Story : Devika Bhagat

Music: Falak Shabir ,Sachin-Jigar,Gourav Dasgupta and Raghav Sachar.
Direction: Kabir Sharma.

Story :The story of I me aur main is about a self centered music producer(John Abraham) who lives in his girlfriend’s(Chitrangada Singh) house. Not able to withstand his selfish behavior and his commitment phobic nature , she throws him out of the house. John moves into a modest apartment where he meets bubbly stylist (Prachi Desai). Rest of the story is about how wrong he is and how his equation with his mother and sister changes.

Performances :

John Abraham who gave a wonderful performance in Race 2 has done the complete opposite in this film. As a self obsessed guy, John sometimes seems clueless. He justs smiles and frowns the whole film. Chitrangada Singh looks very beautiful in the movie and she is good in terms of acting too. But the surprise package here is Prachi Desai who fits into the character easily and delivers a splendid performance. Mini mathur and Zarine wahab who play john’s sister and mother bring the warmth to the screen.

Technical aspect :

Debutant Director Kabir Sharma wanted to do many things at one go but failed badly in the execution part. The screenplay has many loose ends and seems too hurried in the end. Cinematography is neat. There are 4 music directors used in this movie but not one song creates the impact. The last song was very important to the movie but it is really just sucks. The one department which has put hard work in this film is the makeup department and costumes department as everyone looks damn good in the movie.

Analysis :

The movie starts of high note but it goes bad as the film progresses. The movie wanders into many genres but it doesn’t engage the audience at all. The director got confused between trying to give a happy ending to the movie and realistic ending to it. What we get is total mix ending which doesn’t fit at all. Though the film has its share of nice moments but on the whole it is a fail. Better screenplay and performances was badly needed to make this a sure shot entertainer. It needed more time on the story board is what i felt.

Bottomline: A good script gone bad.

Aamir Khan's longest lip lock with Anushka Sharma

Aamir Khan is all set to lock lips with the Peekay babe Anushka Sharma. If buzz is to be believed, Peekay will see Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma share the longest kiss ever. The actor has kissed his co-heroines in almost all his films and so this time too, he did not have any qualms.

Anushka Sharma is a very bold actress too. She has done love making scenes in her earlier films too and is known for doing absolute justice to it. Buzz is that the actress immediately said yes to the filmmakers, as the script demanded it. She trusts her co-star Aamir and her director Rajkumar Hirani too.

Talking about Mr perfectionist’s kissing records, who can forget the hot steamy kiss he shared with Karishma Kapoor in Raja Hindustani? Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and 3 Idiots also saw the superstar passionately his co-stars. However, the best part is the steamy scenes never look vulgar.

Khan has already begun his promotional stunts for his upcoming film P.K, one of them being his ‘skirt’ avatar which made quite a lot of buzz among the netizens.

Meanwhile, we just can’t wait to see Aamir kiss the gorgeous babe Anushka.

Salman Khan chooses drawings for Being Human

Salman Khan attended a camp of his artist friend Rouble Nagi, where he saw kids drawing. Impressed by the talent that the kids had, he handpicked few drawings to use as designs for his Being Human T-shirts.

Salman Khan, who himself is a painter, said, “Art gets the hidden talent in these kids on paper, gives them freedom to express freely. I will support Rouble in every possible way. I love her art works and more so I love the genuine effort she is putting for this wonderful cause.”
Rouble confirmed, “He was amazed to see the kind of talent that these kids have. Salman is so happy with the work they have done that he is handpicking 10 drawings to be printed on Being Human T-Shirts.”

Looks like, Priyanka Chopra is on a patch up spree. Letting bygones be bygones, the actress recently attended KJO’s birthday party and the latest is that she bonded with Kareena kapoor on the sets of Heroine.

Priyanka was shooting for Teri Meri Kahaani special promotional episode for a TV show in Filmistan Studios, on Wednesday. The actress suddenly remembered that Madhur Bhandarkar too was next door shooting for Heroine. In that way, she visited the sets and met Madhur and Kareena as well.

Priyanka Chopra tweeted, “Hopped in on @mbhandarkar268 s set of heroine and hung out with Bebo and my entire fashion team..such fond memories..”

Tiger Shroff will train Aamir for Dhoom 3!

Aamir Khan is all set to get back his Ghajini like tough looks for Dhoom 3. It is heard that the actor has hired a young and dynamic trainer named Tiger Shroff.

Aamir Khan with the help of Jackie Shroff’s son is all set to re build his physique for his villainish look in Dhoom 3. If sources are to be believed, aamir will be essaying the role of a gym instructor and so in order to understand various physical-training techniques in the gym, he is getting trained by one..

Tiger Shroff is yet to start his acting career. So why did aamir choose a young fresher, when he could get a much more matured and experienced trainer???

Well, introducing Tiger to the world, for the past four years, he has been into hard core training. Been an athlete and a football player in school, has been practicing martial arts since the age of 14.

Aamir is so much impressed with Tiger that he is ready to go to any extent and has already made plans to launch him in the film industry.

Actress Kareena Kapoor has an item number in her upcoming film, Heroine. She was recommended a special diet by her nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar to get a perfect curvy and sexy body.

“In fact, most of the people on the sets are now following the diet,” revealed the actress.

The weeks long hard work was seen on ground, when Bebo shot for the number. The song is titled ‘Halkat Jawani’ and is sung by Sunidhi Chauhan.

Explaining the scene, director Madhur said, “This is actually an award function where Kareena is performing. She has been mindblowing. We are moving to a new shot and she has stepped out.”

The dance moves have been choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.

Katrina Kaif and item numbers go hand-in-hand. The latest news is that Kats is very keen on being a part of Salman Khan’s Dabangg 2. She had expressed her desire to be in Dabangg 2 while shooting for Ek Tha Tiger.

So is Kats hinting an item number on her name??

Well, we heard that this time Salman Khan is eager on roping in Kareena Kapoor for one of his songs,‘Munni’ Malaika is already an item girl in the film.

Now that Saif Ali Khan and his ladylove Kareena Kapoor have postponed their wedding to 2013 (according to rumors), it is heard that Saif’s younger sis Soha Ali Khan is planning for a 2012 wedding.

If buzz is to be believed, Soha might enter matrimonial bliss with her longtime beau Kunal Khemu, in November. Both Kunal and Soha’s families have approved the match and are keen on taking things forward.

Post Tiger Pataudi’s death (Saif’s father Mansoor Ali Khan), it’s Saif who takes after him and will take up the responsibilities of his sisters wedding.

If the news is true, we will get to witness two back-to-back weddings, very soon.

The film is directed by Prabhu Deva, who also directed Wanted.

There id full on action in the film. Akshay Kumar seems to be simply “unstoppable” and “unbeatable”. His punchy one-liners surely stole the show.

Apun Ka Fatka, Chaar Sou Chaalis Watt Ka Jhatka. He fears no one, Naam Rathore, Vikram Rathore, are a few of them.

The beautiful Sonakshi Sinha, dressed in her desi clothes, is soothing to the eyes. She adds freshness to the trailer.

The film releases on June 1, this year.

Kareena Kapoor looked great in a red dress at a promotional event for ‘Agent Vinod’ along with beau Saif Ali Khan.
But this is exactly the same dress that Jacqueline Fernandez had worn way back last year at a fashion event.
Even the hair style and the make up is the same, only the shoes are of a different color.

Pakistan’s Censor board has banned the release of ‘Agent Vinod’ in her country. Saif Ali Khan calls it a shame.

Why is the film banned in Pak?

Well, since the film contains references to the ISI that is likely to hurt the sentiments of Pakistani people, the film has been banned.

“It is a shame that the movie is banned, with no offence to anyone, as the idea is to have open films between the two countries.
I was proud that this film was to release there,” Saif said at an event.

“In fact the heroine in our film is a Pakistani girl. We were hoping that they would appreciate that,” he added.

Saif plays RAW agent in the film alongside girlfriend Kareena Kapoor. “Agent Vinod” has drawn references from the real-life tension between Pakistan and India.

“This is a realistic kind of a thriller. We have shown that there are some negative elements in Pakistan towards India and their Censor have a problem showing that. “We have shown a few most-wanted criminals, those that are harbored in Pakistan, which is a known fact. May be they have taken offense to that.
But ultimately we want a RAW agent to win and baddies to lose. “If they are uncomfortable with that then they should publicise that fact that they are banning Agent Vinod in Pakistan,” said Saif.

“Pakistan forms a large portion of our audience. The minute you put a censorship or ban, people will make sure they watch it. And we want them to see the film. In fact we wanted them to see the mujra performed by Kareena. “It is a shame that they could not see the film in the best way possible. But we tried our best,” said Saif.

Agent Vinod releases in India on March 23.

SRK is not very keen to join the on screen cop league (Salman in Dabangg 2 and Aamir in Talaash). We hear that SRK has said NO to Gautam Menon, for the remake of A.R. Murugadoss’s Tamil film, Ramana.

The superstar was in a dilemma between director Gautham Menon’s remake of Vettiyadu Villayadu, which is a cop film; and A.R. Murugadoss’s remake of Ramana, which is a film about an anti-corruption crusader.

Buzz has it that the actor has agreed to do the film based on anti corruption and has said no to the cop film. Ramana remake will be produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

According to a source, Shahrukh showed interest in Bhansali’s project because, “Both his rivals Aamir and Salman are coming up with cop films, and he did not want to join the gang. He was looking for something strong yet sensitive, and this seemed like the perfect choice.”

‘Talaash’, one of the most awaited movies of the year, starring Aamir Khan, Rani Mukherjee and Kareena Kapoor, has now been postponed from June to November.

Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif untitled flick is slated for a November release.

Well, the problem is that there are major chances for Aamir’s film to clash with Shahrukh’s, at the box office..
Who’s film will do better, is the question.

Earlier too, there was a similar situation when Aamir Khan was busy publicizing his film Ghajini when Shahrukh Khan’s film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi was in the theatres. Both the films released around the same time, however, Aamir’s Ghajini stole the show.

We have heard that Yash Raj Film will have a Diwali (13th November) release, while Aamir’s Talaash is rescheduled for November 30.

We wonder who will be a hit this November!!

First Look: Jannat 2

The sequel to 2008 movie Jannat is almost ready. We have a small teaser too. In the 2008 film, Emraan Hashmi was into match fixing. The 2012 version will see him as an arms dealer.

The teaser looks interesting and quite gripping. Emraan is see standing in a garden. The place is all littered with rifles, shotguns, pistols and machine guns.

The film will see newbie Esha Gupta, looking all hot and sexy. Where there is Emraan Hashmi, lovemaking has to be. Well, we do get to see the hero-heroine making love.

Randeep Hooda is also a part of the teaser. He has been given a rugged, matcho man look.

Jannat 2 is directed by Kunal Deshmukh and produced by Mukesh Bhatt. The film has music by Pritam. The film is slated to release in May, 2012.

Gauri, who’s currently in London with SRK, apparently spent the evening of 9th March with Sallu and his family. She was spotted at actor-filmmaker Sohail Khan’s wife Seema’s birthday bash last weekend. And what surprised everyone was to see her sharing pleasantries with Salman.
A source present at the party says, “Seema shares a great rapport with Gauri, therefore her coming to the party wasn’t surprising. Also Malaika and others are very friendly with her. Though there has been tension between both Salman and Shah Rukh Khan for last couple of years, that has never affected the relationship shared by the other members of both families.
“In fact, before the big spat that happened years ago at Katrina’s birthday bash, Gauri has always been friendly with Salman. Hence at Seema’s birthday when the two met they shared a warm bond and where seen chatting up and enjoying the party,” said a close friend for Salman’s family.
Also, Gauri’s other close friends were seen at the bash. SRK’s actor buddy Arjun Rampal came in with wife Mehr Jessia. “Ever since SRK-Salman’s fight, their common friends find it difficult to enjoy a party when the two warring Khans are at the same party. Though SRK’s still seen around at various dos, Salman prefers to attend family parties. This time, Seema’s bash just helped clear the air and let all old friends enjoy each other’s company without any discomfort,” adds the insider. Gauri left for London the next day, with her kids to join Shah Rukh there.

On the Sets: Saif and Deepika for Cocktail in Delhi..

Letting bygones be bygones, Saif Ali Khan has decided to be friends again with his Cocktail heroine Deepika Padukone. The two were spotted in Delhi chatting, hugging and generally having a good time while shooting for the film’s climax in Asiad Village, New Delhi.
Saif and Deepika shot for the climax scene for Homi Adajania’s Cocktail in the national capital. The actors along with their co-star Diana Penty were spotted in the open area behind Siri Fort Auditorium.
The climax scene is also the last one being shot in the film and involved the characters of Diana, Deepika and Saif hugging. We noticed that the chemistry shared by the trio in front of the camera did not diminish off it. In fact, the three were having so much fun on the sets (Deepika was even spotted enjoying some golguppe), that a single shot involving them took multiple retakes.
Produced by Illuminati films, Cocktail will hit the theatres on July 13.

MS Dhoni replaces Saif Ali Khan?

Saif Ali Khan’s controversies may have increased his brand value, but the number of speculations following the incident still continue. The most recent story floating around is that the actor may be en route to losing out on an endorsement deal to Indian skipper and cricketer, Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
A well-placed source from the industry reveals, “Dhoni and Saif have endorsed the brand together in the past. It is unclear if Sharma has been brought in to replace Saif or as an addition, but it is surely being speculated if Saif will continue to endorse it or not. A formal announcement will shortly be made about this.”
“The brawl that Saif recently got into does not have much effect on the brands he endorses. The brand’s relationship with the actor goes beyond that. If the company has decided to add an endorser or bring in someone as a replacement, the reasons are much more than one fight.”
When contacted, a representative from the brand said that the actor is an integral part of the brand’s journey. “His persona resonates with the energy and appeal of the brand. There is no plan of replacing Saif Ali Khan as our brand ambassador,” he said.
