&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;
Massa&lt;br /&gt;
1 pacote de biscoito maisena&lt;br /&gt;
150 gramas de manteiga sem sal &lt;br /&gt;
Para as laterais:&lt;br /&gt;
1 pacote de bolacha calipso&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="ecxtext_exposed_show"&gt; Recheio&lt;br /&gt;
200gr de chocolate branco&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de gelatina incolor &lt;br /&gt;
1 caixa de cream cheese Philadelphia &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
2 caixa de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
Cobertura&lt;br /&gt;
Ganache.&lt;br /&gt;
200 gramas de chocolate meio amargo&lt;br /&gt;
1 caixa de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Triture a bolacha maisena, derreta a manteiga e misture com a  bolacha triturada.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Forre uma assadeira com fundo removível com essa  mistura de bolacha e manteiga,&lt;br /&gt;
arrume as bolachas redondas ao redor da  forma e leve à geladeira por 30 minutos, até endurecer. &lt;br /&gt;
Bata o cream cheese com o leite condensado, hidrate a gelatina incolor,  derreta o chocolate branco em banho Maria e adicione ao creme. &lt;br /&gt;
Bata mais um pouco e acrescente a essência de baunilha e o creme de leite, bata até virar um creme. &lt;br /&gt;
Leve a geladeira para tomar consistência.&lt;br /&gt;

2 tomates picados sem pele e sem sementes&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 pimentão (verde, vermelho ou amarelo)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara (chá) de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (chá) de páprica doce (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara (chá) de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
salsinha e cebolinha a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
Preparo                 &lt;br /&gt;

Retire a água e despeje 1/2 litro de água fervente na berinjela, esfrie. &lt;br /&gt;
Esprema a berinjela com as mãos ou no espremedor de batatas.&lt;br /&gt;
Frite o alho no azeite, acrescente os pimentões, misture na berinjela, &lt;br /&gt;

* 2 colheres (sopa) de vinagre&lt;br /&gt;
* 5 colheres (sopa) de molho de soja (shoyu)&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 cebolinhas verdes cortadas ao meio, incluindo a parte branca&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 colher (chá) de amido de milho diluído em 4 colheres (sopa) de água fria&lt;br /&gt;
* Cebolinha verde para decorar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de preparo:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Leve ao fogo uma panela de pressão até aquecer.&lt;br /&gt;
* Coloque o óleo na panela.&lt;br /&gt;
* Diminua um pouco o fogo e acrescente a cebola, o alho, sal, pimenta e gengibre.&lt;br /&gt;
* Mexa até dourar.&lt;br /&gt;
* Retire o refogado de cebola da panela com a ajuda de uma escumadeira.&lt;br /&gt;
* Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
* Seque bem a carne com papel absorvente.&lt;br /&gt;
* Aqueça a panela novamente e doure a carne de todos os lados, colocando alguns pedaços de cada vez.&lt;br /&gt;
* Retire à medida que forem ficando prontos.&lt;br /&gt;
* Depois, recoloque toda a carne na panela e junte o açúcar, o vinagre e o molho de soja.&lt;br /&gt;
* Acrescente a cebolinha verde e a cebola reservada.&lt;br /&gt;
* Junte água apenas até cobrir a carne.&lt;br /&gt;
* Feche a panela.&lt;br /&gt;
* Deixe levantar fervura.&lt;br /&gt;
* Abaixe o fogo e cozinhe por mais ou menos 40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
* Retire a carne da panela e coloque numa travessa funda.&lt;br /&gt;
* Coe o molho.&lt;br /&gt;
* Despeje o molho de volta à panela.&lt;br /&gt;
* Junte o amido de milho diluído na água, misture até dissolvê-lo e cozinhe por alguns minutos até o molho engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;
* Despeje o molho sobre a carne e enfeite o prato com cebolinha verde.&lt;br /&gt;
* Sirva acompanhado de arroz branco e salada verde.&lt;br /&gt;

- 3 colheres (sobremesa) de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 caixa de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 copo de requeijão cremoso&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 peitos de frango cozidos e desfiados&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 caldo de frango&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres (sopa) de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 xícara (chá) de milho&lt;br /&gt;
- azeitonas a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
-salsinha e cebolinha a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
- sal, pimenta  a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
Cobertura&lt;br /&gt;
-1 caixa de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
-1 colher (sopa) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 xícara (chá) de queijo ralado&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Peneire a farinha com o sal e o fermento em uma tigela&lt;br /&gt;
grande. Faça uma cova, adicione a&lt;br /&gt;
margarina e o creme de leite. Com a ponta dos dedos, vá&lt;br /&gt;
trabalhando a massa até ficar homogênea, sem grudar nas&lt;br /&gt;
mãos. Coloque em filme plástico e deixe descansar na&lt;br /&gt;
geladeira por 30 minutos. Abra a massa em um plástico&lt;br /&gt;
e forre os fundos e as laterais de uma fôrma redonda de&lt;br /&gt;
fundo removível, fure o fundo da massa com um garfo e&lt;br /&gt;
leve para assar em forno médio por cerca de 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto isso prepare o recheio. Derreta a margarina e&lt;br /&gt;
dissolva aí o caldo de frango. Junte o milho o&lt;br /&gt;
frango desfiado e misture. Depois tempere com sal e&lt;br /&gt;
pimenta . Desligue o fogo e acrescente o&lt;br /&gt;
requeijão.  Deixe esfriar acrescente as azeitonas a salsinha e cebolinha e coloque  sobre a massa já assada, e cubra com o creme de leite misturado com a  farinha de trigo e o queijo ralado, leve ao forno 180º por 20 minutos&lt;br /&gt;

2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga ou margarina&lt;br /&gt;

Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Levar os ingredientes ao fogo baixo até formar uma calda cremosa,&lt;br /&gt;

.Frutas  picadas variadas: banana, morango, pêssego, gomos de tangerina, manga,  cerejas, uva, kiwi, pêra, carambola, mamão, abacaxi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/h3&gt;Em  uma panela própria para fondue, coloque o creme de leite para aquecer.  Adicione o chocolate ralado e mexa até derreter por completo e formar  uma mistura homogênea. Adicione o conhaque e mexa bem. Deixe a chama  baixa do aparelho do fondue e mergulhe com o garfo próprio um pedaço  picado da fruta escolhida.&lt;br /&gt;

Cozinhe na panela de pressão por  15 minutos ou em panela convencional por 45 minutos ou então até que as  carnes fiquem macias. Esfarele as bolachas e junte o guaraná com o licor de cacau.&lt;br /&gt;

Misturar as ervilhas.&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as claras em neve com uma pitada de sal, misturar no purê delicadamente&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar em refratário untado com manteiga e polvilhado com farinha de rosca, polvilhar queijo parmesão&lt;br /&gt;
por cima.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno pré aquecido a 200ºc até dourar.&lt;br /&gt;

300g de peito de frango cortado em pedaços pequenos (ou use partes do frango que preferir)&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
2 batatas&lt;br /&gt;
2 cenouras&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara (chá) abóbora&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara (chá) de mandioquinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara (chá) de inhame&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara (chá) de repolho&lt;br /&gt;
2 tomates picados&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho esmagados&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola média picada&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho picados&lt;br /&gt;
1 talo de salsão ou alho poró&lt;br /&gt;
1 tablete de caldo de galinha&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
água suficiente&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar os legumes em cubinhos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue  a cebola o alho no azeite, acrescente o frango, doure, acrescente a água na medida da panela de pressão.&lt;br /&gt;
e todos os outros ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhe em fogo baixo por 20 minutos, esmague os legumes com um garfo e acrescente mais água se necessário...&lt;br /&gt;
