If I Had A Magic Carpet

2012-06-04T23:33:00.000-07:00

If I had a magic carpet,

I'd go soaring through the air.

Little stars would be looking at me,

Here, there, and everywhere.

I wouldn't have to stop at stop-lights,

I would never have to get a ticket.....

If only my little tricycle,

didn't get caught in the neighbourhood's thickets.

but people who are industrious like yourself
do not need luck
because you make it easy

My Darling Daughter,
your the sweetest little girl

May your little tears be dried and brushed away
May your little prayers be answered and keep you from astray

When You are Down

2012-06-03T16:01:00.000-07:00

Re-read this when you feel down
All Alone
Or a Frown
You are here
I am here
We all are here
Even if you feel like a nightmare
Everything breaks
Some can not be fixed
You don't have to move on
Just at least hold on
Brush those thoughts away
And lets see a Smile
I love you Ryan
Live on those words awhile
Everybody does.
Even if they don't show it
Cry if you need to cry
Laugh when the time is best
Rest even if you don't need to rest
Everything nice you do for me
Is like paradise for the best
Even in tears or strictness
It still is love
I will sew your heart a million times for you
or sooth your pain
I could go on with this poem
but its getting late
And by the way
I'm on my way
