Happy First Anniversary- (Married By Proxy)

I get married by proxy last year 2/15/2010-yes proxy!! my hubby now then my boyfriend was in tech school in Texas, when my divorce was finalized we process to get marry he can't come over here in California and I can't fly over to Texas due some circumstances in my part. Luckily Texas allowed proxy marriage all i did was process all my paper works and notarized it. That was easy and i know some of my closest friends was like is it possible to get married by proxy and i know its like weird hahaha but yeah sans the real wedding that time it was what we needed. Then the day came, he ask his female co-airman to be my proxy during that day, I never expect that the judge that do the ceremony to call me. I was in Food Maxx and I was about at the cashier when I received the call and the judge wanted me to say or repeat after him the wedding vows. I know it was awkward for me because I am in line and there's people behind me and the cashier who can hear me say it. A very unusual moment for me and I heard laughing on the other line too. Who can forget such extraordinary events in my life, and I know its my second marriage and its the best thing ever, This time I feel at peace of course we have our spat/annoying moments but hey this time I didn't feel like I have to get out.

I know there's a reason why things happen in our life sometimes the situation that we never thought will lead to a different directions towards your own happiness. Now I am starting to rebuilding my family which there is no hatred, no suffocation, no pressure.

Since Friday i wasn't feeling good i have a massive head ache and body ache so i take medicines to keep me going for the day. And once I get home all i want to do is lay in bed and rest, but having 2 kids and all over you is not helping at all. Even my bedroom door is closed the little girl will knock and say "ma ma" or Nathan alternately knowing that i am at home and resting. All day Saturday I just sleep in and wake up only to eat then go to back to sleep, I am glad that hubby takes care of the kids makes them busy like tuning in to their favorite shows.

I am glad that i feel better now and have enough rest, still have colds and cough at least no more headaches and body chills.

I have been craving this Nikon SLR camera for months/years already, I have been envious with people posting picture using any SLR type of camera it gives nice and outstanding image quality thus the difference between a regular digital camera. I don't know much anything about photography but all I know is that i want a good quality picture every time i captures those moments with myself, friends and most especially my kids.

Pretty soon will get it.....*sigh*

My Son loves Iron Man

Every time we go out and happen to go to a mall or department store my son always goes to the toy section and he loves Iron Man and if he see's one he want me to buy it. He have bunch of Iron Man Robot, Iron Man mini robot,Iron Mask and he have also the Iron Man 1 DVD which he constantly watch at home.

I was thinking of getting him the Iron Man 2 maybe this coming Christmas as a gift knowing that Amazon always have a good deal on everything.

Just watch my favorite tv show "Gossip Girl" Double Identity, i like the scene of Blair and Chuck i do really want them back they are so good together like the way the twist of their love story.

As for Serena-seems she lost her prince charming she supposed to choose when she got back from Paris between Nate or Dan tsk tsk tsk and also found out Dan have a baby. Ohh boy! can't wait for another episode until then i just keep on watching until the Drama begins.

It's been 2 years that i haven't write something here on my blog, i was so into Facebook more.

It's been 5 months since i quit my job it was not easy, especially I have to moved into different city and leave all my friends behind just to be with my family and taking care of my kids.

I am uncertain of the new place we're going to stay at we have 4 options-live at the Beale base, Yuba, Marysville or Roseville. I choose the later once i set my eyes on Roseville i wanted to stay in this city knowing its a 45 minutes drive back and fort from the base where my hubby work. I know its superficial but all i wanted was a mall or shopping center that i can stroll around when I am bored at home.

So far I am kinda loving it here but still we occasionally go down to San Jose.

Bubble Gun

I spent my Saturday attending 2 birthday party-one for Ms K which as usual Ms Lyn pick me up(was very grateful-only on weekends when there is occasion or just strolling around), I just stay there for just 3 hours-until my husband pick me up to attend another b-day party.

It was so totally hot yesterday-it means that summer is almost coming. Yay! means wearing less & light clothes :) anyways after the party I decided to go to Safeway and get some of my personal stuff that I needed. I found this bubble gun-I know Nate likes the bubble he even say the words"Babooo" was totally cute when he talks baby talk. I finally did buy it and gave it to him and he recognize it. As I get home i forgot one thing-it needs battery-darn it! so i screw out all the toys he had that has AA battery-but it won't work needs new battery in order the bubble gun works well. Nate was so furious he wanted to play with the bubble gun but it ain't working, so instead I hide it(poor guy).

When morning comes-I was looking for something in the kitchen drawer and right there and then saw 2 AA batteries i grab it and immediately put in his bubble gun. When Nate saw that it works he was so happy and start playing with it

Being grateful to everything

Am I grateful? the answer is yes- I am grateful for my parents who gives me life, who support us, give us educations,the disciplines,shelters and food.With out them I won't be in this life time, I grow up in a very nice foundation of family a very hardworking parents who wanted best on the family. There's one thing that I wanted to say to my mom-if she is still alive now " I will tell her that her words of discipline and strictness has its worthness-even though back then I won't listen". I was grateful that her teaching was meant for our future to have a better lives ahead of us. Right now- I am grateful for a wonderful son- and to my ever temperamental husband, for my job which was great and to the new friendship that I gain in here in california.

There are times in our life we forgot to say thanks to all the blessing we have recieved, it's time for us and stop, think and say Thanks.

Alligator Blood-has a potential to fight out infections that plague humans, was reading this on the web and find it interesting. According to the researchers that are based on Louisiana-"Gator get banged up in battles over territory or food but they never seems to get infected despite on their slimy living conditions in bacteria-filled swamp".

Gator blood-has this additional protein that can fight all the bugs, this study state that found in alligator which is unlike humans,who needs to be exposed to bugs in order for their immune system to gear up to fight and they are already born with innate immune system.

Base on history Tibet was incorporated into China territory during the Yuan dynasty and finished the long term divisive situation in the interior of Tibet. The Tibetan people obtained the steady life. In the Ming and Qing Dynasty, the central government of China strengthened its administrative grip on Tibet. In recent years, the Tibetan people together with the Chinese people of all nationalities fought against the imperialist invasion and upheld the unified motherland of China.

Around 1950,14th the Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso went to Beijing for a talked peace with Mao Tse-tung and other Chinese leaders, including Chou En-lai and Deng Xiaoping.
His efforts to bring about a peaceful solution to Sino-Tibetan conflict were thwarted by Bejing's ruthless policy in Eastern Tibet, which ignited a popular uprising and resistance. This resistance movement spread to other parts of the country. On 10 March 1959 the capital of Tibet, Lhasa, exploded with the largest demonstration in Tibetan history, calling on China to leave Tibet and reaffirming Tibet's independence. The Tibetan National Uprising was brutally crushed by the Chinese army. His Holiness escaped to India where he was given political asylum. Some 80,000 Tibetan refugees followed His Holiness into exile. Today, there are more than 120,000 Tibetan in exile. Since 1960, he has resided in Dharamsala, India, known as "Little Lhasa," the seat of the Tibetan Government-in-exile.

A day in the Park

Last Sunday Lyn and I went to Oak Meadow for one of our friends bday-for Reyn and Joan son 1st bday luckily they held it at the same place. We drop by first at Valley Fair for Lyn purchase some stuff. As we headed towards Los Gatos, the area was too crowded lots of cars and parking was a big problema to some. Luck was probably on us for Lyn said she has spot where she usually park when they are in that area-they used to live there for long time thats why she is too familiar on the area. As we have waited for Judith for she got somewhat lost in finding the right spot-Lyn was directing her on where we are at.

Oak Meadow park was nice and not to big compare to Vasona-we meet up with Winnie. We meet up with Joan and drop by to say hello, meet some of their friends. Then met up with Reyna the birthday celebrant-and also with her guest. The day was fun, but I always keep on watching Nathan-he ended up scraping his knee from running twice poor guy, ohh well thats how kids are.

As the day began to end, the girls decided to go to Valley Fair to kill time. Where the mommies spent time on the playground-except Judith though was playing with Maxim,until it's time to go on our separate ways.

Yummy Saturday

I have woke up early this morning around 7:30 am, decided to get ready for my dental appointment around 11:30 am, have to prepare myself and Nathan early before my hubby get back from work to pick us up for my said appointment. But then as I went to the sala and open my laptop, I chat for awhile with my friends back at home for about an hour. Just have coffee for myself and milk-banana for Nathan, I really don't feel going to the dentist-I have been cancelling this appointment a zillion times for there is always that comes up on the weekend. The girls-Lalai and Suzzy set up a lunch-eat out at Suzzy place. As my husband come by to pick me up around 10:30 which i already know I'm late for my appointment, called the clinic and cancel it. I decided to go ahead at Suzzy place instead, call Lalai to confirm if Suzzy is at her place already but she told me that they are still in the grocery store to buy all the stuff for the dishes they going to cook-grilled baby ribs,kinilaw,chicken soup(binisaya style with malonggay),oyster,humba, by the sound of it so yummy especially Suzzy cooks so good. To kill time we went to the park along Cherry, where Nathan plays and run around, ride the swing and slide for about 30 mins.

My hubby decided to drop me off and Nathan at Suzzy place, I help them clean and prepare all the stuff they bought for all the dish they're going to prepare. But as usual Nathan have a hard time to get comfortable in a new environment-he always cling on me and can't even move around. It takes 2 hours i guess for him to warm up and not calling me all the time or wants to be carried on. Then Ji-an came brought some fruits-strawberry and grapes good for the kids, then Lyn came and bring her bags for sale :) in an instant all was sold except for a few. Josie came along with Jeff and Cho-chang. We are so hungry already its almost 4:30 and we decided to eat not waiting for Ji-an who went back to fetch her gooffy and funny husband Charles who prepares for the night out afterwards. Throughout the day it was fun and the food was so delicious especially the humba yummy!! !! Can't forget the BH(bring home baon).

Conquer MMORPG

Year 2004, when these online game was so very popular in Iligan City it was called Conquer- It is an MMORPG(massively multiplayer online role-playing game) this means that involves hundred or even thousands of players around the world; you need to have internet connection in order one to play this type of games. There are different types of MMORPG like the War Craft, Tantra, Ragnarok, Gunbound and Conquer is one of them.

How the game is played-Conquer has different character/classes: Female and Male
Conquer tries to balance all of the characters,each one with his/her special cons and pros.

1. Water Tao- Less of an attack type than Fire, and harder to level up.
2. Fire Tao- Higher on attack, and more spells than the water taoist
3. Trojan- Some people call them the strongest of the bunch
4. Archer- One of the most picked class, maybe because the easiest to level any time but they do become powerful at high levels.
5. Warriors- Easier to level than trojans but weaker

Playing this games takes a lot of works also overnite magdamagan and if you are a noob (newbie’s) its so hard unless you know some high level archer to speed up the level. I choose a water tao because it’s so pretty and so lady like. I just like the Taoist the way the character move and cast a spell. Once I get the hang of the game, I became too addicted even spent money to buy some items and make them look nice. This is kinda expensive games for you need a DB(dragon ball) to make your item socketed or upgrade a super item- I was in Phoenix Server and my nick was Cool^Chick my character was nice and have some super item ++ my sword was 2 socketed even my,robe and boots. I still play this game when I came here in the US year 2005, even I was pregnant that time still play online can’t stop. Until I got the baby I haven’t stop until I went to school and have a job, what happen to my character-I dunno! But I don’t care anymore I’m done with it atleast Cool^Chick where she is-maybe a great Pker! God Bless her soul!

Pet Store

Last week after work when hubby pick me up at the office, we were talking about pets. I'm not into pets even though at home(Philippines) we have cats and a dog (askal nga lng) my younger brother really likes adopting pets. But hubby wanted to have one for Nathan even a cat; so we decided to drop by in a pet store in alameda.When we went inside saw parrots and different types of birds. The place doesn't have much of a selection of pets for the place is under renovation-new management. So we didn't see a cat in there which is why we came in the first place to look for a house cat. Then we went to the bunny pen saw 3 bunnies, knowing my kiddo is little too cautious in touching the bunny. What we did we show him that its ok to touch and pat the bunny, he seems to like it and get comfy and was laughing at it.

Discriminatory remark in work place

How do you stand up for your right to be treated fairly and respectfully by the authoritative figure of a company-especially senior level management. When you didn't do anything, make that person making a derogatory remarks about you in front of fellow managers?

As I browse and surf on the net for an answer -it is unappropriate to say such thing it is a form of harrassment-it makes a certain individual feel uncomfortable at work when this things happen in occurence.

"According to the website lawyersandsettlements.com, "Harassment is any form of unsolicited, deliberately offensive behavior." It is not the harasser but the target who gets to decide whether it is harassment. If it makes you uncomfortable and the harasser refuses to stop, it is considered harassment legally. For them to tell you to "lighten up" is therefore a dereliction of duty as well as rude and inconsiderate."

At least this would help us inform-practice your rights!
