GENERAL PRINCIPLES!!!

1)NEVER LOOK AT A MOUNTAIN WITH THE EYES OF A MOUNTAIN, BUT LOOK AT A MOUNTAIN WITH THE EYES OF THE VALLEY, FOR A MOUNTAIN IS TO A VIEWER, A MOUNTAIN, IF AND ONLY IF THE VIEWER SEE IT AS A MOUNTAIN: Never look at anything as insurmountable, for there is nothing as complex as man himself.

2)YOU ARE AS YOU THINK: if you see yourself as too small out of fear, then that is actually who you are.

3)YOU ARE THE PRODUCT OF YOUR THOUGHTS: the word of God made it known unto us that, 'as a man thinketh in his heart, so he is'. so you are the product of your thought. it is not about where you are, it is about who you think you are!!!

4)IT IS WHAT YOU SEE, THAT'S WHAT YOU GET: God made an almond tree to fly-pass Ezekiel, and God asked him, 'Ezekiel, what did you see' Ezekiel see wrongly by replying to God that he saw an almond tree, but God shew mercy on him by asking him again. this time around, he got it rightly by saying that he saw a staff. so you see, it is what you see, that's what you will get. the question is this! what do you see?.

5)WHEN YOU LEARN HOW TO ADAPT LIKE FLUID, YOU BECOME UNBEATABLE: The greatness of a man is not know or measure by how much wealth he had acquired, but his ability to rise up after falling. when you indeed learn how to adapt in every situation you are, having it in mind that it will never last, then you will become unbeatable.

6)NEVER SEE YOURSELF AS TOO STRONG TO LOSE OR TOO WEAK TO WIN: Every man is born with so many a potential, never limit yourself in any way and do not see yourself as too strong to lose. learn to aknowledge that only God is invincible and that he made you in his likeness. if so, then who is God? God have four different characters which are: the eagle, the lion, the lamb and a face of man.
As an Eagle, since you are God's replicate, the sky is your limit, as a lion, you are the king of the land, as a lamb, you must be humble and as a man, you are fill with intelligence.

7)BEWARE OF YOUR FEAR: what Job fear most was for him not to lose his possession(Job3:25), he of course gave in to his fear. no matter what you are passing through, beware of your fear, have faith instead. in fact, whatever you fear most shall ensnare you.

8)NEVER THINK YOU KNOW IT ALL: an addage goes thus: 'no man is an island of knowledge'. never think you know it all. when you think you have arrived, then know that someone somehow has achieved or know more than you.

9)RESPECT PEOPLE'S OPINION: don't be too baculum(forceful) in your arguments, but learn to respect people's opinion at all times. Never see yourself as incorrigible.
when you respect people, they will respect you.

10)WHAT DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SAY SORRY: when you hurt someone, try an fill sorry for yourself. learn how to apologize, how much will it cost you to say 'i am sorry'.

11)ACCEPT ONE FACT: THE SAME GOD OF THE MOUNTAIN IS THE SAME GOD OF THE VALLEY. SO EXPECT THE TWO EXPERIENCES: THE VALLEY AND THE MOUNTAIN EXPERIENCE. IF YOU ARE ONLY DREAMING OF MOUNTAIN ALONE, THEN, YOU ARE NOT A TRUE CHAMPION.
However, it is better you experience the valley first before the mountain. No wonder, the psalmist said that though i walk through the valley of shadow of death, i will fear no evil for thy ROD and thy STAFF comforted me. what is the function of the rod? the rod is to correct and shapen us to God's standard while the Staff is to comfort us. SO DON'T ALWAYS THINK THAT ALL YOU WILL EVER HAVE IS THE MOUNTAIN. EXPECT THE VALLEY ALSO.

THINK WELL OF OTHER PEOPLE

There were addages in yoruba language which said: "Arigi segi to segi, ori ara re lo fin gbe", "owo ti ogede ba gbe ara re lo fin nna", " eni da eru ni eru n to" meaning:"the tree cutter (this is like a huge insect) that saw a tree and cut it, will surely carry it with its own head", "the hand that a banana branch lifted up, will always be the hand that will beat it" and finally,"whosoever splash an ash will surely be covered with it". the anglophones completed it this way:"the people you meet on your way going up is the same people you will meet on your way down".

you don't need to always be thinking well of yourself alone and evil of other people. i was in the front of High court one day to sworn my affidafit for declaration of age and what happened really baffles me. as i was swearing, i suddenly look back to see a guy falling inside the drainage system, and i saw another guy laughing uncontrollably saying,"olorun mu e" meaning, "you deserve it". i then pursed to ask that guy why; only for him to tell me that he too had fallen inside the drainage system and so he was the one who deliberately placed the trap for other people just because he too had fallen inside it. that is the spirit of most people.

don't say because you fell down so you must plan other peole's downfall as well.
even when you are down, think of a way of raising other people up. who knows? it might be one of those people you helped today that God will use for you tomorrow.

remember, if you point a finger on somebody else's, the rest of your fingers will always point back at you.

think well of other people. don't be selfish but be centrist. think globally but act locally. God bless you as you obey.

LEARN HOW TO GIVE

givers never lack is the common saying as an addage as all of us know. why do God emphasize the attitude of giving? i want you to know that everything in life works with principle, if you obey it, it works for you.
sometimes we keep on praying everyday, everynight on such things that only requires our obedience. thanks to the word of God, no wonder God said, obedience is better than sacrifice. if you want God to give you money, give money out to people. how can you give money out to people? you give those people that needs your help most. you see someone who has just gained admission he doesn't have any money to further-in, and you as somebody you have the capacity to help the person, the people comes to you and what you could do is to send them away or asked them to kneel down to be prayed for. prayer cannot solve everything, all we need to do is to obey divine order. give the men of God, as you give them, know that you are sowing a seed and a time is coming when that seed will germinate and bring forth fruit. however, don't forget that that seed will have to die first before it germinate, so you have to be patient enough in waiting for the reward.
you must also give your tithes. this is the greatest of all the commandments of giving. YOU give GOD ten percent of your increases, he blesses you the more. this he lay emphasis upon from the book of malachi chapter 3: 10.
also you can give clothes, you can give materials, you can give textbooks, you can give foods. nothing is too small, until when you hear somebody saying "it is the 50 naira bread that this brother/sister bought for us yesterday that sustain us". nothing is too small to give. you can also give smile to people when they need it, i mean when they were depressed, they need your smile to be lifted up again.
you can also give prayer, pray for people. remember, if you point one finger to others, the rest four fingers is pointing back to you.
if you need children, be generous to the motherless baby and the orphans. visit them, give them gifts. if you are sick, go to the hospital, take care of the sicks, and you will surprise that God will lift all your burdens.
GIVE TO THE LORD YOUR PRAISE, YOUR WORSHIP AND ALL YOUR HEART. AND YOU WILL BE SURPRISE. you don't need to be only counting on prayer and fasting, obey divine principle and you will be surprised that you will lack nothing.
God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory, but that is only if you also give out to people. remember what jesus said in the book of matthew 25: 39-44. KNOW THAT EVERY GOOD THING YOU DO UNTO OTHERS, YOU DID IT UNTO GOD.
so do unto others as you will want them to do unto you.

BE OBEDIENT

Obedience, they say is better than sacrifice. the case of Saul was a clear example. you need to obey God, no matter how. although sometime you need to be stubborn indeed. however, obedience will always surpase any stubborness.

i remember the case of a woman named 'madam balloon'.
when God told her to leave her profession being an accountant then, it was like, 'do this God know what he was saying. she prayed and prayed and prayed! but God never change it. she obeyed at last and today she is one of the leading ballon manufacturer according to the order of the spirit.
when God speaks sometimes, it would always be as if God is crazy. but thanks to Paul who said 'the foolishness of God is wiser than all the wisdom of men'.

also obey your parents and your elders especially your parents in the lord which includes your pastors, prophets and the rest.
also remember the case of ballam and ballak. disobedience almost cost ballam his whole life! but thanks to God that shows mercy.

EXERCISE LOVE

From the outset of the creation, we all knew that as a result of man's insurbodination, an enmity became viable between God and man. yet upon all these God never leave us alone, he still tries his best to lift us higher. he sent Jesus, his only begotten son to die for us in order to reunite us with his highest glory above.

christ too, has the power to send an angel to die on his behalf, but he never do such, rather, he left his luxurious throne in heaven above to come and died a wretched man.

you too need to love other people, knowing fully well that he who desires the prosperity of his brother will surely move God to enable his own victory.
the kind of love i am talking about isn't infatuation, nor phaeo love but agape love. the love that is always active no matter what.

if you love your neighbor, you will not laugh at him when he falls; rather you will look for a way to raise him up again.

no matter how strong you are spiritually, if you do not love your neighbor, you will not prosper. knowing fully well that he who destroys other people to rise up shall surely meet their own downfall on their way going down.

remember people like Abacha, he never escape the sword.

therefore, for you to move forward, you need to love your neighbor as yourself.

DISCIPLINE YOURSELF

THE third law we shall treat here is DISCIPLINE.
no matter how hard you work, no matter the prophecy towards your upliftment, if you don't discipline yourself, you are like a ball tossed away by winds.
then how can i discipline myself? you may ask? you need to discipline yourself in terms of what you eat, what you drink, what you say, the way you spend, the way you dress, the way you act. no matter how glorious your future is being predicted, if you don't discipline yourself you are nothing.

you need to bridle your tongue. stop eating like a glutton, stop your excessive alcohol, make your heart clean and surely you shall move foward.
