Happiness does come from within, when your happy, your not vulnerable, or not as much. When your happy, people are attracted to you, they can sense it, you can see, feel the vibe of happiness just as much as a sad vibe.

Appreciate the small things, and push on from there. Always set yourself a target, if you don't reach it, just make sure you learn and go one better next time round. If you believe, you can achieve.

Phil Parker says Fear of failure will always stop you succeeding. Failure is nothing to fear. No one should be afraid of failure. If you strive for success, there are going to be occasional failures. If you set yourself a target and don't reach it, at least you've experienced something new - today i want you to set yourself a target - something challenging and a bit scary, and even better if it involves getting out of your pit and mixing with other people - who knows you may even make some new friends and not be so lonely - and then i want you to start doing it - hey how about running a marathon? exercise is a fantastic way to feel better about yourself

Then he said Better to appreciate what you've got than go chasing an illusory happiness. 'Happiness is as a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but which if you sit down quietly may alight upon you.' It still rings true to me. Sometimes we strive too hard to pursue happiness. There are times when it's better to sit back and realise what you have. When I do that I realise that, in spite of everything, I actually have a great life.

Girls Galore - There's more than one girl for you

Some of you may not understand this post, or the language. It was from a guy who could never settle on one girl because he believed that there were so many amazing one's out there. - S*****X

This are his words:

It's not a Disney movie.

No one said it would be easy.

There are 3 billion girls around and you want to waste your effort to the particular one? If you cut off the yellow and black ones (like I did) there is still at least 500 milion of them. If the average living rate is 75 and you want to get the ones 15-30 there is still 100 milion. If you want to stick to HB8,9 and 10's - It's at least 15 milion (let's say the beauty is not common).

If you are 20 and you will die at 100 - it's 80 years of getting with girls, so not even 30.000 days.

If you want to take it all it would mean boning 500 girls daily. And assuming that you will get older and the girls won't (the truth is that every year you will have one milion more girls to fuck). Can you handle this?

Listen, in four weeks, it can mean you have wasted 30 days of your precious life doing nothing but wasting lay chances. That means you have wasted 15.000 girls you could have had.

Enough.

Get to work and act like a man! One girl has nothing that these 15 milion girls don't. And believe me, this is a challenge.

Sometimes Life is a Dark Valley (Favourite Post)

This is probably my favourite post. This person has been through many experiences, having a loved one, and losing them.

This is what, they shared with me:

I've been on a long and hard journey since then, a trek across many mountain ranges, with dark valleys and fantastic climbs and wonderful views back across where I have come from.

So, when you are in the dark valley (where you are at the moment), first of all you can get a bit lost, you can wonder around for ages in the dark getting lost and there seems no way out and no hope and no point (like right now). It was fine in your valley when this girl was there because she had a lantern and all you had to do was focus on her and her lantern of happiness, but this was false security because now she has taken it away, you dont have a clue where you are, where to go next, you dont have a map, and its dark. So you want your girl and her happiness lantern back.

The first step is to stop wandering about in the dark thinking about not having a lantern any more. Instead LOOK UP and see the peaks surrounding you (by definition, every dark valley has peaks).

From where you are the peaks look insurmountable, but if you just keep walking and breathing, one step at a time, one day at a time, you can get there.

Of course there is an alternative which is staying in the dark valley for ever, but you once you've noticed the peaks and start focussing on them and believing you can get there, they do start to seem like the better option.

The good thing about standing at the top of your valley's peak, is its sunny up there so you can stand in the sunshine and you feel so strong like you can conquer the world and you are so proud for making the climb, you look down in valley and wonder why you stayed down there for so long, why you didnt come up here before, and the views are so good you can see whole mountain ranges ahead of you that you can conquer and you believe anything is possible now.

This is where i am now, and remember I started off in the very deep well at the bottom of the very dark valley.

So, what is the point of living - life is about the journey, and the lessons you learn on it - that is the point in living

This girl was just someone with a lantern you met on YOUR journey, she wasnt your destination though - by attempting to maintain communication you are preventing yourself from moving forward, refusing to accept that she is not the final destination, but you and she are on different journeys, you just shared a bit of the same path for a while.

If you try to get her back you will be running backwards on your journey, making no progress and even if you catch up with her, you may be following her down a path that is no good for you and you could get soo lost that way, you will never find your way back and you will not be living your journey - you can waste so many years of your life going the wrong direction - you need to break communication because you need to stand on your own two feet, climb your own mountain without her holding your hand, and find your own happiness lantern - you'll never do that if you keep running after her

Look this may all sound totally theoretical and like nonsense, I dont know, but i've been where you are, and I know for a fact that life can get better and you can find happiness, but one big lesson I learnt is that the best and realest happiness comes from the lantern inside you, not other people's lanterns. that is what will make you an attractive person, that is what will make people want to follow you, your happiness lantern and your smile on your journey, and that is the lantern that other people cant take away or put out.

The good news is you already have a happiness lantern inside you , the bad news is either its run out of batteries or you havent found the on switch (maybe you just forgot where the on switch is?)

So what you also need to do, is figure out, what turns your happiness lantern on - what makes YOU happy - (that is anything else APART FROM a girl) - when you have figured out the things that make you happy - it doenst matter what those things are or how silly or small they seem, keep doing them more and more, and soon your lantern will start to glow

She is not your personal key to your happiness - that lies within you - and once you have that, everything else will come and no one can take it away from you.

No matter how bad you feel right now, as long as you keep breathing and walking and looking up, you will look back one day from a fantastic sunny happy place

Lone Survivor

An attitude being built of never giving up that will hopefully never leave me from a book I am reading called "Lone Survivor" - Marcus Luttrell.

Background of it is, Marcus has trained ten years to be a navy SEAL, they are called into action only when things get tough and are given dangerous jobs. Woken up at four oclock in the morning everyday for four years, bed at 12 o'clock.

Best passage of the book you need to take a lesson from.

"One time during Indoc while we were out on night run, one of the instructors actually climbed up the outside of a building, came through an open window, and absolutely trashed a guys room, threw everything everywhere, emptied detergent over his bed gear. He went back out the way he came in, waited for everyone to return, and then tapped on the poor guys door and demanded a room inspection. The guy couldnt work out whether to be furious or heartbroken, but he spent most of the night cleaning up and still had to be in the showers at 4:30 with the rest of us.
I asked Reno about this weeks later, and he told me... Marcus, the body can take damn near anything. Its the mind that needs training. The question that guy was being asked involved mental strength. Can you handle such injustice? Can you cope with that kind of unfairness, that much of a setback? And still come back with your jaw set, still determined, swearing to God you will never quit? Thats what we are looking for".

Confidence

This is M******F's belief on Confidence, he has made me absorb this belief and make me work hard in every way.

After all is said and done, you will have a rock solid confidence. a real confidence. because you EARNED IT. You fucking fought HARD and WORKED for it. You built it up from scratch and no one can ever take it from you. You'll hold your head high, walk into a room, proud of yourself for how far youve come, and the hottest girl in there will have to prove to YOU that shes worth YOUR time. Shell have to work hard for your attention because youve worked hard to become who YOU are."
