Its hard for me to keep this feelings
So now i ended up putting it into writing
I'm confused cause i really LOVE YOU
But at the same time i don't want to hurt you

I'm so far away i can't show you really how i feel
These are things in my heart that are like red ants biting
But im too scared to ask you i did some really stupid things in the past
I'm happy on the outside inside im burning
Good thing im here always working
On a sunday i dont know what to do
Just staying at home and on facebook makes me think of you.
Sometimes i just walk for a mile or two

Last sunday i just walk, walk,walk till i could actually smile
Why you ask? cause no matter what i do im sad to think that i lost you

This is my fault for being so stupid and selfish
Thats why i just want someone to bash me in the face

I didn't have a purpose or a clue on what to do
You have changed me just by asking "What if you have a family?"
And when your dad told me i just want my daughter to be happy.

Start making money in 10 minutes from now….We\'d all like to be like them….if only it was that simple, no one would work, everyone would stay at home earning a six figure income.

The people selling these systems are part of huge affiliate marketing groups, you can join for small enough money (at the bottom of their ladder).

They give you all the tools, 100\'s of tools, they even set up the squeeze pages, the affiliate links the whole lot.

I recently bought a package, (I checked it out for scam probability first), Amazing reports, came up over 2.5million hits in Google search, best thing since sliced bread, the re-invention of the wheel in Internet terms, Guaranteed to make 1000\'s.

There were so many tools, (e-books) it took me 3 solid days to browse them, not read and take in the information fully.

The package was complete, however still full of further squeeze page ad\'s trying to part me with more cash. Some even offering a 60 day free trial and only after the trial finished I\'d pay, bull, after the 60 days I\'d pay 57 dollars a month, but if I took advantage of this one time offer TODAY I\'d pay only 27dollars a month, free trial with a catch, eh.

Do YOU want to be like them?

Regarding earnings I\'m sure you do….. so do I…..

Let\'s get to the real point……

They can sell you the package, they can set you up with all the tools, they can give you all the advice you need, but are they going to create the traffic to your ISLAND?

Simply NO NO and NO…..

I doesn\'t matter what package or get rich quick scheme or money earner you subscribe to, YOU have to develop the traffic.

These people even tell you that you don\'t need a site or a blog, True, there are many ways you can generate traffic to the squeeze page, they provide with your affiliate link but it all takes time and work, a lot of time and work.

Unless you have an established blog or site getting tons of hits every day it will take you a lot of time and work.

If you were to do just a couple of hours a day like they suggest in their squeeze ad\'s you\'d be 150 years old by the time you see a return.

I have a good friend of mine he was getting over 7000 hits a day on his site and over 1500 followers, he decided to affiliate, drop in a few squeeze pages, its surprising how quick his followers and hits dropped off. It took a long time to re-gain the confidence of his group.

I\'m sure all the Guru\'s who read this, if they even bother, very unlikely, would disagree, but I\'d challenge them to start from fresh Today and get traffic to their Island as quick as they expect you to do it.

To start with try and find a URL or domain name that\'s still available using' make money' in the title.

Yes you can use key words, that helps.

Don\'t get me wrong, It can be done, It is being done, but it\'s not as easy as these people make it out to be.

THIS IS THE REASON WHY I ASK YOU TO EXAMINE YOUR MOTIVES FOR BLOGGING…….

I hope I haven\'t burst your bubble….. there are ways to get people to visit your Island, and I\'m going to try and show you the more simple ways but it still involves work.

Regarding your expectations, even if you get people to your Island you will need to look after them, after all it was you that invited them, now you need to feed them give them something to drink, maybe then they will want to come back, especially if it\'s a nice Island with plenty to do and see, people don\'t want to come to your Island for nothing. So if they find nothing they surely won\'t stay or it\'s unlikely they will come back.

Are you, just like I was, misled by the eye-catching headlines about diets that says – Lose X pounds in little or no time? Of course you are, but why? Does it make any sense to believe that you could lose 10 pounds of fat in a week when you know that it can’t be done, at least not in a healthy way?

In this article I will show you that there actually are ways to lose weight fast but that it is not healthy for you. We could make a deal, well, it is you that have to make a deal with yourself. I will show you a method that guarantees a weight loss of at least 5 pounds per week in the healthiest way (not meaning that it is healthy but better than lots of other diets) and you will also learn why a superfast weight loss is dangerous to your health and the do’s and don’ts in fast weight loss.

First, as promised, the fast weight loss diet: This diet is composed to speed up your metabolism and it must be followed exactly. You may not use any spices except salt and peppers. It is important to remember to drink a lot of water, preferably water that is isotonic, meaning that it has added minerals that make it chemically look like you body fluids. To give this diet a boost be sure to do some cardio exercising to speed up the fat burning process.

Here is the menu:

Day 1:

Breakfast: ½ grapefruit, 1 toast (no butter), 2 teaspoons of peanut-butter

Lunch: 5 fl oz of tuna-fish, 1 toast.

Dinner: 3 oz beef (lean), 10 fl oz green beans, 10 fl oz beetroot, 1 small apple, 10 fl oz vanilla ice-cream

Day 2:

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 toast, ½ banana

Lunch: 10 fl oz cottage cheese, 5 salty crackers

Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 10 fl oz broccoli, 5 fl oz carrots, 5 fl oz banana, 5 fl oz vanilla ice-cream

Day 3:

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 toast

Lunch: 5 slices of cheddar-cheese, 5 salty crackers, 1 small apple

Dinner: 10 fl oz tuna-fish(conserved in water), 10 fl oz beetroot, 10 fl oz cauliflower, 5 fl oz honey melon, 5 fl oz vanilla ice-cream.

Like mentioned before it is very important to follow this diet like it is written above, if it is altered in any way it may not work for you.

Now you will learn why this diet is not healthy. First of all it makes you lose weight faster than the body can burn fat. Even if you drink a lot, the weight loss will consist of 20fat, 40water and 40lean muscle. So let’s say that you lost 5 pounds, according to the percentage above you lost 1 pound of fat, 2 pounds of water weight and 2 pounds of lean muscle. Did you want to lose that much muscle? Probably not. All of the diets making you lose more than 1-2 pounds per week will burn your muscle mass for energy.

Now, why is that? The body saves the fat stored in your body for a rainy day (starvation period) and if you are on a diet and don’t exercise and use your muscle to the fullest extent your body figures that the muscle is not necessary to save and it will start using it for energy.

The diet above could be executed once a week but it will not give you a long-lasting weight loss. To lose weight for good you have to compose your menu to have the right amount of protein, the right kinds of fat and some great carbs. Those three nutrients cover our total calorie intake. To be a successful dieter(meaning that the fat is burnt and not the muscle) you should reduce your calorie intake by 10-20and increase your calorie consumption, and how do you do that? Well, you have to start exercising and do some weight-lifting.

Now you know how to lose weight fast (I guarantee that the menu above works) so stop looking for any more fast weight loss diets. You also know why a fast weight loss is only a temporary weight loss and most important, you know that there are no shortcuts to get rid of those extra pounds. It is really a really easy equation: (Calorie intake) – (Calorie burnt) = weight loss/gain. Simple? Yes! But it is not that easy to achieve because it requires some fundamental change of attitude to foods, exercise and body.

If you decides to go on the diet explained, do so as a life-saver for now, but stop procrastinating and start to lose weight the right way after this panic-fast weight loss.

We live in different communities found in different places. It’s not hard to love a place where you were born and grew up in. Simply because you get used to the culture and the lifestyle of the place. But in Baguio you’ll love the place because here it’s so peaceful and so cool. Peaceful because during elections almost all parts of the country, people are killing each other just to get a spot in the government but in Baguio politicians talk and debate it out. I’m not saying it’s the best city in the Philippines, but I guess its one of the best vacation spots during summer because of its cool climate.

Baguio’s cool climate is due to its location in the mountains. Due to Baguio’s cold weather we sometimes experience thick fog formations and some visitors ask locals “are we in heaven?” .Well I don’t even know the answer to the question cause I don’t really know how fogs are formed and the fog became normal to me. Baguio offers stuff like strawberry jams and peanut brittle. Although strawberry isn’t really the product of Baguio but La Trinidad, some people I know from NCR still think that Baguio and La Trinidad is just one city. Baguio now has bloomed to become one of the best cities in the Philippines we are very well known by our festival “Panagbenga” or in english the blooming of flowers. Panagbenga is the best festivity in Baguio. It all starts with a street dancing parade followed by a float parade. Then after the parades Session Road, which is Baguio’s central business district, closes for a week to let business men from all parts of the country to sell their stuff and profit from it but the it is encourage to sell products that are made from Baguio and theme of the whole festival which is the blooming, so it is encourage by the officials of the event that people sell plants. Other events are multiple concerts and competitions.

But it’s not about the festivities and Baguio’s fame that I like in the community. What I cherish most about this community is there love for their culture. People in the Philippines are naturally humble but love for culture is another thing. Although little by little culture is being destroyed by technological advancements. Some children from the native families in the Cordilleras still love to learn about there culture. Well Baguio is really a nice place to visit. So sometime in your future come and visit my city. I hope you enjoy your stay. n_n

I love to see the lightning crossing across the dark sky. It's something feared by most and some are amazed by it. I’m amazed by it because it only happens rarely in my town. Seeing light cut the sky in half is amazing. Then after the light show a burst of strong energy is felt around my body and it is an amazing, relaxing and exciting feeling. Lightnings are one of the most beautiful things that happen around us. It’s so beautiful and dangerous as the same time. My late grandfather believes that lightnings are earthly elements. He used to tell my mom and aunt’s that a lightnings true form is like a ball of electricity that hover on the ground and they have teeth. He said that if people are bitten by this electrical element that we would get fried and die. I somehow believe in it because in some parts of the world people see electrical spheres that hover on the earth during a lightning storm. Some even see them on planes so I somehow believe there’s a truth in it. Anyway I love lightning cause it gives me an adrenaline rush and its amazes me.

(A personal point of view)

I’m a licensed driver and I can pretty much drive the safest way. Love for me is no different from driving. No U-turns cause you can’t go back to make the wrong things right. No overtaking cause it’s very dangerous and you might be endangering the lives of your passengers. No over speeding cause it’s against the law and it’s not safe. Don’t ever forget to wear your seat belt it’s a life saver.

Make sure your vehicle is fit for transport. Check breaks to make sure it’s still working. Check for gas cause you need this to keep moving. But most importantly don’t ever forget to let your passengers in this ride. Love is not a one man journey it involves people you love, family and friends. They are your passengers so take care of them, never leave them behind, let them bring those who they want to bring, offer them drinks and stuff that are important in long journeys, make them comfortable, provide a transportation that would fit everyone important, and keep them all safe from harm. From my own point off view that’s how love works. Have a nice journey through life. Smile n_n

Jo stopped working as a internet café attendant because his mom wanted him to train as a caregiver. Jo enrolled in one of the best training centers in there town and waited for his training to start. First day of classes he didn’t know anyone else. He saw people who are younger than him and people who are a lot older than him. They were all ask to stand and go in front of the class to tell something about themselves. Jo went in front and he told something about himself, his accomplishments, the university he graduated from and his residence.

During the first month of his training Jo had a hard time learning cause it was a whole new field. He was a graduate in the computer field and had a hard time memorizing all the medical terms. He eventually caught up with the class and was getting used to his new chosen field.

During the mids of Jo’s training he enjoyed his classes but couldn’t help to cut classes cause it’s a 6 hour per day training and was very exhausting. Jo’s got moral support from his girlfriend and did a great job. Jo’s and his class then had a red cross training. Jo got two id’s from red cross and was proud because not everyone got two id’s. After that there were fire drill, rappelling and swimming. Jo past these activities and enjoyed them. At the end of the training they were required to have an OJT in a hospital and private medical institutions were Jo past as well.

Nothing is really hard if we just believe in ourselves and our abilities. Friends and love ones are always there to help us and support us. ~JO

(Jo’s summer)

It was March and Jo was one of the graduates. Jo finished a 2 year course and was very proud of his achievement. His mom was as his graduation but the rest of the family couldn’t be there cause they are busy attending a family reunion his aunts prepared that day. Jo didn’t really mind much cause this is his day. His mom was crying out of Jo’s achievement and because she was very proud of what his son has accomplished. After the graduation Jo and his mom went home and prepared to travel.
They traveled by bus going to the reunion but didn’t arrive in time. Jo’s dad and his two sisters waited for them at the bus stop and they rode the family vehicle to the reunion site where they’re going to spend the night. They arrived at the site and saw some of his cousins and uncles having a drink. They invited Jo to drink but he wasn’t a “drink to be happy” guy so he passed on it. His aunts saw Jo and congratulated him. They then decided to bring Jo to a near by casino as a gift for Jo’s success. They traveled for 20min until they reached the casino. It was Jo’s first time to enter a casino and was nervous at first. He wanted to play poker before he entered the casino but unluckily poker wasn’t one of the card games in the casino so he tried other games. Jo’s didn’t have any luck in casino games so he stopped and watch his aunts instead. Jo’s two aunts won a good amount of money and called it a night. They traveled back to the place they rented and had a good night sleep.
In the morning they all returned home and they all rested the whole day. Jo’s aunt then planned to go for a trip and Jo’s went with them. After four days they all went back home they all rested for a day, tired due to all the traveling and heat in the lowlands. When Jo’s aunt went back to the Hawaii Jo went back to his OJT to finish it. He only needed a week with eight hours a day to finish it and he did. After his OJT he was absorbed by the Internet Café he was having an OJT in. He worked in the night, but he didn’t care because he enjoyed it anyway. He enjoyed playing games on the computer, chatting and surfing the net.
On one occasion he was chatting and was teasing a girl. When he was teasing the girl he sent a personalize message to her and they chatted for five hours until the girl decided to sleep. The following day Jo couldn’t keep still and didn’t know the reason why. Until the girl he was chatting with went online and Jo sent a private message saying “welcome back”. They chatted all night long until 4-5am and the girl decided to sleep. Jo then was so excited to chat with the girl every night and waited for her to go online and he always sent a personalize message to the girl every time she went online. Jo then decided to ask the real name of the girl and she said it was Ella. Ella was 5 years younger that Jo but Jo didn’t care because he was so inlove with Ella. Jo then added Ella in a social site and they continued to chat and Jo courted the girl online until they decided to have a mutual relationship. At first Jo and Ella didn’t mind being in a long distance relationship but as time passed by they felt more and more sad because of the distance.
Until one day Jo found a way for them to meet. The first time they met Jo didn’t really talk much because he was so shy and Ella did all the talking. Although Jo was a shy guy he decided to take pictures of them with his phone and he even got the chance to hold Ella’s hand. They only had a short time to spent together since Jo needed to back home. It took a very long while until Jo and Ella got to meet each other again. Jo went to a trip with his aunt once and they both used this as a way for them to meet each other. They met again and Jo treated Ella for lunch. Jo didn’t order for himself because he was already full but Ella couldn’t finish her food so Jo has to help her finish it. After lunch Jo and Ella went to the train station and spent a little time to take pictures of them being together again. Jo and Ella had a nice time together and they both were sad that it didn’t take so long. Ella then had to leave because they had an activity in school although Jo didn’t want her to go, Jo decided to let her ride the train and go to school. Jo ask for a kiss and hug before Ella went and they both said there goodbye’s. It was both a very nice and sad day for them and they both wished the next time would take days and not just hours. Jo then went back to his town.
After 2 months Ella was becoming more and more tense and she almost broke out with Jo because of this. Ella then decided that they have a time off but Jo didn’t like the idea. But Ella told Jo it was over. The whole night Jo couldn’t sleep and started crying because he loved Ella so much. The following day Jo made himself busy trying to forget what had happened. Before lunch Ella called and she talked to Jo saying that she made a mistake in her decision and wanted Jo back. Ella asks if it would be ok and Jo said of course. Jo was happy that moment but he also knows the risk of being in that relationship again. He knows it would take him a longer time to see her but Jo didn’t care. Jo and Ella had lots of bumps in the relationship they are in. They are always bothered by the distance and by sadness. Jo didn’t show much of his emotions because he wanted to keep strong but Ella didn’t and Jo understands her. He always says “sorry, I wish I could….” and wished he could just travel without his parents getting mad at him. Jo is jobless and is applying for a job so he could go to Ella and visit her often, while Ella is busy with her studies. That’s the end of the story. Being in a long distance relationship is really hard. Some people don’t even try this because the chance of success is only 20%. Those who tried and failed never lost anything but those who persevered and got to all the troubles had a very wonderful relationship and a happy ending to their story.~2nd revision

This story is about a boy named Jo. He’s a normal child and by that I mean no deformities and he’s not mentally challenge. He enjoyed most of his youth with friends and family members. Jo loved playing with his friends. Jo played mostly with his neighbors. Jo would sometimes go home crying because of the thunders sound. I don’t know why he’s so scared of the thunder but every time he hears it he runs home crying. He was enrolled in a private school when he was at the right age. He met new friends in school and he was a bright child. During breaks Jo played with his friends and run around school. He got lots of bruises in his head and his mom always gets mad at Jo for being careless. When he was in grade one Jo almost lost his life. He was hit by a moving truck and was dragged 5 feet under truck. Luckily Jo only had minor scratches with no broken bones. His mother was very thankful that Jo didn’t get hurt that badly. After Jo has recovered he did what always does best and that’s playing. I think he hit his head 3-5 times before he graduated in elementary and was scolded and tended by his mom always.

He graduated elementary school and entered high school. High school was a different experience for Jo. He met new friends here and met enemies. He enjoyed playing computer games and almost failed some of his subject because of this. He enjoyed other physical games like basketball and chess but he wasn’t that good in playing them. He loved the intramurals in school since he had such loud voice and loved being in competitions. Jo has a competitive heart and really hates losing even if he doesn’t show his emotions. Jo started to have crushes in school. He fell in loved with a beautiful girl when he was in first year, but his heart was crushed when his friend courted the girl and got the girl for his girlfriend. Jo was very mad at the guy and wanted to punch him but Jo kept his cool and continued school. Jo then went into fights and was sent to the principal’s office on some occasions because of brawling. On one of his fights Jo saw a girl and was amaze by her beauty. He sent letters to the girl and the girl liked it. Jo was a shy guy he couldn’t talk to the girl so he never really started courting her. At times Jo would stare at the girl in a distant and just look at her when the girl looks back he acts like he’s just looking around. Luckily with all the bumps in high school he graduated and entered college.

College was a real challenge for Jo, since he wasn’t so serious with his studies, he was really having a hard time passing every subject and was scolded most of the time by his parents. He hated his father because he would hurt him sometimes. Jo never fought back against his father he believes that fighting back is against the law of God and he respects his father. Jo failed miserably in his second semester as a college student. He transferred to another University and started good, passing every subject and he even got good grades. But Jo got addicted to computer games and this was the start of his downfall, again. He even got to the point where he wasn’t even going to school and he spent most of his time playing and playing and playing until he ran out of money. The University where Jo was enrolled in sent a letter to his parents stating that he wasn’t going to school and Jo’s parents scolded him for doing so. Jo then decided that he drop-out of school and he did. His parents was furious at him that time and Jo’s the words that came from his parents mouth almost made him kill himself but luckily he didn’t. He stopped for eight months before returning to school again. He re-entered the same University and was ready to change. He started good passing all subjects and continued until he was almost finish with his new course. He graduated 2 years later and his mom and aunt’s we’re so proud of him. Jo is very sensitive and he cried a lot when his alone in his room. Jo then worked for 3 months and stopped to go back to school and learn. He entered another school and he finished his new course in a year and he was very proud of himself.

Jo was never congratulated by his father and he felt so bad about his. He never ask why his father hated his so much(actually he doesn’t really know if his father really hates him). But Jo didn’t care, he made his mom proud of him. His mom always protects him from trouble and always gives him advice as they say moms knows what best for their children(well that what the saying says its doesn’t really mean its true). That all I can say about Jo, he never quits and always believes there is always a way around our problems. He a very nice guy, shy and hates hurting the feelings of others. Well thats Jo, I hope you liked my story. n_n

Sand king is a melee character in dota. He can stun multiple enemies in a straight line. He can also hurt heroes with sand storm and at the same time kill creeps to earn money. Caustic finale is one of his deadliest skill. Since its a passive skill it doesn't need mana and it can hit multiple targets in a certain area. Sand Kings combo the burrowed strike and epicenter is very deadly if you are caught in it but his move can easily be evaded with a stun move or sleep skill. Sand king is both a single player or multiplayer dota character. He can single handedly inflict a large amount of damage alone and if paired with AOE characters he is very deadly.

The warrior in cabal has the heaviest damage. They are equipped with armor sets which has the highest defense of all the armors. They wield great swords or daikatanas which has good damage. During PVP warriors are hard to beat because of the high defense and life plus they have high damage. In PVE they are tanks or they are the first in line to combat the enemies. In wars they have very useful buff that raise Damage and HP which are very vital in war events. Warrior skills are mob skill specially high lvl skills like cascade break, terra break(but slow in casting) etc. I recommend warrior characters to people who like massive destruction because they offer massive damage with every strike.

- Good Defense and HP
- Must have during boss hunts
- De-buff skill lowers defense and raises the chance of doing critical damage

Cons
- Skills take too much time to cast
- Equipments cost is not cheap

I spend almost everyday doing the same thing. Wake-up, eat breakfast, take a bath, eat lunch, go back home, eat diner, go online and sleep. Sometimes i just want to go on an adventure like go somewhere else. I want my freedom and so i can explore my world but my parents don't understand me. They keep me in this house and ask me to look for work. I never really enjoyed my summer. I played basketball every Wednesday improve a bit. But i still want to do something to complete my summer. This is to break out and be free just once.

Is a Christian movie about a hero fire fighter Caleb and about his marriage going broke. Caleb and his wife Catherine has problems with each other one being insensitive and the other being misunderstanding. The marriage of Caleb was supposed to end up in a annulment. But Caleb's dad dared Caleb with a 40 day Love dare. This love dare was about doing stuff to your partner that he/she will love. Caleb accepted the dare and followed what was written on the notebook. 20 days after Caleb followed the book Catherine didn't even budge due to false accusations done by her friends. Caleb called his father and told him it wasn't doing well, that Catherine didn't care what he did. His father went to Caleb the following day and talk to Caleb about the book and about its relation to Gods love. That God loves us even if we resent him and how we should accept Him in our lives. That in times of trouble we should ask God for help. Caleb then accepted God in his life and this change him for the better. Even if Catherine never notice what he was doing he still continued even if the 40 days has already past and on the 43th-45th day(I couldn't remember) Catherine got sick. Caleb notice this and took care of Catherine. He bought food and medicine to Catherine. Catherine then told Caleb that she knew about the love dare. Catherine didn't care about the dare but still Caleb continued. Catherine's parents were old and needed wheelchairs and crutches(not sure about this). Catherine was shocked to see her parents had already receive the things they needed and went to the shop to pay for them. But she found out that it was already paid by Caleb. Catherine cried and went to Caleb to reconcile with him. In the end they renew their vows and Caleb discovered that the 40 day love dare came from his mom, who he didn't give much attention for. Caleb embrace his mom and said sorry. I learned so many things from this movie it was so inspiring and really life changing. Love is a word that describes a persons attraction to a person , thing or even a place. To love a place is easy. Having a great experience in that place makes you love it or loving the services offered there is a good reason to love a place. Loving a thing is easy too. If that thing means something special in your life, if it reminds you of a good memory like pictures or if it is given by a special person in life makes you really love that thing. But loving a person is a different story. You just cant say you love that person because it reminds you of good memory and you cant say because it gave you service. You can say because the person is special in your life, if that person is someone who you really trust, if that person makes you happy, if that person makes you feel like everything is possible and if that person gives back the same love that you give. This is a very challenging type of relationship. Why do I say challenging? Because only 20% of this type of relationship work-out. This relationship is so hard to maintain because of two reasons; mistrust and inability to wait. I know you are thinking about one more reason which is “inability to see each other”, but I don’t think it’s a good reason because we can always find ways to see our partner. Now going to mistrust, mistrust is not healthy in a relationship. This may cause false suspicions that could lead to misunderstanding that is very much the cause of fights in many relationships. Inability to wait is a big reason why this kind of relationship is hard to maintain. Sometimes your partner may need time to prepare and make plans to move or have a vacation in your city or country. Your partner may even have financial problems that would lengthen the time you have to wait. Then how do we avoid mistrust and “inability to wait”? Mistrust is easy to avoid we just have to trust our partners if we really love them since trust is the base of all relationships. “Inability to wait” is very hard to avoid since your partner may want to meet you on a certain date and time. In this situation talk to your partner and ask him/her to wait just a little longer. Who knows the next day you can get the chance to meet each other.

Now that we know about these things I think the next question you have in mind is “then how do we maintain our relationships?” Well to maintain a long distant relationship you must make use of technology since technology offers a lot of stuff to make this kind of relationship work.

Ways on how to make good use of technology:

1) Cellphone are good to use since you can take them almost everywhere and you can talk or text your love one anytime you want.

2) Using the internet. The internet offers so many stuff to help you maintain a long distant relationship like:

a. Chatting with your love one once in a while

b. Posting pictures about what’s happening in your life in a social site to make let your partner see what you’ve been up too

c. Meeting each other’s peers or maybe even relatives

d. Having a live chat with webcams and even speakers to make you feel even closer to the person you love.

But we must not rely on technology so much. We can do much better stuff that what technology has to offer. It’s better to send letter, gifts and even personalize stuff to your partner. The greatest thing we could offer to our partner is visiting them personally and spending time with them. When we are already spending time with them we should always make this moment special. We should take pictures and do things together. Before your partner leaves never forget to give each other a kiss and a hug this may take as long as you want to since you rarely do these stuff to each other.

Smoking is usually termed cigarette smoking and is the most common form of of smoking. Cigarette contains nicotine, a poisonous substance in tobacco used to kill parasites and insects. Nicotine on the other hand can stimulate the nervous system and other organs, but the effect of nicotine in the nervous system causes most people who smoke to become addicted to tobacco.

Effects of smoking:
1)Smoking increases the chance of a person to develop heart diseases.
2)Nicotine contribute to the growth of cancer.
3)Emphysema
4)Increased chance to develop bronchitis and influenza

Smoking has been a problem for many people because its so hard to stop. There are few ways on how to stop smoking. Avoiding things that make you want to smoke, replace smoking with other thinks like candy and avoid stressful activities. But the best way to stop smoking is being serious in stopping.
