Took this picture near the Vidhan Soudha, Bangalore on my Olympus point-and-shoot.

The inspiration for this photograph is Henri Cartier-Bresson's photograph of Nehru announcing Gandhi's death. I consider this photograph as the best i've seen so far, as it completely captures the mood of the setting. In short it reflects everything Nehru covered in his famous "The Light Had Gone Out" speech.

HDR

Tried using Photoshop CS3 to generate the HDR, but it crashed. Had to use Photomatix instead. Works really well, but leaves water marks. So had to use Photoshop to get rid of then.

Here's the HDR image. Not too distinguishable, but what the heck its my first attempt and my camera does not have AEB.
