The compensation plan forces you to focus on steady growth over a 24 month period. When you first join One24, you get twenty four green tickets. Use your green tickets wisely, as since you only get one a month, if you website is brining in too many prospects per month, they will be forced to go on a waiting list. They focus on long term growth and I like that there is currently no investment or entrance fee and you are only required to purchase their core product once a month, at $60 a month. Very, Very recession friendly.

What I don’t like is the income cap and the fact that their very structure seems like it may attract a “lazy” mlm mentality, people getting in just to rely on the silver income spillover.
