Today I want to blog about a wonderful company whose products I have been using for a long time now and wholly impressed! In fact, I fell in love with the products! It is the World's First Range of Certified Organic Skincare, Cosmetics, Men's, Babycare, Household Cleaners, Nutritionals and now they offer Perfumes and Essential Oils. This company is called Miessence One Group and it comes from Australia. I have already done some on there as this company in Australia is very concerned of the chemical spraying in Australia as of course, it also occurs in the States. This company has its Standards! For example, they do not offer deep red lipstick. That would turn a lot of people off, but as the ingredients that go into creating it can be toxic they refuse it. The founder is working on this though and hopefully soon they will be able to offer it, but until then....The mascara is wonderful and you may use it as eyeliner as it would be safe to do. Just get a thin tip for doing liners and put it in the mascara tube.

I cannot say enough good of this company. It is a little higher, but the quality is there and importantly, all of the products are concentrated, which means you take that bottle a long way as you will not need to use as much as you would the regular non-organic brands. And when you join you will get a 20% discount on your orders. There is network marketing program with it, but if you just want to order your products at discounted rate, you may do that, as I had done, but I love the products, so I have decided to promote them! I would not promote nothing that I did not like! As stated in previous blogs, I do like Nature Sunshine and I like their Silver Shield, water/air filters, etc. Their supplements are good too, but there is not a company I have ever found that comes close to this company! Certainly not Avon, not Mary Kay, nor Arbonne either!

Another thing was when I first started, I went with the samples and trial sizes as they do go a long way! The skincare products are so nice, your skin will feel so soft after use and look much younger. They have skincare for 4 kinds of skin. Balanced, Aging, Sensitive, and Blotchy.

The cosmetics of course, come naturally after the skincare and I love the lipsticks and mascara. The foundation is so natural that it just seems to blend right in. The men have aftershave lotions. The babies and pregnant women have safe and non-toxic route to go with this company. The shampoos are really something! I loved the way my hair felt afterwards, but I've had beauticians to tell me I have nice hair. Some people have talked of it not lathering the first several uses and what it is doing is detoxing the synthetic chemicals from your hair, especially if you have used a lot of chemicals. That is a good thing. The deoderants are nice and of course, the toothpastes have absolutely no Fluride! Some companies will sell toothpaste and taut theirselves as natural with that stuff! So safe for their children, although, it may be difficult to get them to understand if they have been used to those 'sweet' flavored toothpastes. The household cleaners are strong and yet gentle, they also have dishwashing detergent. House sprays are non-offensive. Perfumes and essential oils great!

And they have In-Liven which is all-in-one nutrition, berry flavored and now there is a healthy green drink and Fast Track! There will be more to come and I have used the nutritionals, they are either for you to drink or in powder form to add to your drink or food. This company is just so Awesome! Does It Pay To Have A Fan Page on FB

Well, it can depend upon how you are using it? If you are considering putting out money for the fanpage ads, that may not be a good route to go. I was considering doing it, but after talking to a few others that did not get the results they wanted and then seeing how expensive it could get, I decided against it. You can get the same thing for the money with google, but it may be a little more promising. The fb ads do not seem to work that well. You would probably be a lot better off to build it with your friend invites and sharing it on networks. You can even write a blog about your page as I am doing.

Of course, do not refer people to your own personal profile. Your private profile is for personal friends, not business associates or would-be clients. It will do no good to direct them to a personal profile, which is more or less about non-business type things, and more about applications and games. Concentrate on your fan page. When editing your page, give detailed information about your company, yourself, your mission, and what you would love to accomplish. But at the same time, do not write a book. When people come to your site, they want to be able to read up on what your page is all about, without taking the entire night on it.

It is also a good idea to have people land on your info page, rather than your wall. .People generally like to read the information about a page first, and then head towards the Wall. It is always what I do when seeking pages on facebook. Build up your page by starting with your facebook friends. Chances are they will be supportive, visit your Page frequently too, update it and let your fans know of new changes. A fan page is actually a wonderful avenue to work towards business building, without spending the money!
