So the podcast is clearly on hiatus, partly because Connor and I now live in geographically opposite ends of Ontario, but mostly because we're both too lazy to Skype each other and record it. Yeah you're right, that is a new standard for laziness, thanks for pointing that out fictional reader.

So we were chatting the other day about an interesting topic (to me), which is this: which subculture is more annoying, that of the traditional Jock, or the newest incarnation of artsy fuck, the Hipster? These two couldn't realistically be further apart than night and day (jocks are exactly 8 hours apart from hipsters do the math), but what my inner nerd is focussing on here is the negative aspects of both cultures, namely the "we're better than you/you suck because" aspects.

JOCKS

1. Air of superiority

4. Not usually the most intelligent

HIPSTERS

Good gravy Miss Mravy, this one was fun. Our shadow guest Jesse lurked in the.....darker part of the room for most of the episode. We had more terrible voices like the Grizzled Boxing Promoter and Old Grandma Who Likes To Tell Boring Stories. Those are both terrible examples because they both only lasted a couple seconds.
