All jobs are rewarding in ways, but to me there came a day when I found nothing rewarding about the things I did for a living, and even when I could step back and see a fine new house that I had helped build, it started to make me feel empty and even guilty for the woods that had been torn down and would never be there again. When the chains of a job or profession become something that makes you dread your days its time for a change. Life is far too short I think, to spend all of it doing something you hate just to make a buck. Five years has gone by so fast with more highs and lows than I can remember. I am just beginning to learn, and that is how I always want to feel. My leap of faith to be a full time painter has taken me many places I never thought I would go and opened up doors I hadn't even realized were there. Thank you and cheers to all of you who have helped keep me on my path, you have no idea how much your encouragement helps.
