Though he has lost the first round, President Obama has pledged to press the fight for more gun control. The definitive persuasive arguments contained herein are written in anticipation of the governments continued efforts to dismantle the 2^nd Amendment. This article contains 10 irrefutable points against more gun control which are based in Common Sense, Natural Law, Baser Instincts and Constitutional Rights.

Before anything else is said, let us acknowledge the loss of innocent lives as the infuriating tragedy that it is. Further, let us vigorously express our empathy and sympathy for the survivors and the loved ones of the victims and pledge to hold the perpetrators accountable.

That having been said, this writer finds it first necessary to take the time to summarize 7 historically accurate points to lay a foundation for common ground, mutual understanding and feelings of unity among rank and file Americans aka WE THE PEOPLE. Too often, WE THE PEOPLE are divided on any particular issue on the basis of political party affiliation.

This writer asserts that WE THE PEOPLE can establish a foundation of common ground, mutual understanding and unity by making ourselves aware of the history of Tyranny and Natural Law on this planet.

Every American should use the information and concepts contained within these 7 historical points to assess not only the gun control issue, but every political issue that comes before them. Within the parameters of these 7 points, every single rank and file American will find they are less vulnerable to being manipulated against their own best interests by the “Powers that Be”. By adhering to the perspective of the world outlined herein, WE THE PEOPLE will find the greatest common ground, mutual understanding and unity. In so doing, WE THE PEOPLE can stop being divided and conquered by those who seek to manage and manipulate us like livestock for their own personal gain.

Fiscal TAR success! Wisconsin gives citIzens internet access to its checkbook

As this writer's regular readers are aware, this writer has pressed for Fiscal TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) since the Summer of 2009. Wright County Minnesota refused to adequately respond to this writer's request for County financial information. Said information is supposed to be a matter of public record. This request was prompted by large Property Tax increases in a short few years. The limited and poorly formatted fiscal information the County finally provided was only after prolonged and repeated requests as well as a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) demand. My full requests have yet to be provided. What happened to Government Transparency?

Among the snotty explanations County Apparatchiks provided was they did not have to provide the data in a usable format. This writer's request that Wright County just post their budget, actual revenues and actual expenditures on the internet was met with recalcatrant laughter. The Minnesota State Auditor, Attorney General as well as State and Federal Legislators were unwilling or unable to help.

In response to thus situation, in 2010 and 2012 this writer proposed the following Caucus Resolutions and Legislation in Minnesota:

All Minnesota Municipalities (Counties, Cities, Schools, etc.) are required to post their budgets and actual expenditures and revenues on the internet In terms understandable by the average high school graduate with no aggregates greater than $100.00.
That said records shall be maintained on the internet for 10 years and be easily downloadable to fully functioning spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel
June 2011 - Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, Pro-Wresting & the US 2 Party System 2/2 (see Heading "Financial Reform" http://goo.gl/pu38d

I suggested they should post it all on the internet in a format the lay person could understand but that has not happened either.

Jan 2011 - TEA PARTY - Planning the 2nd Enlightenment Part 2b of 3 (see heading, "Rise of Modern Feudalism")
I ask each of my fellow citizens to ask all State Senator, Representative and Gubernatorial Candidates to support legislation requiring all municipal governments from this point forward to post and maintain on the internet the last 5 years of their budgets and actual expenditures. I call for this information posted in laymans terms with no aggregated amounts exceeding $100 dollars.

As this writer’s regular reader’s are aware, we began 2013 with our proposed apolitical “Political Boot Camp” New Year’s Resolutions. Natural Law, Natural Rights, Divine Right of Kings, Consent of the Governed and the Enlightenment. To help us share a common perspective to evaluate experiences and data we encounter, we must each study, abide by and evaluate our experiences in the context of Natural Law.

Once the reader gets past the “America the Ugly” dialogue, you come upon an attempt to Turn Natural Law into a matter of religion. And anyone who can see a few moves ahead, can anticipate that this is an attempt is to prevent Natural Law cannot be taught in the Schools.

The words “Law of Natural” aka Natural Law and “Unalienable Rights” appear in our Declaration of Independence. Our Bill of Rights itself is the reduction to writing of certain Natural Law Rights. In fact, at one point it was argued that these Certain, Unalienable Natural Law Rights were so obvious, that there was no need for a Bill of Rights.

2013 New Year’s Resolutions Provoked by Election 2012

Let us begin with best wishes to all of my readers in this New Year of 2013.

This writer has purposely not written much regarding politics since this past November 6th, 2012 to gain perspective on the best direction in which this Country should proceed.
After the election, this writer was very disappointed when he heard the same old rhetoric, issues and political dogma once again emerge as the dominate manner of political discourse.

Further, regardless of who they voted for, a large number of voters were not happy with choices they had to select from for President and other offices. These choices were forced upon them by the Establishment of both major parties.

Liberty died a little bit more this year as both major political parties decided to abandon the Rule of Law and resurrect the political philosophy known as the Divine Right of Kings.

In the Republican party, we saw the GOP Establishment stack the rules committee to pass rules that make grassroots participation even more difficult;
In the Democratic Party, we saw the Democrat Establishment blatantly lie about the outcome of a vote regarding the mention of God and Jerusalem in their platform.

These two Un-American acts by both major political parties demonstrated to Americans of every political stripe that our political parties no longer represent us but rather manage us like livestock. When their duplicity fails, they resort to the philosophy of “Might makes Right”.

With so much money and power aligned against WE THE PEOPLE, it is difficult to know where to start. But start somewhere we must.

This writer has concluded that WE THE PEOPLE must take on the role in framing the issues of future elections instead of allowing the 2 major parties and the press to do so.

The Minnesota Courts have finally committed such an outrageous and undeniable act of tyranny, that even the most disinterested and skeptical of Minnesota citizens are forced to acknowledge it as an act against public policy and the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE. Even those persons most loyal to the Minnesota Judiciary recognize this act as creating “case law” that is an unmistakable departure the “Rule of Law” and every citizen’s Natural Law Right to “Due Process”.

MINNESOTA LAWYERS NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED

TO TREAT THEIR CLIENTS ETHICALLY

In the secret, unpublished, clandestine Appellate Court Ruling of Fabian, et. al v Vollkommer MN A10-1205 (http://goo.gl/da5cy )the Minnesota District, Appellate and Supreme Courts have ruled that Minnesota lawyers do not have the legal requirement to treat their clients ethically. Paraphrasing a portion of the ruling, the Minnesota District, Appellate and Supreme Court ruled that the “Minnesota Lawyers’ Code of Professional Conduct is not an implied covenant in any legal services contract between a Minnesota Lawyer and their client”.

Under the Signature of Chief Justice Gildea, the Minnesota Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal of ruling that shatters the Rule of Law in Minnesota and voids every citizen’s Natural Law Right to Due Process.( http://goo.gl/alqA6 ) (Chief Justice Lorie Skjevern Gildea was appointed by Republican Governor Tim Pawlenty in 2006)

For most citizens, in matters of law it is of paramount importance that their counsel’s duty to treat them ethically be held inviolate. The laws have unnecessarily yet deliberately been written in a convoluted and complex manner that few common citizens can hope to understand., let alone represent themselves in a court of law. By acts imperceptible to the average citizen, their own lawyer can determine the outcome of a case by, for example, failing to put evidence on the official record or allowing the other party to put evidence on the record that would appropriately be objected to. These and other “maneuvers” that can almost invisibly influence the outcome litigation demand that lawyers be legally bound to treat their clients ethically, lest they be tempted by bribe, political consideration or pressure of a judge to do otherwise.

Sans any legitimate reason being provided by the Minnesota Judiciary, can their be any doubt as to the intent of this A10-1205 ruling. That intent being to allow lawyers to “legally” collude with judges and other lawyers to fix the outcome of Court Cases?

ELECTION 2012 – PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE QUESTIONS THAT MATTER

As this writer looks out over the political landscape, he is amazed at how irrelevant the content of commercials and debates really are.

The debates seem to be scripted and choreographed in a style fashioned after TV’s Professional Wrestling. Except that Pro Wrestling is little more than relatively harmless entertainment, while these presidential debates are supposed to provide facts and substance upon which American voters can make reasoned voting decisions. Edward Bernays himself would be proud at the scripted and choreographed manipulation of Public opinion into which the debates have devolved. http://goo.gl/2bnKo - http://goo.gl/RIEXU - http://goo.gl/wpMnq .

Not satisfied to allow the American Public be manipulated by the one and only one ruling class pretending to be two political parties, this writer has compiled his list of Debate Questions that should be asked, but won’t. This writer energetically requests his readers to seek answers to these questions from not only the presidential candidates but from every appropriate elected official running for a political office that for which they can cast a vote. Please do not allow the 2 major political parties to define the issues important for this election. Determine what issues are important for yourself, and ask question to inform yourself so you can cast your vote in a manner consistent with your own personal best interests.

DEBATE QUESTIONS THAT MATTER

To begin with, How about we stick to current, pressing issues & not get distracted by social issues that haven’t been resolved in 50+ yrs

Where do individual citizen’s rights come from?

In your opinion, how much has corruption contributed to the current crisis that America is facing?
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, how would you rate the corruption of our Federal
Government?

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, how would you rate the corruption of our Federal Judiciary?

Should the anti-Congressional Insider Trading Bill be redrafted and re-passed to take out the exclusion of wives, children, parents and siblings from prosecution? In other words, so insider trading applies to politicians in the same way it applies to the rest of rank and file America?

Former US Supreme Court Judge O’Connor says criticizers of SCOTUS are uneducated

Former US Supreme Court Judges says the darnedest things. This writer has stewed on a comment made by former Judge Sandra Day O’Connor at the end of July 2012 and just can no longer keep himself from responding to her tripe.

In the past year, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has issued 2 or more highly questionable rulings. The first being the unlimited campaign contributions (aka Corporations are people too) and the second being Obamacare.

About a month after the infamous Supreme Court Obamacare Ruling Former US Supreme Court Judge Sandra Day O’Connor asserted in various snobbish/elitist legal news venues that persons who criticize the

Supreme Court’s rulings just need to be educated. In particular, she indicated rank and file Americans who question SCOTUS need to be educated in civics and the role of the judiciary.

The inference being that WE THE PEOPLE are a bunch of uneducated hicks unable to understand the basis of SCOTUS rulings and fundamental right and wrong. “It’s unfortunate because I think comments like that demonstrate only too well a lack of understanding some of our citizens have about the role of the judicial branch,” she said…..

Before anything else is said, this writer states he never accused US Supreme Court Chief Justice John “Humpty Dumpty” Roberts of being a traitor to the Court. Humpty Dumpty (http://goo.gl/pQFlN Chapter 6) Roberts is a traitor to the Constitution and the Vision the Founding Father’s had for this Country. That vision including maximum individual liberty and maximum individual self-sufficiency. Liberty and tyranny is a Zero Sum game. Every gain in authority by the government must necessarily result in the loss of liberty for the individual. All SCOTUS has done with these recent rulings is reduce the liberty of the individual.

That having been said, this author must ask, what civics “education” does Ms. O’Connor mean?

Does she mean the propaganda laden indoctrination in civics for young folks?... with the false representation that the US Judicial System makes careful decisions using the Rule of Law properly applied to the freely admitted, relevant facts in evidence? And that, therefore, the decisions of any Court, but especially the US Supreme Court are beyond questioning? Or,

Does she mean the carefully guarded secret that the US Judiciary doesn’t make decisions pursuant to the Rule of Law, but in reality has reverted to the Divine Right of Kings http://goo.gl/Widfa and will ruthlessly crush any citizen that dares to criticize or expose the corrupt judiciary for what it really is?

Former Supreme Court Justice O’Connor, can you please elaborate on what you mean?

Ms. O’Connor, WE THE PEOPLE are not stupid. Even an uneducated person can usually deduce for themselves when they are being cheated, lied to, “handled” and treated with duplicity. The Internet is blowing the lid off the dirty little secrets of the US Judiciary. WE THE PEOPLE are campaign notes on our experiences with the US judiciary. After 3 days of trial and 4 plus hours of deliberation, a Hennepin County, Minnesota jury found organic egg farmer Alvin Schlangen not guilty of 3 misdemeanors. Those charges being 1) selling unpasteurized milk, 2) operating without a food license and 3) handling adulterated or misbranded food. http://goo.gl/3I1Eq
In this article, we will discuss:

This writer grew up on a dairy farm, so this issue is of particular interest to him. Further, this writer’s father owned and operated a bulk milk route in Wisconsin that brought raw milk from the local dairy farms to the local Dairy Cooperative, now known as Foremost Farms. And, finally this writer has been heavily involved in the Judicial TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) Movement. These experiences provide this writer with a unique perspective to offer his readers.

This issue really comes down to Big Food trying to protect its financial interests from smaller food producers and cooperatives. Through campaign contributions and other consideration, Big Food has been able to machinate restrictive legislation into place and then cause the legal system to expand this legislation beyond its original intent. In so doing, they have “legally” driven out the competition.

It is also in the interest of a tyrant to keep his subjects poor, so that they may not be able to afford the cost of protecting themselves by arms and be so occupied with their daily tasks that they have no time for rebellion.... Subjects are also kept poor by payment of taxes.

MN Gov. Dayton & Judge Wilhelmina Wright – Problem with our Courts is not Judges’ skin color

Last week, Governor Mark Dayton selected Wilhelmina Wright to be the next MN Supreme Court Justice. This will make her the first black female Minnesota Supreme Court Justice. http://t.co/1FIG2InW

All of the establishment and major media hailed the Governor’s selection of Judge Wilhelmina Wright as the first black woman Minnesota Supreme Court Justice; The Minneapolis Star Tribune indicated her work history included being a Federal prosecutor, a Ramsey County Judge and a Minnesota Appellate Court Judge.

Let this writer be among the first to congratulate Ms. Wilhelmina Wright for her accomplishment.
Unfortunately, this writer takes exception to all the hoopla for this appointment when the Minnesota Judiciary is systemically corrupt. Yes, advancement of minorities is an important goal, but those litigants and defendants who have been victimized by the systemically corrupt Minnesota Judicial System, don’t really care about the skin color or the sex of the judge that ignored the rule of law. (In anticipation of the standard allegations of racism, this refers readers to Item 6 in http://bit.ly/OhjDwR “For those who have been duped into buying into racism, know that you have been played for chumps by the ruling class elite.”)

Yet, despite the current systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary, no place in the article nor anywhere else, has this writer seen Governor Mark Dayton referring to either honorability or integrity as being primary considerations in making his selection.

SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION IN MINNESOTA JUDICIARY

Why has no one addressed the systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary?

What’s that you say, Governor Dayton? You want to know, “What systemic Corruption?”

Please excuse my faux paux. This writer forgot that our Minnesota Government subscribes to the “Hear no evil, See No Evil, Speak no evil” philosophy of Government. That is, if our government refuses to hear testimony and see evidence of corruption, then corruption does not exist.

MINNESOTANS DENIED HEARING TO GIVE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE OF CORRUPTION IN THE MINNESOTA JUDICIARY FOR COMING ON 8 YEARS

Since 2005, hundreds of Minnesotans have been asking for a hearing before the Minnesota House and Senate Judiciary Committees to give testimony and evidence of corruption in the Minnesota State Judiciary. At first the Republicans said they could do nothing because the Democrats were in the majority. Therefore, Democrats got to appoint the Committee Chairs and the Committee Chair’s had absolute control of the committee agenda.

But in 2010, after the GOP was in the majority in the State Legislature, Republicans became Chairs of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees. Suddenly these same folks, who had previously said they supported Judicial TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform), couldn’t find the time to schedule a public hearing devoted to citizens giving evidence and testimony of corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary.
To document some of the evidence and testimony of these hundreds of Minnesotans, then Republican Representative Dan Severson hosted an “Ad Hoc” hearing on Corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. Mind you, this hearing was Ad Hoc, meaning it had not official standing with the Legislature.

When the government refuses to allow you to exercise your “First Amendment Right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances without fear of punishment and reprisal”, you improvise. People die, move or get worn out from the deliberate stonewalling and duplicity of both Republicans and Democrats. The Judicial TAR folks wanted to document testimony before any of these things happened to potential witnesses that had already identified. What’s that you say Governor Dayton? That’s still not enough proof of Systemic Corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary?

MINNESOTA LAWYERS NOT REQUIRED TO TREAT CLIENTS ETHICALLY

This writer can think of no greater proof of the systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary than this: In the clandestine, unpublished ruling in Fabian, May and Anderson v Volkommer MN A10-1205 the Minnesota Courts ruled Minnesota Lawyer’s do not have to treat their clients ethically.

Even though the Minnesota Judiciary considers WE THE PEOPLE uneducated rubes, this writer is confident that rank and file Minnesotans.....

Simulated Litigation means the Court reaching a decision with the appearance that it was done pursuant to the Rule of Law properly applied to the freely admitted relevant facts in evidence and in accordance with the “proper administration of justice”, but it was not. Most often this happens with the Court or the “powers that be” “telegraph” to the attorneys of the litigants the outcome they desire. The Court and the attorneys of the litigants engage in some behavior, activities or agreement that allows the Court to make the desired decision based facts in evidence. However, the lawyers of the litigants control the Facts in Evidence on the official Court record by engaging in “fact shaping”.

Fact Shaping means when the Court and the lawyers of the Court control what evidence get on the official record in a manner that will allow the Court to make the courts “telegraphed” desired decision, rather than the Court reaching its decision in accordance with the proper administration of justice defined as the Rule of Law properly applied to the nonmachinated, freely admitted relevant facts in evidence.

Telegraph or Telegraphing means certain gestures and/or phrases used between the Court and the Lawyers of Litigants to suggest a direction or course of action, often in violation of the principles of the “proper administration of justice” and the Rule of Law. Most often they are so subtle and rely upon experience as a lawyer, that the actual “civilian” litigant does not even perceive them.

Judicial Code Red – Unwritten and denied rules of the Judiciary. Among these rules are the rules that all Minnesota Judges retired in the time framer required to allow the Governor to appoint there successor. Another Code Red is the Rule that says Minnesota lawyers don’t run incumbent Minnesota Judges. Failure of a lawyer or judge to follow the Judicial Code Red rules is career limiting and may include other punishments. Judicial Code Red and the Judicial Code Red Punishments are almost always done in such a way as to be plausibly deniable as they are contrary to the Rule of Law and the public policy of the Constitutionally Limited, Representative Republic in which we live.

Republican Convention Analysis: Dawn of American Spring?

We’re Republicans Blah, Blah, Blah with Democratic Blah, Blah, Blah right on its heals

However, for those of you who fall into any of these following 3 categories, please read on:

1) Those Patriots who put loyalty to the 3 C’s (County, Constitution and fellow Citizens) before loyalty to party, please continue reading;

2) Those Patriots that feel an obligation to defend, protect and claw back the liberties and freedoms that others before us fought and died for;

3) Those Patriots who feel an obligation to restore and ensure for their children and future generations, the liberties and freedoms you have enjoyed during your life time;

4) Those who are not mindless sheep, cowering in fear of confrontation, going along to get along.

This analysis is not going to be the same old blah, blah, blah dished out by the two major parties and regurgitated by the major media. We are going to do some outside the box thinking and explore the internet for an uncensored and unscripted perception of reality held by average Americans.

In the course of this article, we are going to talk about 3 major points:

1) Disenfranchisement;
2) Illusion of “Business as usual”;
3) American Spring

1) DISENFRACHISEMENT

The major media touched on the issues of RNC rules changes. They attributed these to the Romney campaign. This writer believes the GOP Establishment had as much a hand in this rule change duplicity as did Candidate Romney. This author contends the GOP Establishment’s intent with these rule changes was to repress, suppress and oppress a chorus of voices that have risen within the Republican Party. A chorus of voices that challenge the corrupt, duplicitous status quo of the Republican Establishment (and Democrat Establishment)

This new chorus of voices is composed of Ron Paulers, the Liberty Movement and the TEA Party movement. These new voices have recognized the duplicity of the Republican Establishment and aim to “take back the party”. The Republican Establishment, quite predictably, likes the status quo and the power it has under the current status quo.

The TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) that these various conservative groups espouse is challenging the status quo and the Power of the Republican Party elite. The GOP Establishment, therefore, is doing whatever it can to maintain their power and the status quo.

But these new conservative groups trying to squeeze into the Republican Tent, represent a major change and quandary fro the Republican Elite. In the past, the rank and file membership was more naïve, malleable and unorganized. The Republican Establishment was taken off guard and frightened by the prospect of an uncertain outcome to the convention. And the GOP Establishment determined it would not risk what it saw as “chaos” . The GOP elite would not allow these new voices demanding TAR a chance to speak, nominate their candidates and/or press their agenda. The GOP Elite determined it would avoid what it saw as potential chaos, by bypassing the troublesome delegates by changing the rules.

And in the angst of the moment the Republican Establishment and Candidate Romney made a huge mistake and missed an opportunity. The GOP Establishment’s first counter measures of “stealth” rule changes and pure “Might makes Right”, have led to distrust and reduced credibility from those within this new chorus of voices.

The machinations of Candidate Romney and the GOP Establishment have disenfranchised a large portion of TAR supporters and alerted other previously unaware conservatives, of the duplicity of the Republican Establishment.

Whoever was responsible, whether it was Candidate Romney or the Republican Establishment or both, failed to recognize the consequences of and the opportunity presented by a “messy”, un-orchestrated convention.

Through the chaos of free speech, free debate and free elections comes....

Wright County MN Residents to replace 4 of the 5 Commissioners

Tired of the corruption and lack of fiscal transparency of the Good Ole Boys, Wright County Residents will see at least 4 new faces on the 5 person County Commission Board.

Regular readers of this writer’s column will recall a series of articles from 2009 regarding the Wright County Board refusing to provide financial information which is supposed to be public record. After seeing his property taxes triple, enough was enough.

Then Board Chair Pat Sawatske and County Attorney Tom Kelly refused to provide all of the information. This writer was forced to guess the format of the data. (Make sure credit is given to behind the scenes Maestro, outgoing Commissioner Dick Mattson) And once this writer determined some of the data was in Lotus and some was Excel, he was again forced to demand the password. Only then did this writer find the data in an unusable format. The Columns were locked so no arithmetic functions could be used to analyze the little data I did get. Wright County Government even ignored a Freedom of Information Act and said “sue us”. And this writer still does not have all the data he requested nor in any semblance of a usable format. All this writer ever wanted to do was post Wright County Government Financial information on the internet in a format every Wright County Resident could easily see and understand on the internet. In this way every resident of Wright County could act as an auditor. (But never forget that we did learn that after 1 year on the job, Wright County Government Employees get 35 paid days off each year)

Obviously, Wright County Government has something to hide.

Wright County Residents got the message and the August 14, 2012 primary result provides virtual certainly of at least 4 new faces on the 5 person Board.

Four of the five Wright County commissioner seats were vigorous contests, and Wright County residents will welcome 4 new faces to the total of 5 County Commissioners.

Redistricting saw 2 incumbents battling to stay on the Board. They were Incumbent Rose Thelan and Incumbent “No Fiscal Transparency” Pat Sawatzke. They will face off in the November election.

In District 5, current commissioner and behind the scenes Maestro Dick Mattson did not get enough votes to be in the top two positions on the November ballot.

Only the 2 top vote-getters in each district will be on the November ballot.

2 More Senators Oppose CRPD

As of August 10, we could only name 11 senators we can count on to oppose ratification of the United Nations’ Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, a human rights treaty that will set a dangerous new standard for government intrusion into families. Since then, we have seen responses from two more whom we would consider strong friends on this issue. We still have a very long way to go to reach the 34 needed to halt ratification, but it is a good start. Thank you for contacting your Senators and sending us their responses!

Yesterday, we spotted a news story out of New York state about a family threatening to sue their local elementary school for including in the music curriculum such songs as “Michael, Row the Boat Ashore,” because the songs reference God. So we posted it to our Facebook fan page with a reference to Parker v. Hurley, the Massachusetts case wherein the judges essentially told the Christian parents who opposed classes on same-sex couples, “If you don’t like the curriculum, pick a different place to educate your kids.” Why not visit us to see where the discussion went from there, and weigh-in with your own opinion as well?

Those who follow this writer, long know he has been involved in the Judicial TAR Movement. (TAR = Transparency, Accountability and Reform) For 20+ years, since this writer 1^st experienced Judicial Corruption in the Courts of Minnesota, this author has sought Judicial TAR. Until the advent of the interent, those efforts were largely ineffective. However, since about 2004, the internet has allowed this writer to contact and share experiences and formulate strategy to cause judicial reform.

But, as this writer’s readers know, the Minnesota State House and Senate Judiciary committees have refused to allow 100’s of Minnesota a hearing at which they could provide evidence and testimony of judicial corruption. Worse, they have unlawfully and unconstitutionally punished and retaliated against perceived leaders of the judicial TAR movement. In effect, for coming on 8 years the Minnesota House and Senate Judiciary Committees have denied WE THE PEOPLE our 1^st Amendment Right to Petition the Government for redress of Grievances without fear of punishment nor reprisal.

Finally, the Judicial TAR movement has coalesced into action. With the coming of the film, Lawless America - The Movie, the general public will see the evidence and testimony of average fellow citizens who have experienced monetary loss, heart break and deprivation of their Natural Law and Declaration of Independence Right to the Pursuit of Happiness. With this movie, we shall expose the corruption and abuse of power of the courts, politicians and law enforcement for all to see. And then use the will and force of Public Opinion to force the necessary reforms demanded by the Judicial TAR movement.

1st Amendment Right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances

As many of you know, this writer been on the forefront of seeking Judicial and Fiscal TAR(Transparency, Accountability and Reform) in the State of Minnesota.

On most occasions involving the minutia regarding these efforts, this writer has chosen to write in other professional publications and websites. With regard to litigation related to this Judicial TAR efforts, this writer’s preference has been to post on JDSupra.com, which specializes in the legal profession.

However, an event has occurred which this believe warrants widespread distribution and repudiation and merits being written as a story for the general public.

This writer has been posting on JDSupra.com for more than a year. JDSupra.com closed this writer’s entire account after he posted his FRAP 35/40 Petition regarding the unlawful and unconstitutional punishment and reprisal he is receiving for being perceived as one of the leaders of 100’s of Minnesotans. 100’’s of Minnesotans who have been seeking since 2005 to Petition the Minnesota State House and Judiciary Committee’s for Redress of Grievances. 100’s of Minnesotans who wanted to give evidence and testimony of corruption in the Minnesota State Judiciary. The JDSupra link to the article which was up for a few days is:

Now, on its face, there is nothing wrong with a private publication deciding not to publish 1 article… but why would they remove an entire year’s worth of this writer’s articles. What are they or someone else afraid of?

The event becomes even more sinister looking when JDSupra.com refuses to answer any written request via email or Twitter for an explanation of the dramatic event of removing this writer’s entire account and all of his long running postings. Apparently JDSupra.com has something to hide.

When a publication refuses to provide any response to why it killed an article, let alone an entire series of a writer’s articles, it smacks of censorship. And if it was ordered by a Court or Government Agency, it sounds like a violation of the 1st Amendment Right to Freedom of the Press.

(Sorry, I was unable to get this article to all 300+ blogs and Social sites that I wanted to before the end of the 4th of July Weekend due to health and other issues)

This 4th of July and 4th of July weekend, our generation celebrates the inspired bold acts and sacrifices of our Founding Fathers. Their Declaration of Independence from the tyrannical aristocracy of England gave rise to our great nation. This same generation of Americans went on to draft our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

These documents were based the Principles of Natural Law developed during the Enlightenment and structured in such a way to attempt to make it difficult from WE THE PEOPLE from being subjected to unrestrained tyranny ever again. WE THE PEOPLE became Citizens instead of subjects. Elected officials would be known as Public Servants, and WE THE PEOPLE were to be the country’s sovereigns. Those inspired bold acts and sacrifices along with the brilliantly crafted Constitution and Bill of Rights bestowed upon WE THE PEOPLE, the freedoms and prosperity we have enjoyed for 236 years.

At the same time, our Founding Fathers vigorously warned us of the precarious nature of Liberty. Perhaps that warning is best remembered in Benjamin Franklin’s words as he was leaving the Constitutional Convention. In response to being asked “What type of Government have you given us?” Franklin responded:

A Republic, if you can keep it!

WE THE PEOPLE should be ever mindful of the precious blood and lives of the Founding Generation that our Freedoms and Country were the fruit of lest we forget or betray that generation’s great personal sacrifices.

It seems fitting, that this Fourth of July, 2012, someone of our generation should apologize to the future generations of Americans for our generation failing to heed the Founding generations warnings to be vigilant in the defense of our liberty. WE THE PEOPLE have not performed the inspired bold acts nor suffered the hardships nor made the sacrifices necessary to preserve the prosperity and liberties our Founding Fathers bestowed upon our own and previous generations of Americans through their sacrifices in blood and lives.

Some of this writer’s generation of Americans was willing to trade Liberty for security. Other Citizens were too busy to be bothered. Still others wanted just to “go along to get along” so they could just live their own lives and avoid suffering reprisals for making anyone unhappy with them. Some were not willing to accept the potential risk and retaliation for daring to challenge the systemic corruption of our time. And some of this writer’s generation, including this writer himself, let others (clandestinely and/or accidently) ineffectively lead and/or mislead the opposition to Obamacare into the complacency with suggestions of almost certain victory.
And some, like this writer himself, simply did not exert the necessary educational and persuasive effort to prevail.

Before we go further, it is often said that history is written by the winners. This apology is written from the perspective of those that lost the fight to prevent socialized medicine from being inflicted on America.
Through this writing, this writer hopes to reanimate this generation to act like freemen and demand freedom, to embrace the rigors of liberty, to cast off the duplicitous tyranny that has befallen us and re-inhabit the Vision the Founding Fathers had for this County.

APOLOGY

With so many of this writer’s generation of writer’s openly professing how much they love their children and how much they do and would sacrifice for them, WE THE PEOPLE would be remiss to not take the blame and apologize to future generations of Americans for inflicting Obamacare upon them. The wide ranging detrimental effects Obamacare will inflict on our country and future generations of Americans will be devastating and irreversible and may well result in the complete and/or effective demise of the USA as our generation now knows it.

Therefore, before this writer says anything more, I apologize and accept total personal responsibility for not working hard enough to educate my fellow citizens as to why Obamacare will endanger our country, how it will inflict great harm on future generations of Americans, and why, therefore, it must not be made law.

However, before we begin with the reasons and consequences requiring an apology to future generations of Americans, let’s take a step back. Let us examine possible events that might negate and/or mitigate the disastrous effects of Obamacare between the writing of this article and its being read by future generations.

EVENTS THAT COULD NEGATE AND/OR MITIGAGE NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF OBAMACARE

As the future consequences of Obamacare cannot be known with absolute certainty, this writer would be remiss if he did not first address events that could negate and/or mitigate this writer’s posited consequences of Obamacare.

Obamacare - How to Catch wild Hogs

(First published in October 2009)

Once upon a time a group of Aristocrats wanted to hunt some wild hogs roaming the country side.

Some wanted to do so for sport, some because they were unruly and often trespassed where the Aristocrats thought they ought not tread, and some sought to domesticate them that they might be managed for more productive purposes.

They set off to capture these wild hogs several times with poor results. Sometimes they went on foot, with horses, with swords, with dogs, with guns. They even tried traps.

But the hogs were too smart and numerous. Though Aristocrats caught some small number of hogs, the great majority escaped. Upon approach in any manner, the hogs scattered in all directions. When the dogs were sent in, they set upon on the dogs in number. And very few of the hogs were fooled by the the Aristocrats crude traps.

Yet these Aristocrats were committed to controlling, domesticating or eliminating the hogs. Then one of them devised a plan.

First they set out some corn in the forest...And the hogs feasted on the corn, for they were very fond of it.

One day the hogs came to feed on the corn and there was a single panel of fence on one side of it. With one grunt, they walked away. They would not be fooled. Something was wrong, they did not know what but they just felt something was wrong.

But as the days went by, a few fed on the corn next to the fence. After a while, seeing nothing happening to their friends, all but the few most cynical hogs began visiting the corn pile. And soon the vast majority of the hogs were visiting the corn pile and eating their fill.

And then, one day another fence showed up so there were fence panels on 2 sides of the corn. Again, the majority of the hogs resisted temptation for a few days. But when nothing happened to those that kept going, they too let down their guard and started eating the corn again. When the more suspicious and cynical hogs told them it was a trap, they dismissed them as crazy. Look, the corn is free, and nothing has happened to any of us for weeks... Nothing has happened to us so far and if it does, we still have 2 directions we can run in if anyone comes hunting for us. And life was good for the hogs... Free food in a big forest that they were free to roam whenever they pleased.

As the reader looks upon the accompanying “Political Bell Curve” Chart one Political Demographic group stands out. Based on its overwhelming proportion of the population this Demographic group represents, it logically should control the political agenda of our country… Please hold that thought.

As this writer looks out upon the political and economic landscape that is America, he struggles to make sense of it all. How can the following events and acts be reconciled with belief that we live in a Constitutionally limited, Representative Republic with two separate and independent major political parties?

Democrats, who are supposed to be the champions over the middle and lower class America, vote to bail out businesses and their wealthy owners?

Republicans are supposed to value the risk and reward Darwinism of the Free Market, yet voted to bailout failed business and business owners?

Republicans are supposed to be about the risk and reward Darwinism of the Free Market, yet voted for the stimulus bill?For three years, this writer has advanced a resolution within the Republican Party, the party of fiscal responsibility, requiring that all municipalities (cities, counties, schools, etc) post their budgets and actually spending and revenues on the internet in layman’s terms with no aggregates over $100.00. Instead of embracing this obvious fiscal transparency tool, the Republican Party of Minnesota has engaged in reprisal and various unethical acts to prevent this resolution from being made part of the Republican Platform. http://bit.ly/IgWOtd

Republicans overwhelmingly favor repeal (87%) http://bit.ly/JGnCl8 of Obamacare, yet somehow allegedly are willing to trust Romneycare Flip Flop Romney not to flip flop on State run Health care?

Republicans and Democrats vote to take away WE THE PEOPLE’s right to a speedy trial and representation under the Bill of Rights with NDAA?

The Government philosophy of “Consent of the Governed” developed out of the Enlightenment* supposedly replaced “Divine Right of Kings”, yet our US Supreme Court has restored the Divine Right of Kings with it obvious and purposeful misinterpretation of the 11th Amendment. http://goo.gl/XeOYV And neither major political party objects?

Individual Property Rights were one of the fundamental Natural Law Rights established through the Enlightenment*, yet our courts have restored Divine Right of Kings in various Court rulings. http://bit.ly/rZvrXM And, yet again, no major political party objects?

The American Judiciary and Legal system are systemically corrupt and yet the Democrat and Republican Parties actively cover up, aid and abet this systemic corruption. http://bit.ly/JBFOiB

To this writer’s mind, somehow these ironies & inconsistencies are not adequately explained by the belief in a political system where 2 independent and philosophically diametrically opposed political parties battle to represent the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE.

And with that thought in mind, this writer sought to identify a political paradigm to explain the inconsistencies the alleged 2 party political system paradigm does not logically nor reasonably explain.

Before we go further, we must establish 3 facts:

1)      The US Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights were drafted to be consistent with the concepts of Natural Law and Natural Rights Born out of the Enlightenment*;

2)      The US Government is not a Democracy. The Founding Fathers specifically founded the US as a constitutionally limited, Representative Republic. It was based this way to prevent the majority from taking from an individual or minority certain UNALIENABLE Natural Law Rights (except for criminal offenses confirmed by the Rule of Law and Due Process);

3)      We The People must work within the parameters of the US Constitution and Natural Law. Any powers not specifically enumerated in the Federal Constitution were specifically reserved for the States and/or the people.

As you might imagine, when confronted with the concept of commoners having Natural Rights, those who would be tyrants did not easily give up the power of “Divine Right of Kings”. Some countries, such as England, grudgingly incorporated the concepts of Natural Law into their ruling documents. Many countries, such as France, attempted to violently repress these new ideas and were eventually overthrown by outright violent revolution. But by no means, did any of these former and would be tyrants, give up there designs on restoring their previous positions of power.

And then came along those upstart radical American Colonists who founded an entire Nation diametrically opposed to the Government philosophy of the Divine Right of Kings. Instead it was based on the philosophy of “Consent of the Governed”.

And there the tyrants and would-be tyrants were stuck with a huge portion of a country’s population thinking they had the same rights as their elected officials, the rich and the elite.

And again we are back to “Based on its proportion of the population this Demographic group represents, logically it should control the political agenda of our country…” BUT IT DOES NOT. How is this possible?

How did this happen?

To understand what has happened, perhaps it is easiest to explain it from the perspective of the would-be tyrants.

In this new up start America, most of the old tools under Divine Rights of Kings were lost. No longer were their orders able to be based on whim without consideration of the Rights of others, the Rule of Law nor Due Process. And, freedom of religion vastly curbed the ability to bring the population to heal with religious dogma.

Suddenly the only tools left to the 1% were their wealth, knowledge, censorship and propaganda. But they were still 1% versus the 99%. The 99%, having more in common with each other than the 1%, could easily control the political agenda of the country.

The first step,artificially divide the 99%. (2 major parties)

The second step,pit the 2 halves of the 99% against each other by using......

Why the US Federal Reserve Bank System is unconstitutional and must end #ETF

A few months ago, a staffer at the Minneapolis, MN Federal Reserve Bank admitted that the private owners of the US Federal Reserve System get $25 Billion dollars per year. Please hold that thought.
The Federal Reserve Bank is unconstitutional for two reasons:

First,as it was not an enumerated power of the Federal government pursuant to the constitution, the legal basis for the first central bank (there have been several) was that it was “necessary and proper”.

A Central Bank was deemed “necessary and proper” because a stable dollar and monetary policy were deemed necessary for our new Republic. But each iteration of the American central bank before the current Federal Reserve System was dismantled. Among the reasons for the previous central banks being dismantled are; mismanagement, corruption and/or simply wild fluctuations and other problems with America’s monetary system that the Central Bank was supposed to prevent.
And, as we have seen with the current Federal Reserve Bank system, this central bank also has been unable to maintain a stable dollar and stable monetary policy.

Ergo, a private central bank is no longer “necessary and proper” as no incarnation of a US Central Bank has been able to maintain the stable dollar and monetary policy they were charged with doing.
And, as a private Central Bank is no longer “necessary and proper” and not an enumerated power of the Federal Government in the Constitution, it is no longer constitutional. Period.

Second,as if that were not enough, the current Federal Reserve Bank System is unconstitutional as it violates the 13th Amendment prohibiting involuntary servitude.

In Public School, we were all indoctrinated with the moral standard of absolute right & wrong. [e.g. Washington – I cannot tell a lie, I chopped down the cherry tree] And, we are led to believe that the vast majority of Americans, Especially our political leaders and Judges subscribe to that same high moral standard.

However, unless you have made repeated trips to the belly of the beast, you really can’t understand how our Government works (or doesn’t work). You only know politicians from handshaking, baby kissing, campaign ads and waving in parades. And of course, from what you were taught in public school.

Based on this, rank and file Americans assume that most politicians are good people with the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE at heart. And so, what this author is about to tell you may be hard to accept.

When you go into the belly of the beast and push an agenda or issue the politicians don’t like, you soon see another side of politicians. Politicians to not subscribe to, nor practice a moral standard of absolute right and wrong; Instead they practice a moral standard of “Plausibly Deniabiliyt”. In essence, if you can’t prove it, they didn’t do it.

SEQUENCE OF EVENTS

For 20 years, this writer has pursued an agenda of Judicial TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) Over the past 7 years, with the rising popularity of the internet; hundreds of Minnesotans have found other like minded individuals. We have become organized.

For these past coming on 8 years, these hundreds of Minnesotans have demanded to exercise their constitutional 1st Amendment Right to petition the Government for redress of grievances. We have wanted to give testimony and evidence of corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. The Minnesota State House and
Senate Judiciary Committee chairpersons for the now coming on 8 years have denied hundreds of Minnesotans said hearings.

Having identified this writer as one of the Leaders of the Minnesota Judicial TAR movement, various Legislatures and judges determined to engage in unlawful and unconstitutional reprisal. There intent was to demonize and discredit this writer in a similar manner of the FBI’s operation COINTELPRO against Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.:

Proposed Election 2012 Caucus Resolutions for Judicial Reform (updated & expanded) Part 2 of 2

Collectively, these Resolutions call for Judicial TAR reform Legislation. (Transparency, Accountability and Reform)

PROPOSED RESOLUTION 17

Whereas,

1)      SIMULATED LITIGATION AND FACT SHAPING SHOULD BE CRIMINALIZED;
2)      Many Judges have abandoned judgments based on the Rule of Law applied to the impartially entered facts in evidence;
3)      One form of simulated litigation and Fact Shaping, the Judge telegraphs and/or otherwise communicates to the litigant’s attorneys what result the court desires. The lawyers then put facts in evidence or prevent facts from being put into evidence in such a matter to allow the judge to make their desired judgment. This duplicitous technique gives the appearance that the judge is making the decision the judge indicated they wanted, when in fact the “facts in evidence” have been shaped and manipulated to allow that judgment. In effect the appearance of justice while being absolutely unjust.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT LANGUAGE SHOULD BE INCORPORATED INTO OUR PARTY PLATFORM TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING:

1) WE THE PEOPLE command our elected officials to draft legislation codifying and criminalize all forms of simulated litigation and fact shaping.

5) The Federal and State Judiciaries have become systemically corrupt and overly powerful to the point of tyranny.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT LANGUAGE SHOULD BE INCORPORATED INTO OUR PARTY PLATFORM TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING:

1)      A series of reforms is necessary to restore the balance of power in the system of checks, balances, transparency and accountability in the three branches of government as the Founding Fathers intended;
2)      The First of these reforms to be that all Federal and State judges are to be duly elected;
3)      The Next of these reforms to be TERM LIMITS:
4)      All Federal and State District Court Judges may serve two 4 year terms;
5)      All Federal and State Appellate Court Judges may serve an additional two 4 year terms;
6)      All Federal and Appellate court Chief Justices may serve an additional one 4 year term;
7)      All Federal and State Supreme Court judges may serve an additional two 4 year terms;
8)      All Federal and State Supreme Chief Justices may serve an additional two 4 year terms;
9)      All interim appointments shall be temporary and the temporary replacement may not run for the seat the temporarily fill at the next election for that seat.

COMMENTARY

The judicial system has betrayed the trust of WE THE PEOPLE. The Judiciary may blame their poor and unconstitutional judgments which they felt comfortable in rendering. The current methods of appointing and electing judges has failed to protect they best interests of WE THE PEOPLE because judges lacked accountability and the judges were not able to exercise self-control in the absence of accountability to WE THE PEOPLE.

1)      Judges currently enjoy a RULE OF JUDICIAL IMMUNITY;
2)      Judges were endowed with judicial immunity to prevent and avoid them from being harassed with baseless, retaliatory actions and litigation. In good faith, Judges were trusted to act honorably;
3)      With severely limited consequences for behaving badly, Judges have been unable to restrain themselves as result of this “absolute power”;

CAUCUS INVOCATION: Thank God we live in a country free of oppression?

This just past Saturday (3/10/2012) this author attended the Wright County MN BPU Convention in Buffalo Minnesota. (In a previous article, this author exhorted: Why you must attend your Caucus this year! http://bit.ly/AyRuGR aka walking the walk)

Among the items of business on the Agenda was an Invocation at about 9:30am.

As the author listened to the invocation, I heard words to this effect:

“Thank God we live in a country free of oppression.”

And this author found himself taking exception to this statement. It is not this author’s life experience that citizens of this country are free of oppression, suppression nor repression.

As the meeting continued, this author thought to himself, seeking just to go along to get along, perhaps the person giving the invocation has not been exposed to the oppression, suppression and repression that is America.

Perhaps the person who gave the invocation was merely thinking about the recent violence in Syria, Egypt, Libya and the long running oppression in North Korea. Or even China’s Tiananmen Square Tragic expression of Tyranny…

Trying to give the benefit of the doubt, the author postulated that perhaps the person who gave the invocation, was not familiar with the various kinds of oppression, suppression and repression.

But as hard as this author tried to let the statement go, something kept clawing at him to not let this misstatement stand unchallenged.

And so, in the early afternoon, this author privately asked the chair of the convention for 5 minutes as a point of personal privilege (Look it up in Robert’s Rules http://bit.ly/yjCYqc ) for 5 minutes to address the misstatement.

This request was summarily denied. The Chair stating that oppression was a matter of opinion. But this author appealed to the parliamentarian who ruled, “A point of personal privilege is always in order”

Before a pause in the proceedings occurred that this author might force the chair and floor to hear my point of personal privilege, the recalcitrant chair announced (to CYA) that the “person who wished to express a point of personal privilege could address the floor”

With that, this author stepped to the nearest mike and did address the floor. However, this author does not think he did the point justice. But given the circumstances, this author did the best he could extemporaneously.
And, therefore, this would like to take this opportunity to put my thoughts on the alleged “lack of oppression in America” to writing. So here goes.

Oppression, Suppression and Repression comes in all forms, shapes and sizes. Many think of oppression coming at the point of a gun. While that ultimately is true in all circumstances, most suppression in America is presented in such a way so as to not cause WE THE PEOPLE to think our government is bad or evil. At least not as bad or evil as WE THE PEOPLE think due to the propaganda, media bias and indoctrination regarding Oppression in Countries such as Russia (Stalin’s Purge), China (Tiananmen Square), Iraq (Hussein’s Rape Squads), and the current situation in Syria.

WE THE PEOPLE, the rank and file citizens of America like to believe the fairytales about Oppression that we were indoctrinated with in Public School, and which are later supplemented with by a compliant, duplicitous and corruption enabling major media.

This author remembers how happy, secure in his person and superior he felt in the aftermath of his indoctrination in the public schools. Superior in the knowledge that our Country’s Government was honest and trustworthy unlike all the other Government in the world, especially the Communists. Happy and Secure in my person that my government, unlike other government in the world, made decisions based on the best interests of its citizens… Ah… ignorance is most assuredly bliss.

In a peremptory attempt to ward of a public lynching, this author again states that our government, is still the best form of government in the world, despite its current issues. But WE THE PEOPLE would be remiss to not weld ourselves to the truth rather than the fiction of what our government is and isn’t.

Our current elected officials have just stopped obeying Natural Law, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and common sense. And with that peremptory attempt to reduce the possibility of this author’s spontaneous lynching out of the way, here goes:

After 25 or so Election 2012 Presidential Primary debates, this author looked forward to the #CNNDebate.

After hearing such probing questions as pizza crust preferences and favorites from among Elvis and Johnny Cash, this voter looked for to having an Election 2012 Primary Presidential Debate that finally asked the tough questions. http://huff.to/AxhvKt

CNN raised this author’s expectations when it encouraged viewers to submit there on questions and comments via Twitter.com in advance of the 2/22/2012 debate in Arizona. At last, it seemed we were on the cusp of an enlightening debate.

About this same time social issues like birth control and forcing churches to provide birth control through insurance to their employees surfaced.

And so before the debate, this author tweeted:

Proposed Election 2012 Caucus Resolutions for Judicial Reform (updated & expanded) Part 1of 2

This is a list of proposed 2012 Caucus resolutions for judicial reform. For Rank and File Americans, Party affiliation will not be a concern in endorsing these proposed resolutions. Collectively, these Resolutions call for Judicial TAR reform Legislation. (Transparency, Accountability and Reform)

We encourage you to reprint these and take them to your upcoming caucus and/or District, State and National conventions.

If your caucus has not already been held, please present any and/or all of these proposals that you agree with at your precinct caucus. (Even if you live in a primary state, there is still a caucus) If you precinct caucuses have already been held, please contact your delegates selected for the District, State and National
Conventions and ask them to submit these resolutions at that level. If you are a delegate to the District, State or Federal Convention for your party, please submit and/or support these resolutions at that level.

Again, this author believes these resolutions to be non-partisan in nature, yet essential to reestablish the role that Natural Law, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law in our currently systemically corrupt state and federal judiciaries.

At the same time, some of these proposed resolutions may not apply to your state, depending on the level of corruption that has encroached on justice in your locality. While this author will try to point out resolutions that may not be applicable to states other than Minnesota, please review each resolution for applicability to your state. Again, the progression of judicial corruption in your state may not have reached the systemic corruption in Minnesota, and therefore certain of these judicial reform platform resolutions may not be applicable to your state.

Most of these resolutions are the result of the culmination of the work of hundreds of Minnesota Citizens attempting to exercise our Constitutional 1st Amendment Right to Petition the Government for Redress of grievances for the past 7 or more years. (The Minnesota State House and Senate Judiciary Committees for 7 years have refused to allow 100’s of Minnesota Citizens a hearing to provide evidence and testimony of corruption in the Minnesota Courts.) This is this author’s “Plan B” to forcing Judicial Reform. Some of the resolutions contain links to the historic or logical explanation for the proposed resolution. If you are so motivated, rally or friends and neighbors (or other delegates at District, State and Federal Conventions) to go to your precinct caucus to press this agenda. Be prepared to hear at the beginning of District Conventions various motions to limit debate to save time. (The reality being that the status quo entrenched delegates and the political parties themselves do not want change; they want the status quo. Be prepared for resistance to these resolutions from those who benefit from the current corrupt system.)
Each of these resolutions should be able to be submitted to your caucus and/or convention as is. Some of the Minnesota Specific proposed resolutions may be adaptable to your state with simple language changes. PROPOSED RESOLUTION 1

Whereas,

Judicial decisions should be based on the Rule of Law based on the facts in evidence;
Instead, justice in American is more a matter of “How much justice can you afford?” who you know, who you can influence and/or exchange of political favors with, punishment of lawful political dissent, reward for political loyalty and the Whim of Judges. Citizens should be able to come to before the Courts and have a full, fair, impartial and just adjudication of their cases.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT LANGUAGE SHOULD BE INCORPORATED INTO OUR PARTY PLATFORM TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING:

1) Judicial Decisions must be based on Natural Law and the Rule of Law applied to the facts freely admitted in evidence;

PROPOSED RESOLUTION 2

Whereas,

1)      The legal profession was necessary at the beginning of the Country;
2)      But literacy rates have improved such that most high school graduates could represent them selves in most matters if the laws, court rules and case law were written plainly and in simple English;
3)      Lawyers often do not treat their clients ethically and current use the laws and rules to the disadvantage of their own clients;
4)      Lawyers are so expensive as to prohibit many people from hiring one;
5)      Straight forward, simple English laws and court rules compiled and collated in a few documents would allow rank and file Americans to better represent themselves and better understand the process even when they are represented by a lawyer;
6)      The current amalgam of Court rules, Case Law and Legislation are unnecessarily complex and confusing;
7)      The scattered nature of Court Rules and Case Law yields great unnecessary expense to rank and file Americans who have to pay attorneys who say they “research” the legal nuances;
8)      Case Law is full of unresolved conflicting rulings on the same subject;
9)      Case Law Conflicts allow Judges to Cite 1 Case Law Citation in one case and a difference citation in a same/similar but different case with wildly difference outcomes. This defies the intention of the “Rule of Law”.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT LANGUAGE SHOULD BE INCORPORATED INTO OUR PARTYPLATFORM TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING:

1)      That the entire legal code, court rules and case law be written in simple English so that Citizens with a high school degree that can represent themselves;
2)      That the Legislature of the State is required to undertake this task immediately and resolve all conflicts in cases law in so doing;
3)      That thereafter, every 10 years, the Legislature will meet to incorporate all interim case law in the code and resolve all conflicting case law rulings;
4)      WE THE PEOPLE propose that all State and Federal Court Rules, Case Law and Legislation be logically laid out in 5 documents:

A)     Federal Criminal Code
B)     Federal Civil Code
C)     State Criminal Code
D)     State Civil Code
E)      State Family Code

PROPOSED RESOLUTION 3

Whereas,

1)      The Natural Law Right to own Property is affirmed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights;
2)      The Condemnation of Private Property (takings) for Public Use as narrowly defined in the Constitution and 5th Amendment has been interpreted in an unconstitutional way by the US Courts;
3)      Essentially the US Courts have ruled that Government can act as kings and take property from one private property owner and give it to another private Property Ruler;
4)      These Court Rulings essentially reestablish our government philosophy as “The Divine Right of Kings;
5)      The Courts have ruled that the Government can condemn one citizens private property and give it to another private citizen or business;
6)      The Courts have ruled that Citizens cannot drink milk from a cow that they own all or party of;
7)      The United Nations Agenda 21 is yet another reassertion of the Divine Right of Kings upon WE THE PEOPLE;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT LANGUAGE SHOULD BE INCORPORATED INTO OUR PARTY PLATFORM TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING:

1) Our State and Federal Legislatures shall pass legislation condemning the property right power grab by the US Courts;
2) Said Legislation shall restore “Public Use” to it original narrow intent of the Founders.

Pirates of Publicly Funding the Minnesota Vikings Stadium

Having heard some of the criticism of his position on the public financing of professional sports, this author presents his peremptory qualifications as a football fan.

1)      In Elementary school, when whether permitted recess was roughly evenly divided between school yard foot ball and deer tag;
2)      In Junior High, during summer vacation, this author broke his hip playing sandlot football;
3)      In Senior High, this author played on the High School Football Team;
4)      In College, this author played intramural football;
5)      This author was affiliated with certain undisclosed parties that smuggled kegs into Golden Gopher football games at Memorial Stadium during college;
6)      If the this author had grown up in Minnesota, he would be a Vikings Fan;
7)      If The ViQueens had had a winning team when this author first came from Wisconsin to Minnesota for College, he would now be a Vikings fan instead of remaining a Packer fan.

Those were my thoughts.

TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY AND REFORM (TAR)

REQUIRED POSTING OF ALL MUNICIPAL BUDGETS AND ACTUAL SPENDING AND REVENUE TO ON THE INTERNET IN LAYMAN'S TERMS WITH NO AGGREGATES OVER 100 DOLLARS

Whereas, Wright County and other Municipalities refuse to make data that is suppose to be public record available to the public,

Whereas the Legislature has purposely made no provision for citizens to force municipalities to provide said information other than suing the municipality in court using their own money,

Whereas Government auditors are worthless,

Whereas our elected officials can’t seem to find the waste and fraud in government themselves,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

that the Republican Platform shall contain a plank requiring all Minnesota Municipalities (Cities, Counties, Schools, Met Council, Airport Commissions, Port Authorities etc) to

POST ALL BUDGETS AND ACTUAL SPENDING AND REVENUE ON THE INTERNET IN LAYMANS TERMS WITH NO AGGREGATES OVER 100 DOLLARS.

The fundamental understanding our US Founding Fathers had in drafting our constitution, is People under Natural Law have free will, and are not virtuous by nature. Therefore, governments must be constructed in anticipation of the nature of man. Acting on this knowledge, our Founding Fathers built into our Government and Constitution, various checks and balances.

Amongst these checks and balances were transparency and accountability. All of our problems today emanate from the slow, persistent rolling back of the checks and balances, transparency and accountability our Founding Fathers built into our Government and Constitution.
