How to Live to 100 & How Cliff Richard Maintains a Size 30" Waist

2011-03-19T16:34:00.001+00:00

It was extremely surprising to spot this article in the local newspaper this month on how Cliff Richard as maintained the exact same waist size from the age of 40 up to is current age of 70 at the time of writing this article. He's still a size 30" waist, I can rememeber when I was that size, I hear you say, for me that was way back in the time of secondary school at the prime age of 14 and then I discovered fast food, and that extremly slim waistline soon disappeared. How as Sir Cliff Richard acheived this goal?

Well it is from an interesting high in demand book by Dr Moashing Ni called "Secrets of Longevity - Hundred of Ways to Live to be 100" I just love it, with ideas that will help to tune up your body, for instance. "keep cancer at bay with mushrooms, lower your blood pressure with olive oil, (a favorite past time of mine)spice up circulation with cayenne & unclog your arteries with love.

Now I know why Love is the highest commandment. Marrying wisdom from the East with the latest scientific advancements from the west, Secrets of Longevity puts at your fingertips a whole host of ways to make your stay on earth longer, healthier, and much much happier.I consider all of these things highly important, enjoy your new bill of health with your own personal copy of this book.

At the time of writing this review the paperback was out of stock, do check while your here to see if the paperback version is back in stock. The kindle version is available from this site for download, you can then download the application for your reading this book on your PC, IMAC, IPHONE, or IPAD whatever device you like to read the kindle version from. My First Poetry Book

2011-03-07T13:57:00.003+00:00

Hi,

Glad you could make it to this site, "My First Poetry Book" is almost complete and I am putting the final touches to this at present. The book will be featured on this site very soon. The book will focus on my spiritual journey since my time of water baptism in 2002, and will list poems that encouraged my faith, and conviction in my quest for the truth throughout my life to date. Some of the earliest poets on earth like King David approx 950 BC Shakespeare, John Keats & Aristotle (circa 330BC) were avid poets.

Going briefly back to the subject of water & baptism, there's an extremly interesting post also listed on this site about a book that I have read and reviewed in my first post, called "The Hidden Messages in Water" some amazing facts for anyone interested in the beauty and nature of our lives, or for any students studying Hydrology or Oceanography. Interestingly enough I am not studying any of these topics for a degree for that matter, it's all knowledge however for my entire life & development.

The Hidden Messages In Water

2011-02-03T05:02:00.001+00:00

The Hidden Messages in Water" is an eye-opening theory showing how water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness. Drawing from his own research, scientific researcher, healer, and popular lecturer Dr Masaru Emoto describes the ability of water to absorb, hold and even retransmit human feelings and emotions. Using high-speed photography, he found that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward it. Music, visual images, words written on paper and photographs also have an impact on the crystal structure. Emoto theorizes that since water has the ability to receive a wide range of frequencies, it can also reflect the universe in this manner. He found that water from clear springs and water exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns, while polluted water and water exposed to negative thoughts forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors. Emoto believes that since people are 70 per cent water, and the Earth is 70 per cent water, we can heal our planet and ourselves by consciously expressing love and goodwill.

About the Author

Masaru Emoto is an internationally renowned Japanese researcher who has gained worldwide acclaim. Emoto is a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University's department of humanities and science with a focus on International Relations, and he received certification as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine from the Open International University. Emoto's research has visually captured the structure of water at the moment of freezing, and through high-speed photography he has shown the direct consequences of destructive thoughts and the thoughts of love and appreciation on the formation of water crystals. The revelation that our thoughts can influence water has profound implications for our health and the well being of the planet.

The featured book and other associated products are available to purchase from the book panel on this site.
