&lt;p&gt;I went to bed with a stiff neck.&amp;nbsp; It was worse in the morning, which I spent at my desk, working.&amp;nbsp; Finally, a migraine took over.&amp;nbsp; I rose to get a pill, but couldnt strsighten my back.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Decided to practice what I preach and painfully rolled out my yoga mat.&amp;nbsp; I summoned Dr. Mellissa West via my Galaxy Tab and YouTube.&amp;nbsp; I let her guide me through a lesson on self.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; We began with legs up the wall pose. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I dedicated my practise to a woman who I have hurt very badly.&amp;nbsp; I never meant to harm her bit I did.&amp;nbsp; I tried to send her psychic messages to tell her how sorry I am.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My pain has passed.&amp;nbsp; What about hers?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What good is wealth, while others go hungry?&lt;/p&gt;

Anyway, the point is, I don't have the book to check the story, but I remember a tale about an avatar who finds 2 believers in the forest.&amp;nbsp; The first believer, a pious man, is shattered when the avatar tell him he must die and be reborn 3 more times before reaching enlightenment.&amp;nbsp; The second believer is told that he has as many cycles of death and rebirth in his future as there are leaves on the trees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oddly, the second man rejoices in the news.&amp;nbsp; He is the true believer. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Many saints return to earth to help others reach enlightenment.&amp;nbsp; This makes sense for 2 reasons. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;First, why would someone leave their son, or daughter, or spouse behind if he had the possibility of saving them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Second, if one knows how to reach enlightenment once, then it would be possible to do it again.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Whenever I am feeling truly miserable, I find that the best thing for my spirits is to find someone even worse off and help them.&amp;nbsp; Their gratitude builds me back up.&amp;nbsp; Is that selfish of me?&amp;nbsp; Maybe, but it does&amp;nbsp; put out good Karma anyway, so I think it is acceptable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I hope I don't sound religious.&amp;nbsp; I'm not.&amp;nbsp; I just like the story.&lt;br /&gt;

I took a yoga class with Yogayak on my Galaxy Tab.&lt;br&gt;
She did a guided savasana meditation.&amp;#160; This pose makes me nervous, I itch, I twitch.&lt;br&gt;
Half way through, I sit up and transition into sitting meditation.&amp;#160; &lt;br&gt;
I closed my eyes and drifted out of my body and flitted between the stars through the universe.&amp;#160; This is how I imagine bliss.&amp;#160; I know how to go to this place. I like it there.&amp;#160; I am weightless.&amp;#160; I have a tiny upturned smile and I navigate by alternating the air in my nostrils.&lt;br&gt;
I have learned how to go to this place.&lt;br&gt;
I can't stay long.&amp;#160; Never long enough.&lt;br&gt;
But this time I was able to maintain the feeling.&amp;#160; I remembered that I had dedicated my practise to someone that I cared about, who was suffering.&amp;#160; &lt;br&gt;
I called myself back.&amp;#160; What good is Heaven without my loved ones.&amp;#160; I want them to follow me into the blissfull space flight.&lt;/p&gt;

Create a website, and a blog about yoga, work, life, from a working woman point of view.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;
Help WOMEN around me.&amp;nbsp; I want to employ women from Israel and Palestine.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;
Collect a line of yoga clothes that women can wear to the office, school, business meetings, the PTA and even to yoga class.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp;There are a lot of people out there selling yoga clothing.&amp;nbsp; But, Wow! Look at the prices on those Capri pants!&amp;nbsp; Why are they so high? Most of us are not millionaires.&lt;/div&gt;

Step four - Found a TV channel for Yogis.&amp;nbsp; One hour sessions, lots of teachers, many different styles and philosophies of yoga.&lt;/div&gt;

 Step five - Open a yoga room in the center of an office district.&amp;nbsp; Members can stop in at any time and join a class in session for as long or as short a time as they can squeeze into their schedule.&amp;nbsp; No dressing rooms, just a floor, mats, props and Yoga TV.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

I could open a little yoga studio on a low rent floor in a busy office building, install a large screen TV on each wall, throw down some mats and let the members come in on their breaks and do a little yogo on their break.&amp;nbsp; It would be awesome.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
I believe in positive reinforcement.&amp;nbsp; It would be great to get&amp;nbsp;a nice work&amp;nbsp;once in a while at work.&amp;nbsp; I don't understand why many employers feel that they have to carry a big stick.&amp;nbsp; I, myself, respond nicely to praise.&amp;nbsp; Actually, when the boss yells at me, I go into a paralysis mode.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Even if I make a big sale, he&amp;nbsp;has something nasty to say.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

According to the Dalai Lama, I should thank him for all the lessons I am learning from his meanness.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

Remember that song? &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I am miserable in this job.  Should I stay?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I feel like zero; but I need a pay check.  Should I go?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I have a feeling they are going to let me go anyway?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div _yuid="yui_3_1_1_2_130865094578699"&gt;But they are mean to everyone else,  too.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;When the bosses are mean, it trickles down.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;The whole atmosphere is poisonous.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I can stand hard times; but this is feeling like discrimination.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;That's a real bad feeling.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I'm not worried about the, "fruits," of my labor.  I am working the way I  must work.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I know that Karma works the way that Karma wants to work.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;But if I stay in this atmosphere, I am ruining their Karma by letting them  treat me so badly.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Hard to prove, right?&amp;nbsp; Maybe he was just smarter, or more qualified.&amp;nbsp; OR, maybe the big boss would rather hang out with one of the guys.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This recently happened to me and I am breathing and calming myself and trying to put it all into perspective.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I forget myself while I listen.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
Class is hard.&amp;nbsp; It runs almost 3 hours.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Then I go home and practise by myself.&amp;nbsp; This is when I appreciate all I've learned.&amp;nbsp; I hold the poses as long as I like and feel like a rebel.&amp;nbsp; But actually, I am slowly trying to become more like Andy.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I try to remember what he says about Karma and Emptiness.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

As soon as I get home, though, I rush to my room, fling out the mat, and start to stretch.&amp;nbsp; I watch TV and do yoga.&amp;nbsp; I time my meals so that I can do yoga.&amp;nbsp; I'm a yoga-holic.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to get better.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Isn't there some smart woman out there who can get work places to support a yoga room?&amp;nbsp; 10 minutes in the middle of the day, before lunch.&amp;nbsp; That's all we need.&amp;nbsp; We'll eat less, be more awake and our bodies will feel better.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

Doing yoga at work is not only the physical asana portion.&amp;nbsp; It is also using what I've learned from my teacher about, "understanding emptyness."&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I need to get up and roll out the mat and do a few sun salutations. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
That would straighten out my spine, relax my knee bones and get the blood rushing to my brain again.&amp;nbsp; 8 Surinamiskarias would take me about 3 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I'd be a better, happier, more productive, healthier worker.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
