दीया मिर्जा को किया गया गिरफ्तार

बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस दीया मिर्जा को मुंबई के छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट पर शनिवार की सुबह गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। हालांकि बाद में उन्हें जुर्माना लगाने के बाद रिहा कर दिया गया।
सूत्रों के अनुसार दीया थाई एयरवेज की फ्लाइट से बैंकॉक से मुंबई आईं थीं। एयरपोर्ट पर मौजूद सूत्र ने बताया कि दीया जब ग्रीन चैनल से गुजर रहीं थीं तभी कस्टम अधिकारियों की टीम ने उन्हें हिरासत में ले लिया।
सूत्र ने बताया कि दीया दो लाख से ज्यादा कीमत के ब्रांडेड बैग्स व कॉस्मेटिक आइटम्स लेकर आईं थीं। इन सामानों को बिना बताए ही वे ग्रीन चैनल से निकलने की फिराक में थीं। जब अधिकारियों ने उन्हें रोक कर 50 हजार रूपए का जुर्माना लगाया तब उन्होंने शांति के साथ इसे अदा कर दिया।
सूत्र ने बताया कि दीया पर ड्यूटी शुल्क नहीं चुकाने व चोरी का मामला दर्ज किया गया व पेनाल्टी लगाई गई।

बचपन से ही हिंदी - भोजपुरी फिल्मो में कुछ करने की चाहत ने मुझे मुंबई का रास्ता दिखा दिया है | मुंबई आने से पहले मैंने पाच साल तक सिवान में थियेटर किया था वह अनुभव मेरा काम कर रहा है अभी तो मेरी शुरुआत हु |

बड़बोली आइटम गर्ल राखी सावंत वीना मलिक के खिलाफ जहर उगल रही हैं। वीना को शादीशुदा बताते हुए राखी ने रिएलिटी शो के दर्शकों को बेवकूफ बनाने का आरोप लगाया है। सुर्खियों में रहने वाली वीना मलिक रिएलिटी शो के जरिए शादी करने की तैयारी कर रही हैं। आइटम गर्ल राखी सावंत ने वीना पर बॉमबार्डिग करते हुए उन्हें शादीशुदा बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि वे अपने ब्वॉयफ्रेंड अश्मित पटेल के साथ रह भी रही हैं।

पिछले दिनों वीना के गायब होने की खबर को भी राखी हथकंडा बताती हैं। बकौल राखी ‘वीना बहुत ही गैरजिम्मेदार हैं। वे गद्दाफी की तरह छिप गईं और बाद में बीमारी का बहाना करने लगीं। आप छिपते तभी हैं जब आपके मन में चोर हो। पूरी इंडस्ट्री जानती है कि वह शादीशुदा है और इन दिनों अश्मित पटेल के साथ लिव-इन रिलेशन में रह रही हैं। मुझे समझ नहीं आता कि ऐसी महिला से शादी करने कौन से दूल्हे आ रहे हैं।’ राखी बताती हैं ‘पाकिस्तान में उनकी शादी को लेकर पुख्ता तथ्य हैं।

हाल ही में उन्होंने एक मैगजीन में न्यूड फोटोग्राफ छपने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की। कानूनी दस्तावेजों में भी उन्होंने स्थानीय निवास के विकल्प पर अश्मित के घर का पता लिखा है।’ राखी ने केस से जुड़े दस्तावेज भी दिखाए। गायब होने की खबर के बाद फिर मिल जाने के बाद वीना ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस का आयोजन किया। इसपर भी नाराज होकर राखी ने कहा ‘क्या वे मीडिया के साथ अपने वापसी का जश्न मनाना चाहती हैं?’ राखी इसे वीना का पब्लिसिटी स्टंट कहती हैं। गौरतलब है कि राखी भी इसी शो के जरिए जीवनसाथी की तलाश कर चुकी हैं।

मेरी नकल कर रही हैं कैटरीना- वीना के साथ राखी ने इस बार कैटरीना कैफ को भी कटघरे में खड़ा किया है। वे कह रही हैं ‘फिल्म ‘अग्निपथ’ का गीत ‘चिकनी चमेली’ बहुत अच्छा है। कैट ने डांस भी बहुत अच्छा किया है लेकिन इसमें कुछ नया नहीं है। मैं इस तरह के डांस कई बार कर चुकी हूं।’

एक अवॉर्ड फंक्शन में आई राखी ने कहा ‘मेरा आइटम सांग ‘देखता है तू क्या.’ को उन्होंने ‘शीला की जवानी’ में कॉपी किया था। चिकनी चमेली के लिए भी उन्होंने मुझे ही फॉलो किया है। लगता है कैटरीना मुझे बहुत पसंद करती हैं। मुझे फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि कोई मेरा लुक कॉपी करके डांस भी मेरी ही तरह करे

Fears that porn stars are at risk of Aids has forced the shutdown of the world’s biggest production centre for X-rated movies after a performer tested HIV positive.

Studios in Los Angeles yesterday agreed to stop filming while more tests are carried out on actors after the unnamed star was found to have the sexually transmitted disease during a routine examination.

It comes just weeks after campaigners launched a petition to change the city’s law and force adult movie actors to wear condoms.

The crusade is being led by former star, Derrick Burts, who last year contracted HIV, which causes Aids.

The $14billion-a-year industry also faces a testing crisis after the service screened actors’ blood for more than a decade closed in May after being sued for allegedly revealing private medical information.

Responsibility for the 30-day testing programme has been shifted from the AIM Medical Associates to the porn industry’s trade group, the Free Speech Coalition.

Last month, the group-operated Adult Performer Health and Safety Services launched a new testing database, which is designed to provide porn producers and agents with access to results from numerous testing facilities.

The new system will show only whether performers are available for work, not their specific test results, as AIM had done.

But, casting doubt on the robustness of the industry’s voluntary testing arrangement, FSC director Diane Duke admitted it would be at least another month before the database is fully functional.

Also complicating the issue, it emerged that the HIV-positive star, whose age, name and gender have not been revealed, was tested at an out-of-state facility.

Miss Duke said the unspecified centre ‘that does not appear to have protocols or procedures in place for medical follow-up.’

In response yesterday, all of LA’s porn producers, including those at well-known studios such as Hustler Video and Evil Angel, agreed to the temporary shutdown.

The FSC is now notifying actors known to have had sex with the potentially infected star so they could get tested, she said.

‘Retesting and confirmation is underway as is the process of identifying and testing first- and second-generation partners,’ Miss Duke told the Los Angeles Times.

‘Until we know for sure, we've asked the industry to have a moratorium on production.’

Yesterday, California and LA County health officials said they had not received any reports of new HIV cases among adult performers.

Current voluntary standards adopted by the porn industry in California mean adult film performers must be tested every 30 days and show proof of a negative test before they perform.

AIM officials, who opened the Sherman Oaks-based clinic in 1998, had been criticised for opposing condom use in porn films and insisting that frequent tests could protect performers from HIV.

They continued to defend their position even after performer Mr Burts tested HIV-positive at one of its clinics last year.

The star has since joined an effort by the Los Angeles-based Aids Healthcare Foundation to get a measure placed on the city's June 2012 ballot that would require LA adult film performers to use condoms in order for porn filmmakers to obtain film permits.

If they obtain at least 41,138 qualifying signatures on a petition by December 23, voters will have the chance to force the munincipal government to adopt the law.

If they succeed, it will be the first time the issue would come before voters.

Aids Healthcare Foundation President Michael Weinstein said the latest HIV case shows why testing is not an adequate substitute for condoms, adding that the latest reported infection shows an ‘outrageous disregard for the health and safety of performers and the community at large.’

He also called on Los Angeles city officials to take an additional step to the voluntary moratorium and pull all adult film permits until they can require performers to use condoms.

FHM magazine पर छपे अपने फोटो से वीना ने इंकार कर दिया है वह कहती है उसने कभी नंगे फोटो खिचवाये नहीं है | FHM magazine पूरा दावा कर रही है उसके पास सबूत है वीना के फोटो असली है |

वीना के घरवालो ने भी किनारा कर लिया था | वीना के मेनेजर प्रतीक के अनुसार वीना डिप्रेस और लो फील कर रही थी |

After watching The Dirty Picture, KJo seems to have found a new muse in Vidya Balan

For many years now, producer-director Karan Johar has maintained that Kajol is the best actor in the industry. He has always tried to cast her in every film that he directed. If for some reason she couldn’t do film, he ensured that she at least made a cameo appearance as he considered her to be his good luck charm. But it seems like Johar has found a new actor to go gaga over after watching Milan Luthria’s The Dirty Picture. Johar, who recently saw the film at a special screening, was super impressed with Vidya Balan’s portrayal of the temptress in the film. He even made a sweeping statement on Twitter: “Every mainstream actress needs a grand lesson from Vidya Balan on how to submit and give your heart and soul to a role…she is beyond words!” He further added, “Her performance in DIRTY PICTURE is by far the bravest and best performance I have seen of any actor in years….she is the benchmark!!!” Appreciating the effort put in by the makers, he tweeted, “take a bow team balaji!!! Super film!!! Rajat’s brilliant dialogue…milan’s nuanced and superb control over the plot…dirty picture rules!” Commenting on The Dirty Picture producer Ekta Kapoor, KJo said, “Ekta has truly emerged as a producer with a commercial perspective and yet breaking ground vision….more power to her!!!” Well, we have no doubt that Vidya has given a bravura performance, and that Karan’s remarks are completely sincere, but we just hope that he hasn’t upset his favourite heroines by making this kind of sweeping comment!

it's all about getting the sequel to the theatres first. Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi are both vying to get the sequels to their respective children's flick in place. Fast. We don't know if Vivek Oberoi was inspired by Salman Khan to produce a children's film. But the two stars who love to hate one another, are now locked in a battle to the finishing-line with their two prized products for children. Vikas Bahl's Chillar Party which was co-produced by Salman and Mangesh Hadawale's Dekh Indian Circus which was co-produced by Vivek Oberoi are locked in a strange and unexpected fight to the finish. Though Chillar Party was completed and released much before Dekh Indian Circus, the two films have been competing for the same eyeballs in different parts of the world. The climactic flourish for both the films was at the just-concluded International Children's Film Festival in Hyderabad where both Salman and Vivek's films won top awards.
