defense-related industry is located in the Punjab. All industries and financial institutions of Sindh have been transferred to the Punjabis through a conspiracy under which these were first forcibly taken over (nationalized) without any compensation from then Karachi-based owners. Subsequently, through a quota system implementation, these nationalized entities were loaded up with Punjabi nationals. Thereafter, through either employee-ownership plan (Allied Bank) or under-hand privatization schemes, these entities fell prey to Punjabi ownership.

Punjab's continuing conspiracy to fully take over the resources of other units is now showing its true face in Sindh, where in the main city of Karachi, the military, in connivance of the prime minister, has the city now fully under martial law and the territory remains undefended due to the weaknesses of corrupt PPP leaders. MQM itself is not much of an issue and it has never been so. There are more significant criminals and crooks in Lahore and Punjab, which is seen from the massive and large-scale criminal cases involving medical frauds, drugs, mass murders, serial rapists, extra-judicial killings, support for terrorists such as the TTP by the Punjab government, support for LeJ and for Malik Ishaq. When the prime minister and the army takes no action in Punjab and all their actions are focused on Sindh, more specifically on Karachi and yet more specifically on MQM, it is clear that the intent of the Punjabis is to fully occupy all territory and natural resources of Sindh, including its oil and gas, and its land, and Sindh’s share of riparian flows.

In light of the wrongs done by Punjab and the Punjabis on Sindhis and Mohajirs, if Mr. Altaf Hussain demands secession of Sindh, or if in the alternative, of Karachi, from Pakistan under the fundamental human rights principle identified above, Mr. Hussain and MQM can still be a Pakistan-loving Pakistani, though more importantly, they are self-respecting and freedom loving human beings. Under no law judiciously applied can they be called traitors.

On account of Punjab's continuing oppression of other federating units and theft of their resources, compounded by Punjab-government-supported Punjabi terrorist groups' actions in Sindh, it is perhaps a better option for Mr. Altaf Hussain, the MQM, the people of Sindh, and the Sindhi nationalists to demand for expulsion of Punjab from the federation of Pakistan. It is also a better option for other provinces to get rid of Punjab out of Pakistan.

While the Constitution of Pakistan may be twisted around manifold to declare Mr. Altaf Hussain and MQM guilty of treason, a demand for expulsion of Punjab from Pakistan cannot be twisted into the definition of treason.

Karachi Operation: A neutral perspective

There is no denying the fact that the crime rate has come down in the last few months in Karachi. However, that does not mean that all is going well in the metropolis. Neither does it absolve the law enforcement agencies of their duties towards the citizens.
Nobody has any objections on the operation against the hardened criminals in the city. However, the way this operation has been managed certainly raises some questions, at least from my side. Being a Karachiite, I have all the right to get the answers to these questions as well.
As per the spokespersons of the law-enforcement agencies, the current operation is being conducted across the board and without any discrimination. However, I only see the law enforcers glorifying and ‘advertising’ the arrests of and raids on MQM workers and offices. The way arrest of MQM workers is glorified, it certainly gives a partisan view to the ongoing operation. It is as if the law-enforcers want to portray MQM as the sole hand behind the prevalent chaos in Karachi – which is not the case. MQM does, indeed, have rogue elements within its cadres but so do all the other political, religious and sectarian parties in the city, and even does the Army. Mehran attack was an example of this inside element within the Army. I have not seen the law-enforcers portraying the arrests of others like the way they portray and promote MQM’s.

Then there’s the controversial and most condemn-able issue of extra judicial killings. Recently the dead body of another MQM worker, Hashim was recovered. He was arrested by the personnel of a law enforcement agency in the first week of May and later his tortured body was found in the mid July near Kotri. Hashim was a father to three and was a professional photographer. Whatever the reasons for his arrest, why did the law enforcement agencies did not present him in the court with the evidences against his crimes, if any? The deceased was a harmless member of MQM’s photo section. Will we ever know why did he deserve his fate or this will be jotted down as another extra judicial murder in the annals of crime fighting? Hashim’s family has been killed with him now that there is no one to provide for them after his death. Will there be a judicial commission to investigate who is responsible for such irresponsible behaviour with regards to human life?
If these are the strategies or pressure tactics to remove the supremo of MQM, Mr. Hussain as Head of MQM, then I will definitely want to point out to the relevant authorities that it is not your job description to impose whoever you want on Karachiites. We may choose whoever we want to represent Karachi in the elections through our own will, but you trying to impose someone of your likeness will only bring gloom to the city as it did in the late 1960s.
To conclude, it would be better for every stakeholder if the law enforcers did not single MQM out and paint them as traitors of this country, which obviously they are not. Most of the forefathers of MQM workers and supporters left India for this country and that should be enough for anyone to accept them as patriots. Secondly, MQM needs to take a look back at its approach if it wants to survive this and still remain intact with its street power and vote bank.

Police have arrested two alleged gangsters of a Lyari-based gang for murdering a couple and their two children after raping the woman and her daughter on December 29.

On Monday, the West Zone police claimed to have arrested two suspects associated with the Rashid alias Chief gang of Lyari for killing the couple and their two children before subjecting the woman and her newly married daughter to sexual assault.

DIG West Javed Alam Odho announced the arrests of the two men named Adil Baloch and Yasin Baloch, alleging the two “gangsters” along with three more accomplices had sexually assaulted Shazia and her daughter and killed the three men. “The Rashid alias Chief gang is affiliated with the Uzair Baloch group and they attacked the family for the man’s association with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement,” Odho said.

SSP West Irfan Baloch told The News that Muzaffar Baig had been expelled from his house in Musharraf Colony a few months ago by the Lyari gangsters over his political affiliations. The man had recently returned to his residence but the police were unaware of his return although he had been facing threats from the gangsters.

“Adil and Yasin have confessed to killing the four family members and sexually assaulting the married girl and her mother, saying they were ‘punished’ for returning to their home despite being barred by them,” he said. Two .30 pistols and a grenade was found on the suspects. Three of the alleged accused are still at large.

The SSP West said police with the help of commandos were conducting operation in Musharraf Colony, Customs Colony, 500 Quarters and other surrounding areas of Naval Colony. Many more suspects have been rounded up for interrogation. The residence of Rashid alias Chief was also raided but he was not there.

Muzaffar Baig, 45, his 40-year-old wife Shazia and their sons Imran, 28, and Samad, 22, were shot dead while the 18-year-old married daughter of the couple was injured in an early morning attack in Mauripur’s Musharraf Colony.

The survivor had told the police she had come to visit her family home with her two-year-old daughter from Lyari. In the wee hours of Sunday, five men barged into the house and held the family hostage at gunpoint.

The men were all drunk and tried to rape her and her mother. When her father and brothers resisted them, the suspects started firing at the family members and killed them before fleeing. One of the victims, Imran, was an adopted son of the family.

Severed head of ex-navy man found hanging from bridge in Karachi

KARACHI: The severed head of a retired civilian employee of the Pakistan Navy, whose beheaded body was found in Buffer Zone on Thursday, was found by the police on Friday from the Sohrab Goth flyover.
Saleem Raza Qaimkhani was killed inside his house in Sector 16-4 in Buffer Zone. The police also found a Panaflex sheet along with the head on Friday. “This is revenge of the Rawalpindi incident,” said SHO Ejaz Lodhi.

Cases withdrawn: Trial proceedings stopped against Buledi

KARACHI: The proceedings against the alleged kingpin of Lyari, Ameen Buledi, were stopped on Saturday by the court after Buledi’s lawyer produced a notification by the Sindh Chief Minister allowing withdrawal of cases against the suspect.

“There is no point of continuing with the trial since the government has withdrawn the cases,” said his lawyer, Saifi Ali Khan, producing a copy of the official notification dated February 8, 2013 regarding withdrawal of 34 different cases, including four registered against her client. Additional district and sessions court for district South, Tariq Mehmood Khoso, accepted the application moved by Buledi’s lawyer.
“The CM had directed the prosecutors to file applications under section 494 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) with the relevant courts for stopping trial in the 34 cases but the prosecutors delayed the matter due to which Buledi has been incarcerated in jails for nine months without any legal justification,” said Khan.

Buledi has yet to be released as he is facing trial in other cases currently pending before the sessions and anti-terrorism courts.
Buledi was arrested by the Lahore police in late September along with two of his companions, Zubair and Junaid. Investigators at that time claimed that he was wanted in murder, attempted murder, kidnapping for ransom and several other cases.
Law enforcers, however, have termed his release as a massive blow to the ongoing target operation against the criminals in the city. Buledi’s arrest had made headlines in the media as the Karachi police claimed it was the first major breakthrough in the targeted operation.
“Our job is to arrest the criminals,” said Inspector Sarwar Commando, who was given the special task to arrest Buledi. In September, the commando had tracked down his target on the streets of Lahore.
The official, who had to face hearings before the Lahore High Court for arresting Ameen Buledi, regretted the government’s decision of taking back cases. “I would simply say this is the state’s disloyalty to its officers,” remarked Sarwar Commando, who narrated how hard he worked to catch the suspect.

خوفزدہ مکین اپنے گھروں میں محصور ہو گئے اورکاروبار مکمل طور پر بند ہو گیا ، چاکیواڑہ نمبر2پٹرول پمپ والی والی گلی میں مسلح ملزمان نے اندھا دھند فائرنگ کرکے17 سالہ نامعلوم شخص کو ہلاک کردیا جس کی لاش سول اسپتال پہنچائی گئی، لیاری آٹھ چوک کے قریب بھی ملزمان نے اندھا دھند فائرنگ کی جس کے نتیجے میں22سالہ نامعلوم شخص ہلاک ہوگیا ،چاکیواڑہ مرزا آدم خان روڈ پر فائرنگ سے28 سالہ نامعلوم شخص ہلاک ہوگیا، سیفی لائن کے قریب نامعلوم مسلح ملزمان کی فائرنگ سے35سالہ اختر علی ولد مظہرعلی زخمی ہوگیا ، چاکیواڑہ تھانے کی حدود مولا مدد اور جھٹ پٹ مارکیٹ کے قریب ملزمان کی جانب سے کیے جانے والے3دستی بم حملوں میں 3 کارندے 40 سالہ محمد الیاس ولد صادق ،50 سالہ شیر محمد ولد محرم اور40 سالہ امین ولد نور محمد زخمی ہو گئے، کلری کے علاقے تانگہ اسٹینڈکے ای ایس سی آفس اور عثمان پارک کے قریب فائرنگ سے 35 جمیل ولد اسحاق اور 22 سالہ نامعلوم شخص زخمی ہو گیا۔

ڈی ایس پی کلاکوٹ شکیل احمد نے ایکسپریس کو بتایا کہ چاکیواڑہ تھانے کی حدود میں ٹینری روڈ پرگینگ وار کے دو گروپوں لڑرہے تھے کہ اسی دوران پولیس اور رینجرز موقع پر پہنچی تو گینگ وار کے ملزمان کی جانب سے پولیس اور رینجرز پر بھی فائرنگ اور دستی بموں سے حملے کردیے گئے جس پر پولیس اور رینجرز کی جانب سے جوابی فائرنگ کی گئی ہے جس میں ایک گینگ وارکا ملزم 28 سالہ نامعلوم مارا گیا ہے جس کی لاش سول اسپتال میں پہنچا دی گئی ہے، انھوں نے بتایا کہ ہفتے کو نور محمد عرف بابا لاڈلہ کے گروپ کے کارندوں نے چاکیواڑہ تھانے کی حدود گل محمد لین میں ظفر بلوچ کے خاندان کے لوگوں کے50 سے زائد گھروں پر قبضہ کرلیا تھا اورعذیز بلوچ کے کارندے بابا لاڈلہ کے کارندوں کا قبضہ ختم کروانے آئے تھے۔

رینجرز نے عابد آباد کوئلہ گودام گلی نمبر3 کے قریب لیاری گینگ وار اہم ملزم فیصل پٹھان کے اڈے پر چھاپہ مار کر نصر اﷲ بلوچ سمیت2 مغویوں کو بازیاب کرا لیا جبکہ فائرنگ کے تبادلے میں ایک زخمی سمیت 9 گینگ وار کے ملزمان کو حراست میں لے لیا بعدازاں زخمی ہونے والا ملزم ہلاک ہو گیا ترجمان سندھ رینجرز کے مطابق رینجرز نے ٹارگٹڈ آپریشن کرتے ہوئے بھاری تعداد میں اسلحہ جس میں سب مشین گن ، ایم جی فائیو، درجنوں گولیاں برآمد کر لی ہیں، ذرائع کے مطابق گینگ وار کے ملزمان کی فائرنگ سے ہلاک ہونے والے 17 نوجوان کی شناخت اسماعیل ولد محبوب بلوچ کے نام سے کر لی گئی ، مقتول دبئی چوک پھول پتی لائن کا رہائشی تھا اور واقعے کے وقت اپنی سائیکل پر رانگی واڑہ جا رہا تھا کہ عذیر بلوچ کے ساتھی فیصل پٹھان اور اس کے ساتھیوں نے فائرنگ کر کے ہلاک کردیا ، دوسرے ہلاک ہونے والے کی شناخت جہانزیب ولد عبد الکریم بلوچ کے نام سے کر لی گئی ، مقتول بہار کالونی کا رہائشی تھا۔

رینجرز کی جوابی فائرنگ سے زخمی حالت میں گرفتار کیا جانے والا اختر عرف ٹنڈا مہاجر قومی موومنٹ ( حقیقی ) لانڈھی سیکٹرکا کارکن ہے جو ان دنوں عذیر جان بلوچ گروپ میں کام کررہا تھا ، کمہار واڑہ سے رینجرز کے ہاتھوں حراست میں لیا جانے والا واجد بلوچ عذیرکے ساتھی سردار آصف عرف کانا مٹھل کا ساتھی ہے، جبکہ کلاکوٹ گل محمد لائن ، افشانی گلی ، جھٹ پٹ مارکیٹ ، بعدادی شاہ بیگ لائن اور دبئی چوک سے بھی گینگ وار کے12 کارندوں کو حراست میں لے کر ان کے قبضے سے اسلحہ برآمد کر لیا گیا ، ذرائع نے بتایا کہ رینجرز نے کلفٹن میں واقع ایک اسپتال پر چھاپہ مار کر علاج کی غرض سے آنے والے گینگ وار کے ملزم جمیل بلوچ ولد محمد اسحاق بلوچ کو حراست میں لے لیا جبکہ سکندر عرف سیکو زخمی حالت میں فرار ہونے میں کامیاب ہو گیا ، ماڑی پور کے علاقے کوسٹ گارڈ کے قریب یونس آباد سے50 ساتھ نامعلوم شخص کی تشدد زدہ5 روز پرانی لاش ملی۔

غفار ذکری گروپ نے عزیربلوچ اوربابا لاڈلہ کوقتل کرنے کے منصوبے کے تحت امن جرگہ بلوایا تھا، بابالاڈلہ اورعذیربلوچ کے کارندوں نے سیزفائرکے اعلان کومسترد کرتے ہوئے آخری دم تک جنگ جاری رکھنے کا فیصلہ کیاہے،ذرائع نے بتایاکہ لیاری میں جاری قبضے کی جنگ کااختتام دونوں گروپوں میں سے کسی ایک گروہ کے سربراہ کی ہلاکت کے بعدہوگا،رینجرزاور پولیس نے لیاری کے مختلف علاقوں سے100سے زائدافراد کو حراست میں لے کر بھاری تعدادمیں اسلحہ برآمد کرنے کادعویٰ کیا ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق اتوار کو اچانک لیاری میں عذیربلوچ اور نور محمد عرف بابا لاڈلہ گروپ کے درمیان مذاکرات کیلیے امن پارک میں جرگہ بلایاگیا اور یہ خبر بھی پھیلائی گئی کہ مذکورہ گروپ میں مذاکرات باہمی تعلقات سے لیاری بزرگ کمیٹی وسینٹرل کمیٹی کے معززافراد کے درمیان طے پائے گی اورکچھ دیر بعد لیاری میں یہ بات گشت کرنے لگی کہ دونوں گروپوں میں صلح ہوگئی ۔

مذکورہ جرگہ کمیٹی کے امیدعلی ساجدی کی سربراہی میں رکھا گیاتھا،امید علی ساجدی لیاری گینگ وار کے اہم ملزم غفار ذکری کاماموں بتایا جاتا ہے،نور محمد عرف بابا لاڈلہ کوکسی نے بتایا کہ تمھیں مارنے کی منصوبہ کی گئی ہے جرگے میں شرکت کرنے یاواپسی پر قتل کردیے جاؤ گے۔ذرائع نے بتایاکہ بابالاڈلہ نے علاقے کی مسجدوں سے اعلان کیاہے کہ میری طر ف سے جنگ بندنہیں کی گئی یہ جنگ جاری رہے گی اور یہ بھی کہا کہ عذیربلوچ لیاری معصوم عوام کو بے وقوف بنارہا ہے اور معصوم لوگوں کے خون سے پیسوں کے پہاڑکھڑے کر کے بیرون ملک(مسقط) میں کاروبار کر رہاہے۔شہر کے دیگر علاقوں سے تربیت یافتہ لڑکوں کے گروپس کولیاری طلب کرلیاگیا ہے،دبئی چوک،پھول پتی لائن ، بہار کالونی ، گل محمد لائن اور سلاٹر ہاؤس پر بابا لاڈلانے قبضہ کرلیا ہے۔رینجرز اور پولیس لیاری کے متاثرہ گلیوں میں گھسنے میں ناکام ہو گئے۔

ذرائع سے ملنے والی اطلاع کے مطابق ہفتے کوبابا لاڈلہ اور عذیر بلوچ گروپس میں مسلح تصادم کی شدت کے دوران ہفتے کی شام بابا لاڈلہ گروپ نے طاقت کابھرپور استعمال کیا ، گل محمد لین پر قبضہ کرکے جھٹ پٹ مارکیٹ کی جانب سے پیش قدمی کرلی جبکہ سنگو لین ، گبول چوک ، افشانی گلی ، میرا ناکہ ، سعید آباد عذیر جان بلوچ گروپ کے کنٹرول میں ہے۔عذیر جان بلوچ کا کارندہ غلامک اورعبد الجبار عرف جینگو شاہ بیگ لائن سے اپنی پوزیشن تبدیل کرکے دیگر علاقوں میں بھی انٹری کی کوشش کررہے ہیں۔غلامک سلاٹر ہاؤس پہنچ گیا جہاں پر بابا لاڈلہ گروپ نے راکٹ فائر کیا جس سے 9 بے گناہ افراد زخمی ہوئے۔دوسری جانب پولیس اور رینجرز کا بھاری نفری نے لیاری کے بیرون علاقوں کو سیل کردیا ، بہار کالونی ، کوئلہ گودام، سنگو لین ، گبول پارک،دبئی چوک سمیت دیگر علاقوں میں بھاری نفری تعینات کردی گئی۔

پولیس اور رینجرز بیرون حصے میں کھڑی ہے ، متاثرین علاقوں میں گلیوں میں اندر داخل ہونے میں ناکام ہیں ،رینجرز نے ہفتے اور اتوار کی درمیانی شب و اتوار اور پیر کی درمیانی شب کے چھاپہ مار کارروائی کے دوران 46سے زائد مشتبہ افراد کو حراست میں لیکر بھاری تعداد میں راکٹ لانچر،اسلحہ اور گولہ بارود برآمدکرلیا جبکہ ذرائع کے مطابق پولیس ، رینجرز اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں نے لیاری کے مختلف علاقوں سے 100سے زائد افراد کو حراست میں لیا جن میں لیاری گینگ وار کے اور کالعدم تنظیموں کے کارندے بھی شامل ہے ۔ایک ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ حراست میں لیے جانے والوں میں بلوچ لبریشن آرمی کے کارندے بھی شامل ہیں جودونوں میں سے کسی ایک گروپ کے ساتھ خونی جنگ میں شامل تھے۔ سلاٹر یارڈہائوس ٹینری روڈ کے قریب نامعلوم سمت سے فائر کیے جانے والا آر پی جی سیون راکٹ آکر گرا جو زور دار دھماکے سے پھٹ گیاجس کے نتیجے میں9 افرادمیں35 سالہ انور ،25 سالہ وجاہت ر،22 سالہ شہزاد ،30 سالہ عبدالحسیب ،40 سالہ ابراہیم ، 35 سالہ طیب ، 40 سالہ خواجہ سراہ صاحبہ ،25 سالہ سفیان زخمی ہوگئے۔

چاکیواڑہ تھانے کی حدودبہار کالونی یو بی ایل بینک کے قریب نامعلوم مسلح ملزمان دستی بم پھینک کرفرارہو گئے جوزور دار دھماکے سے پھٹ گیا جس کے نتیجے میں ایک شخص30 سالہ نوید زخمی ہوگیا،کلری تھانے کی حدود میں نیازی چوک نیا آباد علی ہوٹل کے قریب فائرنگ سے20 سالہ ظہیر،25 سالہ عمران زخمی ہو گیا۔کلاکوٹ تھانے کی حدودلیاری منظور الہی روڈ سعید بیکری کے قریب موٹر سائیکل سوار لیاری گینگ وار کے ملزمان کی فائرنگ کی زدمیں آکر ہندوباشندہ40سالہ ہاری زخمی ہو گیا۔لیمارکیٹ کے قریب موٹر سائیکلوں پر سوار لیاری گینگ وارکے ملزمان کی دولہا کی کار نمبر APJ-402 پر فائرنگ کردی جس سے35 سالہ زاہد عرف عبید اﷲ ہلاک جبکہ دلہن روبینہ دخترسمیراور 4 سالہ بچہ مزمل زخمی ہو گئے ، ہلاک و زخمی ہونے والوں کوسول اسپتال پہنچایاگیا،زخمی بچے کی حالت تشویشناک ہے جسے جناح اسپتال منتقل کردیاگیا، ہلاک ہونے والا شخص دولہے کاقریبی رشتے دارہے ،بارات حیدر آباد سے آئی تھی اور لیاری علی محمد محلہ میں شادی کے بعد دلہن کارخصت کرواکرحیدر آبادجارہے تھے ، ہلاک ہونے والا دولہے کا ماموں بتایا جاتاہے۔

کھارادرکے علاقے نپیئرروڈ ٹھوکرگلی میں موٹر سائیکل سوار ملزمان نے رہائشی عمارت کے نیچے بیٹھے ہوئے40سالہ فہد پر فائرنگ کردی جسے تشویشناک حالت میں سول اسپتال منتقل کیاجہاں وہ دوران علاج زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے ہلاک ہو گیا،مقتول فہد لیاری گینگ وار کے کارندوں سے رابطوں میں تھا، پولیس تفتیش کررہی ہے کہ فہد کس گروپ کا حامی تھا۔آئے دن کی گینگ وارکے باعث لیاری کے مکین امن کے لیے ترس گئے ہیں،ہزاروں افراد اپنے گھروں میں محصور ہوگئے،علاقے میں ایک ہفتے سے بجلی بندہے جبکہ اشیائے خورونوش کی قلت ہے ،لوگ نقل مکانی پر مجبورہیں،اتوار کو لیاری کے علاقے چاکیواڑہ، سنگولین، عیدولین، پھول پتی لین،آٹھ چوک،چیل چوک،دبئی چوک، بغدادی،کلری،کھڈہ مارکیٹ سمیت دیگرعلاقوں سے سیکڑوں خاندانوں نے نقل مکانی شروع کردی،بیشتر خاندان کیماڑی، ماڑی پور، بلوچ پاڑہ لیاقت آباد، ملیر اور دیگر مضافاتی علاقوں میں منتقل ہوگئے،علاقے میں شدیدبدامنی کے باعث کاروبار زندگی گزشتہ ایک ہفتے سے بندہے،دکانیں،ہوٹل، میڈیکل اسٹور اور دیگر مارکیٹیں کھل نہیں سکیں جس کی وجہ سے ان علاقوں میں کھانے پینے کی اشیا،پانی اور دیگر اشیاکی شدید قلت ہے،گھروں میں محصوربچے بھوک اور پیاس سے نڈھال ہیں۔

حکومت نے لیاری میں حالات کنٹرول کرنے کے لیے آئی جی سندھ اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے ادارں کو ہدایات جاری کی ہیں کہ لیاری میں جرائم پیشہ عناصر کے خلاف بلا تفریق کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے اورکشیدہ علاقوں میں فوری طور پر چوکیاں قائم کی جائیں۔کورنگی کے علاقے سیکٹر34/3 میں نامعلوم ملزمان نے فائرنگ کرکے ایک شخص کوزخمی کردیاجسے تشویشناک حالت جناح اسپتال منتقل کردیاگیا جہاں زخمی شخص دوران علاج ہلاک ہو گیا،مقتول کی شناخت30 سالہ محمد حسین کے نام سے ہوئی ہے،مقتول محنت کش اور4بچوں کا باپ تھا،وہ گھر کے قریب کھڑاتھا کہ 2 نامعلوم مسلح ملزمان آئے اورانھوں نے فائرنگ کردی جس کے نتیجے میں محمد حسین ہلاک ہوگیا۔

زمان ٹاؤن کے علاقے سی ایریا مکان نمبرC/70 میں تین بھائیوں نے52 سالہ اکرم اور اس کے بیٹے25 سالہ جبران کے سر اور جسم کے دیگر حصوں پر ڈنڈوں کے وار کر کے زخمی کر دیا اورفرار ہو گئے ، زخمی باپ بیٹوں کو تشویشناک حالت میں جناح اسپتال پہنچایا گیا جہاں محمد اکرم دوران علاج زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے دم توڑگیاجبکہ اس کے بیٹے کی حالت تشویشناک ہے۔مقتول کورنگی نمبر6 الیاس گوٹھ کا رہائشی تھا۔پولیس کے مطابق زخمی ہونے والے جبران کی بیوی ناراض ہو کر اپنے بھائیوں کے گھرآگئی تھی ، اتوار کی دوپہر2 بجے محمد اکرام اپنے بیٹے کے ہمراہ اپنی بہو کومنا کر گھر لے جانے کے لیے آیا تھاکہ وہاں موجودلڑکی کے بھائیوں عادل ، راشد اور زبیر نے ان پر حملہ کر دیا۔سائٹ اے تھانے کی حدودپٹھان کالونی توحیدمحلے میں35سالہ اختر شاہ زخمی ہو گیا۔ کورنگی صنعتی ایریا کے علاقے مہران ٹاؤن میں شادی کی تقریب میں جھگڑے کے دوران نامعلوم ملزمان کی فائرنگ سے ناصر زخمی ہو گیا ۔اورنگی ٹاؤن میں نامعلوم ملزمان کی فائرنگ سے22 سالہ امیر اﷲ زخمی ہو گیا

لیاری کے چاروں تھانوں کلاکوٹ،چاکیواڑہ ، کلری ، بغدادی کے علاوہ ڈاکس اور نپیئر تھانوں کے ایس ایچ اوز نے بھی اسپیشل پارٹی(برگلی)بنائی ہوئی ہے،اسپیشل پارٹیوں کے انچارج لیاری کے اطراف سمیت دیگرعلاقوں سے جرائم پیشہ اوربے گناہ شہریوں کواٹھاکرلاتے ہیں اوران سے مبینہ طورپرہزاروں روپے رشوت لینے کے بعد چھوڑدیتے ہیں،کلری تھانے کا پولیس اہلکارفاروق نیازی،چاکیواڑہ تھانے کاسہیل کراچی پولیس کے اعلیٰ افسر،ڈی آئی جی ساؤتھ اورایس پی لیاری کے نام پرجوئے سٹے اورمنشیات کے اڈوں سے مبینہ طورپرہفتہ وار بھتہ وصول کر رہے ہیں ، اتحاد ٹاؤن تھانے کی حدود میں چلنے والے منشیات ، جوئے اور دیگر جرائم کے اڈوں سے کانسٹیبل مقصوداور اسلم نیازی پولیس کے اعلیٰ افسران کے نام پرمبینہ طور پر بھتہ وصول کر رہے ہیں۔مدینہ کالونی تھانے کااہلکاربابر ، جیکسن تھانے کا اہلکار ریاض،ڈاکس تھانے کاہیڈ کانسٹیبل وحید،موچکو تھانے کا ہیڈ کانسٹیبل نزاکت پولیس کے اعلیٰ افسران کیلیے جرائم کے اڈوں سے مینہ طورپربھتہ وصول کر رہے ہیں۔

ذرائع نے بتایا کہ لیاری گینگ وار کے ملزمان اپنے اپنے علاقوں میں کھلے عام گھوم رہے ہیں ، ذرائع نے بتایا کہ ندیم جاپان والارانگی واڑہ جامع مسجدکے سامنے ایک گودام میں اپنے دیگر کارندوں کے ہمراہ تریاک فروخت بھی کرتاہے اور خود بھی اس کا نشہ کرتاہے۔نور محمد عرف بابا لاڈلا کلاکوٹ کے علاقے لاغربلڈنگ کے نیچے اپنے کارندوں کے ہمراہ بیٹھا رہتاہے ، اسماعیل افشانی اپنے ساتھیوں کے ہمراہ افشانی گلی میں گھومتاہے اوررات12بجے کے بعدبابا لاڈلا کے ساتھ بیٹھتاہے،تاج محمد عرف استاد تاجو اورشاہد مکس پتی پورے لیاری میں کھلے عام گھومتے رہتے ہیں،جبار لنگڑا اور آصف کھناسعید آبادسنگو لائن میں کھلے عام جوئے اورمنشیات کا اڈا چلارہے ہیں، عبد الجبارعرف جینگو شاہ بیگ لائن میں ،سجاد کھتری کھڈہ مارکیٹ میں ، وسیع اﷲ لاکھو لیاقت کالونی ، فیصل پٹھان اور فوادگلستان کالونی ، شکیل کمانڈو عیدو لائن ، ملا نثار گبول پارک ، زاہد لاڈلا دبئی چوک ، جاسم گولڈن علی محمدمحلہ ، شکیل بادشاہ خان دریاآباد نیازی چوک گلی نمبر6،راشد اور محراب سرگواد محلہ زکری پاڑہ ، عدنان اور غلام شاہ لائن میں اپنے اپنے جوئے،سٹے اور منشیات کے اڈے علاقہ پولیس کی سرپرستی میں چلارہے ہیں جبکہ ٹارگٹڈ آپریشن میں شریک دیگرقانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کوبھی اس بات کا علم ہے۔

ذرائع نے بتایا کہ لیاری گینگ وار کے ملزمان کی جانب سے تاجروں،سرمائے داروں،دکانداروں اوردیگر دکانداروں پرچیوں کے ذریعے بھتہ جمع کرنے کا سلسلہ بھی بدستور جاری ہے۔ذرائع نے بتایا کہ چند روز قبل گینگ وار کے ملزمان نے لائٹ ہاؤس ٹھٹھائی کمپاؤنڈ کے اطراف میں واقع چپل کی ہول سیل مارکیٹ کے تاجروں سے ایک کروڑ روپے بھتے کامطالبہ کیا تھا بعد ازاں بات چیت کے بعد تاجروں نے گینگ وار کے ملزمان کو 18نئی 125 موٹرسائیکلیں دے کراپنے جان چھڑائی جبکہ کھارادر ،کھجور بازار ، صرافہ بازار ، لی مارکیٹ گارڈن سمیت شہر کے متعدد علاقوں کے تاجروں سے بدستور بھتے پرچیوں کے ذریعے جمع کیا جا رہاہے اور قانون نافذ کرنیوالے اداروں نے پر اسرار خاموشی اختیار کی ہوئی ہے۔
