اترپردیش کے وزیر اعلی یوگی آدتیہ ناتھ نے کہا ہے کہ پنچایت انتخابات میں بھارتیہ جنتا پارٹی (بی جے پی) کی جیت ریاست میں پارٹی کی حکومت کی پالیسیوں پر لوگوں کے 'اٹوٹ اعتماد' کی عکاسی کرتی ہے۔ بی جے پی نے 825 میں سے 635 نشستوں پر کامیابی حاصل کی جس کے لئے بلاک پنچایت کے سربراہوں کا انتخاب ہونا تھا۔
