An unidentified husband has allegedly busted his wife 'cheating' after she sent him a series of lingerie clad Snapchats from her hotel room - with a man's boots resting on the floor behind her. The series of photos were published on the website The Chive, but many have questioned their authenticity with some dismissing the cheating scandal, photos and subsequent text messages as 'fake'. The Snapchats were sent by a woman known as Chelsea, who is shown posing provocatively for the camera while wearing a skimpy black g-string and matching black push-up bra.

'Hotel Room! Going to Sleep Soon,' she wrote in one Snapchat, her arms resting behind her head.

But it was the second photo, that showed a man's boots tucked under the TV cabinet, that caught Chelsea out. 'One more before bed,' she wrote alongside the picture of her from behind.

What followed was a fiery text message from her husband.

Who is with you in the hotel room?' he wrote. Chelsea was quick to reassure her husband and said the photos had been taken using the timer on her phone. But her husband remained unconvinced.

'Stop lying Chelsea, I know you're not alone in that hotel room,' he replied. Chelsea replied 'Yes I am!' before saying she would 'never cheat' on her husband. 'Then why the fuck are there MEN'S BOOTS in your second snapchat. I can't go through this again. I'm calling a lawyer,' her husband replied.

Buhari Removes Kifasi as Head of Service

President Mohammed Buhari has approved the removal of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mr. Danladi Kifasi, who has been ordered to proceed on terminal leave to pave the way for geopolitical balancing in federal appointments.

The change, which was not made official by the presidency on Tuesday, was aimed at ensuring that the federal character principle as enshrined in the constitution is complied with. According to a statement by PR Nigeria, a media advisory for federal government agencies, the government may soon announce a new Head of service. When contacted, the Deputy Director of Communications, Office of the HoS, Mohammed Manga, refused to comment on the matter.

Kifasi who hails from Taraba State is from the same North-east zone with the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir David Lawal who is from Adamawa State. Kifasi was due to retire in January 2016. PR Nigeria stated that the current HoS who had served as Permanent Secretary in several ministries including the Ministries of Finance and Petroleum Resources had prepared for a smooth handover in the event of the announcement of new HoS who may likely from the southern part of the country.

EFCC Quizzes Abba Moro over Immigration Recruitment Tragedy

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission ( EFCC) on Tuesday questioned the immediate past Minister of Interior, Mr. Abba Moro, over alleged complicity in the March 2014 recruitment exercise for the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS).

Moro, who arrived at the commissions headquarters in Abuja at about 11a.m. was immediately moved into the interrogation room for questioning. The interrogation took about seven hours, as he left the commission around 6p.m. The spokesperson of the commission, Mr. Wilson Uwujaren, who confirmed that Moro was present at the commission, did not speak further on the matter. However, a source within the commission hinted that Moro was made to answer questions on his alleged involvement in the recruitment exercise which eventually turned tragic.

Reports revealed that there were only 4, 000 vacancies that were to be filled in NIS, while the Ministry of Interior approved the sale of application scratch cards to over 520,000 citizens, through a consulting firm. Yet the ministry failed to provide adequate provision for the conduct of standard recruitment aptitude test. About 18 job seekers died and many injured in March 2014 during a nationwide recruitment test. The over 500,000 applicants who indicated interest in the job had paid a compulsory fee of N1,000 as application fee. Immediate past Comptroller-General of NIS, Mr. David Parradang, was as well interrogated in September, by operatives of the EFCC, over the controversial recruitment exercise.

The troops were said to man Russian-made tanks to aid Damascus in fighting rebel forces backed by the US.

"When the troops were asked by an Arab military officer at the Damascus airport they told him they were there to assist Assad and that they are experts at operating Russian tanks,'' Jaime Suchlicki, the institute's executive director, said. "It doesn't surprise me... they have a very close relationship," Suchlicki told Fox News, citing Russia's long history of supplying military equipment to Cuba as well as Cuba's assistance in Soviet-led operations in Africa the 1970's. "The Russians have been training the Cubans for years and supplying them with all sorts of military equipment,'' he added.

New Study proves men who sleep naked are likely to have increased fertility

A new study from the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. The research took into account data from 500 men across a 10 month period, found a direct correlation between the type of underwear worn in bed, and sperm quality and function - a factor which could potentially affect fertility.

Ultimately, men who chose loose-fitting boxers during the day and wore nothing at night had 25 percent less DNA fragmentation in their sperm compared to the chaps who were wearing tight-fitting pants 24/7. 'Among men in the general population attempting pregnancy, the type of underwear worn during the day and to bed is associated with semen quality,' the lead author of the study explained.

'Reducing exposure for bed decreases DNA fragmentation, and better quality parameters are observed in men wearing boxers during the day and none in bed.' According to new research, men who sleep naked are likely to have improved sperm quality and function compared with those who wear underwear to bed. Leading fertility expert Allan Pacey, professor of andrology at the University of Sheffield, commented on the findings: 'We have known for some time that men who increase the temperature of their testicles, either through the heat exposure at work or by wearing tight underwear, have poorer semen quality compared to men whose testicles are cooler.'

'What has never adequately been shown is whether men can improve things by changing the choice of their underwear, but this study - although quite small - goes some way to suggest that is true.'

Breast cancer survivor stars in topless photos

A woman who had a mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer has documented her journey with a beautiful photo series. Florida-based actress Aniela McGuinness, 32, was actually in the process of arranging a preventative mastectomy because she discovered she had a genetic mutation that predisposed her to getting breast cancer, when she received the news that she was, in fact, too late.

'Three days before I actually scheduled the mastectomy, I was diagnosed with breast cancer,' she revealed. After receiving the news, Aniela went about doing her research and found rows upon rows of images showing the results of mastectomies - nipple-less bodies captured in the most unflattering fashion.

'You see your future - and it's scary,' she said. 'I did not want other women to have those as the only images that they saw of mastectomies.' With that in mind, Aniela decided to go about creating a photo series that would show the journey in a more positive light.

'My goal for these photos was to create a mastectomy series that gives people permission to look at mastectomies without shame, or sorrow but with joy and humor,' she told The Huffington Post. 'The spoon full of sugar method.'

With the help of her fellow Floridians at Blast 'Em Photography, Aniela came up with a way to tell each stage of her story through imagery, starting with her own - topless - version of Rosie the Riveter, where she showed off the natural assets that she was about to lose.

'It was empowering and it made me love my breasts so much more,' she said. 'It was the best way to send them off.' For Aniela's first post-surgery shoot, the team went for a Bride of Frankenstein theme to express how she felt 'cut up' and 'pieced together'. She wore a tall black wig with a shock of white running through it for the photo, and had make-up artist Brynn Berg place stitches along her collarbones and jawline for extra drama.

'I wanted women to see the beauty and the pain and what that moment felt like,' she said.

After the surgery, Aniela was undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer and, as a result, lost her hair. That combined with the hard, plastic expanders the actress had placed in her breasts after surgery, made her feel, 'like I was a mannequin'.

So, for the third installment of the photo series, Aniela donned a smiling, vacant expression and was made up by artist Tiffany Alfonso with faux joints on her shoulders and neck to give the appearance that she was made of plastic.

For the last photo, which Aniela described as her 'done with chemo, done with cancer shot', the young woman is shown with a natural look, some of her hair having grown back and her skin bare.
In her hands, she holds a pair of silicone nipples. 'The reconstruction is finished. They are jelly silicone teardrop-shaped,' she explained. 'I decided not to get my nipples reconstructed.'
At the end of the video, an emotional Aniela explained how she made the series 'out of love for other women going through this'. Aside from the photo series, Aniela is also working on a documentary about her journey, which she describes as 'an hour long honest and inspirational documentary based on my one woman show'.

Can the United States do anything to stop extremists from selling Nigerian girls to fund terror?

What started as the kidnapping of nearly 300 girls from a boarding school in remote Nigeria has turned into an international rallying cry to rescue the girls nearly a month after their disappearance.

The United States and other members of the international community have now sent aid and military assistance to Nigeria to help in the search, but a former commander of the United States’ military operations in Africa said that these newest efforts likely aren’t enough to save all the girls.

“I think the one thing that's almost certain is the young girls are no longer together,” Retired Gen. Carter Ham told “On the Radar.” “They've almost certainly are dispersed in small groups or even individuals. And my guess is, given the porous nature of these borders, that many of them are probably already outside of Nigeria, thereby complicating the search for them.”

“But I don't think we should give up hope,” he later added. “What's the likelihood that all of the girls will be rescued? It is pretty remote. But if you get one, that's one. And if you get more than that, then that's good.”

The girls were kidnapped by members of an Islamic extremist group known as Boko Haram, which translates to “western education is sinful.” Boko Haram began as an Islamic group calling for Sharia law to govern the Nigeria’s Muslim population and took a turn toward violence in recent years, Ham said.

“They didn't start out as a violent group, but increasingly turned violent, particularly in 2009, when the first recent leader of Boko Haram was killed while in government custody,” Ham said, explaining that Boko Haram claims the government killed the leader – a claim the government disputes.

The group does not have a direct affiliation with al Qaeda currently, Ham said, but has shown an “aspirational” interest in attaining affilation and has already collaborated with other terrorist groups such as al Shabab.

Boko Haram has threatened to sell the 276 girls into slavery - a proposition which Ham said has both “money-making” and “ideological” motivations.

“Human trafficking is all kinds of all forms of illicit trafficking are one of the major sources of income for terrorists groups and other extremist groups across Africa,” Ham said. “Most of their money comes from illicit trafficking, whether it's consumer goods, gas, oil, cigarettes, whether it's drugs, or whether it's humans.”

The Nigerian Army has set up a high powered Board of Inquiry (BOI) to investigate involvement of its personnel in Ekiti and Osun States governorship polls last year.

Colonel Sani Usman, Acting Director Army Public Relations, in a statement said the BOI has the mandate to investigate the alleged unprofessional and unethical conduct of some Nigerian Army personnel in the two states, as well as in any other State in Nigeria where other similar allegations were made during the 2015 general elections in the country.

As part of its Terms of Reference, the BOI is to also review the involvement of the Nigerian Army formations/units and its personnel in elections and other duties in aid to civil authority.
The essence of the Board is to prevent future unprofessional conduct by officers and men in the performance of the constitutional roles while strengthening Nigerian Army’s support to democratic values and structures in Nigeria,” the statement added.
